WHAT REALLY HAPPENED | The History The US Government HOPES You Never Learn!

Just a reminder that this site continues to be attacked by the crybaby hackers, so if you cannot reach it, wait a couple minutes and try again.

"Behind all the finger-pointing there lies a fundamental flaw in the Private Central Bank Debt-Based Currency model the American people have been enslaved to since 1913.

Since all cash in circulation is the proceeds from a loan from the bank at interest, the debt always grows faster than the amount of available money.

The instant that first paper note goes into circulation, more money is owed to the bankers than actually exists, and by design, the debt-subjugated population can never pay off the debt; can never be free of the bankers.

This is why all nations with state banks and value-based currencies come under military attack. Libya is only the most recent example. Qaddafi had a state bank of Libya, no private central banks, and a currency based on gold. Far from a radical idea this is the financial system the United States stated with. Yet state banks and value-based currencies are a threat to the ponzi-scheme banking by which nations are enslaved to the bankers. Thus, they come under attack, and millions of young people are sacrificed to make the world safe for compound interest.

In the not-too-far future, rule by debt-based currency will be seen as devoid of any legitimacy, just as today we see as devoid of legitimacy the concepts of rule by divine right and rule by chattel ownership of ones body." -- Michael Rivero

NASA Data Worse Than Climate-Gate Data, Space Agency Admits

Global warming critics call this a crucial blow to advocates' arguments that minor flaws in the "Climate-gate" data are unimportant, since all the major data sets arrive at the same conclusion -- that the Earth is getting warmer. But there's a good reason for that, the skeptics say: They all use the same data.

A campaign for war with Iran begins

Obama administration officials, as well as U.S. lawmakers and European diplomats passionately made the argument this spring that tough sanctions on Iran were necessary to avoid war. But contrary to their predictions, the drumbeat for war -- particularly from Israel – has only increased since the UN Security Council adopted a new resolution against Tehran in June.

CIA evidence of an Israeli nuclear test

David Lowry asks (Letters, 11 August) whether Israel has carried out a nuclear weapon test. Although there is no conclusive answer, he is not correct to say that there is no public information. Since 2004, the CIA report on the double flash detected by a US Vela satellite on 22 September 1979, originating in the south Atlantic, has been declassified, albeit heavily redacted. The purpose of the Vela satellites was to detect atmospheric nuclear tests, and the double flash is characteristic of nuclear explosions.

Obama Demands Access to Internet Records, in Secret, and Without Court Review

The Obama administration is seeking authority from Congress that would compel internet service providers (ISPs) to turn over records of an individual's internet activity for use in secretive FBI probes.

Experts call for David Kelly inquest

A group of prominent legal and medical experts today called for a full inquest into the death of the government scientist David Kelly in 2003.

An inquest was suspended by Lord Falconer, then lord chancellor, before the Hutton inquiry into the circumstances of the scientist's death. It was not resumed after Hutton's report in 2004 concluded that Kelly killed himself by cutting an artery in his wrist.

Nine experts including Michael Powers, a QC and former coroner, and Julian Blon, a professor of intensive care medicine, said in a letter to the Times that the official cause of death – haemorrhage from the severed artery – was "extremely unlikely".

Instituting capital controls seems like the next big event in the government-banking-oligarchy's great looting of America.

First, these vampires designed "free trade" agreements to use slave labor abroad at the expense of American jobs. Next, they moved their investment capital and assets abroad sucking the life-blood out of the U.S. economy. Then, they covertly used America's remaining wealth to prop up their bogus financial instruments like credit default swaps and derivatives, which came crashing down. Finally, they got their taxpayer bailout, and now they want your pension funds and cash deposits to stay under their control.

J7: The July 7th (London bombings) Truth Campaign recommended videos

Of the mainstream documentaries that have appeared in the five years since 7/7, all have stuck steadfastly to the official narrative of events, never daring to peer behind the superficial story that has been spun to explain away 56 deaths on the London transport network. No mainstream documentary has ever ventured into the territory that was once known as investigative journalism to look beyond the official narrative, nor have they ever endeavoured in earnest to elicit more information from the government and police than that which is already available.

With regard to the independently made documentaries available on the Internet, there was for a long time only one documentary that J7 would recommend anyone view, namely Ludicrous Diversion. Four years since the release of Ludicrous Diversion and another 7/7 documentary has appeared that receives the J7 seal of approval, 7/7: Seeds of Deconstruction.

US 'on target' to withdraw troops from Iraq despite military misgivings

The US has insisted it is on target to end combat operations in Iraq despite warnings from the country's top army officer that native troops will not be ready to take control for another decade.

"We're on target by the end of the month to end our combat mission. Already we have removed over 80,000 troops from Iraq since President Obama took office," he said.

His comments come after Lt Gen Babakir Zebari, Iraq's top army officer, said that his country's troops will not be fully trained until 2020 and that they would not be able to cope without the support of the Americans.

Thousands of combat troops will leave Iraq at the end of the month under President Barack Obama's exit strategy. It will leave a small force of 50,000 troops in a support and training role but they will leave by the end of 2011.

We Need Whistleblowers

The men and women of the U.S. intelligence community need your help.

No, they don't need help to spy on you and your fellow Americans without suspicion of wrongdoing -- Congress already gave them that power by extending the Patriot Act and legalizing the National Security Agency's warrantless wiretapping program. Even with ample evidence that they've routinely violated these over-broad surveillance authorities, such as the FBI's abuse of National Security Letters and so-called "exigent" letters or the National Security Agency's "over-collection" of Americans' communications, the intelligence agencies unabashedly demand more spying powers. Not surprisingly, much of this spying targets political activity. The ACLU's new "Spyfiles" website documents surveillance or obstruction of First Amendment-protected activity in 33 states and the District of Columbia since 2001.

And they certainly don't need more resources -- as the Washington Post's series on "Top Secret America" makes clear, they've built a surveillance-industrial complex so large that even those running it don't know its scope. The intelligence budget is reportedly $75 billion per year, with a significant percentage of that spent on 1,931 private contractors, yet there is no evidence to show we are safer as a result. Indeed, the excessive secrecy in which the intelligence community operates virtually guarantees that waste, fraud, abuse and mismanagement will regularly occur. Our nation's founders certainly wouldn't be surprised that a system that uses secrecy to actively subvert constitutional checks and balances would go awry.

What the men and women of the intelligence community need is legal protection when they blow the whistle on this kind of government waste, fraud and abuse. You see, when Congress gave federal employees whistleblower protection with the landmark Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989, it exempted the FBI, CIA, NSA and other intelligence agencies from protection. Keep in mind these are the people the government trusts with our most critical national security missions and secrets, yet they have the least protection when they report government incompetence and wrongdoing within these agencies.

Obama signs manufacturing bill

WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama signed the Manufacturing Enhancement Act of 2010 Wednesday at a White House ceremony.

Obama, noting the manufacturing workforce has atrophied by a third in the past decade with millions of people losing good-paying jobs, said a continued slide is not inevitable.

"We will rebuild this economy stronger than before and at its heart will be three powerful words: made in America," the president said.

The Cycle of Violence in Afghanistan

By Congressman Ron Paul

Last week the National Bureau of Economic Research published a report on the effect of civilian casualties in Afghanistan and Iraq that confirmed what critics of our foreign policy have been saying for years: the killing of civilians, although unintentional, angers other civilians and prompts them to seek revenge. This should be self-evident.

The Central Intelligence Agency has long acknowledged and analyzed the concept of blowback in our foreign policy. It still amazes me that so many think that attacks against our soldiers occupying hostile foreign lands are motivated by hatred toward our system of government at home or by the religion of the attackers. In fact, most of the anger towards us is rooted in reactions towards seeing their mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers and other loved ones being killed by a foreign army. No matter our intentions, the violence of our militarism in foreign lands causes those residents to seek revenge if innocents are killed. One does not have to be Muslim to react this way, just human.

WHO list reveals flu advisors with financial ties to pharma, vaccine manufacturers

After months of stalling, the World Health Organization (WHO) has finally revealed the names of key pandemic advisors who influenced its decision to declare a phase six pandemic last year -- a decision that resulted in a financial windfall for vaccine manufacturers. As you'll see here, that list includes at least five expert advisors received money from vaccine companies.

Why does it matter that WHO advisors took money from vaccine companies? It's simple: The decision to declare H1N1 swine flu to be a phase 6 pandemic was made by the WHO under advisement from these very people who received money from vaccine companies. And that decision, we now know, resulted in a windfall of profits for the vaccine companies.

Those profits, in turn, were burdened by the taxpayers whose expenditures were largely worthless because a huge portion of those vaccines are now expiring and have to be destroyed. The money was wasted, in other words.

Palestinian Prisoners: A Symbol Of Resistance, Steadfastness And Pride

Shalit, as any human being with a conscience would admit, is an Israeli occupation soldier whose mission was to kill Palestinians. He is no "kidnapped civilian" whose release conscientious people should demand for he is an occupation soldier. If Deflation Wins, What Will Gold Stocks Do?

The talk of a possible double dip is now common banter on TV investment programs. And indeed, deflationary forces seem to have the stronger grip right now than inflationary ones. So if deflation is the next reality we have to face, what happens to our favorite stock investments?

There’s lots of data about what gold does during periods of high inflation, but less so with deflation, partly because we don’t see a true deflation all that often. But of course we’ve got the biggie we can look at, and the seriousness of the Great Depression can give us a big clue as to how gold stocks behave in a true deflationary environment.

Seems somebody was taking a closer look at the satellite maps which showed the Great Lakes temperature up by about 10-15 degrees F, and spotted a data point indicating water temperature well above boiling! NOAA has now been forced to admit that the satellite has a problem, and has been consistently indicating higher temperatures than actually exist, by about 10-15 degrees F. NOAA has removed all the accumulated data for the last decade from their servers, and of course, every global warming alarmism based on that data is not invalidated!

You must do what we can’t, because if you don’t, we will

Worried about an Israeli attack on Iran? That’s the idea.

You must do what we can’t, because if you don’t, we will.

This is how some Israelis are trying to twist Washington’s arm to get the US to attack Iran.

A more honest way of making the argument would be to say this: If the US won’t attack Iran, then Israel will — even though it won’t accomplish its military objectives and it will open Pandora’s box. Desperate nations sometimes do desperate things. You have been warned.

Another name for this: blackmail.

America Goes Dark

The lights are going out all over America — literally. Colorado Springs has made headlines with its desperate attempt to save money by turning off a third of its streetlights, but similar things are either happening or being contemplated across the nation, from Philadelphia to Fresno.

Meanwhile, a country that once amazed the world with its visionary investments in transportation, from the Erie Canal to the Interstate Highway System, is now in the process of unpaving itself: in a number of states, local governments are breaking up roads they can no longer afford to maintain, and returning them to gravel.

Officials deny dispersant use, residents beg to differ

When reached for comment, Lt. Cmdr. Dale Vogelsang, liaison officer with the United State Coast Guard, told The Log he had contacted Unified Command and they had “confirmed” that dispersants were not being used in Florida waters.

“Dispersants are only being used over the wellhead in Louisiana,” Vogelsang said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

From Transcript of Thad Allen's Aug. 9 briefing with reporters

Will BP Skip the Relief Well, Declare Mission Accomplished, and Abandon Ship Without Permanently Killing the Oil Leak?

All was right with the world. Except, it wasn't. Day before yesterday, Adm. Allen announced they were going to start a "pressure test", babbling about the annulus and raising the ominous spectre that they are still actually communicated to the reservoir. Wells confirmed that fear in the afternoon, admitting that they indeed had 4,200 psi on the well when it's supposed to be dead. At the seafloor, the well should have no more than 2,200 psi on it, and conceivable less, if the hydrostatic of the mud in the closed well had overcome reservoir pressure. Then it got really confusing. Wells said that it wouldn't hold 4,200 psi because of "bubbles" leaking out of the wellhead, implying that they are pumping on it to keep it there, but that they're going to "test" it by relieving pressure. ??

Third of WHO advisers on the swine flu epidemic that never was received support from drugs firms

A third of the experts advising the World Health Organisation about the swine flu pandemic had ties to drugs firms, it has emerged.

Five of the 15 specialists who sat on the emergency committee had received funding from pharmaceutical giants, or were linked to them through their research.

The revelation will prompt speculation that the 'pandemic' was wildly overestimated and largely fuelled by the drugs industry who stood to benefit from the panic.

Aspartame And MSG Make You Fat, Cause Depression

After having been consulted by thousands of overweight people suffering with problems concerning the liver and/or metabolism I can assure you that aspartame will not help you in any way, indeed it will help you to gain unwanted weight. This has been my experience, and there are logical reasons to explain the fattening and bloating effects of aspartame. When you ingest the toxic chemical aspartame it is absorbed from the intestines and passes immediately to the LIVER where it is taken inside the liver via the liver filter.

How They do it and The Solution to their Evil Intent.

There are two reasons why Israel dominates American domestic and foreign policy. They control the mass media that gives the intentionally dumbed down American public their news and their world view. They control the money supply by controlling the central banks that issue currency via the mediums that actually print it according to their instructions. The same is true of Canada, the U.K. and Australia and all the satellites where their influence prevails. To a varying degree this also applies to the European Union and their common market. In a real politicks sense, this provides a united front against non-cooperative economies and the placement of dangerous weapons on far reaching borders.

What about the Bilderberg Conference?: "That is vaguely conspiratorial, in a networking sense. We have published their meeting notes."

That statement from a person who has built a reputation on being anti-establishment is more than notable.

The College Loan Bubble is the next one to pop!

Yesterday, the Wall Street Journal published an article that stated that “Americans now owe more on their student loans ($830B) than their credit cards ($827B)… He estimates that $300 billion in federal student loan debts have been incurred in the last four years.”

What?! $300B of the $830B came in the last 4 years?! At this rate, we’ll break 1 trillion in no time. To put this in perspective, the US economy is burdened with $4 trillion of excess mortgage debt, which is equivalent to 30% of GDP

Webmaster's Commentary:

These students accepted that debt to obtain a college degree they were assured would mean higher salaries with which to pay off their student loans. However, even now graduates are discovering that those high paying jobs were a phantom; a come-on to lure them into the clutches of the credit companies. College kids are graduating, loaded down with debt right from the start, into a nation whose high paying jobs have been siphoned off to other shores, thanks to tax incentives by the Federal Government. Those new graduates cannot pay their loans off working at McDonald's or WalMart, so eventually those student loan companies will collapse and demand (and get) a taxpayer bailout.

Barack Obama 'may be prepared to meet Iranian president’

Barack Obama’s national security adviser, Gen James Jones, has indicated the President may be prepared to meet Mahmoud Ahmadinejad if the regime resumed negotiations over its nuclear programme.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is election-year posturing. Iran cannot negotiate away that which it does not have; a nuclear weapons program. As a signer of the NNPT, the United States has no legal authority to demand anything else from Iran. Indeed, under Article IV of the NNPT the United States is obligated to help Iran build power stations and medial isotope facilities and all other peaceful uses of nuclear technology. Iran will, quite rightly, point out that Israel, which has not signed the NNPT has been outed as not only being a nuclear power but attempted to sell nuclear weapons to Apartheid South Africa; the very activity the NNPT is intended to prevent. Iran will quite rightly point out that it was not Iran that gunned down a 19 year old American aid worker in international waters last May.

A daily dose of vitamin D could cut the risk of cancers of the breast, colon and ovary by up to a half, a 40-year review of research has found. A growing body of evidence in recent years has shown that lack of vitamin D may have lethal effects. Heart disease, lung disease, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, schizophrenia and multiple sclerosis are among the conditions in which it is believed to play a vital role.

Revolution Muslim Looks Like a CIA Operation:A New Breed of Mockingbird

Yesterday I posted an angry rant directed at “liberal” Jon Stewart for his “Go Fuck Yourselves” segment which was nothing more than his promotion of the “radical, dangerous, freedom-hating Muslim” meme which only serves to stir-up the old Bush-era “fear the bad Muslims” feelings in your average Americans.

Yesterday, I suggested that this entire “Revolution Muslim” threat against the creators of South Park was an obvious ploy designed to demonize Muslims and that if Jon Stewart had fulfilled his responsibility as a journalist, he would have quickly seen past this obviously staged side-show event.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The “Radical” Muslim Group That Threatened South Park Creators Was Founded and Run by Joseph Cohen, a Former Israeli Radical Who Used to Live in a Settlement in the West Bank

South Park ran an unedited image of Muhammad in 2001 in an episode called “Super Best Friends“… and nothing happened.

In fact, the episode had been on the South Park website for viewing at any time for the past few years (they just removed it)… and nothing happened.

For 4 seasons they had that image in their opening segment for every single show… and nothing happened.

So for years on end no Muslim group, “radical” or otherwise, has threatened Matt and Trey or Comedy Central about the image of Muhammad that has been available for all to see every single day.

Nixon was clearly on to something because in today’s America we have a new enemies list, one that is updated annually to make sure that nary a single malefactor is overlooked. It is the US State Department’s Country Reports on Terrorism, which was unveiled last week in its 2009 version at a briefing conducted by Ambassador Daniel Benjamin , Foggy Bottom’s Coordinator for Counterterrorism.

Woman shot by G20 police using rubber bullets speaks out

I was at the jail solidarity rally on Sunday June 27th, outside of the detention centre in support of my friends who had been surrounded and arrested in Queen's Park, the designated protest zone, the day before. Sunday's protest followed the route decided upon by the police, and was proceeding peacefully. A line of riot police formed between us and the detention centre. Without warning, two unmarked minivans screeched to a stop behind the police line. A number of plainclothes men stormed through the line and into the crowd, violently pushing two people into the ground. The people were dragged along the pavement and aggressively thrown into the vans and the vans took off. To all who were there, this appeared to be a strategically orchestrated kidnapping. The small woman who was snatched later became my cellmate. She told me of being choked and sat on by two large men to the verge of unconsciousness. A third man pulled her hair and all three verbally abused her, referring to her as "cunt," "bitch," "whore" and "street trash" on the way to the detention centre. All three refused to identify themselves.

Since nixon's evaporation of the gold standard, the US currency has been backed by little more than confidence. Confidence in the people's lack of understanding of the monetary system that is. They control the amount of money in circulation, which comes in to existance through loans made to banks and governments. Since the money comes into existance through debt it has to be repaid, but with interest. Therefore the debt is larger than the money supply and inflation, along with defaults and bankruptcy, become permanent problems

The deal with the White House would allow BP to guarantee its $20bn (£13bn) clean-up fund against revenues from its operations in the Gulf, which account for approximately 10pc of its oil and gas business.

If the deal were to be agreed – it remains one of a number of solutions being discussed – it would all but guarantee BP’s future in the Gulf, despite efforts by certain members of the US Congress to force the company away from US shores.

Two Brokers Convicted of Fraud Can Keep Morgan Stanley Bonuses

Morgan Stanley, owner of the world’s largest brokerage, lost an arbitration ruling that will allow two brokers convicted of securities fraud to each keep $4.45 million in signing bonuses.

A Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitration board denied the New York-based firm’s request to have Eric Butler and Julian Tzolov repay the bonuses paid when they were hired in 2007, according the ruling. The board also denied Butler and Tzolov’s counterclaims seeking damages, said the ruling, dated July 22.

BP Links Compensation With Continued Oil Production In The Gulf

P has managed to link the fate of its $20 billion oil spill victims compensation fund with its continued ability to pump oil from the Gulf of Mexico. The voluntary trust agreement negotiated with the Department of Justice is not with the British-based multinational, or even with BP America, but with a fairly remote subsidiary, BP Exploration & Production Inc. (BPEC) -- a Delaware corporation that operates BP's Gulf oil leases.

So if BP's drilling revenues from the Gulf suddenly vanished, so, presumably, would the compensation fund, said Tyson Slocum, director of Public Citizen's Energy Program.

“The Omar Khadr travesty,” by Glenn Greenwald

“The commission has already ruled that confessions made by Khadr which were clearly obtained through coercion, abuse and torture will be admitted as evidence against him. Prior to the commencement of Khadr’s ”trial,” the commission ruled in another case that the sentence imposed on a Sudanese detainee Ibrahim al-Qosi — convicted as part of a plea bargain of the dastardly crime of being Osama bin Laden’s ”cook” — will be kept secret until he is released. What kind of country has secret sentences?”

Identified Gene May Bring on New Superbug

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is starting to sound like a repeat of the "When Pigs Fly" flu scam of last year. For one thing, genes tend to be species-specific. It is rare for a gene to simply hop from one microbe to the other and still function, because the actions of any one gene depend on the presence of other genes that work with it. And the statement that a microbe can be made resistant to all known antibiotics by this one gene smells fishy, because there are so many different vectors that anti-biotics use to function.

Iran defiant in nuclear documents

As Iran and world powers prepare for new nuclear talks, letters by Tehran's envoys to top international officials and shared with The Associated Press suggest major progress is unlikely, with Tehran combative and unlikely to offer any concessions.

Webmaster's Commentary:

More wear propaganda. Iran cannot concede that which it does not have!

Oregon Girl a Success in 2nd Lemonade Stand Try

PORTLAND, Ore. - The 7-year-old Oregon girl who found herself at the center of a national flap about childhood lemonade stands versus government bureaucrats is going to Disneyland. Julie Murphy managed to make $1,838.31 in her second attempt at selling lemonade, enough to bankroll a trip for her and her mother, Maria Fife.

Just keeping up with the story - apparently all the negative publicity embarrassed the city enough that they corrected the problem caused by some power-mad bureaucrats. This is what can be done when people speak up!

From the ashes of capitalism, militarism and elite rule

We have the freedom to exist without a job. We have the freedom to watch our children starve. We have the freedom to lose our home to foreclosure. We have the freedom to be homeless. We have the freedom of ignorance after receiving our news from the monopoly corporate media. We have the freedom to believe that we as individual employees or consumers can successfully compete against the millions and billions of dollars of corporate wealth in our American system. And finally, we have the freedom to then consent to this system by voting for one of our two political parties to continue it.

Philosopher Johann Goethe said, “None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.” A fitting epithet for gun-toting, bible-wielding, unemployed U.S. workers who swear by their so-called American freedom as they lose jobs, homes and dignity. Meanwhile, their capitalist masters on Wall Street laugh all the way to the bank.

Once again, is the West’s Frankenstein out of control?

While Israel demolishes Palestinian homes and expropriates the properties of absent Palestinians by forcibly expelling them from their homes, it demands that Arab countries return the possessions of the Jews who used to live in them. It expels African children from Israel so that it remains ‘Jewish and white’.

Children are just Israel’s latest victims

Israel’s plan to deport the children of foreign workers is yet another reminder of the state’s ongoing inhumanity
