Gen.
Partin contends in his report that there are several inconsistencies and
unanswered questions regarding his analysis of the bomb damage that do
not match the official government story to date. We encourage you to read
the report, evaluate the evidence and the General's claims for yourself,
and draw your own conclusions.

Also included with the report is a letter from Hoppy Heidelberg to Judge David L. Russell, United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma. In his letter, Heidelberg, who sat on the grand jury investigating the bombing, voices his reservations about the facts and direction of that investigation. Judge Russell's response, in which he removes Heidelberg from the grand jury, is also included. Graphics of both letters are available for downloading.
