Bayer Stock Crashes After Monsanto Cancer Verdict Upheld By Judge; Analyst Estimates $800 Billion In Future Liability

They’ve been waiting for the news about how San Francisco Superior Court Judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos would rule in a certain case. Would she rule against or in favor of Bayer’s appeal of the Monsanto Cancer Verdict?

The case was finally resolved Tuesday morning. Judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos upheld the jury’s decision, ruling that Roundup – a dangerous glyphosate-based weedkiller sold by Monsanto – lead to California man’s terminal cancer. She also ruled that Monsanto, in fact, intentionally hid the potential dangers of the weedkiller. (1)

Bayer had to know that such news would result in serious damage to the company. As the news of Judge Ramon Bolanos’ ruling spread like wildfire, it, of course, affected the stock market as well. The ruling resulted in an immediate crash in Bayer’s stock value.

Big Pharma Lawsuit: Drug Companies Worked Together To Raise The Price Of Drugs

A major antitrust lawsuit against some large drug companies accuses Big Pharma of working together to raise the cost of generic drugs. These drugs have had their prices increased by 1,000 % or more.

The drugs in question were prescribed to treat conditions such as epilepsy, heart failure, anxiety, insomnia, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and more. The lawsuit alleges that drugmakers colluded to undermine that competition, harming patients and the taxpayers.

Incoherent Thoughts from the Yankee Capital: Papua New Guinea Looks Better and Better II

Having just returned from two weeks in the curious environs of Washington, DC, I offer a few observations on the national lunacy deposit:

The de-Christianization of the country, or at least this part of it, is almost complete. I can think of hearing the word “Christmas” only twice in two weeks of trough-inciting retail advertising.

Culture shock: We stayed with friends who for various reasons, such as being in the business, always had a television on. At home in Mexico we got rid of the lobotomy box some fifteen years ago, seeing little advantage in paying seventy dollars a month for 250 channels, none worth watching, adorned with twenty minutes an hour of stupid commercials. Coming back to this was like jumping into raw sewage. Perhaps the worst of it was the contempt for the public manifested in running the same ad twice in one commercial break, and in the loving close-ups of pizzas with dripping cheese. Buy, buy, buy.

Breast cancer drug given to hundreds of thousands of women on the NHS affects brain function and memory

A drug commonly given out by the NHS to breast-cancer patients may affect their brain function and memory, research suggests.

Letrozole is primarily used to treat breast cancer and was prescribed 755,866 times last year in the UK, NHS Digital statistics show.

Although Cancer Research UK states up to 30 per cent of patients experience side effects like hot flushes and fatigue, new research suggests the medication's complications may be far more serious.

When given to monkeys, the drug reduced the function of their brain cells in a region known as the hippocampus, and worsened their performance on memory tests, after just four weeks.

Whistleblower goes public: CDC buried data showing vaccines increase risk of autism by 340%

A top scientist and researcher for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had a key role in helping Dr. Brian Hooker of the Focus Autism Foundation uncover manipulated data from the agency that obscured a higher incidence of autism in African American boys.

As reported by The Liberty Beacon, the whistleblower came to the attention of Hooker, who has a Ph.D. in biochemical engineering, following a Freedom of Information Act request for the original data regarding the DeStefano et al. MMR (measles, mumps rubella) and autism study.

The site further reported:

Dr. Hooker's study, published August 8 in the peer-reviewed scientific journal Translational Neurodegeneration, shows that African-American boys receiving their first MMR vaccine before 36 months of age are 3.4 times more likely to develop autism vs. after 36 months.

YOUR BIOMETRICS: SILENT WITNESSES AGAINST YOU AND TOOLS TO TRACK YOU

Quietly and almost unnoticed by the beeves of the American populace are the biometric measures for surveillance and tracking being emplaced by the United States with the cooperation of major corporations. I have written articles on the biometric scanners being used in an Atlanta airport, and that Chicago is following suit, along with Delta using these biometric data collection scanners prior to boarding flights in Los Angeles.

A new article surfaced this week that you need to read. Entitled “FBI plans ‘Rapid DNA’ network for quick database checks on arrestees,” by Tom Jackman on December 13, released by the Washington [Com]Post.

This is very serious, indeed. Here’s an excerpt:

Companies that rip off their loyal customers by more than £4bn every year are facing a major crackdown.

And because of her work over the last couple of decades, when she sees water the color of “light pee” she doesn’t drink it; at low levels, chromium-6 – a cancer-causing chemical– can turn clear water yellow, and when it’s really bad, it can turn it purple.

BAYER-MONSANTO BLEEDING OUT! 44% DROP! MAINSTREAM MEDIA SILENT…

Leading up to their monstrous union on June 7, 2018, analysts predicted huge profits from the further monopolization of the pesticide industry on the backs of rising prices for farmers and consumers.

Instead, the stock went up briefly to $31.67 per share on June 16, and ever since has been trading at a steady decline and currently rests just shy of halfit’s price 6 months ago at $17.81.

Now Bayer is rapidly cutting jobs and selling off smaller brands in an effort to stay viable amidst the stunning losses.

Bombshell study shows aspartame depletes neurotransmitters in the brain, makes brains vulnerable to chemical damage from food and vaccines

A bombshell scientific study reveals that aspartame may be one of the most damaging vectors for the widespread “dumbing down” of humanity. Published in AJTCAM (African Journal of Traditional, Complementary and Alternative Medicines), the study is entitled, “IMPACT OF ASPARTAME CONSUMPTION ON NEUROTRANSMITTERS IN RAT BRAIN.” (Source)

The study fed rats aspartame for durations of 10 – 40 days, then decapitated the rats and analyzed their brains. From the abstract, “Blood and brain tissue were collected for biochemical analysis. Biochemical analysis of brain tissue includes neurotransmitters (Acetylcholine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, ?-aminobutyric acid and serotonin). Serum for determination of lipid peroxidation (MDA), reduced glutathione and superoxide dismutase (SOD).”

The results of the study found a dose-dependent relationship between aspartame consumption and the destruction of neurotransmitters — brain chemicals necessary for the function of neurons.

New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood on Thursday announced a lawsuit against Target, Walmart and LaRose Industries for allegedly importing and selling children's toys contaminated with lead.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Albany County Supreme Court, alleges the companies violated multiple New York State laws - including those related to selling hazardous toys, as well as deceptive acts and false advertising - by importing, distributing, selling, or holding for sale thousands of Cra-Z-Jewelz kits in New York between 2015 and 2016, according to a statement released by the attorney general's office.

The suit seeks civil penalties from the retailers and LaRose for the alleged violations, and a court order to require the companies to implement additional measures to ensure they do not again sell children's toys containing high level of lead in New York.

AMAZON’S DISTURBING PLAN TO ADD FACE SURVEILLANCE TO YOUR FRONT DOOR

Recently, a patent application from Amazon became public that would pair face surveillance — like Rekognition, the product that the company is aggressively marketing to police and Immigration and Customs Enforcement — with Ring, a doorbell camera company that Amazon bought earlier this year.

While the details are sketchy, the application describes a system that the police can use to match the faces of people walking by a doorbell camera with a photo database of persons they deem “suspicious.” Likewise, homeowners can also add photos of “suspicious” people into the system and then the doorbell’s facial recognition program will scan anyone passing their home. In either case, if a match occurs, the person’s face can be automatically sent to law enforcement, and the police could arrive in minutes.

Tennessee U.S. Rep.-elect Mark Green alleges vaccines may cause autism, questions CDC data

A soon-to-be congressman from Tennessee told constituents Tuesday he believed vaccines may be causing autism, questioning data from the Centers for Disease Control and other institutions disproving such a theory.

Not only did Republican Mark Green, a Congressman-elect from Clarksville who is also a medical doctor, express hesitation about the CDC's stance on vaccines, he also said he believed the federal health agency has "fraudulently managed" the data.

His remarks came in response to an audience question at a town hall meeting in Franklin from a woman identifying herself as the parent of a young adult with autism. The woman was concerned about possible cuts to Medicaid funding.

"Let me say this about autism," Green said. "I have committed to people in my community, up in Montgomery County, to stand on the CDC’s desk and get the real data on vaccines. Because there is some concern that the rise in autism is the result of the preservatives that are in our vaccines.

Polio-Like Disease Spreads; Record Number Of Cases Reported As Children Suffer Paralysis

2018 has seen a record number of cases of a polio-like illness which paralyzes children, according to US health officials.

Experts still have no idea what's causing children across the country to lose the ability to move their arms, legs, face, heck, or back - around a week after patients are diagnosed with a fever and respiratory illness. The rare disease which starts off like the common cold affects the nervous system, "specifically the area of the spinal cord called gray matter, which causes the muscles and reflexes in the body to become weak," according to the CDC.

Around half of the children diagnosed were admitted to hospital intensive care units - with many requiring breathing machines. Officials also have no idea why some children recover from the illness, while others are left paralyzed.

'We shouldn't be hitting things every 15,000 miles': Uber employee warned firm of self-driving safety risks five days before autonomous car struck and killed a pedestrian

A fatal accident involving a pedestrian and one of Uber's self-driving vehicles could have been prevented, a new report claims.

The email, which was sent to several high-level executives at Uber, warned that the self-driving cars had been involved in several accidents, likely due to 'poor behavior of the operator of the AV technology,' according to the Information.

Robbie Miller, a manager in the testing-operations group, sent the email on March 13th.

The crash, which involved Herzberg being hit by a manned autonomous vehicle in Tempe, Arizona, occurred just five days later on March 18th.

Miller sent the email to seven of Uber's attorneys and executives, including Eric Meyhofer, who leads the firm's autonomous vehicle division.
