FLASHBACK 2 DAYS AGO - Russia tensions rise as France urges end to sanctions

Hollande said in an interview Monday that sanctions placed on Russia by Europe, the U.S. and Canada for its role in intervening in Ukraine, could be lifted if there is progress in talks between European leaders and Russia this month.

"I think the sanctions must stop now. They must be lifted if there is progress. If there is no progress the sanctions will remain," he told France Inter radio station.

Charlie Hebdo attack: Paris gunman used gesture adopted by radical Islamists

The attackers who killed 12 people in and around the office of Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris acted with a skill and calmness that bears all the hallmarks of advanced military training.

US regime punish France for words Holanda on lifting sanctions against Russia.

IMHO: Terrorist number one - US - very hard cracked down on those who dare to contradict them. A few days ago French President called for the need to lift US sanctions against Russia for Washington immediately arranged a demonstration spanking.

As you know, Islamic terrorism - is the brainchild of, weapons of Washington. It is the US created Al-Qaid, "Islamic State" and other terrorists. Today, the US is indicative killed 11 people in Paris, Oland reminder that we should not go against America.

For exemplary punishment was elected humorous publication that 7 years ago to write something funny about the Islamists. US agents shot 11 people.

FLASHBACK - French parliament votes to recognise Palestinian state

French lawmakers voted on Tuesday in favour of recognising the Palestinian territories as a state, following similar moves in Britain and Spain as European countries try to restart the stalled Middle East peace process.

Terror attack in France?

With question mark because the news is too early for a debunk. Here is the plot:

Comic magazine Charlie Hebdo produced anti Islamic cartoons.

Three well armed "terrorists" stormed the place with machine guns ablaze while screaming "Allahu Akbar".

Terrorists escape completely, while shooting at police all over Paris, 10 dead.
Question:

Do Muslims always scream Allahu Akbar while they shoot places up? With no one identified, and only that phrase for incrimination, ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE IT, and that is IF it even happened and it is not just another psy op.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So I am not the only one who thinks this is a huge steaming pile of bovine excrement!

Germany, France Pushing for End to Russia Sanctions

The US is keen to keep imposing new sanctions on Russia ad infinitum, and German vice-chancellor Sigmar Gabriel warned that there are forces in the European Union who are keen to do the same to “cripple Russia.”

With the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine holding, Germany and France are both increasingly pushing back against those sanctions, however, with French President Francois Hollande calling for sanctions to be ended outright.

French military intervention in Libya 'within 3 months': sources

France could launch a military intervention in Libya within three months, according to an Arab diplomat who spoke to Arabic-language newspaper al-Sharq al-Awsat.

The official, who asked not to be named, told the newspaper on Saturday that the question currently under discussion in Paris is not whether France will launch strikes in crisis-hit Libya, but when.

Anti-homeless cages installed around benches in French city on Christmas Eve

The right-wing city council of Angouleme in southwest France has come under fire for banishing homeless people from its city center, after it installed cages that completely cover benches used by local hobos.

The municipal deputy responsible for security, Joel Guitton, told AFP that the benches were “almost exclusively used by people who consume alcohol on a regular basis,” and claimed the decision was taken in concert with local traders, who complained that threatening behavior was driving away customers.

French offer boxed cure for anti-Semitism

A Jewish-French organization is using humor to combat the recent surge of anti-Semitism in the country. The group has begun distributing boxes, labeled "Antisémitox, the first treatment against anti-Semitism."

The boxes contain three honey candies, several detox patches, and the text of a law outlining the penalties faced by those who publicly express anti-Semitic views, reports TV5 Monde. The group has manufactured 10,000 such boxes.

Webmaster's Commentary:

If they came out with "Antisemitox" then this could be a suitable antidote to those "Semitox" drugs that these specific hyper-active Jews must surely be over-dosing on -- invariably provoking what they call "antisemitism" in others, as a natural response to the pervasive chauvinism, hysteria, hypocrisy, narcissism, and aggression that these drugs must induce, either by design or as "side-effects".

U.S. seeks to counter Palestinian UN resolution with alternative offer, says French diplomat

The United States is creating momentum for the French to forestall, or altogether abandon, presenting a resolution to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on behalf of the Palestinians. France has been informed of an American alternative offer to the Palestinian pursuit of a draft resolution to negotiate an end Israel’s occupation of territories gained in June 1967, a French diplomatic source has told me.

Palestinian sources said they have not received any proposal from the U.S. to counter their moves at the UN. “If you have something you share it,” said a senior Palestinian official close to the arrangements. “I think what the Americans are trying to do is to delay any initiative until Israeli elections take place.”

Mr Hollande will tell the Prime Minister that he is opposed to amending the EU’s treaty on the grounds that change is not needed and might trigger a referendum in France

Here Comes France: Right-Wing Leader Marine Le Pen Demands Central Bank Repatriate French Gold

First Germany, then the Netherlands, perhaps Switzerland this weekend, and now the French right-wing Front National, which shockingly came first in May's European parliament elections, and whose leader Marine Le Pen is currently polling in first place in a hypothetical presidential election (in both a first and run off round), ahead of president Hollande, has sent a letter to the governor of the French Central Bank, the Banque de France, demanding that France join the list of nations which have repatriated, or at least tried to, their gold.

The Mistral Affair: Breach of Contract or Hostile Act?

On November 18th 2014 Sputnik news reported that the French government has denied access to the Russian training crew for the Mistral ship Vladivostok docked at St. Nazaire. The French Ministry of Defence denied knowledge of the action but their denial is in line with the French President’s continual habit of saying one thing and meaning another. The alarming question now has to be asked whether this is just a commercial breach of contract or a hostile act, because the French government has not just “failed” to deliver the first of the two Mistral ships contracted and paid for as the press reports state, it has refused to deliver them and will not unless certain conditions are met, political conditions, which have strategic importance for Russia and conditions that can never be met unless Russia surrenders its strategic position and its defence of the Ukrainians of the Donbass.

The Real Reason Why Germany Halted Its Gold Repatriation From The NY Fed

Or, simply said, generic pretexts for a failure to follow through with the Bundesbank’s original intention of re-domiciling physical gold, especially after Zero Hedge posted in November 2012 proof of collusion between the 1968 Bank of England and the Fed seeking to defraud Deutsche Bank: ‘Bank Of England To The Fed: “No Indication Should, Of Course, Be Given To The Bundesbank…”

The charade ended with a thud in June of this year, when instead of continuing the farce, Germany simply gave up, providing an even more laughable reason why it can no longer even pretend to collect its physical gold located at New York’s 9 Liberty Street.

"Germany has decided its gold is safe in American hands. “The Americans are taking good care of our gold," Norbert Barthle, the budget spokesman for Merkel’s Christian Democratic bloc in parliament, said in an interview. "Objectively, there’s absolutely no reason for mistrust."

Russia warns France over warship delivery

Russia has warned France of “serious” consequences should Paris fail to deliver a Mistral-class assault warship by the end of the month, a report says.

The source told the state-run agency that “We are waiting until the end of the month, then we will lodge serious claims.”

The first of two Mistral helicopter carriers were supposed to be delivered on Friday; however, French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drain said a day earlier that “no delivery date can be fixed at this stage.”

Inside the UN Resolution on Depleted Uranium

On October 31, a new United Nations General Assembly First Committee resolution on depleted uranium (DU) weapons passed overwhelmingly. There were 143 states in favor, four against, and 26 abstentions. The measure calls for UN member states to provide assistance to countries contaminated by the weapons. The resolution also notes the need for health and environmental research on depleted uranium weapons in conflict situations.

This fifth UN resolution on the subject was fiercely opposed by four depleted uranium-shooting countries — Britain, the United States, France and Israel — who cast the only votes in opposition. The 26 states that abstained reportedly sought to avoid souring lucrative trade relationships with the four major shooters.

While Mr Farage casually dishes out advice to sell French stocks, he knows only too well that, for all his admiration of Gallic gastronomy and tabacs, the singular weakness of the French economy, and related political fall-out, is playing into his hands.

France Is Slowly Reclaiming Its Old African Empire

The funeral of French Foreign Legion Sergeant Marcel Kalafut was held in May at Camp Raffalli, his regimental headquarters in Calvi, Corsica. The 26-year-old was killed when his vehicle hit a land mine during a covert operation in northern Mali.

France’s minister of defense, Jean-Yves Le Drian, paid tribute to the young noncommissioned officer, saying he had “died for France,” and posthumously awarded him France’s most valued medal, the Légion d’Honneur.

Kalafut was the eighth French soldier killed in combat in Mali since French forces intervened in January last year. The ninth, also a Legionnaire, was killed in July. At Kalafut’s funeral, Le Drian said 1,000 French soldiers would remain in Mali and 3,000 in the Sahel-Sahara zone “for as long as necessary.”

Is It Haskalah Or Culture Of Deceit?

The new play by Bernard-Henri Levy, "Hotel Europe," that opened in Paris in September, was scheduled to run until January but will close in November due to a lack of people willing to play audience. BHL induced Sarkozy, Hollande and Valls to promote his play but apparently that didn’t help its reception.

A Swiss comedian, Matthieu Béguelin, commented on Hotel Europe’s aborted run by saying: "La pièce de BHL fait un four." In theatrical vocabulary, the expression means that BHL’s play was a flop. As you probably know, the French word "four" means "oven" and the media were quick to react with commentary that BHL is Jewish and ‘oven’ can evoke the Nazi crematoriums. The comedian replied amongst other things that he was amused that nobody who talked about the walloping of BHL had dared to use the same common expression.

In Defense of Helen Thomas: What’s Wrong With History?

Helen Thomas’s recent request to purchase a table at the upcoming White House Correspondents Association (WHCA) annual dinner has been rejected.

In a comment on that story I said, “It’s hard to imagine anything more wrong than this.”

I base my opinion on the fact that the 91-year-old Thomas, a former WHCA president, is unique among American journalists, having covered 10 different presidential administrations in a career stretching back to Dwight Eisenhower.

It is because of Thomas as much as anyone else that women were first included at the WHCA dinner since, as the WHCA’s website mentions:
