Tripoli – Capital of militias: Armed groups capture the Libyan state

Since the arrival of the UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) in Tripoli in March 2016, four large local militias have gradually divided up the capital between themselves. Though nominally loyal to the government, they now exert a degree of influence over state institutions and resources that is unprecedented in post-Qaddafi Libya. This Paper examines the rise of a militia cartel in Tripoli, and concludes that the situation is untenable, as it risks provoking a major new conflict over Tripoli fought by those who have been excluded from access to the state and impedes efforts to establish a meaningful unity government. >>

Libya Has Reached Its Turning Point. The Battle for Oil, “US-NATO Go Home”

The UN Security Council selected, unelected but anointed Libyan government in Tripoli (the GNA) rejects the elected parliament in Tobruk’s decision announced by Field Marshall Haftar, to now keep funds of oil sales and not send such funds to Tripoli, after the victory of Haftar’s Libyan National Army (LNA) in retaking the oil crescent.

When will the West stop interfering in Libya?

The UN-backed Libyan government warned on Tuesday 26 June that any attempt by the East (Tobruk) to export oil independently will be stopped.

“Exports by parallel institutions are illegal and will fail as they have failed in the past,” said the head of Libya’s Tripoli based National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanalla.

What humbug!

The Entire Western World Lives In Cognitive Dissonance

Millions of people have been separated from families by death inflicted by Washington, and for almost two decades protests have been almost nonexistent. No public outcry stopped George W. Bush, Obama, and Trump from clear and indisputable illegal acts defined in international law established by the US itself as war crimes against the inhabitants of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Syria, Yemen, and Somalia. We can add to this an eighth example: The military attacks by the US armed and supported neo-Nazi puppet state of Ukraine against the breakaway Russian provinces.

The massive deaths, destruction of towns, cities, infrastructure, the maiming, physical and mental, the dislocation that has sent millions of refugees fleeing Washington’s wars to overrun Europe, where governments consist of a collection of idiot stooges who supported Washington’s massive war crimes in the Middle East and North Africa, produced no outcry comparable to Trump’s immigration policy.

Looting Libya

One of the biggest Western foreign policy adventures in recent years is underreported in the media. The so-called ‘intervention’ in Libya has created a failed state that is riven with extremists all vying for power.

The war was sold as allied forces intervening to deliver a virtuous and prosperous country. But in reality, they were only there for Libya’s resources.
So we ask, was destroying Libya just another day at the office for politicians, short-sighted bureaucrats, and vulture corporates who continually try to enforce global economic supremacy?

Libya "Before And After" Photos Go Viral

A Libyan man who took photos of himself posing at various spots across Beghazi in 2000 has revisited the same locations 18 years later to photograph life under the new "NATO liberated" Libya.

The "before and after" pics showing the utter devastation of post-Gaddafi Libya have gone viral, garnering 50,000 retweets after they were posted to an account that features historical images of Libya under Gaddafi’s rule between 1969 and 2011.

It appears people do still care about Libya even if the political elites in Paris, London, and Washington who destroyed the country have moved on. Though we should recall that British foreign secretary Boris Johnson was caught on tape in a private meeting last year saying Libya was ripe for UK investment, but only after Libyans "clear the dead bodies away."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Hillary Clinton loves the concept of assassinations, both character, and outright physical; she must have thought that this was her finest hour as Secretary of State, when Gadaffi was assassinated.

However, in her consistently and heubristically pathological inability to see the logical conclusion of any scenario she created, this decision ultimately sowed the seeds for complete chaos and destruction in this country by way of an ongoing civil war, which, in 2018, shows no signs of ending any time soon.

Way to Go, Hil, congratulations!!

Benghazi before and after NATO intervention: Young man’s photos highlight devastation in Libya

Before and after images are good for promoting healthy eating, but they have a dramatically different effect when it comes to war-torn countries, as proven by a Libyan man who took photos of himself in Benghazi in 2000 and 2018.

His photos posted on Twitter show the same locations in Benghazi after 18 years. Where there were once tall buildings and clean, wide streets, there are now bullet-ridden ruins following the 2011 uprising, which was backed by a bombing campaign by the US-led NATO bloc and led to the deposing and murder of long-time Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

All talk, no action: Civilians suffer in Libya as Macron praises 'peace summit' (VIDEO)

Libya has vanished from the headlines and media spotlight lately, but the chaos it has been facing since the Western intervention in 2011, still rages on. On Wednesday, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported that escalation of fighting in eastern port city of Derna “reached unprecedented levels, due to the use of air raids and shelling, some of which are in residential areas, and heavy ground clashes.”

“Instability is high in various places in Libya, so there is always a potential for escalation,” Katleeen Meas, head of OCHA's Libya office, told RT. She described the situation in Derna as “very challenging” noting that the conflict intensified over the last few days.

“We also have severe concerns for the protection of civilians who find themselves caught in the conflict,” Meas said.

World War 3: Russian aircraft 'INTERCEPT' Israeli FIGHTER JETS over Libyan capital

RUSSIAN Su-34 aircraft “intercepted” Israeli F-16 fighter jets over Tripoli airspace despite a mechanism to avoid conflicts between Moscow and Jerusalem, it has been reported.

Reports including Israeli, Lebanese and Russian media outlets claim two Israeli Air Force F-16 planes were challenged by Sukhoi Su-34 jets over Libya.

Video circulated of Russian planes flying over Lebanon but the clip did not show any Israeli jets.

However, Moscow denied the allegations and said it does not conduct missions in Lebanese airspace.

The Russian Defence Ministry said: “The information spread by one of the Israeli news outlets about an alleged ‘interception' of two Israeli F-16s by a Russian Su-34 in Lebanese airspace is amateur nonsense.

Trump warns Kim Jong-un he could end up like Libya's Gaddafi unless he makes nuclear deal

Donald Trump has warned Kim Jong-un that North Korea will be “decimated” if it does not agree a nuclear deal, and that Mr Kim himself will be treated in the same manner as slain Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

In comments to reporters that initially appeared designed to reassure Mr Kim, amid reports of potential brinksmanship from North Korea, the US president said his safety would be reassured and that he would remain in control of his country, following any deal with Washington. Yet he then suggested if a deal was not forthcoming, the North Korean leader might be treated much more harshly.

“The Libyan model was a much different model. We decimated that country. We never said to Gaddafi, ‘Oh, we're going to give you protection’,” he said. “We went in and decimated him, and we did the same thing with Iraq.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Trump just admitted that Libya was NOT a genuine grass roots revolution, as was claimed by the corporate media at the time.

North Korea Livid as Trump Administration Suggests ‘Libya Model’ for Denuclearization

There aren’t really examples of nations with substantial nuclear arsenals giving them up as part of a broad negotiated settlement and it working out. North Korea’s denuclearization, then, is very much uncharted territory. The Trump Administration, however, insists on drawing parallels to Libya.

National Security Adviser John Bolton in particular is trying to draw this comparison, even though there are obvious, dramatic differences between the two situations. North Korea is also furious about the Trump Administration’s talk of Libya, and it’s not hard to see why.

Libya never had functional nuclear weapons, and gave up its equipment in 2003 in hopes of ending its international isolation and reforming its image. North Korea’s interest in diplomatic engagement is one commonality, but makes it a particularly poor example, as Libya never really enjoyed much of a reward.

Libyan National Army’s (LNA) Commander Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar has announced the start of a military operation to liberate Derna, which has been under terrorists' siege since the overthrow of country’s longtime leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, LNA’s spokesman Ahmed Mismari said.

"Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar has announced the start of operation to liberate Derna," Mismari said.

According to Mismari, the military warned local residents of the need to observe security measures, and in particular, called on the civilian population not to approach the places of concentration of militants.

Hoisting the false flag

BRAVE GUATEMALAN air force pilots rebelled against a leftist regime in 1954 and used their planes to bomb the regime’s bases. Army commanders also rebelled; Guatemalans could hear them directing troop movements over the radio. Finally these patriots won their revolution. The United States trumpeted their victory around the world.

This was a “false flag” operation — staged by one force but made to look as if someone else did it. Planes that bombed targets in Guatemala were painted with Guatemalan air force insignia, but the pilots were CIA contractors. Radio messages about troop movements had been pre-recorded at a CIA base in Florida. A revolution that seemed to be emerging from one country, Guatemala, was actually the project of another, the United States.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is why I am very concerned about a potential false flag to be blamed on Iran, as the justification to attack it, in light of current movements by the Israeli government and its mouthpiece, the Unhinged, Surveilled States of Amerika, which make me think that an attack against Iran may well be imminent.

Why Did The U.S. And Its Allies Bomb Libya?

Why Did the U.S. and Its Allies Bomb Libya? Corruption Case Against Sarkozy Sheds New Light on Ousting of Gaddafi.
***
Last month, French police detained and questioned Sarkozy about illicit payments Gaddafi is said to have made to Sarkozy’s 2007 presidential election campaign. A few days after Sarkozy was released from detention, he was ordered to stand trial for corruption and influence-peddling in a related case, in which he had sought information on the Gaddafi inquiry from an appeals court judge. The scandal has highlighted a little-appreciated bind that Sarkozy faced in the run-up to the Libyan intervention: The French president, who took the lead among Europeans in the military campaign against Gaddafi, was eager to compensate for diplomatic blunders in Tunisia and Egypt and most likely angry about an arms deal with Gaddafi that went awry. Sarkozy, it now appears, was eager to shift the narrative to put himself at the forefront of a pro-democracy, anti-Gaddafi intervention .

Virginia Senator Richard Black: CIA Is Pushing False Flag In Syria - Claims Hillary Ordered Murder Of Chris Stevens In Benghazi

Our friend Bobby Powell conducted this interview two months ago with Virginia Senator Richard Black. It's not like we haven't been telling people for years the truth about Syria and how the only real problem there is the US funding, training and arming Islamic jihadis to overthrow the Assad regime. And, despite a new president who told you that we didn't need to be there, he's already launched missiles into the country over rumors of an Assad attack with no evidence and is apparently getting ready to attack again with no evidence and no congressional authority as outlined in our Constitution.

Virginia Senator Dick Black exposes the WMD false flag in Syria, which was really carried out by the remnants of ISIS and not Syrian President Assad.

Think. Why would Assad use chemical weapons on civilians, knowing that it would draw world-wide condemnation and US intervention, when the jihadists are surrounded and on the brink of annihilation?

Gaddafi's Ex-Interpreter Sheds Light on Libyan Leader's Support for Sarkozy

Late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi agreed to support the 2007 election campaign of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, earmarking millions of euros destined to help the politician win, Moftah Missouri, Gaddafi's aide and chief interpreter, told Sputnik.

The reports and allegations of Gaddafi's government's support for Sarkozy have been around for at least seven years, ever since civil war broke out in Libya.

Years of rumors culminated in Sarkozy's arrest last March. The former president was briefly detained and questioned over Libya's alleged contribution to his 2007 campaign. Afterward, Sarkozy was officially charged with corruption. The French politician has rejected all accusations.

US launches airstrike in Libya, kills Al-Qaeda chief

The US is back to bombing Libya, this time in an attempt to fight Al-Qaeda. The war-ravaged country has become a safe haven for terrorist groups after the NATO intervention brought down the Gaddafi government.

The airstrike conducted on Saturday killed two terrorists, “including Musa Abu Dawud, a high ranking al-Qa'ida in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) official,” US Africa Command (AFRICOM) said in a statement on Wednesday, noting that no civilians were killed.

Dawud was an important Al-Qaeda operative, according to AFRICOM. He “trained AQIM recruits in Libya for attack operations in the region. He provided critical logistics support, funding and weapons to AQIM, enabling the terror group to threaten and attack US and Western interests in the region,” the statement added.

Number Of Children Forced Into Slavery Hits All-Time High

While the resurgence of human trafficking in war-torn Libya in recent years has occupied the headlines, trafficking in the UK has also climbed to an all-time high, according to the National Crime Agency.

Statistics released by the NCA show the number of potential victims of slavery has increased by 35% to 5,145 since 2016 - the highest since records began in 2009. And it's likely that number will only continue to climb, per RT.

The NCA said most victims are being used for sex or as drug mules by "county lines" groups, which use vulnerable children as couriers to transfer drugs from the city to rural areas.

British nationals comprised the largest group, followed by people from Albania and Vietnam. UK children accounted for 819 referrals, while 777 were Albanians, and 739 were Vietnamese.

Executions, torture and slave markets persist in Libya - U.N.

Armed groups execute and torture civilians in Libya in almost complete impunity seven years after the revolution that toppled Muammar Gaddafi, the United Nations human rights office said on Wednesday.

Libyans and migrants are often held incommunicado in arbitrary detention in appalling conditions, and reports persist of captured migrants being bought and sold on “open slave markets”, it said in a report to the Human Rights Council.

Libya is split between rival governments in the east and west while ports and beaches are largely in the hands of armed groups who smuggle mainly African migrants onto boats heading for Italy and Europe.

“Extrajudicial and unlawful killings are rampant,” Andrew Gilmour, U.N. Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights, told the Geneva forum.

Belgium: 10 Billion Euros of Frozen Libya Assets Disappeared From Euroclear Bank

Over 16 billion euros were located in four accounts opened for the Libyan Investment Authority and Libyan Foreign Investment Company.

Belgium discovered the disappearance of a significant part of these funds in the fall of 2017, when an investigation into money laundering sought to seize the 16 billion euros.

Libya: New Gaddafi figure waits in the wings but says he has 'no time for democracy'

In Libya, a dominant military figure stands out as a possible new leader of a unified country – that is, of course, if he wins at the polls – or even if he doesn’t. But can the UN or the West even organize an election?

Some seven months have passed since Libya’s two rival leaders met with the newly elected French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris. One is Fayez al-Sarraj, prime minister of the Government of National Accord, who lives in Tripoli and is supported by the UN and the West.

The other, Khalifa Haftar, is a military commander who controls Benghazi and can take credit for crushing Al Qaeda. The West considers him a maverick military type, however, who has little time for the tedious travails of diplomacy or democracy.

US sanctions Libya oil smugglers

The United States has issued a new round of sanctions targeting oil smugglers in Libya aimed at blocking exploitation of natural resources that is driving instability, the US Treasury Department said on Monday.

In a statement, Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) said it was sanctioning six people, 24 companies and seven vessels in a move that prohibits Americans from engaging with those targeted and freezes any related property under US jurisdictions.

The sanctions target people from Libya, Malta and Egypt for "involvement in the smuggling of petroleum products from Libya to Europe".

Issued under the authority of a 2016 executive order by then President Barack Obama, companies based in Italy, Libya and Malta are also targets, the statement said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The rest of the world isn't going to be quite that fussy about from where they can get below-market oil, and if they can get it from illegal smugglers in Libya, they will.

This is a massive effort, courtesy of the American government, to appear that it is actually doing something about the instability generated by the assassination of Moamar Ghaddafi 7 years ago, when these sanctions really do next to nothing to get at the root of the problem.

And the root of the problem, is getting Libya stable again, with a functioning government which can protect its own people and its industries, which, unfortunately, does not appear to be happening any time soon.

How Donald Trump Learned to Love War in 2017

The president promised to deliver peace. But in his first year, he expanded every war he inherited.

President Trump has maintained or expanded the wars that he inherited from his predecessor.

As Jennifer Wilson and I pointed out in an appropriately titled column in August, “Donald Trump Is Dropping Bombs at Unprecedented Levels.” Within eight months of assuming office, Trump — with the announcement of six “precision aistrikes” in Libya — had bombed every country that former President Barack Obama had in eight years. One month after that, the United States surpassed the 26,172 bombs that had been dropped in 2016. Through the end of December 2017, Trump had authorized more airstrikes in Somalia in one year (33), than George W. Bush and Obama had since the United States first began intervening there in early 2007 (30).

6 Years After the West Murdered His Father, Gaddafi's Son Moves to Take the Power Back

After spending the last six years incarcerated by a militia in the wake of the systemic destruction of Libya by NATO-backed forces in 2011, the second son of slain Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, confirmed that he will run for president of Libya in 2018.

Through family spokesman Basem al-Hashimi al-Soul, Gaddafi confirmed to Egyptian television that he plans on running in what will likely be a tenuous election in the highly fragmented state.

Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam 'to run for Libyan presidency'

Saif al-Islam, the son of the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi who is wanted for alleged crimes against humanity, is to stand in his country's next presidential election, it was reported on Monday.

Spokesman Basem al-Hashimi al-Soul told the Egypt Today newspaper that Saif al-Islam had the support of "major tribes" in his home country and would run on a promise to provide "security and stability".

Rare Conversation with Jared Kushner, Saban Forum – 2017

A lot of countries in the Middle East want the same thing – economic progress, peace for their people.

Jared Kushner, U.S. President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser on Middle East peace, said Sunday that Israel needs to reach a peace deal with the Palestinians before it can form an alliance with the greater Arab world.

Libya: Ten Things About Gaddafi They Don’t Want You to Know

What do you think of when you hear the name Colonel Gaddafi? Tyrant? Dictator? Terrorist? Well, a national citizen of Libya may disagree but we want you to decide.

For 41 years until his demise in October 2011, Muammar Gaddafi did some truly amazing things for his country and repeatedly tried to unite and empower the whole of Africa.

So despite what you’ve heard on the radio, seen in the media or on the TV, Gaddafi did some powerful things that are not characteristic of a “vicious dictator” as portrayed by the western media.

Here are ten things Gaddafi did for Libya that you may not know about…

MEDIA ERASE NATO ROLE IN BRINGING SLAVE MARKETS TO LIBYA

he American and British media have awakened to the grim reality in Libya, where African refugees are for sale in open-air slave markets. Yet a crucial detail in this scandal has been downplayed or even ignored in many corporate media reports: the role of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in bringing slavery to the North African nation. In March 2011, NATO launched a war in Libya expressly aimed at toppling the government of longtime leader Muammar Qadhafi. The US and its allies flew some 26,000 sorties over Libya and launched hundreds of cruise missiles, destroying the government’s ability to resist rebel forces.

Journalist: US Media Fret Over Libyan Slave Markets, Ignore NATO’s Culpability

A shocking expose on the refugee slave trade in Libya has become the story of the day as both mainstream and alternative outlets rush to cover the open-air slave markets where human beings are bought and sold for a few hundred American dollars.

How conditions in Libya became wretched enough to allow such conspicuous atrocities to take place has been absent from many mainstream accounts. Eugene Puryear and Sean Blackmon of Sputnik Radio's By Any Means Necessary asked Ben Norton, a progressive journalist with Alternet who is best known for his critiques of the mainstream media and US foreign policy, particularly in the Middle East, to help fill in the blanks.

Hillary Clinton “Has No Regrets” After Sleeping Through Benghazi Terrorist Attack and the Briefing Three Days Later

Hillary Clinton said Wednesday she had “no regrets” for leaving the State Department at 9 or 10 and going home to sleep through the Benghazi terror attacks.

Hillary Clinton also famously slept through the Benghazi briefing three days later after four Americans were murdered by Islamists in a well coordinated attack.

STARVED, ‘MUTILATED’ AND BLACKMAILED, MIGRANTS AUCTIONED OFF AS SLAVES, BY SMUGGLERS IN LIBYA

From becoming one of the major points in Africa from which migrants can attempt to cross over into Europe, Libya is now turning into a slave trade city thanks to the heavy flow of desperate people from other parts of the continent. A new investigation has revealed people are being sold as modern-day slaves for as little as £300 ($400).
According to CNN which exposed the racket, slave sales are conducted on the outskirts of the nation’s capital, Tripoli, where auctions take place for various types of manual labourers. In one case, a video was made available, which shows the sale of “big strong boys for farm work”.
An undercover operation revealed similar auctions where around a dozen people were sold in a matter of five to six minutes. “Does anybody need a digger? This is a digger, a big, strong man, he’ll dig,” an auctioneer calls out in one clip. “What am I bid, what am I bid?”

Webmaster's Commentary:

In her cheerleading for the forcible removal of Ghadaffi as the governmental head of Libya via assassination, did Hillary Clinton ever see this possibility coming?!?

That a new slave trade would result from the wake of his assassination?!?

The short answer has to be, "Hell, no!!"

Libya's Slave Auctions And African Genocide: What Hillary Knew

A new CNN investigation has uncovered a network of slave markets operating in warehouses in various cities across Libya six years after NATO-led intervention in the country toppled the government of Muammar Gaddafi in support of US and UK backed rebels. And not only did CNN confirm the presence of slave auctions where human beings are being sold for as little as $400 in "liberated" Libya, but CNN's crew was actually able to film a live auction in progress, while also gathering the testimonies of multiple victims.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Oh, it can be aptly said that Secretary of State Clinton does, really, care about people; that is, if they had the serious money enabling them to "pay to play", and receive diplomatic favors from her.

Clinton understood what was going to happen, but she allowed it to happen to these people, because from her perspective, those enslaved Libyans were simply the counterparts of the US nationals she characterized as "deplorables"; poor, uneducated, and victims of their fate because they have been "gamed" by the very Libyan rebels she had supported.

Celebrating Gaddafi’s Dream Amid An American Nightmare

Last October marked the sixth anniversary of the brutal assassination of Col. Muammar Gaddafi, Libya’s adored architect of the “Jamahiriya” or state of the masses. The assassination was conducted by NATO-backed “rebels” fully loyal to the notion of waging jihad on the socialist Arab republic. Libya was Barack Obama’s war. The “first Black President” enthusiastically promoted lies about the Libyan leader in preparation for the invasion. He called Gaddafi a dictator, a strongman, and a mass murderer of his own people. US military forces collaborated with the media to spread rumors that Gaddafi had deployed soldiers armed with Viagra to rape women and children. Like the war on Afghanistan and Iraq, everything said about Gaddafi and Libya ended up being a lie. There were no massacres led by Gaddafi. In fact, NATO-backed “rebels” were found to have committed the most heinous crimes against the populace imaginable.

Libya, Syria, Ukraine – Same Playbook, Same Puppet Masters

By Chris Kanthan

Geopolitics becomes a lot easier if we can discern repeating patterns. For example, the common thread through the crises in Ukraine, Libya and Syria is a clever but ruthless playbook of regime-change. This stratagem of toppling governments while appearing noble should perhaps be called the “geopolitics of crocodile tears.”

There were times in history when a powerful country would simply invade the weaker ones. Now the elites resort to elaborate Hollywood-style scripts brimming with inspiring heroes, sob stories and altruistic efforts...

US Special Forces Capture Militant Who Was Instrumental In 2012 Benghazi Attack

For all the talk about Paul Manafort's indictiment, one can't help but feel that there is a distinct undercurrent amid today's newsflow focusing on Hillary Clinton: from the resignation of one of the most powerful Democrats, Tony Podesta, who earlier today parted ways with the lobbying firm he founded after it became ensnared in the Mueller probe (and who is also brother of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta) to the sudden reemergence of the Benghazi attack narrative, one wonders if Trump is not preparing to launch a broadside attack on his former presidential challenger.

The Fix Is In! Obama-Appointed Judge In Manafort Case Dismissed Lawsuit Against Hillary Over Benghazi Attack

By analyzing the track record of U.S. District Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson, it looks like the fix was in when it comes to Paul Manafort’s case. Robinson appears to be sympathetic to Democrats, as she was appointed by former President Obama and previously donated to former President Bill Clinton’s campaign.

Robinson also “dismissed a lawsuit brought against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by relatives of victims of the 2012 Benghazi attack,” reports Fox News.

FLASHBACK - HILLARY THE SPY?

Let us start with an historical fact. Treason and betrayal by the highest levels is a common feature of history, whether it is Judas vs Jesus, Brutus vs Julius Caesar, Benedict Arnold, the Rosenbergs, Jonathan Pollard, Aldrich Ames, Robert Hanssen. It is just a fact of life. It does happen.

Back in 1996, when Bill Clinton was running for re-election, he authorized the transfer of highly sensitive technology to China. This technology had military applications and allowed China to close the gap in missile performance with the United States. The transfers were opposed and severely criticized by the Defense Department.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I figure with the Uranium One deal finally breaking into corporate media (at least FOX) it is time to look back at all the crimes of the Clintons.

6 YEARS AGO TODAY, THE US HELPED MURDER GADDAFI TO STOP THE CREATION OF GOLD-BACKED CURRENCY

Six years ago today, the West took it upon itself to use NATO to overthrow Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi — not for any humanitarian threat to civilians as had been repeatedly claimed — but because his planned roll-out of a new currency to be used across Africa posed a palpable existential threat to central banks at the heart of the Western financial and political system.

Long theorized to be the actual vehicle for Gaddafi’s downfall, the gold dinar-based, pan-African currency motive came to light in nascent 2016 in one of more than 3,000 of Hillary Clinton’s emails released by the State Department — conveniently timed with the New Year’s holiday to abate outrage or repercussions.

Webmaster's Commentary:

"We Came, We Saw, He Died!!" Thus cackled Clinton upon hearing of Ghadaffi's execution.

And we can see just how stabizing THAT was for Lybia, now factionalized in a bloody civil war, which is tearing the country apart, 6 years on.

Trump is Pulling a Libya on Iran

Muammar Qaddafi learned the hard way how the U.S. reneges on deals.

Word is out that President Trump this week will “decertify” the nuclear deal with Iran, also known as JCPOA, for Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. This is the deal struck with Tehran not only by the United States but also by France, Germany, Russia, China, the UK, and the European Union. It’s a nifty word, “decertify.” It hides the real meaning of Trump’s planned action.>>>

Unraveling the riddle of the Kurds’ Iraqi pipedream

Masoud Barzani has overplayed his hand – no regional powers are going to assent to partition of Iraq. Expect major turbulence ahead.

Question is will Erdogan sacrifice business interests to put political pressure ?

"Erdogan will get what he wants; the oil, and no independence. Barzani’s hand is not exactly brilliant" avers, Asia Times Roving Eye correspondent Pepe Escobar.

Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), has announced that “Yes” won Monday’s non-binding independence referendum. Now that index fingers in indelible indigo ink are out of the way, the real battle between the KRG and Baghdad begins. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the Iraqi Supreme Court have denounced the referendum as “unconstitutional.”

TRUTH, JUSTICE AND THE PALESTINIAN WAY

I wish that the US and the Western governments take care of their people in need. Instead of legislating to help Puerto Rico, the Israeli occupied US Congress is trying to be an even more obedient "house slave" for the Zionist masters by imposing more penalties on Hizballah (Lebanon) and Iran and pushing for yet another devastating war (just like they did in Somalia, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Libya). Bernard Levy, the Jewish Zionist instigator of the mayhem in Libya was in Northern Iraq building Zionist relationships with the Kurdish region and instigating for dividing Iraq like the Zionists did in Sudan. Other Zionists pour illegally acquired money in illegal Jewish settlements and the largest terrorist organization in the world - the Israeli army. Dividing the world and creating hatred and wars has been a key pillar of global Zionist machinery for decades*. It is the old colonial strategy of divide and conquer. As always many reject divisions while some fall into this trap.

FLASHBACK - Muammar Gaddafis SHOCKING Secret

Webmaster's Commentary:

Under Qaddafi’s rule, Libya attained the highest standard of living in Africa, it was the only debt free country in Africa, He raised the literacy rate from 20% to 83%, he built one of the finest free health care systems in the third world, therefore raising the life expectancy from 44 to 75 years, Qaddafi gave women full access to education and employment and enabled the women to serve in the armed forces.

Gaddafi provided to its citizens what is denied to many Americans or Europeans, free public health care, free education. don't believe me? Check out the WHO and UNESCO DATA, Nelson Mandela called Muammar Qaddafi one of the 21st century’s greatest freedom fighters, the foreign powers conspired to murder Qaddafi, he was targeted by the CIA, France and UK since the 1970s. He was an enemy of the Dajjal System, an influencial enemy and had to be taken out. 2011 uprising was initiated and supported by Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar, may Allah trap the leaders of those countries with the storm of Aad, curse be upon them for betraying the ummah. But why did those countries betray Gaddafi? Qaddafi supported feverishly the Palestinian cause.

Qaddafi hated all monarchs of the Gulfs, accusing them of being puppet and slaves to the west. Qaddafi supported anti-Zionist, pan-Africanist, and black civil rights movements. Qaddafi put up a communications satellite the first in Africa to bring the continent of Africa into the 21st century of technology. Gaddafi wanted to free Africans from the imperialism and the neocolonialism.

THE LETHAL FOREIGN POLICY OF MILITARY EXPERTS

Libya was bombed by the US government yesterday, but you wouldn’t know it because the media have been obsessed with the #TakeAKnee dispute between the president and the NFL. Trump may not even be aware that Libya was bombed under his authority, because he has put his trusty “Mad Dog” on a very long leash, in the hopes that he’ll be able to figure out how to clean up the mess in the Middle East.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It is rather unfortunate, at this point in President Trump's tenure as President, that his unholy triumverate of "president whisperers", Mattis, Kelly, and Mc Master, appear to believe that the only anwser to any geopolitical issue in which the Occupied, Unhinged, Surveilled States of Amerika is involved appears to be... yet more war.

U.S. CONDUCTS FIRST AIRSTRIKE IN LIBYA UNDER TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

On 22 September, the US conducted an airstrike on an ISIS camp in the desert valleys about 150 miles south-east of Sirte, reportedly killing 17 ISIS fighters and destroying 3 vehicles. US Africa Command (Africom) said the strikes were carried out by armed Reaper drones flying from a base in Sicily. Reda Eissa, a spokesman for the Government of National Accord’s (GNA) Misrata-led al-Bunyan al-Marsus (BM) coalition said he had no information about the airstrikes. Interestingly, the Libyan National Army (LNA) also said that it conducted airstrikes against ISIS targets near Sadada, west of Sirte, on the same day.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This... is the true legacy of former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton; civil war, death, disease, and castastrophe of unmeasurable proportions in Libya.

North Korea Suggests Libya Should Have Kept Nuclear Program

A North Korean statement that Libya’s dismantling of its nuclear weapons program had made it vulnerable to military intervention by the West is being seen by analysts as an ominous reinforcement of the North’s refusal to end its own nuclear program.

North Korea is correct. Had Libya kept their nukes, the US would have left it alone.

Clinton State Department silenced them on Benghazi security lapses, contractors say

Security at the State Department's Benghazi compound was so dire that another contractor was brought in to clean up the mess just two weeks before the 2012 terror attack – and was later pressured to keep quiet by a government bureaucrat under then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to two men from the American security company.
