Watchdog audit finds billions in wasted dollars on Obamacare fiasco ... Totally incompetent government let anyone sign up with no proof of anything

There is now yet another reason to be disgusted by the ongoing fiasco known as Obamacare: A new report from the Government Accountability Office has concluded that the federal government's failure to properly monitor the eligibility of enrollees may have cost taxpayers billions in fraudulent payments.

The problem stems from the inability of the system used by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to verify "inconsistencies" in the data it receives from the three agencies (IRS, DHS and SSA) responsible for determining the eligibility of applicants under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).

US Supreme Court Ruling Could Effectively End Legal Marijuana Sales

Oklahoma and Nebraska filed a lawsuit against Colorado in December 2014, and this Friday the Supreme Court will decide whether or not it takes the case. The suit claims that cannabis being diverted into their states from Colorado is causing “irreparable injury,” and suggests that Colorado’s law violates the supremacy clause of the Constitution. They believe federal law should take precedence over state law.

More than 6 million lead service lines exist across the country, according to estimates cited by Fitch (*Rating Agency). Many of these are located in the Northeast, Midwest and older urban areas.

"We believe the capital costs to replace these lines could exceed $275 billion," Fitch said.

The EPA's latest survey estimated the entire sector needs $385 billion in water infrastructure improvements through 2030, and this estimate includes the costs to only partially replace lead pipes, according to the rating agency.

Massive IRS data breach much bigger than first thought

A massive data breach at the IRS was much bigger than was first realized. The agency now says more than 700,000 social security numbers and other sensitive information may have been stolen.

Hackers used the "Get Transcript" program, which allows you to check your tax history online. The IRS began the online program two years ago, allowing taxpayers to request their tax history over the Internet, in addition to the post office. But following a nine-month investigation by the Treasury inspector general for tax administration, the IRS says its online service has put hundreds of thousands of more taxpayers at risk of identify theft, reports CBS News correspondent Jan Crawford.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So here is the problem. The FBI/CIA/NSA/police want complete access to our private data on our cell phones, under the fraudulent claim that this will stop crime and terror, yet the information they already have on us is wide-open to criminals.

And then they wonder why we want them to start minding their own business and comply with the Fourth Amendment.

The reason is simple: the discussion of the size of the military budget for the next year in Congress,” Konashenkov told RIA Novosti.

<<< For the last 24 hours, pundits have been criticizing Trump for this. They point to a statement by the IRS which said “nothing prevents individuals from sharing their own tax information” during an audit. That’s true. However, Trump would be very, very stupid to release them, at least according to nearly all (except one) of the high profile tax attorneys and accountants around the country we contacted for this story. I posed two questions to them: 1) Like Trump, would you also advise your client NOT to release their returns until the audit was over? 2) Do Trump’s statements above seem like a plausible explanation to you?

The Staggering Cost of Israel to Americans

Israel has a population of approximately 7.8 million, or a million fewer than the state of New Jersey. It is among the world’s most affluent nations, with a per capita income similar to that of the European Union.[1] Israel’s unemployment rate of 5.8% is better than America’s 7.3%,[2] and Israel’s net trade, earnings, and payments is ranked 30th in the world while the US sits in last place at a dismal 193rd.[3]

Yet, Israel receives more of America’s foreign aid budget than any other nation.[4] The US has, in fact, given more aid to Israel than it has to all the countries of sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean combined—which have a total population of over a billion people.[5]

And foreign aid is just one component of the staggering cost of our alliance with Israel.

How the Affordable Care Act Continues to Fall Short

The government always fails to deliver on its promises.

Of the seven main candidates running for president, only one wants to keep the Affordable Care Act in place: the Democratic kind-of-front-runner Hillary Clinton. Everyone else wants to get rid of it.

Most Republicans would replace it by returning health insurance regulation to the states, although they would also lock in much of the ACA's new spending. Self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders would replace it with a single-payer system—Medicare for all. It's a terribly inefficient and costly idea, as many pundits have explained.

But it's worth noting that Sanders' main beef with the ACA is that it doesn't offer universal coverage. Basically, not everyone is insured under the law >>>

The complaint that Texas, Wisconsin, Kansas, Louisiana, Indiana and Nebraska filed in the Northern District of Texas takes issue with the Health Insurance Providers Fee assessed to health insurers to cover federal subsidies.

The lawsuit says nothing in the Affordable Care Act's language provided clear notice that states would also have to pay the fee.

"This notice was not even provided by rule but was ultimately provided by a private entity wielding legislative authority," the suit says.

The suit seeks an injunction against the federal rules that say states are responsible for the fee. It also asks that states be refunded for what they've already paid.

Congressional Budget Office Unleashes Plot To Fleece America, Charge Drivers By The Mile (While Giving Untold Billions To Israel)

The U.S. Congressional Budget Office released a lengthy report two weeks ago strongly suggesting that the 18.4 cents per gallon gasoline tax, which is supposedly spent on maintaining the roads and infrastructure, is not nearly enough anymore. One "approach that the Congress could consider," according to the report, was to "Have the federal government—or allow states or private businesses to—charge drivers directly for their use of roads more often, including charging them more for using roads when traffic is more congested...Charging drivers specifically for using roads would increase economic output by allowing highly valued transportation to move more quickly and more reliably. Such pricing could take the form of per-mile charges (also known as vehicle-miles traveled, or VMT, charges), congestion charges, or tolls on Interstate highways." Treachery abounds!

In 1971, Nixon closed the door by removing the ability of any member nation to convert into gold. The dollar (used as the world’s reserve currency) was still the reserve; however, it was completely fiat at this point. At this time, President Nixon dispatched Kissinger to Saudi Arabia with a scheme that made extortionists pale in comparison.

The ruling House of Saud in Saudi Arabia was offered a deal by Kissinger with four parts.

America’s military would guarantee protection of Saudi Arabia and her oilfields.
The U.S. would also sell the Saudis any weapons needed.
The U.S. would furthermore guarantee protection from Israel and the other countries of the region.
Finally, the Saudi family was ensured that they would rule in perpetuity.

WOMAN JAILED FOR REFUSING FEDERAL ORDER TO COMMIT PERJURY

Hendrickson’s saga officially began in 2006, when the Internal Revenue Service claimed that refunds it had issued to her years earlier were mistakes, according to the family and official documents reviewed by WND.

In 2007, the U.S. Department of Justice went much further, asking a federal court to sign an order purporting to force Hendrickson to repudiate her previous tax returns and sign new ones.

However, she was never even accused by the government of tax evasion or filing false returns, much less convicted.

The DOJ, however, wanted her to replace her original returns – signed under penalty of perjury – with new documents in which the content would be dictated by the IRS, also signed under penalty of perjury. They flew in prosecutor Melissa Siskind from Washington to pursue the case.

Hendrickson believed the information dictated by the IRS was incorrect, so she could not sign it without an explanatory note pointing out that it was made under duress, she explained.

Kurds warn Turkey of ‘big war’ with Russia if invades Syria

Russia has promised to protect Kurdish fighters in Syria in case of a ground offensive by Turkey, a move that would lead to a "big war," the Syrian group's envoy to Moscow said in an interview on Wednesday.

"We take this threat very seriously because the ruling party in Turkey is a party of war," Rodi Osman, head of the Syrian Kurds' newly-opened representative office said in Kurdish via a Russian interpreter. "Russia will respond if there is an invasion. This isn't only about the Kurds, they will defend the territorial sovereignty of Syria."

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF in fact this information is true, we may be looking at an intense escalation of this war, happening in a heartbeat.

As reported in consortiumnews.com today:

When President Barack Obama took questions from reporters on Tuesday, the one that needed to be asked – but wasn’t – was whether he had forbidden Turkey and Saudi Arabia to invade Syria, because on that question could hinge whether the ugly Syrian civil war could spin off into World War III and possibly a nuclear showdown. If Turkey (with hundreds of thousands of troops massed near the Syrian border) and Saudi Arabia (with its sophisticated air force) follow through on threats and intervene militarily to save their rebel clients, who include Al Qaeda’s Nusra Front, from a powerful Russian-backed Syrian government offensive, then Russia will have to decide what to do to protect its 20,000 or so military personnel inside Syria. A source close to Russian President Vladimir Putin told me that the Russians have warned Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that Moscow is prepared to use tactical nuclear weapons if necessary to save their troops in the face of a Turkish-Saudi onslaught. Since Turkey is a member of NATO, any such conflict could quickly escalate into a full-scale nuclear confrontation. Given Erdogan’s megalomania or mental instability and the aggressiveness and inexperience of Saudi Prince Mohammad bin Salman (defense minister and son of King Salman), the only person who probably can stop a Turkish-Saudi invasion is President Obama. But I’m told that he has been unwilling to flatly prohibit such an intervention, though he has sought to calm Erdogan down and made clear that the U.S. military would not join the invasion..

However, Obama may not have the luxury of not participating; because Turkey is a NATO member, if it does, in fact, get attacked, the US government would have no choice but to defend it through NATO.

Let us pray that saner, cooler heads will prevail here.

How Business Really Works: Obama's Outrageous Oil Tax Would Cost Me Personally Over $12,500 Per Year

Obama has proposed a $10 dollar per barrel tax on oil. It's been widely reported that such a tax would raise the cost of gasoline by 25 cents a gallon. Let me explain what Obama's most recent barbaric outrageous proposal, if enacted, would cost to the average business owner in America, such as myself. I'm in the transportation industry. To fill up both tanks on a big rig takes approximately 139 gallons of diesel fuel. 139 gallons times a .25 cents per gallon increase, would amount to an additional $34.95 per fill-up, which is at least once a day, sometimes more. $34.95 times 30 days is $1,042.25 per month! Times twelve months is $12,510 per year! Excuse my French, but F this bastard! Obamacare is bad enough!

FLASHBACK - VOTE FRAUD AND THE BANKRUPTCY OF THE UNITED STATES

In light of the numerous incidents of vote fraud uncovered through the years and the quite obvious stonewall on the subject by the officials who benefit from rigged elections and the media that at least helps in the rigging, it is dangerous to assume that American elections are honest. The burden of proof must lie with VNS and the voting machine companies to prove their honesty.

In an atmosphere of doubt about the validity of the voting process, it appears that the entire voting process is a sham, a trick to fool the American people into accepting whatever is done to them by creating the illusion that the people somehow voted for and approved of whatever is being done. That's how Batista fooled the Cuban people. That's how the USSR fooled the Soviet citizens. And that's how the American government fools us.

Do We The People owe that $100+ trillion? No, we do not. It was borrowed without our permission. No citizen agreed to repay that money.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Now that Hillary is showing America how the elections are actually decided (fraud and political machines) it is time to remind everyone of a simple axiom. If we don;t get to choose the government, we are not responsible for the debt they have run up!
