As the station, which bills itself as "the all-conservative radio station," was broadcasting a program on revisionism, transmission suddenly went dead. Without warning, the "Free Journal Show," hosted by Martin Peltier, was suddenly replaced by classical music. The show never resumed.

We contacted Henry de Lesquen, station manager, who explained the broadcast had been interrupted "by the government's Delegate for Editorial Matters, who considered some comments expressed by one of the participants unacceptable."

President Nicolas Sarkozy has questioned whether France and Britain could not work together to put pressure on the United States to strengthen the dollar.
And just HOW do you think that can be done, in a nation which has abandoned most of its manufacturing, while printing up new money by the billions to pay for its wars? - M. R.

President Nicolas Sarkozy's decision to select Israel as guest of honor at the International Book Fair (salon Due Livre) in Paris underscores his government's obscene embrace of Israel's manifestly criminal policies in the occupied Palestinian territories, including apartheid, ethnic cleansing and genocide.

Sarkozy wrapped his plan in the cloak of religion, blaming the wars and violence of the last century on an "absence of God" and calling the Nazi belief in a hierarchy of races "radically incompatible with Judeo-Christian monotheism."
Hitler was Catholic, and had sung in the choir at the monastery of Lambach as a child (where he first saw the Swastika as an architectural motif). Hitler was supported by the Vatican in his rise to power. Papal Nuncio Eugenio Pacelli was quite instrumental in helping create the Nazi empire, and was later rewarded by being elected, trading the Vatican's support for Hitler's promise to declare Catholicism Nazi Germany's state religion.

Sarkozy's comment about an "Absence of God" betrays a complete ignorance of actual history.

"Rogue trading is probably a daily occurrence within the financial markets," he said.

"What shocked me was the size. I never for one moment believed it would get to this degree of magnitude, this degree of loss."

The duplicity, hypocritical double standards, and intellectual impotence of the French government are appalling. Offend Zionist Jews and the French government erupts in indignation. Yet, if someone makes public statements that are offensive to Muslims, this is depicted as an expression of “free speech.”

France has a problem, and it isn’t going to get any smaller before it gets any better. In a move that smacks of the “Language police” in Quebec, French President Nicolas Sarkozy has moved to shut down France’s multilingual TV news service, France 24, announcing on Tuesday his plans to replace the channel with a new, French-only version.

After the airplane was intercepted before its departure to France the UN High Commission for Refugees determined the children “were living with their families in communities”—they were neither from Darfur nor were they orphans—and their health was not a serious concern.
