VOTE FRAUD Archives

Does Hillary Deserve the Nomination? It's Not the Math, Stupid...
"SCREW what the voters want, we KNOW our gal is the best!!!!"

(Ahem)

Setting aside the fact that much of Hillary's "math" seems more attributable to vote fraud than to real support, the hard fact is that Hillary won in West Virginia not because they are white and working class but because they are white, and to be blunt, still carrying a grudge form the civil war! Nobody ever expected Obama to do well in West Virginia and they are not expecting him to do well in Kentucky either.

But the bottom line, this IS about the math, because this nation is supposed to be a Democracy with free and fair elections, where the PEOPLE decide who the leaders will be, not vote-riggers, not ballot box stuffers, not "Superdelegates" and certainly not back room deals.

If the Democrats were worried about winning in November they should have put forward candidates that do not carry the taint of Iran-Contra, Whitewater, the S&L debacle, the travel-office firings, the death of Vincent Foster, Marc Rich, the Rose Law Firm Billing Records, the Cattle Futures Trades, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

If the Democrats were worried about winning in November they should have obeyed the popular mandate with which they were sent to Congress in 2006, ended the war, jailed everyone who lied us into it, and impeached Bush and Cheney. But starting with Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have proven that they cannot be trusted to keep their promises once elected (not that the GOP are any better) and if the Democrats go down to defeat in November it will be the fault of the Democrats in Congress who rolled over again and again and again before "The Decider." - M. R.

May 13, 2008

I got a call today from Mark Levine, the election protection attorney for Donna Edwards and one in whom I have a good amount of trust, and he told me about a brewing problem in West Virginia which will probably end up disenfranchising thousands of Obama voters. Here's the nub of the issue. West Virginia has an open primary, which means you can vote even if you are an independent. However, if you are a Democrat or a Republican, you are automatically given a normal ballot in a primary. If you are an independent, you are pointed to a touch screen device which does not list a Presidential choice.

If you are an independent, you have the option of requesting a Democratic or Republican ballot so you can vote in the Presidential primary, but you have to request it. And unless you know to request it, you will end up with no vote in the Presidential primary. The Secretary of State has decided not to inform people of this fact, which will leave potentially thousands of voters in West Virginia who came to vote for Obama without a choice.

Hillary Clinton's narrow victory in Indiana last night would not have been possible without votes from John McCain supporters who have no intention of voting for her in the fall, even if she were to win the nomination.
This is a repeat of Nixon's CREEP campaign that worked to win George McGovern the Democratic nomination in 1972, because Nixon knew he could defeat McGovern. - M. R.

Indiana State Police swept Democrat presidential candidate Barack Obama's Terre Haute campaign headquarters on Wabash Avenue this afternoon following an alleged call to a WTHI Channel 10 reporter claiming to have placed a bomb there and at six other Indiana locations.

Campaign workers were allowed back inside to continue their voter calling once police determined it was safe.

In April 2008 when Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita announced the release of "record high" voter registration rolls, with 4.3 million voters set to vote in the Tuesday May 6 primary, he didn't mention that a whopping 1,134,427 voter registrations have been cancelled.

MicroVote and ES&S Negligence Places Indiana Primaries in Jeopardy...
I can see the "Surprise Upset Victory for Hillary" headlines now. - M. R.

At the meeting, according to the email, about 300 of the 1,900 elected delegates to the state GOP convention May 30-June 1 must disprove allegations that -- presumably -- accuse the targeted delegates of not being bona fide Republicans and/or not committed to supporting John McCain for president.

While the Pennsylvania primary has been over for nearly a couple of weeks now, this clip still seems fitting. Chris Matthews is surprisingly critical of the mainstream media's role in perpetuating the "delusion" that Clinton has a chance of winning.

When scores of ballot boxes were recently examined as part of the Zimbabwean elections, it was discovered that seals had been tampered with. So shocking was this discovery that the international media felt compelled to report upon it.

May 2, 2008

"Princeton Professor, Ed Felton, has posted a series of blog entries in which he shows the printed tapes he obtained from the NJ voting machines don't report the ballots correctly. In response to the first one, Sequoia admitted that the machines had a known software design error that did not correctly record which kind of ballots were cast (republican or democratic primary ballots) but insisted the vote totals were correct. Then, further tapes showed this explanation to be insufficient. In response, State officials insisted that the (poorly printed) tapes were misread by Felton. Again further tapes showed this not to be a sufficient explanation. However all those did not foreclose the optimistic assessment that the errors were benign -- that is, the possibility that vote totals might really be correct even though the ballot totals were wrong and the origin of the errors had not been explained. Now he has found (well-printed) tapes that show what appears to be hard proof that it's the vote totals that are wrong, since two different readout methods don't agree. Sequoia has made trade-secret legal threats against those wishing to mount an independent examination of the equipment.

Imagine Hillary Clinton's luck.

When she needed to win a primary in New Hampshire, the machines glitched up, and she emerged with an unexpected margin of victory. Whether it was due to electronic voting breakdowns is not clear. But there was never a a full recount or a thorough investigation of the serious problems that plagued the vote count in that state.

When she needed a victory in Ohio, Republican voters -- urged on by Rush Limbaugh -- crossed over in droves and helped give her one. Cross-over voting may also have been a factor in her critical victory in Pennsylvania. There were also numerous instances of computer tabulation glitches in the Pennsylvania secretary of state's office.

Now the Indiana primary looms ahead. Less than a week prior, the US Supreme Court has delivered a devastating decision on voter ID that could again make a big difference in Clinton's favor.

The Dept. of State's Director of the Office of Communications and Press, Leslie Amorós, confirmed the Election Night problem, but was unable to explain why it occurred. She told Sircely, during the short phone call, that she'd be happy to try and get an explanation from their technical staff.

She went on to say, however, that whatever caused the anomaly, it didn't effect the outcome of the reported results.

Tis claim that any observed anomalies do not effect the final outcome is nonsense, because the moment you see an anomaly, you must assume there may be more anomalies that were NOT seen; anomalies impossible to find because the current elections systems do not have audit trails.

Therefore, it is impossible to justify the statement that the final outcome is not effected and can be trusted. - M. R.

On Tuesday night, you will be told who the winner of the Pennsylvania Primary is. You will accept it. You will have no choice. No matter who the winner really is. Or isn't.

This Tuesday's crucial contest will be primarily run on 100% faith-based, Direct Recording Electronic (DRE, usually touch-screen or push-button) e-voting machines across the state. There will be no way to determine after the election whether the computers have accurately recorded, or not, the intent of those voters who voted on them. As VerifiedVoting.org summarizes the crucial contest, it "will be essentially unrecountable, unverifiable, and unauditable."

The way it seems to have worked is that ward leaders who support Obama requested sample ballots with Obama's name at the top and Obama delegates listed below, and vice versa for ward leaders supporting Clinton. There have been complaints, though, of Clinton ballots being handed out in Obama wards.

Democrats turned out early across the state today after enthusiasm generated by the presidential primary contest between Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama led to record voter registration.

A few minor glitches were reported at election polling places in Allegheny County this morning.

Mark Wolosik, director of the county elections bureau, said none of the reported problems have had a significant effect.

Citizens want to know that the candidate taking office is the same candidate who won a majority or a plurality of the votes. A 2006 Zogby poll of 1018 registered voters nationwide found that 92% believed that they, as citizens, have the right to witness vote counting for the election of their paid public servants.

That will not be the case in Pennsylvania any more than it was the case in Florida, Ohio, California, South Carolina, and most other primary states. Almost all states bar any real inspection of vote counting, the process that determines the election result. Even if they did allow you to watch the count, all you would see is a whirring third-rate computer system run by a private company that won't allow anyone to take a comprehensive look inside.

This year, the U.S. will pick a new president using electronic voting machines that can be hacked, security experts said Thursday at the RSA Conference in San Francisco.

As the November election approaches, the question before officials is not how to fix known bugs in their e-voting systems, but rather, how best to check them for fraud, said David Wagner, an associate professor with the University of California, Berkeley's computer science department.

Subpoenas were issued in six New Jersey counties today, demanding that officials turn over for testing all voting machines where discrepancies were found in the presidential primary tallies.

Election officials in Bergen, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean and Union counties were instructed to turn over the machines by April 15. Activists trying to persuade Superior Court Judge Linda Feinberg that electronic voting machines should be discarded succeeded in convincing her that examining these counties' machines is critical to their case.

New York, NY- The disturbingly shocking HBO documentary HACKING DEMOCRACY bravely tangles with our nation's ills at the heart of democracy. The film the Diebold corporation doesn't want you to see, this revelatory profile follows a tenacious grandmother from Seattle, Bev Harris, and her band of extraordinary citizen-activists as they set out to ask one simple question: How does American count its votes? From Florida and California to Ohio and Washington State, filmmakers Simon Ardizzone and Russell Michaels starkly reveal a rotten system riddled with fraud, incompetent election officials, and electronic voting machines that can be programmed to steal elections. Equipped only with a powerful sense of righteous outrage, the activists take on voting machine manufacturer Diebold, exposing unsettling security holes in the company's equipment that may have botched the 2004 election in key states. They even go dumpster diving at a county election official's office in Florida, uncovering incendiary evidence of miscounted votes.

The HBO documentary HACKING DEMOCRACY is now available for purchase and download on the iTunes Store. HACKING DEMOCRACY is one of the many critically acclaimed films from the Docurama Films' extensive library of award-winning documentaries and independent films that are becoming accessible on iTunes. New Video, a leading digital aggregator of independent video content, is the parent company of Docurama Films and through their relationship, highly sought after films like HACKING DEMOCRACY are becoming available on the iTunes Store, the world's most popular online music, and TV and movie store. Movies are $9.99 (US). Films that can already be downloaded on iTunes include "The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill", "Sir! No! Sir!" and "Heavy Petting".

Patricia Keim, New Video's VP of Marketing said on behalf of New Video, "New Video is thrilled to make HACKING DEMOCRACY available to iTunes and we are very pleased to be a part of the impeccable work that iTunes is doing."

"Any number of interesting subjects today. First, we have incoming gen that the top Clinton people have been holding "substantive talks" with the McCain people, trying to stop Obama's lead. Much speculation on how they plan to do this, in stupid defiance of Obama's unquestioned popular support. If they pull off a typical back door coup, they could risk a serious public explosion from millions of people who are sick to death of their lies and thieving manipulations.

This video provides some of the backstory for the discovery of a potentially devastating method of rigging audits, recounts and mail-in votes. While this particular segment took place in New Hampshire, what we learned about chain of custody and a previously unknown attack vector may have affected all states in the primaries. A project funded and produced by Black Box Voting, these videos show a unique collaboration of citizen volunteers who set out to coordinate and share videotaped evidence.

In recent weeks, conservative talk radio stars Rush Limbaugh and Laura Ingraham have urged loyal listeners to vote for the much-despised Clinton in open Democratic primaries so as to prevent Obama from sealing the nomination, and there are some indications that their calls have already been heeded in states like Texas and Mississippi.

As you have likely read in the news media, certain New Jersey election officials have stated that they plan to send to you one or more Sequoia Advantage voting machines for analysis. I want to make you aware that if the County does so, it violates their established Sequoia licensing Agreement for use of the voting system. Sequoia has also retained counsel to stop any infringement of our intellectual properties, including any non-compliant analysis. We will also take appropriate steps to protect against any publication of Sequoia software, its behavior, reports regarding same or any other infringement of our intellectual property.

Sequoia may have something to worry about. Felten and his graduate students were able to hack into a Diebold machine, and Appel bought some 1997-vintage Sequoia machines online and concluded they "can be easily manipulated to throw an election."

March 8, 2008

Granted, this has been an ugly Democratic Primary season. I've seen things come out of the Clinton campaign that I would have never expected, and surely I'm disappointed. I would have hoped that the Clinton's would have had more respect for the positive direction that the majority of the country is determined to take, rather than the pursuit of "winning" by any means. The fact that the Republicans have gleefully done all they can to ensure Hillary continues this behavior should be a clear indication of what side she is benefiting.

However, this is not why she won three of the four March 4th contests. Once again we are supposed to believe that it was the leaked memo, or the red phone ad, or buyer's remorse or some other such nonsense. In reality however, she won for the same reason George Bush has been president for eight years. She won because this country still uses Diebold and ES&S voting machines that have time and again altered the outcome of our elections. I don't think I can say it any clearer than that.

Folks, honest elections are as much a myth in this country as Saddam's 'nookular' bombs. I do not need to tell you that this reality leaves us just two choices for how we will live the rest of our lives. The first is slavery underneath that dictatorship George Bush likes to joke about. All of the electronic voting systems currently used by Texas voters have been discredited and in some circumstances decertified in three states within the past six months: Colorado, California and Ohio. The reason? In-depth investigations by computer security experts have revealed that machines made by ES&S (Electronic Systems and Software); Hart InterCivic; and Diebold (now known as Premier Election Systems) "lack the necessary security features to prevent tampering".

In another area, Brunner joins former Ohio Republican Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell in disabling an important safeguard: the posting of results at the polling place before memory cards are transported (also called cartridges, PEBs, what have you, these are electronic ballot boxes). In the Ohio locations that still electronically count ballots at the polling place, the posting of this results tape BEFORE information enters the risky transportation phase offers citizens a means to check whether the "central tabulation" (combined precinct totals) matches the precinct results before vote data was transported. It also provides a check and balance against substitution of memory cards, cartridges, PEBs. But Brunner has joined the straight-up bad decision of Blackwell by deciding there will be no posting of precinct results at the polling place.

A few days later there was an article in the LA Times stating that voting polls had been misinforming voters how to vote their registered slate who showed up only to find out they apparently were registered incorrectly. (or rather their registrations had OBVIOUSLY been tampered with) The law states that if that occurs, then you are given the voting form you wish to vote (in this case Democrat) and there is a box at the top you punch which states you were registered wrongly. My daughter was NOT told this. It seems there were THOUSANDS in LA County that this happened to, and even when this occurred to my daughter the woman gave the envelope to my daughter and said, “Here, you lick it closed, we’ve had more than a hundred of these today”. That was at ONE polling booth!

"Electronic Elections: Vote Fraud in the 21st Century" is a short-format viral video is designed to draw attention to one of the many urgent problems surrounding our modern voting system - the clear and present danger of electronic vote fraud.

Mayor Bloomberg charged yesterday that "fraud" was behind the unofficial results in the New York Democratic presidential primary that produced zero votes for Barack Obama in some districts.

"If you want to call it significant undercounting, I guess that's a euphemism for fraud," said the mayor.

Black voters are heavily represented in the 94th Election District in Harlem's 70th Assembly District. Yet according to the unofficial results from the New York Democratic primary last week, not a single vote in the district was cast for Senator Barack Obama.

That anomaly was not unique. In fact, a review by The New York Times of the unofficial results reported on primary night found about 80 election districts among the city's 6,106 where Mr. Obama supposedly did not receive even one vote, including cases where he ran a respectable race in a nearby district.

This variation on election theft just required that people turn their televisions to any of the conventional mass media news outlets -- notably Fox, CNN or MSNBC -- find a political talk show or panel discussion or rant fest, and internalize the labels attached to some of this year's presidential candidates: "controversial," "unelectable," "unconventional," "goofy," "loser," "weird," "outside the American mainstream," "radical." The candidates not so labeled are, by definition, the serious contenders and therefore the only ones we need to watch.

Now, I think it would be borderline for a media organization to declare one candidate a winner when the margin separating first and second was 1.8% with 13% of the results still uncounted. But for the officials holding the election to declare the result on that basis is simply bizarre. But that's what they did.

February 9, 2008

Might not an alternative hypothesis to the one of a free, fair, and honest vote explain the numbers somewhat better? Let's say, for instance, that the vote was rigged and the desired outcome was to keep Hillary firmly in the race in the face of the apparently much greater popularity of her opponent. Let us suggest, further, that the voting machines in some jurisdictions are more difficult to rig than in others, and caucuses are the most difficult of all to rig.

In order for any of the county's 776,000 voters who have registered Nonpartisan to vote in the open primaries for the Democratic or American Independent parties, they would have to mark an extra bubble on the ballot naming the party for which they wished to cast a cross-over ballot. After a weekend of research, Jacobs says, CC.org contacted the office of L.A.'s Registrar of Voters on Sunday and were told it was true -- an extra bubble had to be inked, and, yes, it could prove to be a big headache on election day. The bottom line: If the “declaration” bubble is not inked on a Nonpartisan ballot, the voter's presidential preference would be voided, though not the part pertaining to propositions.

The miscounts were against Ron Paul. The extra ballot inserted was for Romney. He expressed amazement that these two seemingly nice elderly ladies were involved in cheating, both on the count and, the one lady, with the ballot stuffing. I should mention that the attendance in his precinct was low, and even a few ballots would skew the count.

A lot of the exit polling from last night was dead wrong. I remember someone posting 1st and 2nd wave exit polling leaks from MyDD and TPM last night and feeling good about Obama's chances. Lo and Behold...it was off on MA and NJ and a lot of other states as well.

Some votes were apparently lost, however, when about 20 folks at a Chicago precinct were given styluses designed for touch-screen machines instead of ink pens. When voters complained the devices made no marks on their paper ballots, a ballot judge told them the markers were full of invisible ink.

As California, Colorado and Florida join Ohio in plans already in place to abandon touch-screen voting machines, Rep. Holt proposes appropriating $500 million to states that wish to convert either to paper ballots, or electronic machines that also leave a paper trail. While it's too late for such a change to take place for Super Tuesday's vote, Holt would like for such an option to be available in time for the final presidential vote this November.

"The Democratic ballots are mixed in with the Republican ballots. We're having to separate them. Official results gave Kibaki an edge of 231,728 votes, or 2 percent, out of about 10 million cast. Initial results of an exit poll by the U.S.-funded International Republican Institute found that rival Raila Odinga had won by an 8 percent margin.
Note that in Kenya, exit polls that do not match the official results are treated as a sign of election fraud.

But here in the United States, when the exit polls don't match the official results, we are told the exit polls "must" be wrong! - M. R.

Sheneka McDonald spent 10 minutes trying to convince poll workers at the same precinct that she should have a Democratic ballot. She questioned poll workers when she was handed a Republican ballot but was told, "this is the only ballot we have."

Fresh from her confrontations in New Hampshire during which public officials were grilled about slapdash chain of custody and ballot box tampering issues, Bev Harris told the Alex Jones Show that a "criminal enterprise" is running the primary recount and has called for Secretary of State William Gardner to resign and his assistant to be fired.
Resign? How about tar, feathers, rope, and a rough-hewn rail?

Rigging an election is a crime against the entire population. It is deserving of the harshest possible punishments, and until we are able to punish vote-riggers to the lengths they deserve, we will not have honest elections. - M. R.

Whether New Hampshire officials will be prepared to change the procedure is doubtful. They initially pushed for the recount to be suspended altogether for the first part of this week before reversing themselves after Howard challenged the decision.

They were also publicly shamed after vote fraud expert Bev Harris posted a You Tube video of her confrontations with officials about ballot tampering, lost Diebold memory cards and the awful chain of custody problems which leave the integrity of the recount wide open to abuse.

Readers of American Free Press are already aware that not only has candidate Ron Paul been the victim of ballot tampering in New Hampshire, but numerous other sources have confirmed that the scandal also extends to the Democratic side of the aisle.

Where do things stand as of today? According to what Eric was told on January 25, 2008, the process will move forward with no delays. This from personnel who have done nothing but play games for one day shy of three weeks from the pretend primary while the clock is ticking. There can be NO more delays. The horse and pony production called "Super Tuesday," February 5, 2008, where 22 states will be participating is closing in on those of us who want Ron Paul to win the GOP nomination this summer. We cannot take the SOS's (Secretary of State) word for anything at this point, we must act now.

Fresh from her confrontations in New Hampshire during which public officials were grilled about slapdash chain of custody and ballot box tampering issues, Bev Harris is now convinced that a "criminal enterprise" is running the primary recount.

Attempts to delay the New Hampshire Republican recount are provoking some to suspect state officials are engaging in chicanery in a ploy to scupper the entire process and derail the recount, ensuring it goes the same way as its Democratic equivalent did last week.

Opinion polls predicted Illinois Sen. Barack Obama would get 38.8 percent of the vote, while New York Sen. Hillary Clinton would get 30 percent. In the final results, the hand-counted votes were close to the pre-election prediction - 39.2 percent for Obama and 34 percent for Clinton. But votes cast on the Diebold/Premier voting machines reversed the predicted outcome, with Clinton winning 39 percent of the vote against Obama's 36 percent.

The Louisiana State GOP changed the rules at the eleventh hour to allow other candidates to file more delegates, even though there were plenty of delegates to compose full slates in each congressional district. At the time of the original January 10 deadline, Ron Paul had the largest number of delegates pledged to him. The party then changed the rules to give other candidates until January 12 to file more delegates.

NH Secretary of State Calls For Temporary Halt in Republican Hand Count, Candidate Albert Howard Objects...
The recount is already discredited and with it the primary itself. They have been caught cheating on several levels so now the only thing they can do is find a way to call it off. Apparently this delaying tactic has NOT worked and the count is back on again.

I wonder if they will try to burn down the building where all the ballots are stored? - M. R.

According to the totals, Hillary Clinton won over Barack Obama 39.4% to 36.8%. When you examine the Diebold AccVote Optical-Scan voting machine count for each candidate, you discover that Hillary took 52.95% of the votes compared to 47.05% for Obama. However, when you examine the paper ballots, Obama took 52.93% of the votes compared to 47.07% for Hillary. By no stretch of the imagination can you make the argument that in all of the voting precincts where machines were used, Hillary actually won, and that Obama only won in the districts using paper ballots. It is more logical to assume that someone switched the names in the voting machine's memory bank, and credited the Obama hits to Hillary and visa versa.

"No, really, it's not a problem we're leaving the ballots out of the vault overnight, even though that's what the vault is supposed to be for, and we left the previous set of ballots IN the vault. It's not a problem. It's not a problem. Really. Honest. Nobody will touch the ballots even though they are being left outside the vault overnight where even the janitor can access the boxes. And pay no attention to the fact that the seals can be peeled right off the box of ballots and re-used. WE did that to save money, that's it, to save money. Yeah, yeah, sure, sure."

Okay, then, to get serious. The whole idea of a seal is to seal something, whether it is a room or a box, in such a way that the seal cannot be removed without damage. If a seal is damaged, that is proof that the room or the boxes of ballots have been tampered with. But as this video shows, the New Hampshire Secretary of State has printed up a batch of seals THAT CAN BE QUICKLY AND EASILY REMOVED FROM THE BOX OF BALLOTS IN ONE PIECE WITHOUT SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE, and then re-stuck onto the box. This ability to be removed without damage contradicts the whole idea of a seal.

This proves the vote fraud was planned-for in advance. - M. R.

Bill Gardner Says 'Kucinich Satisfied With Recount' When Letter from Congressman to SoS Says Otherwise...
Back when the allegations of vote fraud in New Hampshire first surfaced. I predicted that even Hillary's worst enemies would work to prove that she won New Hampshire honestly, because the entire Federal Government rests on the illusion of honest elections.

We The People surrender half of our money and the lives of our children in a war we know we were lied into because we believe that at some level we are still in control of this country through the ballot box. If the American people ever doubt that the elections are honest, they will stop paying taxes or fighting in the wars because the government is provably not a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. There is no reason for us to give money and lives to a bunch of people we did not elect.

Nobody wants to risk having that illusion of a government still under control of the people come apart, because the entire oligarchy would then unravel.

Everyone who lives off of tax money will say anything, indeed DO anything, to protect that illusion of honest and favor elections. The Secretary of State of New Hampshire has just proved that, claiming that Dennis Kucinich is satisfied with the integrity of the recount, when in point of fact, Kucinich has found serious variances with the results from the Diebold machines. - M. R.

Ron Paul finished second. His supporters reportedly mobbed the 11 polling places, but many of them could not participate because they were not registered Republicans. They were required to cast provisional ballots, many of which will not count. (The provisional ballots are part of the reason for the delay in tallying the results.)

It appears that Ron Paul supporters outnumbered the supporters of any of his opponents. But since this was predicted, the supporters of Rudy Giuliani, Mike Huckabee, John McCain, and Mitt Romney, cooperated to set up a “fusion” slate of unpledged candidates for Delegate. The “fusion” slate, labeled the “Pro-Life/Pro-Family” slate, beat the Ron Paul slate in each of the 7 U.S. House districts. Formally, the “fusion” slate billed itself as an “uncommitted” slate, and no one really knows how many supporters of each presidential candidate are on the fusion slate, except the campaigns themselves.

Il Giornale, reports that all Democratic candidates except Hillary Clinton made gains when the New Hampshire ballots were manually tabulated, while Ms. Clinton made inexplicably large gains where ballots were tabulated by computerized scanners.

According to the report, Republican maverick candidate Ron Paul should have finished third in the Republican primary rather than fifth. Thus, it would appear that both Barack Obama and Ron Paul were the primary targets of vote-rigging operations in New Hampshire.

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, who has earned recognition as one of the foremost authorities on election procedures, has frequently pointed out that the United States of America does not meet international criteria for electoral security.

Huge disparities between votes cast on Diebold electronic voting machines and actual hand counted tallies are emerging during the New Hampshire recount, with Hillary Clinton gaining the most from over a hundred unaccounted for votes in one Manchester Ward.

Specifically, Bilderberg attendee and fixer-extraordinaire Hillary Clinton literally stole the nation’s first primary from the forward surging favorite, Barack Obama. Behind by double digits in every conceivable poll (including their own internal audits) while drawing significantly sparser crowds at her rallies, Hillary Clinton still pulled what major television pundits on MSNBC called “one of the most stunning upsets in the history of politics.” Others said the results “defied explanation,” while Keith Olbermann labeled it a “titanic upset victory” for Mrs. Clinton.

Once again, the culprit in this messy affair was the Diebold optical-scan voting system, which was responsible for tallying (in secret) 81% of all votes cast in New Hampshire. This corrupt outfit—which has an exclusive programming contract for New Hampshire (as well as three other states in New England)—is LHS Associates, run by a man named John Silvestro.

The "seals" are not seals. The "chain of custody" is not a chain of custody. Ballots being transported by the "state police" are actually transported by Butch and Hoppy, who are not employed by the state police. Butch and Hoppy's real names are not really Butch and Hoppy.

In New Hampshire, it's all hidden in plain sight.

80% of the ESS electronic voting machines were not able to "open up" in Saturday's primary forcing almost all Horry County precincts to use paper ballots. When precincts opened Saturday morning a majority of the voting machines would not work at all. The Seawinds precinct had reported that the electronic voting machines were down "county wide." Republic Media reporters from or SC affiliate organization, Make a Difference Horry County, were on the scene to document how voters were turned away and the county was completely caught off guard. Their visit to the county voting offices show that officials were unprepared for this eventuality and did not have enough paper ballot backups and ended up counting hand votes on yellow legal pads! Voters were turned away from various precincts.

Voters Turned Away Amongst Complete Chaos in Horry County, South Carolina Primary...

January 19, 2008

But the Commission blamed the delay on human error, even though Election Systems & Software voting machines used in South Carolina were decertified by the California Secretary of State last year, after the company refused to provide information necessary to review the voting systems, as required by state law.

Malfunctioning voting machines plagued Horry County, which contains the cities of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. "Human error" put the machines offline in 80 percent of the county's precincts during Saturday's voting, according to county spokeswoman Lisa Bourcier.

Media, election, and judicial reform advocate Mark Adams, JD, MBA of Tampa, Florida discovered something very important in the South Carolina Constitution. It provides for secret voting but bans secret vote counting.

One election observer with the League of Women Voters said she saw organizers at a Carson City location call off the registration process after about 1,000 participants arrived. Her account has not been confirmed, but Nancy Scott said they simply skipped the registration because it would have taken too long and went ahead with the caucus meeting, trusting the everyone was registered.

I'm reporting in from one of the Obama field offices in Clark County, NV. My girlfriend and I just came back from being the precinct captains at our caucus, and the scene here is ugly.

Everyone is reporting election irregularities on the part of the Hillary campaign. There is widespread cheating and voter suppression going on all over Clark County--and it's obviously coming in from the top down. Whether it made enough of a difference to swing the election is another question--but there is no question that Hillary was running a scorched-earth, no-holds-barred campaign in which all of her surrogates were instructed to cheat in every way possible.

New Hampshire's presidential primary recount has drawn national attention and a great deal of scrutiny from hundreds of voters across the nation who think there could be a conspiracy, but officials said the minor problems that have been found so far were the result of human error.
How can you tell? The memory cards are missing from most of the machines, remember? The
