FLASHBACK - Judge Dismisses $1 Trillion Sandy Hook Lawsuit

On January 15, 2015 the $1 trillion lawsuit brought by New London Connecticut William Shanley was dismissed by United States District Judge Jeffrey Alker Meyer.

In December 2014 Shanley, an author and documentary filmmaker, filed two lawsuits against the Newtown Bee newspaper and several dozen major news media corporations for what he alleged was misleading and fraudulent coverage of the December 14, 2012 Sandy Hook Massacre in Newtown Connecticut.

MHB readers suggested upon news of the suit being filed that Shanley would be hindered in bringing such an action because plaintiff did not suffer any loss and does not have standing to seek relief in court.

Devastating Toll of Hunger on US School Children

Hunger is a growing problem for US children and increasingly affects their performance in school, making it more difficult for them to focus on their classes or do homework. It also contributes to behavior and discipline problems.

This was the finding of a report issued last week by the anti-hunger charity Share Our Strength, based on a survey of 500 low-income parents and their teenage children in public schools. Some 325 teachers were also interviewed. “Low-income” was defined as at or below 185 percent of the official poverty line, or $45,417 a year for a family of four.

Among children in low-income families, 59 percent said they had gone to school hungry. In the richest country in the world, with the largest concentration of billionaires, one in six children faces hunger, some 13 million in all.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is so horrifically, morally wrong on so many levels, I hardly know where to speak. And yet, local and national politicians seem pathologically impotent to fix the problem.

Kids need proper nutrition to be able to learn; that's just a science fact.

IF you can find a food bank program in your communities, please volunteer food, time, and money, if you can; where we can help people out always comes back a thousandfold to you.

The CIA and the Pentagon have not Ended Their Support to Islamist/ Wahhabi Terror Groups in Syria

BP: According to the Washington Post, U.S. President Donald Trump has decided to end the CIA’s covert program to arm and train moderate Syrian rebels battling the government of Bashar al-Assad. What’s your assessment of this move?

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, it appears that absolutely nothing has really changed in Syria, with regard to the US arming the jihadists there, even though it was alleged that President Trump ordered this practice stopped last month.

Trump Ends Covert Aid to Syrian Rebels Trying to Topple Assad

It seems that the CIA is absolutely not listening to the White House on this issue, and if, in fact, what Mr. Papadopolous is saying is true, it would seem that President Trump needs to yank CIA Director Pompeo's chain right now, and very severely, on this issue.

Is America Trying to Start a World War? This Is How It Would Happen

Last Wednesday, U.S. President Donald Trump signed new sanctions into law against Russia, Iran, and North Korea. The legislation was supported so overwhelmingly in Congress that President Trump’s ability to veto the legislation was rendered completely ineffective.

Even anti-interventionist Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard voted in favor of the bill, once again proving that Republicans and Democrats always find common ground when it comes to beating the drums of war against sovereign nations who have taken very little unwarranted hostile action — if any — towards the United States.

But these are just sanctions, not acts of war, right? There’s nothing wrong with economically bullying other countries into submission over non-compliance with the current global order, right?

Not quite.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It appears to me that those in the bowels of power, in the Unhinged, Surveilled States of America, are looking for some war - any war - to happen ahead of the complete financial collapse this country is looking at experiencing, most likely, relatively soon.

Why it could take months for the US to get ready for war with North Korea

The US military isn't in any position right now to strike North Korea with the kind of campaign that would be needed to bring battlefield success and would need weeks, if not months, to sort out the logistics, analysts say.
Mark Hertling, a retired US Army general and CNN analyst, said the tens of thousands of US civilians, many of them military dependents, would first need to be evacuated from South Korea.

"How do you get the families off the peninsula? You have to do that first," he said.
The US would also need to add to its forces in the region in what Hertling called "a reinforcement of shooters." These would include US Navy ships and submarines armed with cruise missiles, plus Air Force bombers that could operate out of bases in Japan or Guam, he said.

"Some of these are in places in the region, but not enough to decapitate North Korea in terms of their artillery," Hertling said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF Kim Jong Un actually decides on a first strike against American assets (or elements in his military decide for him that this is to be done), the US government may well not have "months" to prepare.

Diplomacy fails to defuse India, China border crisis: sources

India's diplomatic efforts to end a seven-week military standoff with China have hit a roadblock, people briefed on the talks said, prompting Chinese state-run media to trumpet rhetoric of "unavoidable countermeasures" on the unmarked border.

Gazan travelers face new security restrictions from Israel

Restrictions include a ban on laptop computers, hard-shell suitcases and toiletries; restrictions imposed due to security concerns, but exceptions to be handled 'case by case.'

New Israeli restrictions on Palestinians exiting the Gaza Strip, including a ban on laptop computers, hard-shell suitcases and even shampoo and toothpaste, have further disrupted travel for the few who are allowed to cross the border into Israel.

Israel is citing unspecified security concerns as the reason for forcing engineers, journalists, business people and human rights workers to leave their electronic work tools behind.

Webmaster's Commentary:

These new restrictions have absolutely nothing to do with security, and everything to do with Tel Aviv's making travel from Gaza even more miserable than it already is.

Israeli army buying local cannons to sidestep international ban on cluster bombs

The Israeli army will soon put into use new artillery cannons purchased from local defense company Elbit rather than a German firm over concerns that the latter would restrict the cannons from firing cluster bombs.

The use of cluster bombs is banned by an international treaty signed by more than 100 countries, including Germany, because of the high rate of civilian casualties and injuries associated with them. According to a now-retired Israel Defense Forces officer familiar with the matter, Israel was concerned that the Germans would not give the army the “complete independence” it sought in the use of the cannons. In light of this, the Defense Ministry recommended purchasing Israeli cannons, without inviting bids.

The South Korean firm Hanwha Techwin was also approached but ultimately rejected because the cannons it manufactures are semi-automatic, while the Artillery Corps wants an automatic weapon that has a faster firing rate and requires a smaller team to operate.

Webmaster's Commentary:

When left unexploded, and infants or toddlers try to play with them, these cluster munitions will tear tiny children into shreds; but for the IDF, when it comes to Palestinian infants and toddlers, of course, that doesn't matter.

The Sly Effort to Criminalize the BDS Movement in the U.S.

What would you do if you were Palestinian? In 1998, Ehud Barak, then in the running to become Israel’s next prime minister, said that if he were a young Palestinian he “would have entered one of the terrorist organizations and fought from there”—a statement that became a flashpoint in the campaign (which Barak went on to to win). Of course the moral problems with killing innocents are obvious, which is one reason terrorism is seldom effective as a political tactic. Yet the fact that Barak’s candor didn’t sink his political career suggests an underlying Israeli understanding of why Palestinians fight to retain their land.

But if you don’t want to kill random Israelis, what avenues of struggle for Palestinian independence are available? In the occupied West Bank, peaceful protests against Israeli land seizures typically are met with tear gas, skunk spray, rubber bullets, and arrests. The United States generally shields Israel from UN criticism.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The BDS movement must be allowed to continue, because economic pressure is the only peaceful language Israelis understand.

Western Governments Still Eyeing Libyan ‘Prize’

More than six years after the US-led "liberation" of Libya, that North African country remains an open wound symbolizing the abject failure of US and European interventionist foreign policy.

The obsession of the US neocons, whether Democrat or Republican, for "regime change" and other frivolous foreign military interventions has been consistently and eloquently criticized by the likes of Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) and not least by former Congressman Ron Paul, to name but a handful.

Since our last Libya report of 27th July over a week ago, the ceasefire "brokered" by French President Macron at his Paris Summit with Libyan National Army head Khalifa Belqasim Haftar and UN-backed prime minister, Fayez al-Sarraj is in reality nowhere to be found.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Libyan people need to determine their own destiny, and this should not be manipulated by any outside national forces, period, end of discussion.

What happened to them, after Ghaddafi was assassinated by Western forces, was utterly criminal.

Lockheed Sees Surge in Interest in Missile Defense Over North Korea Tensions

Several times a week, US officials threaten military action against North Korea. Even on days when they don’t media reports of tensions with North Korea continue the narrative that a huge war could erupt at any moment.

All these rumors of war are a big windfall for the Pentagon’s number one arms supplier, Lockheed Martin, as they are reporting that the surge in talk about North Korea’s missiles is leading to a surge in interest in their missile defense systems.

On the one hand, the reliability of any missile defense system is questionable under even optimal conditions, as evidenced by US failures. On the other hand, those Lockheed systems are very expensive, and have a really good profit margin on them.

"Ernst Zundel deserved agony, not a quiet exit”

In our August 7 eulogy for the late Ernst Zündel, we alluded to the "Talmudic mentality" and the penchant of people afflicted with it for revenge and hatred, which they psychologically project on to Zündel in paroxysms of rage and libel.

On the day we published our tribute, Mark Bonokoski stepped forth to seemingly confirm our observation. Mr. Bonokoski writes for one of Canada’s largest newspapers, The Toronto Sun. It’s difficult to account for the fact that the Sun, which wears its human rights’ heart on its self-righteous sleeve, would print Bonokoski’s disgusting column, with its sadistic craving to see a pound of flesh extracted from Zündel, but that’s what has occurred.

Kevin MacDonald on record saying whether the Holocaust actually happened is “not important”

Not possible to go there anymore? But then he adds … “third rail.” He should have added the word “comfortably” – it's not possible to go there comfortably, without putting oneself at risk. By that he signals premature defeat: The Jews have won on this and we have to allow them their victory. It's too late to do anything about it. The price exacted is too high. By calling it “third rail” he's dubbing it too dangerous, too highly charged for any sensible man to approach.

Why is it so many do then? Are these brave men or foolish men? Kevin clearly considers them foolish, and maybe not too bright. He's saying that what he's doing is important but what they're doing is not important.

The two faces of Rumsfeld

Randeep Ramesh

Friday 9 May 2003 03.48 EDT
First published on Friday 9 May 2003 03.48 EDT
Donald Rumsfeld, the US defence secretary, sat on the board of a company which three years ago sold two light water nuclear reactors to North Korea - a country he now regards as part of the "axis of evil" and which has been targeted for regime change by Washington because of its efforts to build nuclear weapons.

Mr Rumsfeld was a non-executive director of ABB, a European engineering giant based in Zurich, when it won a $200m (£125m) contract to provide the design and key components for the reactors. The current defence secretary sat on the board from 1990 to 2001, earning $190,000 a year. He left to join the Bush administration.

The reactor deal was part of President Bill Clinton's policy of persuading the North Korean regime to positively engage with the west.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 26— President Clinton promised North Korea's leader in a letter released today that if the planned international financing for new nuclear reactors fell through, he would do his utmost to have the United States provide them.

Last week the United States and North Korea reached an agreement in which the North pledged to freeze its nuclear program in return for having the United States and other members of an international consortium build two light-water reactors and provide oil until the reactors are built.

A misleading story on NBC Nightly News has led several news outlets to report incorrect information about the state of California agriculture, sparking fears that food prices might soon rise due to a supposed labor shortage. The report highlighted “immigration fears” and claimed “a surge of arrests” by the Trump administration was partly to blame.

The problem: the central fact relied on by NBC News to back up the anecdotes of the single farmer interviewed is two years old. The connection to current debates over immigration or the Trump administration is simply imaginary.

Never Forget: The Nukes N. Korea is Threatening to Use on America CAME FROM AMERICA

In fact, the only thing that makes North Korea a threat is their nuclear capability — made possible by the Clinton and Bush administrations.

These two administrations played key roles in helping the late Kim Jong-Il develop North Korea’s nuclear prowess from the mid 1990’s onwards.
Former US Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld was on the board of technology giant ABB when it won a deal to supply North Korea with two nuclear power plants.

According to the 2003 report from SWI, the Swiss-based ABB told swissinfo that Rumsfeld was involved with the company in early 2000, when it netted a $200 million (SFr270million) contract with Pyongyang.

The ABB contract was to deliver equipment and services for two nuclear power stations at Kumho, on North Korea’s east coast.

However, Rumsfeld was simply taking the baton from the Clinton administration, who, in 1994, agreed to begin replacing North Korea’s domestically built nuclear reactors with light water reactors.

Bales is suspected of shooting, stabbing and burning sleeping villagers in a horrific attack that has sparked fury across Afghanistan. When one strips away the lies about central banks' "inflation and employment" mandates and focuses on what they really do - which is to keep asset prices artificially supported and volatility suppressed - the motive behind virtually every central bank act becomes readily apparent: preserve (and increase, if possible) confidence in the market and economy, while saying anything and everything that helps achieve this, or in other words, lie but don't get caught.
Today, thanks to the FT, we have proof of precisely this, in what may be the first recorded instance of a central bank openly lying in an attempt to preserve market stability... and getting caught.

On Tuesday, the Bank of England admitted that the UK government failed to find enough investors to fully cover its its 1914 War Loan, and was forced to turn to the central bank to help plug a deficit of more than £100m in the fundraising. However, it did so only after it lied to the public that the bond was oversubscribed:

Lies by the financial community never end, because they are engineered to "paper over" a system so delicate and fragile that complete economic collapse is only a minor hiccup away, most of the time.

12 Ways The Southern Poverty Law Center Is A Scam To Profit From Hate-Mongering

What makes the hate list of the Southern Poverty Law Center different from the “burn book” a high school queen bee keeps in the 2004 movie “Mean Girls”? Answer: not much. The burn book was a compilation of insults, gossip, and rumors intended to repel the diva’s “enemies,” label everybody, and keep herself on top of the heap.

The SPLC uses its list of designated hate groups in much the same way: to manipulate the lives of others, smear reputations, control personal relationships, and reap the spoils. North Korea May Be In Possession Of A Miniature Nuclear Warhead, Japan Warns

One day after Kim Jong Un's regime balked at this weekend's UN sanctions, promising retaliation and threatening to attack the US with a nuclear weapon, Japan's government has released a new 500-page report in which it warns that the threat from North Korean nuclear weapons has reached a “new stage” and that Pyongyang’s weapons program had “advanced considerably,” to the point where it was possible that the regime had acquired the ability to miniaturize nuclear warheads.

The white paper, approved by Japan’s cabinet on Tuesday morning, was published less than two weeks after North Korea test-fired its second ICBM, which US experts have said may be able to reach most of the continental United States.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Where, in its almost pathological absence of logic, did the Wa-Compost make the leap from "where it was possible that the regime had acquired the ability to miniaturize nuclear warheads.", as stated by the Japanese government's report, to "North Korea has miniaturized nuclear weapons", being regurgitated endlessly for over an hour on the Faux news feed, with no commercials to break up the "fear factor" this coverage was supposed to implant in the hearts and guts of the people watching ?!?

Folks, something wicked this way comes, and I must, unfortunately, inform you that it feels like we are very close to a US-engineered false flag, to be blamed on North Korea, as the justification for attacking it.

Kim Jong Un is many things; but crazy and suicidal are probably not among them. He is consistent in his anti-US rhetoric, and is developing weapons as a deterrent to keep his government from getting regime changed, and losing his power.

Netanyahu in the Dock? Bribery, Fraud and Breach of Trust

He’s been investigated for over a year for alleged bribery, fraud, and breach of trust, including for accepting about $1.1 million from accused French fraudster Arnaud Mimran in 2009.

His chief of staff and close confident for years, Ari Harow, signed an agreement to turn state’s witness against him. As the saying goes, he knows where the bodies are buried.

A gag order in place until September 17 prevents information about the case from coming out.

Netanyahu’s trusted colleague may become his worst enemy to save himself from harsher punishment, including possible imprisonment.

According to former Netanyahu communications director Yoaz Hendel,

Harow “sat on the seam between the political and the personal, between the family of Netanyahu and the nation, between the bureau and the home. On these seams, all the gray episodes happened.”

The Strange Case of Imran Awan

The Imran Awan case is certainly of considerable interest not only for what the investigation eventually turns up but also for what it reveals about how things work in Congress. One might well ask how foreign-born IT specialists are selected and vetted prior to being significantly overpaid and allowed to work on computers in congressional offices. And the ability of those same individuals to keep working even after the relevant congressmen have been warned that their employee was under investigation has to be explained beyond Wasserman-Schultz’s comment that Awan had not committed any crime. And how does “bankrupt” Imran Awan wind up with a high-priced lawyer to defend him who is associated with the Clintons? Finally, there are the lingering concerns about the unfortunately well-established Russiagate narrative.

Israel Faces Backlash Over Threat to Shut Down al-Jazeera

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has backed the call by his Communications Minister Ayoub Kara to ban al-Jazeera from the country, including forbidding all of its reporters from operating within Israel or occupied Palestine.

That’s not sitting well with a lot of people, unsurprisingly. Free press organizations are unsurprisingly critical of the move, seeing it as driven primarily by the Israeli government’s cynical interest in distracting the public from ongoing controversies surrounding al-Aqsa mosque, the Jordan embassy, and Netanyahu’s corruption probe.

Al-Jazeera, for its part, has threatened legal action over the potential move, saying that Kara’s allegations of al-Jazeera’s “incitement” were unsubstantiated, and that Israeli officials hadn’t even attempted to provide any sort of evidence to justify a move against them.

China Preparing ‘Small’ Military Operation to Expel Indian Troops

Chinese state media is quoting officials familiar with the situation as saying the nation is preparing for a “small-scale military operation” aimed at expelling Indian troops from the Doklam region, after a protracted stand-off in the area.

China was trying to build a road in the Doklam region when Indian ground troops crossed the border to stop them. Indian forces have remained there, albeit in small numbers, ever since. India does not claim the land belongs to them, but claims that Bhutan believes it belongs to them, and that an old treaty with Bhutan obliges them to back the claim.

The territory is sparsely inhabited, and of little value to either. Still, Chinese officials warn that the row with India could have a long-term impact on their relationship, whether or not the dispute results in any sort of military exchange.

Webmaster's Commentary:

China may want a "small" military action to send Indian troops packing, but may well not be able to foresee just how India is going to respond, militarily.

Added to this uncertainty, is the reality that the US and India have enhanced their mutual defense cooperation under President Obama last year:

Obama signs into law bill declaring India a ‘major defence partner’

The US, India, China, and Russia need to move, purposefully and quickly, in such a way as to defuse the current situation; otherwise, this could lead to a regional, if not global, war.

America’s ISIS War Enters Fourth Year: War Is Expected to Leave US Troops in Iraq Permanently

On August 8 of 2014, a pair of US jets launched their first airstrikes against ISIS targets near the Iraqi Kurdish capital of Irbil. This marked the beginning of a protracted air war which continues to this day, along with an accompanying ground war which, despite pledges of “no boots on the ground,” quickly grew to many thousands of US troops.

The fourth year finds ISIS-held territory shrinking substantially, with the group’s territory in Iraq all but lost, and both the Kurdish YPG and the Syrian government pushing them back in Syria, with an ongoing offensive in the ISIS capital of Raqqa.

Yet while Pentagon officials are keen to brag about their accomplishments in the war, mostly centering around having killed massive numbers of people, they are also quick to dismiss the idea that the war is anywhere near over, or that even if it was “won” is some shape or form it would mean US troops coming home.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This permanent US deployment in Iraq will insure that the US controls the Iraqi government, the oil, and the currency in which that oil wil be sold (translation: only in US dollars).

And it is very interesting, and almost ironic, to notice; just when the Philippine's Duterte was waging his war against drug dealers, what happens?!?

All of a sudden he has ISIS with which to contend!!

Accidental?!? I think not.

Lavrov Holding Talks With N. Korean Foreign Minister in Manila

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding talks with North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho on Monday on the sidelines of the 50th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and Related Meetings in Manila.

Lavrov arrived in the Philippines on Sunday to participate in the events within ASEAN. The minister has already held a number of bilateral meetings including with the foreign ministers of Turkey, China and the United States.
Earlier in the day, the North Korean foreign minister held a meeting with his Chinese counterpart.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I am watching the Faux feed, and it is going droning and on about the WaPustule claiming that North Korea has already produced a nuclear warhead which can fit inside missiles, with no commercial interruptions after about 20 minutes that I have been able to see.

I frankly think that Americans, and potentially the rest of the world, are being set up by such "reporting" (if one can ascribe it as such) for an industrial strength false flag happening, to be blamed on North Korea, and off we go....

North Korea now making missile-ready nuclear weapons, U.S. analysts say

North Korea has successfully produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit inside its missiles, crossing a key threshold on the path to becoming a full-fledged nuclear power, U.S. intelligence officials have concluded in a confidential assessment.

The new analysis completed last month by the Defense Intelligence Agency comes on the heels of another intelligence assessment that sharply raises the official estimate for the total number of bombs in the communist country’s atomic arsenal.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Given that the Russian Foreign Ministry claimed that North Korea was still years away from a deployable nuclear weapon, this sudden, "OhmyGAWD, they have warheads and lots of them (Just like Saddam did, Honest)!!!!" feels more like propaganda leading to a strike against North Korea.

Sessions Humiliates Rahm: "No Amount Of Federal Funds Will Help A City That Refuses To Help Its Own Residents"

All the latest moves coming from Jeff Sessions would seem to imply that the beleaguered Attorney General has every intent of aggressively pushing forward with Trump's agenda in order to mend broken fences with the White House and try to keep his job. The latest such move comes in the form of the following rather direct official statement from Sessions in response to Chicago's lawsuit filed earlier this morning regarding federal funding, or lack thereof rather, for sanctuary cities.

Among other things, Sessions scolded Chicago's Mayor, Rahm Emanuel, saying that "no amount of federal taxpayer dollars will help a city that refuses to help its own residents." Meanwhile, Sessions also took direct aim at Chicago's soaring violent crime rate pointing out, as we have on many occasions, that the city recorded more murders in 2016 than New York and L.A. combined.

“No amount of federal taxpayer dollars will help a city that refuses to help its own residents."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Sessions was absolutely correct in reading Chicago's mayor, Mayor, Rahm Emanuel, the riot act, on this issue.

Silencing ALL opposition voices: Inside The Media Matters Playbook

Even to casual observers, it has been obvious for months that the left is orchestrating a tightly-coordinated campaign to undermine and delegitimize the current presidential administration.
As an extension of the decades-long campaign to wrestle the narrative away from conservatives, independents and centrists, they’re smearing right-leaning commentators with anything they can find. In the take-down of Bill O’Reilly and Monica Crowley and attempted hit on Sean Hannity, for example, it’s more than evident.

And just this week, the suspension of Fox’s Eric Bolling provides even more proof.

We now know how the left is running this non-stop smear campaign and who is pulling the puppet strings.

We now have the Media Matters Playbook.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Why am I not surprised here?!?

But this time, the "Sorosians" and Clintonistas have the independent media with which to contend, and we will not be silenced!!

Who would have expected that today's otherwise boring monthly consumer credit report would be the day's most exciting event. Well, moments ago the monthly update from the Federal Reserve confirmed that as of the end of June, total revolving (i.e. credit card) credit rose to $1,021.7 billion, an increase of $4.1 billion on the month, and a new all time high, taking out the previous record high set during the summer of 2008.

... means that total consumer credit in June increased by $12.4 billion, slightly less than the $13.9 billion expected and modestly less than the $18.4 billion increase in May, to $3,855.8 billion, also a record high.

Taking a closer look at the quarterly update in non-revolving debt, we find that for another consecutive quarter, both student and auto loans hit record highs, of $1.450 trillion and $1.131 trillion respectively, although there does appears to be a modest slowdown in credit issuance for these two largest categories.

Webmaster's Commentary:

In the immortal words of Casey Stengel, this feels like "deja vu all over again."

Even as many colleges have taken to recruiting homeschooled students because they tend to outperform their public-school counterparts, homeschoolers still face discrimination in postsecondary education.

As evidenced by a recent case handled by the Home School Legal Defense Association, cosmetology schools are a surprising locus of bias against the homeschooled clients of the association’s attorneys.

It’s a sweeping change from HSLDA’s work during the Clinton administration, when colleges of all kinds routinely denied admission to applicants whose parents personally instructed their education, staff attorney Darren Jones told The College Fix in a phone interview.

Yet even as the frequency and severity of cases has subsided, one enormous university system has stubbornly resisted the trend of colleges treating homeschool students on an equal footing.

Three years of college, ignored

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is completely insane, and must be fixed, state by state, because the Federal Government doesn't want this bias against home-schooled students fixed.

The Federal Government wants "manageable" students, hooked on SSRIS and God only knows what ever other kinds of prescription drugs, who will never fully understand the lessons of history; understand logic; and never use critical thinking to attempt to evaluate and repair what is going wrong in this country.

Google fires author of memo criticizing company’s diversity program

Google has reportedly fired the author of an internal memo criticizing the company’s diversity program, prompting conservative commentators to say the author’s criticisms about liberal intolerance stand thus proven.

James Damore, the author of a 10-page memo titled “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber,” told Bloomberg News of his firing in an email Monday evening.
According to Bloomberg, Mr. Damore, a software engineer, said he had been fired for “perpetuating gender stereotypes.”

Although the company had no immediate comment, Google’s Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai implied similarly earlier in the day, sending a note to employees saying the memo “violate[s] our Code of Conduct and cross[es] the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes.”

Danielle Brown, whom Google recently added as a diversity chief, also condemned the memo Monday, saying the company is “unequivocal in our belief that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

This will be seen as a completely vindictive act by Google against someone who has the audacity to express a difference of opinion from Google's "official party line."

Is AG Sessions unwittingly working for the Bush family?

This question has to be asked in light of Jeff Sessions actions and inactions as U.S. Attorney General

SOTN Editor’s Note:
The incisive Facebook comment concerning Jeff Sessions posted below was recently sent to SOTN unsolicited. At first we disregarded it. But then we carefully looked at the Attorney General’s 6 month progress report since his confirmation on February 8th.

Because of the unmitigated disaster that Jeff Sessions has turned out to be as AG, one wonders whether he was actually sent into the Trump camp early on as a Bush family plant.

Climbing on board the Trump train as Sessions did so early in the campaign season never made any sense; just as Chris Christie and Rudy Giuliani never really made any sense being anywhere close to Trump, except as spies.

Ex-AG Used Fake Name With US Media After Clinton Plane Meeting Scandal

US Justice Department head Loretta Lynch infamously met with former President Bill Clinton on the tarmac at an Arizona airport for 30 minutes in 2016 – while Clinton’s wife, Hillary, was running for president and while Lynch was working with the FBI to investigate Hillary’s email servers.

Following the scandal she used the pseudonym “Elizabeth Carlisle” to communicate over email about press talking points.

In February of 2011, shortly after the popular uprising erupted in Libya, the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 1970, which —among other things— forbids the export of war materiel to Libya. In June of this year, the United Nations accused Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates of violating the embargo by providing secret military assistance to Haftar and the LNA. Now a new report in a British-based Arab news outlet claims that, in addition to Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, Israel too is helping the LNA. Allegedly, Tel Aviv has given the LNA war materiel and air power support, with the help of the United Arab Emirates.

Webmaster's Commentary:

And what would be the quid pro quo for Israel in this arrangement?!?

The ultimate control of Libya's oil and natural gas trade.

The U.S. mainstream media dismisses any link between the murder of DNC official Seth Rich and leaked DNC emails as a “conspiracy theory” – while blaming Russia instead – but a new possibility has arisen, writes Joe Lauria.

With U.S.-Russia tensions as dangerously high as they’ve been since the worst days of the Cold War, there is potential new evidence that Russia was not behind a hack of the Democratic National Committee, although Congress and the U.S. mainstream media accept the unproven allegation of Russia’s guilt as indisputable fact.

The possible new evidence comes in the form of a leaked audiotape of veteran investigative journalist Seymour Hersh in which Hersh is heard to say that not Russia, but a DNC insider, was the source of the Democratic emails published by WikiLeaks just before the start of the Democratic National Convention in late July 2016.

Indisputable Proof Of Coordinated Attacks By Tech Giants To Control Access Of Information In Order To Control The Masses

At first Alternative and Independent Media sites, bloggers and others using the internet to share their opinions, was able to be swatted away like a fly by the mainstream media and their puppet masters in the government because the MSM controlled the narrative, decided what to report, how to spin it, used their "anonymous sources" to plant suggestions, and most importantly, their number one job for the government, was to influence the public.

That all changed during the 2016 election cycle, where public distrust of the media hit record highs, more and more Internet users started obtaining their news from different sources, comparing coverage, looking for information that the MSM simply refused to give them, and against the "advice," suggestions, endorsements, and outright propaganda pumped out daily by the establishment media, the candidate the MSM by and large told everyone not to vote for, won the electoral vote.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is why Mike is experiencing 10 - 20 hack attacks per day on his server!!

Nagasaki: The Worst War Crime Ever

Japan was finished, and was all ready to sue for peace; the only condition it made was that the position of the Emperor should be protected. The Japanese government under Kantaro Suzuki that took office in April 1945 did so with the one single objective of ending the war. All this was known to the Western Allies, since the Japanese codes had long since been broken.

By May 1945, the Japanese were suing for peace through Switzerland and Moscow – peace on any terms, just so long as the position of the Emperor was protected.

These are the terms the Japanese offered as early as 20 January 1945, and repeated through the USSR in July[1,3]:

* Complete surrender of all Japanese forces and arms, at home, on island possessions, and in occupied countries.
* Occupation of Japan and its possessions by Allied troops under American direction.
* Japanese relinquishment of all territory seized during the war, as well as Manchuria, Korea and Taiwan.

Indisputable Proof Of Coordinated Attacks By Tech Giants To Control Access Of Information In Order To Control The Masses

Operation Mockingbird was a secret campaign by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to influence media. Begun in the 1950s, it was initially organized by Cord Meyer and Allen W. Dulles, it was later led by Frank Wisner after Dulles became the head of the CIA.

The organization recruited leading American journalists into a network to help present the CIA’s views, and funded some student and cultural organizations, and magazines as fronts. As it developed, it also worked to influence foreign media and political campaigns, in addition to activities by other operating units of the CIA.

In 2013, Barack Obama repealed the Smith-Mundt Act, which supposedly banned U.S. propaganda from being disseminated to American audiences, and in 2016, Obama quietly signed the Countering Disinformation And Propaganda Act into law, all of which was intended to use the media to basically control public opinion in the U.S.

Aug 08 04:55

The possible new evidence comes in the form of a leaked audiotape of veteran investigative journalist Seymour Hersh in which Hersh is heard to say that not Russia, but a DNC insider, was the source of the Democratic emails published by WikiLeaks just before the start of the Democratic National Convention in late July 2016. Hersh said on the tape that the source of the leak was former DNC employee Seth Rich, who was murdered on a darkened street in a rough neighborhood of Northwest Washington D.C. two weeks before the Convention, on July 10, 2016. But Hersh threw cold water on a theory that the murder was an assassination in retaliation for the leak. Instead, Hersh concurs with the D.C. police who say the murder was a botched robbery.
