Boston Marathon Bombings’ Guilty Verdict Exposed as a Gross Travesty of Justice

Despite Dzhokhar Tsarnaev pleading not guilty to the 30 counts (17 carrying the death penalty) he was charged within a week after the April 15th bombings in 2013, his lead defense attorney Judy Clark several days ago conceded to the jury that her client was guilty in her closing argument. Apparently blaming the dead brother whose due process was denied became Dzhokhar’s only defense strategy. The defense team insisted that he was coerced and bullied by his older brother into committing alleged acts of terrorism. Considering no real solid proof other than photos placing Dzhokhar and older brother Tamerlan both wearing backpacks at the scene of the crime where the two bombs exploded was even presented at the trial, no justice for either the Tsarnaevs nor the many victims can possibly come from this guilty verdict.

Webmaster's Commentary:

When the client pleads not guilty, the lawyer is supposed to follow that instruction. Frankly, the fact that she told the jury her client was guilty should result in her being disbarred and justify an entirely new trial.

Any honest lawyer could get Dzokhar acquitted on the following piece of evidence alone!

Jeb Bush hires two new foreign policy advisers

Bush has tapped Robert S. Karem and John Noonan to join his growing policy shop, according to aides familiar with the hires.

Most recently, Karem was a top policy adviser to House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.). He also worked for former vice president Dick Cheney as a researcher on his memoir and as a member of his national security staff.

Noonan is leaving his role as spokesman for the House Armed Services Committee, and once advised Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential campaign on defense policy.

Candidates Trade Talk of Guns for Attacks on Clinton at N.R.A. Forum

Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin was perhaps the most aggressive, followed closely by Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, as they both criticized Mr. Obama’s relationship with Israel and his reluctance to say “radical Islamic is terrorism.” Senator Marco Rubio called Mr. Obama “a weak president,” after declaring, “weakness is the enemy of peace.” Jeb Bush argued that the negotiations with Iran were a “bad deal” that was “leaving America exposed.”

Some went even further. Mike Huckabee spent a large part of his speech talking about his trips to Israel and recalling the horrors of the Holocaust, and Donald Trump said the Islamic State is controlling oil.

The news of Ms. Clinton’s announcement that she will run for president put her in the cross hairs as well.

Long arm of the law closing in on Hillary!

Thursday, my organization, Freedom Watch, went where no congressional committee had the guts to go before: We took real action to get a federal court to immediately seize the hard drives of Hillary Clinton’s private email server. (See freedomwatchusa.org.)

I asked the court to appoint a forensic expert to inspect and recreate the missing email evidence from Clintons’ tenure as secretary of state. We did this without any of the power or funding of Congress and without the years of delay on Capitol Hill. Forget about Trey Gowdy and the Government Oversight and Reform Committee. Unlike Gowdy, who has accomplished little to nothing and indeed dithered as Hillary was busy destroying evidence, we are not pursuing Hillary for show, but to uncover her illegal dough!

Partner or Pariah? Kerry Calls Lavrov for Help

Naming and shaming over the Iranian nuclear debacle will call out who just is the real pariah and who is the real partner to world peace.

Reading the Western news media is like swimming in a goldfish bowl. News one day gives way to some other transient story the next, and so on and on. With the result that if one were to rely on the Western media for understanding on any particular issue, there is faint chance of proper assimilation. This is because there is typically negligible context, perspective or continuity – as well as, of course, misleading spin and outright disinformation.

To illustrate: one of the most bizarre – unwittingly bizarre – recent news reports was how US Secretary of State John Kerry made an urgent call to Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. Kerry reportedly needed Lavrov for help in clinching a breakthrough in the deadlocked nuclear negotiations with Iran.

Poets’ Talk: “Why Is This World So Sad?” And, “The Armor of God”

At any rate, how will that “Ole Time Religion” square with this basically unimaginable world towards which we are racing?

Why is this world so sad? Do you have a religious answer? A faith-based answer?

CO: Life is suffering, and the ancient story of John the Baptist and Herod belongs to modern history…. Our “Herod” (POTUS) stands militarily above all other nations, and only Russia seems to stop the U.S. from cutting off (bombing) any head(s) our Controllers desire.

They intimidate the Vatican, and instead of “putting on the armor of God,” (St. Paul), the Roman Catholic Church often acquiesces, and by the “sin of omission,” helps hasten the making of a Rich Man & Lazarus world, an inevitable War of Civilizations.

GC: I agree. And I’m thinking these are threads we can address in a future “Poets Talk.” I don’t think we’ve dealt with religion at all (?!). Tough subject, but very necessary. Given your qualms, I wonder: how do you remain in the Church?

Want a 60% instant raise? Monetary reform and public banking deliver ~$3 TRILLION to Americans yearly

*hyperlinks live at source*

“That is to say, under the old way any time we wish to add to the national wealth we are compelled to add to the national debt. Now, that is what Henry Ford wants to prevent. He thinks it is stupid, and so do I, that for the loan of $30,000,000 of their own money the people of the United States should be compelled to pay $66,000,000 — that is what it amounts to, with interest. …But here is the point: If our nation can issue a dollar bond, it can issue a dollar bill. …It is absurd to say that our country can issue $30,000,000 in bonds and not $30,000,000 in currency. Both are promises to pay; but one promise fattens the usurer, and the other helps the people.” - Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, interview with NY Times, 1921

The punchline in my series teaching about what the US uses for money is every US household would receive annual benefits equal to a 60% raise:

It is Not Confusing that US Abandons Own Citizens in Yemen War-Zone but Rescues Saudi Bombers

Most Americans have no idea any of these events are occurring or have only vague, US government/press-created notions of them, but many who are cognizant – principally the abandoned people themselves – express confusion. Why would eight countries, including Russia, China, and India, carry out risky missions to save their own citizens, as well as foreign nationals, stuck in Yemen, but the US would staunchly refuse to do so? All we ever hear from the US government and press is that the US is so incredibly good and altruistic. So, how could this be happening?

TENNESSEE v. GARNER, 471 U.S. 1 (1985)

U.S. Supreme Court
TENNESSEE v. GARNER, 471 U.S. 1 (1985)
471 U.S. 1

TENNESSEE v. GARNER ET AL.
APPEAL FROM THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT

No. 83-1035.

Argued October 30, 1984
Decided March 27, 1985 *

Held:

The Tennessee statute is unconstitutional insofar as it authorizes the use of deadly force against, as in this case, an apparently unarmed, nondangerous fleeing suspect; such force may not be used unless necessary to prevent the escape and the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others. Pp. 7-22. [471 U.S. 1, 2]

A broken tail light and possibly warrants for non-payment of child support are the proximate cause for the man's death in South Carolina. I don't think it meets Tennessee v.Garner. The cop is in big trouble and all due to that video.

Holder to DOJ: Don’t solicit prostitutes

Attorney General Eric Holder is reminding staff members that the Department of Justice (DOJ) bars its employees from soliciting prostitutes even in countries where selling sex is legal.

“I want to reiterate to all Department personnel, including attorneys and law enforcement officers, that they are prohibited from soliciting, procuring, or accepting commercial sex,” Holder wrote in a Department of Justice memo to personnel dated Friday and obtained by The Washington Post.

Holder said that soliciting prostitution “threatens the core mission of the Department,” noting it could invite “extortion, blackmail, and leaks of sensitive or classified information.”
The memo comes after a DOJ Office of Inspector General report released late last month found that agents under the DOJ with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) had participated in “sex parties” believed to be in Colombia between 2005-2008. It is believed that prostitutes attended the parties and were paid by drug cartels.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Ladies and Gentlemen, from the US Government's Department of "You Can't Make this Stuff Up", I give you the US Attorney General Holder, having to reiterate that member of his department are not supposed to engage prostitutes!!!

IS the first prerequisite for employment, in a Holder "Justice" department, being able to flout the law when you want to, and just keep it covert for the rest of the time?!?

Documents Reveal Covert US, UK, NATO Propaganda War in Ukraine

Documents posted on the web reveal a high-level anti-Russian propaganda war being waged in south and eastern Ukraine by the US, the UK and NATO on behalf of the Kiev Government, using non-governmental organisations (NGOs) as agents.
According to the Drakula blog, the West is raising its game in its campaign against Russian President Vladimir Putin. While it is — on the one hand — pumping up the military volume by moving NATO and US hardware nearer to the Ukraine and Russian borders, it is also playing a hybrid war by pumping funds into an anti-Russian propaganda war.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Unfortunately, I am very concerned that this propaganda war is going to generate a hot war against Russia, using Ukraine as the puppet cutout.

I would very politely like to point out to our Military, our State Department, our White House, and all the "Alphabet Soup" agencies looking at this post as I type it, that the US military does not have the troop strength; the money; or the manufacturing to insure a positive outcome to a conventional war against Russia; and that is what makes the military option so scarily dangerous.

I have noticed a definite "pump up the volume" going on with Corporate Presstitutes against Russian Leadership. And what I am hearing, very frankly, can only be characterized as desperation on the cusp of madness.

I would like to strongly caution all those in government, intelligence, and the military, that the citizens of this country are infinitely war-weary, and war sick, to be brutally honest.

China and Russia have gotten what they need by making deals; not by waging wars.

It is high time the US government got the hint. People in this country are hurting badly, and those in government had better start paying attention. The good middle-class jobs have been outsourced and off-shored to the cheapest labor pools in the world, and the only jobs available, many times, for laid-off Americans are simply minimum wage.

But of course, the flood of cheap labor into this country in the form of undocumented immigrants is really exacerbating the palpable anger the American people feel toward a government which has been bought by large corporations, and have only their good in mind.

This country cannot afford any more wars, both fiscally, and morally.

THIS IS HOW HILLARY DOES BUSINESS – AN OIL COMPANY, HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES IN COLOMBIA AND THE CLINTON FOUNDATION

The details of these financial dealings remain murky, but this much is clear: After millions of dollars were pledged by the oil company to the Clinton Foundation — supplemented by millions more from Giustra himself — Secretary Clinton abruptly changed her position on the controversial U.S.-Colombia trade pact. Having opposed the deal as a bad one for labor rights back when she was a presidential candidate in 2008, she now promoted it, calling it “strongly in the interests of both Colombia and the United States.” The change of heart by Clinton and other Democratic leaders enabled congressional passage of a Colombia trade deal that experts say delivered big benefits to foreign investors like Giustra.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This dynasty has been, and will always been a completely, brilliantly criminal organisation.

And it goes way back to Bill Clinton's days as Arkansas's Governor.

Between the drug trade going in and out of Mena Airport; the mysterious deaths and disappearances of many witnesses to that drug trade; the land flipping deals; the death of Vincent Foster; the engineering of the emotional (if not physical) destruction of many of Bill Clinton's dalliances; the "Enemies List" (How Nixonian); the very murky manufacturing situation set up in Haiti, creating sweatshop conditions for many of its workers.

But the jewel in the crown, for Mrs. Clinton, has to be Benghazi; and the fact that used unsecured WI-FI for transmitting official documents, and then wiped her hard drives clean when Trey Gowdy subpoenaed them; what does this scream at you?!?

And to the Democrats who bask in her alleged "inevitability", please think again. She is burdened with more baggage than Kim Kardashian could possibly take on a photo shoot, and it will not go away between now and the end of the campaign. It most likely will grow exponentially to the point that no campaign manager can possibly work intelligently, or legally, against it.

I am very much pro a woman president: and there are some wonderful women on the national political scene.

I am rather concerned, however, about someone who has obviously had their conscience surgically removed before running for high office. I do not know WHEN this happened, with Mrs. Clinton; only that it HAS happened.

The Dönmeh: The Middle East’s Most Whispered Secret (Part I)

Israel has always been reluctant to describe the Turkish massacre of the Armenians by the Turks in 1915 as “genocide.” It has always been believed that the reason for Israel’s reticence was not to upset Israel’s close military and diplomatic ties with Turkey. However, more evidence is being uncovered that the Armenian genocide was largely the work of the Dönmeh leadership of the Young Turks. Historians like Ahmed Refik, who served as an intelligence officer in the Ottoman army, averred that it was the aim of the Young Turks to destroy the Armenians, who were mostly Christian. The Young Turks, under Ataturk’s direction, also expelled Greek Christians from Turkish cities and attempted to commit a smaller-scale genocide of the Assyrians, who were also mainly Christian.

Documents showing how the Empire plans to overthrow Putin

Today I’ve got docs on Russia and Ukraine for you. The West got used to solving its problems using someone else to do the dirty work. Putin’s regime is an eyesore for the U.S., UK and NATO. Regardless whether it’s good or bad (everyone has his own opinion) Russia opposes the unipolar world order and western values exclusiveness. The West has a simple solution; it just needs to overthrow Putin and his close companions.

The West can’t do it openly and directly. Russia isn’t Yugoslavia, or Libya, or Iraq. That’s why they are acting via Ukraine which is undergoing dramatical changes now. Though they are using the old methods of ideological warfare, discredit of leaders, and society values erosion.

The attached docs show that NATO and the U.S. and UK military advisors are acting in Ukraine. Non-governmental organizations are working there under the auspices of the Western and Ukrainian special services.

For instance, here’s a NATO doc testifying that the popularity of the Russian leaders among the population of the Southern and Eastern regions is a challenge for Ukraine.
