Police routinely misuse state and federal databases to stalk romantic interests, business partners, family, and even each other

New research put out by the Associated Press (AP) has revealed systemic police misuse of access to confidential and private information. The AP sent FOIA requests to police departments across the United States to find out about police misuse of state and federal databases and released a report with the findings earlier this week. Police in jurisdictions across the country were found to routinely misuse and abuse their access to state driver databases and federal criminal history databases.

Her engagement with Abreu ended when she returned to the States.

Shimon Peres, the last of Israel’s founding fathers, died on Wednesday at the age of 93 after his condition swiftly deteriorated following a major stroke two weeks ago. World leaders have lavished praise on Peres, including former American President Bill Clinton, who described him as a “dove of peace” for his role in the 1993 Oslo accords – the first agreements between Israeli and Palestinian leaders which led to him jointly winning a Nobel Peace Prize a year later. Born Szymon Perski in 1923, Peres moved with his family from his birthland of Poland to what was then British mandate Palestine in 1934, aged 11 years old. After being brought up in a kibbutz Peres met fellow Pole and subsequent close political ally David Ben-Gurion, who would go on to become Israel’s first prime minister.

"That's Enough!" Says retired lawman running for Idaho Sheriff

In Law Enforcement “Gypsy Cop” is slang for a nomadic or itinerant lawman. Under Zollman we have had the following incidents, most of these incidents have been created by the incompetent hiring processes that resulted in Adams County hiring “Gypsy Cops.” Background checks have not been done, or if they were done, the results of the background check were ignored by Zollman. While Adams County is fortunate to have several solid deputies serving our community, our little county is in the news for the actions of men who had glaring “red flags” that were simply not heeded.A Deputy was hired that had been fired from another agency, had been on court ordered probation, and then hired at the Adams County Sheriff’s office. This deputy was involved in the shooting of a local rancher. Does the phrase “Gypsy cop” fit this Deputy? Is there any background check information that would result in an applicant being rejected?

Are "Invisible Americans" The Key Players In This Election?

Memo to the D.C. Beltway/mainstream media apologists and propagandists: the 25 million Invisible Americans are no longer buying your shuck-and-jive con job.

For the bottom 90% of American households, the "prosperity" of the "recovery" since 2009 is a bright shining lie. The phrase is from a history of the Vietnam War, A Bright Shining Lie: John Paul Vann and America in Vietnam.

Just as the Vietnam War was built on lies, propaganda, PR and rigged statistics (the infamous body counts--civilians killed as "collateral damage" counted as "enemy combatants"), so too is the "recovery" nothing but a pathetic tissue of PR, propaganda and lies. I have demolished the bogus 5.3% "increase" in median household income, the equally bogus "official inflation" body counts, oops I mean statistics, and the bogus unemployment rate:

Fun with Fake Statistics: The 5% "Increase" in Median Household Income Is Pure Illusion (September 19, 2016)

Webmaster's Commentary:

Remember Richard Nixon's "Silent Majority?" It was a PR move to convince the American people that a rigged and stolen election was neither rigged nor stolen. This is a repeat.

Shimon Peres obituary: Peacemaker or war criminal?

Peres' most important task, to which he was entrusted by Ben-Gurion, was developing in secret - and over United States opposition - Israel's nuclear weapons programme through the 1950s and 60s. To that end, he recruited the assistance of France, Britain and Norway.

Sep 28 08:20

Shimon Peres: The architect of Israel's nuclear program

Shimon Peres marked his greatest achievement in a long, and impressive life, full of ups and downs, at the age of 33. If he was a copywriter, he could have summed it up proudly in one spot-on sentence, paraphrased from Herzl: In Sèvres, I established Dimona and ensured the future of the State of Israel.

Dimona, beginning in the late 1950s and into the 1960s, saw the building of the "textile factory" - the nuclear reactor in which, according to foreign reports, Israel produces fissile materials - uranium and plutonium - for its arsenal of nuclear weapons. According to these reports, these weapons were, and remain, the central factor deterring Arab states and Iran from fulfilling their fantasies of eliminating Israel on the battlefield.
Note: He brought nuclear weapons to the middle east and of course lied about it.

The Shimon Peres I Knew Was Unparalleled in His Quest for Peace

Peres’s outstanding vision integrated a broad outlook on peace. He never wearied of advocating for the societal, civilian and national benefits of peace and the necessity of attracting youth to it. Understanding the intertwined nature of peace and security, and intent on securing Israel as a Jewish democracy, he strived for the two-state-for-two-peoples solution to the last day of his life. This is his testament.
Note: His concept of peace was a piece of Lebanon, a piece of Syria, a piece of Jordan.

How It Felt To Watch the Presidential Debate as a Jewish Conservative

That’s certainly what I was wondering. As a Jewish conservative — a minority within a minority — who opposes Trump (but is also against Clinton), I tried to put myself in the shoes of an undecided voter watching these two candidates. It’s a difficult thing to do for anyone immersed in politics, but it’s particularly hard when you find both options so equally unappealing. Was there an undecided voter watching who needed to see a more presidential Trump before pulling the lever for him, I wondered? And did that voter see that last night?

US Rewards Israel’s Bad Behavior

It is no exaggeration to say that the U.S. government rewards Netanyahu for his regime’s bad behavior. U.S. Says Russia Bombed Convoy Even If It Didn’t

By Brandon Turbeville

...With the recent bombing of an aid convoy in Urm al-Kubra near Aleppo, the Western media (as well as the governments it speaks for) is conflating the convoy that was attacked with a convoy that never actually entered Syria and which appears to have been attacked by America’s rebels. Now, rogue generals within the U.S. military are declaring that the Russians are responsible for the attack despite having no evidence for their claims. In addition, these generals and the Secretary of Defense are saying that, even if the Russians didn’t drop the bombs, the Russians are guilty of attacking the convoy.

Seriously, they actually said that...

Rudy Giuliani: ‘Lester Holt Should Be Ashamed Of Himself’

When asked by The Daily Caller Monday night if Holt treated Donald Trump fairly, the former mayor of New York said he acted “extremely unfairly.”

“Particular in his interference with regard to the unconstitutionality of a case called Terry v. Ohio,” Giuliani told this reporter. “I forgive Hillary Clinton for not understanding that stop-and-frisk was not held unconstitutional — only unconstitutional as applied by Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly.”

“I happen to disagree with that,” he said. “I was out of office 12 years when it was held unconstitutional. It was never held unconstitutional when I was mayor.”

“Stop-and-frisk is being done tonight all over America,” Giuliani continued.

When ‘deplorables’ took back their country

Could we have a second Jacksonian Revolution? That depends on whether the American people trust Donald Trump to lead one. Jackson’s policies were controversial at the time, and are still vigorously debated by historians, but Jackson rocked the political establishment and made government more accountable to the people.

Bad news, Hillary: You’re looking less ‘inevitable’ every day

Even before the presidential primaries reached fever pitch earlier this year, pundits declared Democrat Hillary Clinton her party’s inevitable nominee and predicted she’d go on to win the general election. But with the election just over a month away, Republican Donald Trump’s odds keep getting better and better.

The USS Titanic Is Headed for the Iceberg

Since 2000, we’ve had eight years of a Republican president, eight years of a Democrat president, with both parties having control of Congress at various points over the sixteen years. The national debt, after 211 years of this country’s existence, was $5.7 trillion in 2000. Both parties are responsible for the 342% increase over the last sixteen years to $19.5 trillion. Democrats agreed to never end warfare in exchange for Republican support for an expansion of the entitlement state. Meanwhile, the country’s GDP only rose 79% over the same time frame.

Rigged: CNN Poll Claiming Hillary Won the Debate Sampled 41% Democrats Compared to 26% Republicans

A CNN/ORC poll released shortly after last night’s debate found that Hillary Clinton scored a clear victory over her rival Donald Trump. One problem – the survey sample included 41% Democrats compared to just 26% Republicans. While the consensus opinion appears to be that Clinton won on points but Trump achieved his mission of appearing electable, the gross bias exhibited in CNN’s sampling – along with moderator Lester Holt’s failure to ask Hillary any tough questions – will fuel accusations made by Trump supporters that the entire race is being rigged in favor of Hillary Clinton.

Dilbert creator: Clinton ‘engineered’ 90 minutes of alertness

The performance put Trump on track to win the presidency in November, Adams wrote. "But the most interesting question has to do with what problem both of them were trying to solve with the debate. Clinton tried to look healthy, and as I mentioned, I don't think she completely succeeded. But Trump needed to solve exactly one problem: Look less scary. Trump needed to counter Clinton's successful branding of him as having a bad temperament to the point of being dangerous to the country. Trump accomplished exactly that."

P.C. Language Control and the Rise of the THIRD REICH: Stunning new documentary reveals why we must stop the rise of safe spaces, social justice warriors and progressive fanaticism

At this critical moment in history, we must defend speech freedom or lose it forever, because the Nazi-like P.C. language police on the left demand that you either surrender to them or DIE. Sound familiar? History has been here before, and it didn’t end without massive bloodshed. Eventually, the USA, Russia and other allies had to use kinetic weapons to destroy the Nazi regime and end its “politically correct” genocide against humanity. Let us hope it doesn’t come to that again.

9 States With Marijuana Legalization On The Ballot

While the November 2016 elections are clearly nothing to look forward to, there are some potential bright spots. The United States appears to be gradually coming out of its incredibly ridiculous War on Drugs psychosis as more and more Americans realize the counter-productive and oppressive nature of America’s drug policy. Nowhere is…

Lester Holt: The Third Debater?

At tonight’s debate, Donald Trump faced off not just against Hillary Clinton, but against moderator Lester Holt. The game of two-on-one saw Holt ask no questions about: -- Hillary’s emails -- Benghazi -- The Clinton Foundation. While ignoring these issues, Holt grilled Trump on stop-and-frisk, the birther story, his comments about women, his many bankruptcies, why he hasn’t released his tax returns — and a host of other issues the media sees as unfriendly to the Republican candidate.

Wells Fargo or the Federal Reserve: Who’s the Bigger Fraud? — Ron Paul

The Wells Fargo bank account scandal took center stage in the news last week and in all likelihood will continue to make headlines for many weeks to come. What Wells Fargo employees did in opening bank accounts without customers’ authorization was obviously wrong, but in true Washington fashion, the scandal is being used to deflect attention away from larger, more enduring, and more important scandals.

How the ‘deplorables’ can save America

It is important to recognize that only foolish progressives actually take Clinton’s claims at face value. Clinton essentially seeks to characterize a large subset of conservatives as narrow minded when she mentions the “deplorables.” But, it is how she defines “narrow minded” that is the crux of the thing.

Deutsche Bank Contagion: Nord LB, Lufthansa, Korean Air Pull Bond Deals

As noted earlier, the post-debate market relief rally has given way to concerns over banking woes, with stocks turning lower in Europe as focus returns to Deutsche Bank and Italy’s constitutional referendum, now scheduled for December 4. More troubling is the overnight news that two German issuers - Nord LB and Lufthansa - followed quickly by Korean Air Lines, have pulled their bond deals prompting commentators to suggest that 'uncertainty on the credit front appears to be weighing" on some and may be raising concerns about the German economy.

Gun Control Is Treason

“A republic, if you can keep it.” is the way that Dr. Benjamin Franklin answered somebody who wanted to know what kind of new government we had. In this instance, “keeping” means “defending”, or else we’ll all be living under Sharia Law before our grandchildren grow up. -- There are many reasons Hillary must go to prison, but her advocacy of gun control is the most important.

New Cold War Spins Out of Control

In the aftermath of the U.S. attack on the Syrian army positions overlooking and commanding the Dier A-Zor airfield – the airfield, whose daily “Berlin air-bridge” style flights, are the sole lifeline to a city long besieged by ISIS – the Russian U.N. Ambassador asked a pertinent rhetorical question at the United Nations Security Council: Who is running U.S. policy: Is it the Pentagon or the White House?

What is so surprising here is the non-surprise evinced by the editorial writers of the New York Times. The Board blandly states that the Defense Secretary and the Pentagon might not comply. Not a hint of surprise is evident at the constitutional implications of this open defiance of Presidential authority.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I don't know about you, but the fact that Sec Def Carter is running the show now at the Pentagon scares the living stuffing out of me.

He is one of the most war-centric, verbally belligerent, non-prone to dialogue that could lead to negotiations, Sec Def that we have had in quite some time, probably since Rumsfeld.

He appears very much to be drunk on the smell on his own cork, when it comes to confronting Russia militarily, and that is a very dangerous state of affairs in which the US government finds itself.

Yemen Has Become the Graveyard of the Obama Doctrine

This past Tuesday, President Barack Obama delivered his final speech to the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Though the president advocated for the “hard work of diplomacy” in places like Syria, he also elaborated on one of his recent, common refrains, cautioning that in the Middle East “no external power is going to be able to force different religious communities or ethnic communities to co-exist for long.” Across the region, “we have to insist that all parties recognize a common humanity and that nations end proxy wars that fuel disorder,” Obama said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US has been a partner to Saudi war crimes in Yemen for well over a year now.

The Saudi military continues to commit war crimes with impunity, including bombing hospitals; schools; private residences; and open-air markets.

I think Americans deserve to see what these bombings accomplish, particularly with small children: (warning: horrifically graphic images).

Images of dead Yemeni children, killed by Saudi bombings

Images of dead Yemeni children, killed by Saudi bombings

images of a Yemeni child, killed by a Saudi bombing raid in Yemen.

Have I picked some of the most gruesome images I could find of these atrocities?!?

But I done this to attempt to start a conversation with my Brother and Sister Americans about the absolute evil incarnate this country's leadership is enabling by allowing the Saudis to buy American bombs, and providing "guidance" for their bombings.

And would someone please tell me, what horrific, immoral monster "guides" a bomb to a school, where they know kids will be learning and playing?!?

Do they get some kind of sick, twisted psychological satisfaction from assassinating children, and creating genocide against the Yemeni people?!?

The world cannot pretend, with the kinds of images I have just shared with our readers, that this is not going on.

We have elections coming up in this country in about one month.

I would strongly urge you to forward this article to every Senator and Congressman up for re-election, and ask the question; are you for or against the continued, US enabled Saudi bombing of Yemen?!?

And those who say they are perfectly fine with it, because they have a lot of defense contractors in their district, who are making money, hand over fist, are the ones who need to be soundly trounced in the 2016 election.

A "profits uber alles" mentality, where weapons are sold to criminal regimes which use them in war crimes, cannot be tolerated any more by the citizens of this country.

There is a Biblical injunction: "that which you sow, you shall also reap"; and very soon, in the Middle East, the United States Government is about to be reaping a whirlwind of blowback from decades of these horrific, pre-emptive wars.
