FBI boss’ outrageous double standard in letting Hillary skate

The fix was in.

Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey painted a devastating picture of Hillary Clinton’s reckless lawbreaking with her emails and the damage it likely caused — but then recommended no charges against her.

When it comes to the Clintons, say goodbye to the rule of law.

Comey said the bureau looked for evidence that “classified information was improperly stored or transmitted” on Clinton’s personal email servers, in violation of a “statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way.”

Sure enough, his agents found plenty: 110 emails “in 52 email chains” were considered classified “at the time they were sent or received.”

That included eight “Top Secret” chains, 36 with “Secret” information and eight more that were “Confidential.” Another 2,000 were classified “Confidential” later.

Trump: "Our Adversaries Almost Certainly Have a Blackmail File on Hillary Clinton"

Donald Trump commented on the absolute insanity of letting the most corrupt woman in the history of the United States become president when it's guaranteed our enemies have a massive blackmail file on her.

"Our adversaries almost certainly have a blackmail file on Hillary Clinton," Donald Trump said in a press release attacking Hillary's "bad judgement" for using an unsecured private email server, "this fact alone disqualifies her from service."

Do you remember the detailed policy proposal that came out of the Clinton campaign last week?

Neither do I.

I’m not saying it didn’t happen. I’m just saying that if Clinton said something about her policies, I didn’t notice. The Clinton campaign has wisely ditched facts and reason for pure persuasion. And it is working.

Freedom Vs. Slavery – The Political Spectrum

A little Political Science! By the way tyranny and slavery are synonymous.
Freedom vs. Slavery – The Political Spectrum

The Political Spectrum – Left Wing vs. Right Wing is a lie designed to confuse you about what freedom is.

The Left includes: progressives, social liberals, social democrats, socialists, communists and anarchists.

The Right includes: conservatives, reactionaries, monarchists, nationalists and fascists.

SLAVERY is on both ends of the spectrum.
Both the “Left” and the “Right” promote slavery and tyranny.

SLAVERY vs. FREEDOM
A more accurate chart puts SLAVERY on one side and FREEDOM on the other.

Jul 05 13:49

The True Political Spectrum

Very simple. On the Right We have freedom. On the left we have tyranny.
Fascism,Communism,Socialism,Nazism,Monarchy ect.,ect. are on the left.
Freedom is on the right end.
The conventional and false spectrum has tyranny at both ends.

Saxo Fears "Cascading Implosion" As Italian Bank Collapse Continues

The biggest theme emerging in the post-Brexit world is the evolving banking crisis in Italy which has actually been under way since the beginning of the year as the new non-performing exposure rules started to be enforced by the European Banking Authority.

UniCredit, Intesa, Monte Paschi, Banco Popolare, and UBI collectively had €119 billion in unprovisioned non-performing loans at the end of Q1 with UniCredit’s exposure being the critical piece in the overall European banking system.

The Italian banking system has around €400bn in total non-performing loans. The aggregate common equity among Italian publicly-listed banks was around €125B (as of the end of Q1) and around 75% of the uncovered non-performing loans.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is no way to ultimately limit the contagion which will most likely hit the US banking sector from this, because of the connectedness of financial systems world-wide.

Peak FBI Corruption? Meet Bryan Nishimura, Found Guilty For "Removal And Retention Of Classified Materials"

In a scandalous announcement, FBI director James Comey moments ago said that "although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information" and he gave extensive evidence of just that, "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." He added that "prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past."

What is shocking is that the FBI director was clearly ignoring the US code itself, where in Section 793, subsection (f),"Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information", it makes it quite clear that intent is not a key consideration in a case like this when deciding to press charges, to wit:

Globalists and Neocons Prove Incapable of Understanding Reality

If Trump wants to put America first, he needs to start firing the Neoconservatives and their lackeys from the White House and putting them on trial for making Americans look really bad.

Rather than listening and learning and modifying their actions, the ruling elites stick to “more of the same.” This process clearly emblematized by the endless procession of Bushes and Clintons replacing each other in the positions of power.

For Obama’s Secret Wars, the Record Suggests a Far Worse Reality

Targeted killings or assassinations beyond the battlefield remain a highly charged subject. Most controversial of all is the number of civilians killed in US covert and clandestine drone strikes since 2002.

When President Obama apologised for the accidental 2015 killing of US aid worker Warren Weinstein, he revealed that the US had kept the target building under surveillance for “hundreds of hours” – yet had never known there were civilians inside. Many of the women and children credibly reported killed by the CIA in Pakistan have died in similar circumstances – though few of their deaths have ever been conceded.

Then there have been the more shocking tactics employed by the CIA. There was the deliberate targeting of funerals and rescuers, again first revealed by the Bureau. And the widespread use of so-called signature strikes during the Obama years – the targeting of suspects based not on their known identities, but on their behavioural patterns.

Webmaster's Commentary:

NO public US agency has the right to lie to either the American people or the world, in terms of the real scope and breadth of these numbers; and if the American people do not, peacefully, protest extrajudicial assassinations abroad out of existence, we may well see "justifications" for practicing the process at home right here in this country.

And one has to speculate; are the perpetual extrajudicial assassinations creating perpetual war from which the US government and military will never be able extricate themselves, and is this, possibly, the goal?!?

As reported at globalresearch.com today:

It was revealed by the Intercept through leaked US government documents that civilians may account for as much as 90% of all casualties from drone strikes. In its first article in a long series detailing America’s drone operations titled, “The Assassination Complex,” it reports: …documents detailing a special operations campaign in northeastern Afghanistan, Operation Haymaker, show that between January 2012 and February 2013, U.S. special operations airstrikes killed more than 200 people. Of those, only 35 were the intended targets. During one five-month period of the operation, according to the documents, nearly 90 percent of the people killed in airstrikes were not the intended targets. In Yemen and Somalia, where the U.S. has far more limited intelligence capabilities to confirm the people killed are the intended targets, the equivalent ratios may well be much worse. And upon viewing the leaked Operation Haymaker documents, it becomes clear that America’s drone operations in Afghanistan have admittedly very little tactical value in eliminating specific “terrorists,” and the actual “benefits” noted amid these operations is instead the perpetuation of terror, fear and sociopolitical division in targeted areas, including among civilian populations. Considering these noted “benefits,” high civilian casualty rates of up to 90% makes sense. If the goal is to simply instill fear, it doesn’t matter who dies, just as long as someone does. First Priority: Smashing Resistance, Not Stopping Terrorists It should be remembered that nations like Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan are home to fiercely independent networks of localized tribes. These tribes, particularly in Yemen or Afghanistan, refuse to recognize the authority of US-installed client governments and their existence not only undermines central government authority, they pose a direct threat to its continued existence. This helps explain another aspect of America’s drone operations that have left the general public occasionally outraged but mostly confused. That is, the propensity of drones striking weddings. In Western culture, weddings are generally a family affair with little to do with the actual community they take place in. In traditional cultures like Yemen and Afghanistan, weddings are a central community affair. Beyond just friends and family, everyone from the community participates, with various local religious, educational, political and even military leaders attending or even presiding over the event. It is difficult to believe that drone operators would target a wedding even if a specific, high value terrorist target was present, understanding the full scope of collateral damage that would occur. In fact, in a 2013 speech at the National Defense University, US President Barack Obama would explicitly claim: And before any strike is taken, there must be near-certainty that no civilians will be killed or injured — the highest standard we can set. Considering this, it is likely such operations, certain to incur civilian deaths, are instead approved of for the specific purpose of obliterating the very source of a targeted community’s strength and independence, leaving local people reeling, leaderless and at the mercy of the central government Washington has installed into power. In other words, the US is not necessarily “hunting terrorists,” it is eliminating resistance to the political order it is attempting to reach into targeted nations with.

This is your government, gone completely mad, acting in your name and with your tax dollars, and completely unaccountable to We the People.

MEXICAN PRESIDENT DEMANDS U.S. MERGE WITH MEXICO, CANADA

Nieto is attending a North American leaders summit in Ottawa on Wednesday to push the years-long, globalist proposal that would combine the U.S., Mexico and Canada into a regional entity at the expense of U.S. national sovereignty, which starts with joint energy agreements.

?“The purpose of this visit is to renew our bilateral relationship, to give it new life, to find ways to advance the prosperity and competitiveness of North America,” Nieto said, with emphasis added on North America.
He’s not the first Mexican president to push the NAU; Vicente Fox also pushed the globalist plan, but he was so vocal about it, the Bush administration finally told him to keep quiet to avoid negative press.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, the President of Mexico is DEMANDING that the US join the NAU?!?

The President of the same Mexico rife with corruption, drugs, poverty, and the assassination of teachers, who desperately are trying to get better outcomes for their students?!?

As reported at commondreams.org on 22 June, 2016:

The Mexican government's deadly crackdown on a teacher's union protest has rattled the nation in recent days, as 200,000 doctors on Wednesday joined the ongoing national strike against President Enrique Peña Nieto's neoliberal reforms. Anti-government sentiment is mounting after police forces opened fire on a teacher protest in Oaxaca on Sunday, killing at least eight. Since then, two high level government officials from that state, Oaxaca Minister of Indigenous Affairs Adelfo Regino Montes and Secretary of Labor Daniel Gutierrez, have resigned in protest of the "authoritarian actions that repress and kill Oaxacan people who defend their rights and the government’s negligence to any possibility of dialogue," as Gutierrez put it.

Is Mexico really the partner with which the US government would want to align, given these horrific situations and the suppression Nieto has visited upon his own people, even to the point of assassinating Oaxaca's teachers?!? Were it put to a referendum of the American people, chances are, that they would say no, definitively; but such a referendum will never happen.

Such a partnership will not lift Mexico out of its current state of unrest and poverty; it will, however, drag the standards of living in both the US and Canada down to Mexico's level, which is precisely what the globalists want.

As evidenced by the Brexit, such a united economic and geopolitical entity is great for the one percenters, but in general lousy for working people living under the strictures of such a union.

FBI ADMITS SUPPLYING THE DUMMY-BOMB TO ‘DOMESTIC TERRORIST’: MAN ARRESTED FOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT BOMB PLOT ADMITTEDLY SET UP BY MULTIPLE UNDERCOVER FBI EMPLOYEES

An update on our story from ten days ago. In case you haven’t heard the details, the FBI admits in their own felony complaint that multiple undercover FBI agents infiltrated Bill Keebler’s ‘Patriot Defense Force’ in Utah, encouraged Keebler to use explosives, volunteered to make them, and then supplied the inert explosive device for Keebler to plant at an abandoned Arizona Bureau of Land Management facility. [See our previous article here: FBI Arrests Utah Man Who Has “An Extreme Hatred For The Federal Government,” Charged With Bomb Plot On BLM June 23, 2016]

FBI Special Agent Steven Daniels swore to and signed this felony complaint on June 22, 2016. It was signed by Utah Magistrate Judge Dustin B. Pead. (Here is a bio on Judge Pead.)

4 CELEBRATED FREEDOMS THAT NOW REQUIRE PERMISSION OR PRIVILEGE TO ENJOY

Independence, liberty, freedom. Ideas worth celebrating, for sure, only intangible constructs of the human mind, therefore, their meanings can change along with the times. And since people are extremely adaptable creatures, we rapidly normalize to ever-evolving societal and cultural conditions and values. What people consider to be ‘freedom’ today, is nothing similar to what it was even a couple of generations ago.

Here are 4 celebrated, historical liberties that people have long enjoyed, yet are undergoing a dramatic metamorphosis in an evolving world.

1. ) THE FREEDOM TO TRAVEL
2. ) THE RIGHT TO BE SELF-SUSTAINING
3. ) FREEDOM OF SPEECH
4. ) THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE YOUR OWN MEDICINE

Webmaster's Commentary:

I wish Mike and I were far younger, and could be embraced as immigrants with something to contribute to a vibrant, freedom-respecting country, rather than being viewed as burdens because of our age.

But again, to those of you with skills and kids, please; leave this country while you still can. The window for such migration may well close faster than a steel trap, and way before you're aware that it is happening.

The fees for renouncing American citizenship are the highest in the world, and do not appear to be decreasing anytime soon, as an "inducement" to keep you here, and paying taxes, in this country.

And as reported at forbes.com in October of last year:

Regardless of whether it is a dual citizenship snafu that prompts someone to renounce a particular country’s citizenship, is it hard? Not usually, though requirements vary. And so does the extent you must dig in your wallet. Some countries make citizens pay a fee to hand in their passport. Some countries have eliminated fees altogether. According to Movehub, the U.S. has the highest fees in the world to renounce citizenship at $2,350.

So, for a family of 4, that's $9,400.00 to leave, and become a citizen of another country.

Punitive?!?

Hell, yes!!

JUDGE ORDERS DEA DISCLOSURE OF U.S. AGENCIES USING MASSIVE PHONE SPYING PROGRAM BUT KEEPS MOST CORPORATE COLLUDERS SECRET

A federal judge ruled that the Drug Enforcement Agency must release some information sought by a privacy group that relates to a secretive government data mining program.

The June 24 ruling requires the DEA to release a list of other government agencies that use the so-called Hemisphere Project (pdf)—a secret program started in 2007 in which the U.S. government collects data on nearly four billion telephone calls a day. The ruling also requires the agency to disclose which AT&T locations are used for the program.

However, the bulk of the requested documents sought by privacy group Electronic Privacy Information Center —including other possible private corporations besides AT&T that cooperate with the government on the program— remain under lock and key.

Webmaster's Commentary:

For ordinary, innocent American citizens, the right to privacy has been effectively eviscerated by the surveillance under which we all find ourselves at this moment in our nation's history, and the judicial system in this country has unraveled into "Code Napoleon" territory, where we are all considered guilty until proven innocent.

Except, of course, if one has money and influence; then, you can just rub whatever illegality you have done into the faces of the "little people"; just ask Hillary Clinton about Comey's decision not to prosecute on the email case, and Loretta Lynch's decision to meet with Bill Clinton!!

Sanders Scores

Bernie Sanders scores big wins with Democratic platform
After the Democratic presidential primaries and caucuses wrapped up last month, Bernie Sanders and his campaign team had a decision to make: pick the next goal. Despite months of chatter about the senator urging party insiders to overturn voters’ will, Team Sanders didn’t seriously consider such an approach, knowing it wouldn’t work anyway.

Instead, the Vermonter and his aides turned their attention to the Democratic platform, launching a spirited fight to move the document to the left. As of late last week, there can be little doubt that Sanders has succeeded: as MSNBC’s Alex Seitz-Wald reported, Dems are moving forward with “what is almost certainly the most progressive platform in the party’s history.”

Nobel laureate GMO promoter presided over firm that lost billions

The letter from over 100 Nobel laureates attacking Greenpeace for opposing GMOs in general and GMO golden rice in particular has become mired in a new scandal.

Last week the publicity stunt was shown to have links to Monsanto. Representatives of NGOs – including Greenpeace, the subject of the laureates’ attack – who tried to attend the press conference about the letter were astonished to find their way blocked by none other than Jay Byrne, Monsanto’s notorious former communications director and president of the PR company V-Fluence, which is known to work for Monsanto. He is on record as having identified Greenpeace as a target for attack as far back as 2010.

Knowledgeable critics also denounced the letter on the grounds that most of the signatories had no expertise in relevant fields such as toxicology, agriculture, or risk assessment.

Brexit Puts The Squeeze On Central Banks

Brexit puts squeeze on central banks to fix financial jitters
***
On Tuesday, the central bank in its Financial Stability Report took steps to shore up the U.K. economy, cutting the countercyclical buffer for banks to 0% from 0.5%. The move should allow banks to lend an extra £150 billion ($199 billion) to U.K. businesses and households to keep the economy flush with credit, the bank said.

U.K. seen sliding into recession
Carney also warned, however, that the first Brexit risks “have begun to crystallize.” Concerns over the future of the U.K. economy post-Brexit have been a key topic since the referendum was announced in February. Since the ballot in June, GDP forecasts for the country have been consistently slashed.

The Declaration of Independence: Still relevant today?

Lately, the purveyors of more war and dictatorship have taken to diismissing protests that various government actions violate the Constitution and the Bill of Rights by simply declaring those documents as irrelevent, being that they are almost 250 years old.

But the fact is that the Constituion does change over time, through the approved process of Amendment, and today's Constitution bears little resemblance to the one signed in Congress all those years ago. Like the White House itself, little of the original actually remains. But the founding principle remains the same. For government to be legitimate and legal, it must constrain itself within the limits imposed by that Constitution.

As for the Declaration, it was never the law of the land, but a symbolic statement. Yet not only is it still relevant, it is even more relevant today that at any time I have been alive.
