Shoplifting and Government Plunder

"Is shoplifting an issue?" I asked.

"Oh, you wouldn't believe the amount of theft. Or from local government either."

"What?"

"I got my annual property tax bill in the mail, expecting the usual $10. They'd jacked it up to $450."

"What?!" I was feeling like an echo chamber.

"Yeah. I keep an acre in alfalfa for a couple horses, but I hadn't sold any hay for awhile. So they pulled my agriculture exemption.

"My neighbors on fixed income can't pay the increase; aren't not able to work the land like they used to. Kids have moved away. They're looking at having to sell off land that's been in the family for generations or hundreds of years. To pay this stupid tax."

JW Beats IRS in Court

Calling all conservative activists, citizens and groups who were silenced and harassed by the Obama Internal Revenue Service in the run-up to the 2012 elections and beyond — you should know that we have moved a few steps closer to holding the Obama administration accountable for its criminal misuse of the federal tax-collecting agency.

We are pleased to announce that Judge Emmet Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia granted a Judicial Watch request to issue an order requiring the IRS to provide answers by June 12, 2015, on the status of the Lois Lerner emails the IRS had previously declared lost. Judicial Watch raised questions about the IRS’ handling of the missing emails issue in a June 2 court filing, demanding answers about Lois Lerner’s emails, which had been recovered from backup tapes. Judge Sullivan issued the court order on June 4, 2015.

Billionaire Bunkers: Exclusive Look Inside the World's Largest Planned Doomsday Escape

For the very first time, a modern day Noah’s Ark has opened its doors for an exclusive inside look offering up plans for the ultimate Billionaire bunker and doomsday escape.

Vivos founder and CEO Robert Vicino announced Vivos Europa One which will be an invitation only, five star, underground survival complex, similar to an underground cruise ship for the elite. Each family will be provided a private 2,500 square foot of floor area, capable of two story improvements for a total of 5,000 square feet of private living quarters. With fit and finish comparable to a mega-yacht, each member family will hire their own architect and contractor to build out their living quarters to the custom standard they desire.

Haim Saban Threatens Orange and Companies Boycotting Israel with Retribution

During their Las Vegas anti-BDS “Maccabee Summit,” Sheldon Adelson and Haim Saban, sat down for a joint interview with an Israeli Channel 2 TV reporter. She raised the issue of Orange CEO, Stephane Richard’s abject apology to Israel for suggesting his company would like to be rid of its Israeli affiliate. Saban replied with a tone of menace in his voice that any country that is even thinking about boycotting Israel should think twice because the harsh treatment being meted out to Richard is just the beginning for him. In other words, if you’re a corporate CEO and want to keep your job, heed Saban’s warning or you may be out in the street.

US police departments are interested in procuring the foul-smelling skunk water that Israeli forces routinely use on Palestinians, according to The Economist.

The Amcha Initiative spearheaded demands to have the UCR administration investigate the course. Amcha has a history of obsessive attempts to silence criticism of Israeli policy and label supporters of Palestinians’ rights as anti-Semites.

Judge orders University of Illinois to release Steven Salaita emails

Illinois Circuit Judge Thomas Difanis today ordered the University of Illinois to release thousands of pages of emails that may cast light on the state institution’s decision to fire Steven Salaita last August.

The decision in the Champaign County Court was a big victory for Salaita, who brought a lawsuit against the university under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Difanis rejected the university’s claims that the request would be too burdensome and agreed with Salaita’s lawyers that there was a significant public interest in whether hiring decisions by the university have been unduly influenced by donors.

Bitcoin Shop Cofres Bitcoin Gets Smashed by a Car in Alleged Accident

South America’s first bitcoin exchange is assaulted with a one ton FIAT:

On June 9 at 5:02 AM the driver aimed his car between large support columns then bailed out before impact at Cofres Bitcoin, located at Plaza Independencia 823 in Montevideo, Uruguay. The driver was not under the influence. He was detained by police.

Since April 2014, Cofres Bitcoin has served as a bitcoin transaction point and safe deposit box facility. The boxes were not damaged nor was anything stolen.

The location has become well known for its open, public letters about 911 truth directed at the president of Uruguay. Uruguay has given refuge to a number of Guantanamo prisoners, who were never charged with a crime.

Israel Used Same Duqu Malware To Hack Kaspersky, Spy On Iranian Nuclear Negotiations

The virus used to hack the Russian cybersecurity company Kaspersky Labs is an improved version of the malicious software that was used in an attempt to monitor nuclear negotiations with Iran, according to Kaspersky. Israel is believed to be behind both hacks, as each strain of malware is also a variant of the Stuxnet virus deployed against Iran by the U.S. and Israel in 2010.

Kaspersky dubbed the newest virus Duqu 2.0, an updated version of the Duqu virus that targeted three European luxury hotels where diplomats from around the world were staying when they congregated to iron out details of the Iranian nuclear deal over the past 18 months. Representatives from the U.K., the U.S., China, France, Germany and Russia (the so-called P5+1) were on hand for the negotiations, though from afar Israel loudly protested the plan to ease the restrictions on Iran's nuclear program.

THERE’S BIPARTISAN HATRED TOWARDS TPP … BUT CORRUPT CONGRESS TRYING TO PASS IT, ANYWAY

Unfortunately, neither Democratic or Republican Congress people represent the interests of the American people. Indeed, America is no longer a democracy or republic … it’s officially an oligarchy. And the allowance of unlimited campaign spending allows the oligarchs – even foreign ones – to purchase politicians more directly than ever.

So TPP will pass unless we raise hell.

Webmaster's Commentary:

All who vote for this bill are traitors to their alleged constituents, and proving that they only represent the interests of the monied, who I am certain, are paying them well for their efforts.

It should be painfully clear to anyone with half a brain in this country that Congress doesn't represent We the People at this point in this country's history.

The real trick here will be changing the situation without the violence and riots the US government is absolutely ready and able to suppress with extreme prejudice.

Possibly the best way would be for a voting option on all national ballots which states "None of the Above", at which point some candidates worthy of the title of Congressional Representative might emerge.

This may well be wishful thinking on my part, but I have become so thoroughly disenchanted with the US political process, that right now, I couldn't hold my nose and vote for ANY of the "usual suspects" running for President. A choice between two evils... is still evil.

The sociopathic proclivities of those who rise to the top in American politics is pretty scary.

Santa Ana pot shop raid sparks investigation

The Santa Ana Police Department will launch an internal affairs investigation after being provided video clips showing officers engaging in questionable behavior during a police raid last month on a medical marijuana dispensary, Police Chief Carlos Rojas told Voice of OC this week.

Attorney Matthew Pappas, who edited and produced the clips before providing them to Voice of OC, says the video shows officers eating food laced with marijuana, known in pot lingo as “edibles,” and seized during the raid. Officers also played darts inside the pot shop while apparently completing an inventory of the shop’s contents. Pappas represents the shuttered Sky High Holistic dispensary where the video was recorded.

The clips also show officers dismantling video equipment and cameras, indicating they didn’t know other cameras continued to record their activities.

FEDS TIGHTEN RESTRICTIONS ON 3-D PRINTED GUN FILES ONLINE

THE NOTION OF a 3-D printable gun has become the perfect flashpoint in a new conflict between digital arms control and free speech. Should Americans be allowed to say and share whatever they want online, even if that “speech” is a blueprint for a gun? The State Department has now answered that question with a resounding “no.”

In the last few days, the State Department has issued two new statements confirming its intention to act as gatekeeper for when Americans can legally publish online data that could allow someone to digitally fabricate a gun. And those statements outline how it plans to restrict those publications as a controlled “foreign export” of munitions.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Call me dubious, but by what Constitutional law is the State Department allowed to make such restrictions?!?

This ruling should be contested legally, all the way to the Supreme Court, which very well may not hear it, but to make the following point: the framers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights wanted guns in the hands of this country's citizens to prevent tyranny from taking over this government.

And what we have experienced, from the first Bush presidency, to the current Administration, has been serial tyranny, a gradual "boiling the frog" series of laws which have codified repression; taken jobs away from the middle class; and make sure the big money gets protected by companies which overtly and covertly sponsor their pet Congressional Representatives.

"Learned helplessness" is not only for those with the bad luck to be incarcerated at Gitmo; it has become a state of being for far too many American citizens. And if you don't believe that, take a look at the staggering number of Americans now on some kind of public assistance, particularly for food.

And again, I have to ask; what is the legal, Constitutional precedent for this ruling?!? And I bet that the honest answer is...none.

Big Brother is Watching Closer Than You Think

The plane's flight path, recorded by the website flightradar24.com, would eventually show that it circled downtown Minneapolis, the Mall of America and Southdale Center at low altitude for hours starting at 10:30 p.m., slipping off radar just after 3 a.m.

"I thought, 'Holy crap,'?" said Zimmerman.

Bearing the call sign N361DB, the plane is one of three Cessna 182T Skylanes registered to LCB Leasing of Bristow, Va., according to FAA records. The Virginia secretary of state has no record of an LCB Leasing. Virtually no other information could be learned about the company.

Zimmerman's curiosity might have ended there if it weren't for something he heard from his aviation network recently: A plane registered to NG Research — also located in Bristow — that circled Baltimore for hours after recent violent protests there was in fact an FBI plane that's part of a widespread but little known surveillance program, according to a report by the Washington Post.

Ex-Gitmo inmate stopped from boarding flight to Montreal that overflies U.S.

A former Guantanamo prisoner who was invited to address a conference on youth radicalization in Montreal says he was prevented from boarding a flight in France because the aircraft would fly through U.S. airspace.

Mourad Benchellali, who addresses youth groups in Europe in a bid to dissuade them from joining the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) or other groups waging holy war in Syria and Iraq, was not allowed to board the Air Transat flight from Lyon to Montreal.

Air Transat said because the flight flies through U.S. airspace its personnel had to, and applied the provisions of a U.S. security program known as Secure Flight — a program that checks passengers against the U.S. No Fly list.

Benchellali, 33, who was released from the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in July 2004, said in a telephone interview he was unaware he was on the U.S. list.

House Votes To Change Law Due To Trade Agreement, While Insisting That Trade Agreements Don't Change Laws

Two weeks ago, the House Agriculture Committee voted 38-6 to repeal country-of-origin-labeling. (COOL), and now it's the full House's turn. In a 300-131 vote yesterday the "country of Origin Labeling Amendments Act" (HR 2393) passed with the support of a significant number of Democrats as well as the majority of Republicans.

The bill's prompting and passage came after the World Trade Organisation ruled in favor of Canadian farmers, who sued claiming it was "discriminatory" and thus in violation of Free Trade Agreements. The problem? Cattle bought from abroad would have to be segregated from domestic cattle, increasing costs and making imports less desirable.

With Fast Track coming up for a vote -- perhaps even today -- it's curious to see this snippet in the Associated Press report on the vote by the Speaker of the House:

The Emperor’s New Clothes is the story of current wars and central “monetary” policy: “official” stories easily and completely refuted by anyone caring to look at the facts. All three are tragic-comedies because even children see the truth with just a few moments of attention.

In The Emperor’s New Clothes story, upon public initial conversations of the facts, the emperor continues the pretense, along with “officials.” However, the illusion is shattered within moments as the “whole town” began speaking about what was clear for everyone upon minimal attention.

Mike Wallace Interviews Margaret Sanger on Eugenics, Her opposition to the Catholic Church, 1957

With Hillary Clinton recently admitting that she admires Margaret Sanger, this 1957 interview of Sanger by Mike Wallace is very interesting watching. Wallace asks Sanger her motivation is not based on opposition to the Church. Sanger's mother was Catholic from Ireland, and had 11 children. "The population question is a great concern today", Sanger opines. They spend a great deal of time discussing the Catholic position on artificial birth control, in a very interesting interview the likes of which would probably not be aired on secular TV today. Wallace then focuses on Sanger's history of publicly opposing the church. As Wallace confronts Sanger on her past statements, she gets fidgety, blinking, rubbing her face, and darting out her tongue.

11-Year-Old Boy Played in His Yard. CPS Took Him, Felony Charge for Parents.

One afternoon this past April, a Florida mom and dad I'll call Cindy and Fred could not get home in time to let their 11-year-old son into the house. A neighbor called the cops, and when the parents arrived—having been delayed by traffic and rain—they were arrested for negligence.

They were put in handcuffs, strip searched, fingerprinted, and held overnight in jail.

ISRAELI ATTEMPTS TO SILENCE THE TRUTH

Set up by a group of academics, lawyers and politicians more than 25 years ago, the NGO – whose name means “in the image of” and is a synonym in Hebrew for human dignity – has at times portrayed itself as the conscience of the nation.

But legislation being proposed by Israel’s new right-wing government threatens to severely limit the work of B’Tselem and scores of other Israeli NGOs that receive millions of dollars each year in donations from foreign governments and foundations.

While the legislation is in draft form, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked of the ultra-nationalist Jewish Home party says she is determined to crack down on those who take foreign money and then criticize Israel, accusing the NGOs of “eroding the legitimacy of Israel to exist as a Jewish and democratic state.”

Judge Rules Administrative Court System Illegal After 81 Years

A federal judge’s ruling against the Securities and Exchange Commission for using its own Administrative Law judges in an insider trading case is perhaps the beginning of the end of an alternative system of justice that took root in the New Deal. Constitutionally, the socialists tore everything about the idea of a Democracy apart. It was more than taxing one party to the cheers of another in denial of equal protection. It was about creating administrative agencies (1) delegating them to create rules with the force of law as if passed by Congress sanctioned by the people; (2) the creation of administrative courts that defeated the Tripartite government structure usurping all power into the hand of the executive branch, as if this were a dictatorship run by the great hoard of unelected officials.

African-American community rages against SB277 and the Tuskegee-like crimes of mandatory vaccines that destroy black babies' lives

The sleeping giant of the African-American community has awakened against the crimes of the vaccine profiteers and their relentless destruction of young black lives.

It's happening right now, and it touches my heart to see this community rising up and waking up to the life-destroying deceptions of the CDC and its pharmaceutical puppet masters that have dictated "public health policy" in America with wildly destructive consequences for the black community. An entire generation of black babies now suffers under the vaccine injury side effects that the CDC has known about but has willfully hidden from the world in order to protect vaccine profits, all while black children suffer from autism caused by vaccines!

Oregon Grass-fed Ranchers Face Criminal Charges for Grazing Animals

On Tuesday, January 27, 2015 we became accused criminals. The Union County Sheriff’s Department served us with a search and seizure warrant after several animals died over an extended period of time. The next day, they confiscated every head of livestock from our Summerville, Oregon property on the grounds of “criminal neglect”—but nothing more specific than that. They stole our breeding boar and sow, 6 mules, 5 horses, 23 yearling calves, 2 bulls, 4 steers, and 43 cows. The mother cows represent years of genetic selection for cows that will do well living on pasture and eating only grass. Almost all of our mother cows, all of our future beef, and hog breeding stock were taken. This is the majority of our livestock. Prior to the seizure, law enforcement had not presented us with any specific concerns that they wanted to see addressed. They did not work with us to have a veterinarian come on the property to assess our animals.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Being a farm kid myself, I know that all farms lose animals. The "crime" here seems to be that these farmers were feeding their animals grass, instead of buying commercially produced "approved" animal feed from agribusiness.

Paul Ryan’s Pelosi-Esque Obamatrade Moment: ‘It’s Declassified And Made Public Once It’s Agreed To’

Chief Obamatrade proponent House Ways and Means Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan admitted during Congressional testimony on Wednesday evening that despite tons of claims from him and other Obamatrade supporters to the contrary, the process is highly secretive.

He also made a gaffe in his House Rules Committee testimony on par with former Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s push to pass Obamacare, in which she said infamously said: “we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”

“It’s declassified and made public once it’s agreed to,” Ryan said of Obamatrade in Rules Committee testimony on Wednesday during questioning from Rep. Michael Burgess.

Obama’s secret TPP ‘trade assistance’ rider includes $700 million in proposed cuts to Medicare –Unions, Seniors Groups Urge Congress Not to Cut Medicare to Fund Trade Assistance

An already difficult road for the Trans-Pacific Partnership in the House of Representatives got bumpier on Monday, as controversial Medicare cuts were brought into the mix. Labor unions and senior citizens’ groups are launching efforts to lobby House members against a bill that includes $700 million in proposed cuts to Medicare reimbursements for doctors and hospitals. The cuts would be used to fund a $2.5 billion extension of Trade Adjustment Assistance funding, which aids workers who lose their jobs as a result of trade [sic] deals.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Basically, TPP is going to screw the American people; the only debate as to just who and for how much.

Bolinger was walking towards the officers “with a purpose,” insisted Sgt. Jason Halifax of the Des Moines Police Department during a press conference concerning the shooting on Wednesday.

No weapons were found on Bolinger or at the scene of his death. It’s unclear whether Miller thought he was armed at the time.

So Now The TPP's Real Purpose Is Revealed

Now Wikileaks has gotten their hands on the health care component. Well, it's not called that, but it clearly is that. Yes, this "trade agreement" is meant to, and will, prevent you from doing things like going to Mexico to get a medicine made there that sells for $100 instead of paying $30,000 for it here.
