Va. schools implementing gender identity policy changes without informing parents

Five months after the Fairfax County School board hastily moved to change its nondiscrimination policy to include “gender identity” without consulting parents, a series of new documents has revealed that school administrators had already begun implementing controversial transgender policy changes before the vote even took place.

On the night of the May 7 vote, school board members informed concerned parents that a consultant would be hired to advise FCPS administrators on “best practices” for implementing the new policy, which was rushed through to a vote in the spring.

State of Connecticut, Complicit In The 'Sandy Hook Massacre' Hoax, Caught Reading About 'CRISIS ACTORS' On The Internet: ISP Logs, BUSTED!

The State of Connecticut, home of the notoriously controversial 'Sandy Hook massacre' in Newtown, Connecticut, has been caught peeking at a video on crisis actors that I posted earlier today. Now why on earth would this be? Hmmm? The state that is complicit in the SANDY HOOK HOAX can deny publicly and scoff at the notion that Sandy Hook was a false flag hoax; they can deride 'conspiracy theorists' all they want in public while they hide the truth, but in reality the state of Connecticut is reading about the hoax they have perpetrated. That is why I am sharing their ISP logs today, for all the world to see.

Investigator hired to ‘follow,’ videotape Miami Herald reporter

Shortly before Dade Medical College sued the Miami Herald over critical articles, a private investigator was hired to “follow” a reporter who authored the articles.

The contract for the surveillance includes a handwritten line: “Target: Michael Vasquez.”

The deal was aimed at digging up information on Vasquez, who in 2013 began chronicling questionable business practices at the for-profit college founded by Ernesto Perez.

The effort became public only because Hialeah private investigator Carlos de Varona, in August, filed a lawsuit against Perez, the majority owner of Dade Medical, in Miami-Dade small-claims court. He alleged that Perez failed to pay $4,971.87 owed on the contract to “follow a Miami Herald reporter and document his activity.”

The lawsuit was brought to the Herald’s attention on Thursday.

Archbishop Fulton Sheen on 'False Compassion': Ditch The Child labor Laws!

In this classic talk from Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen in the 1950s, the bishop gives a riveting and entertaining talk about what ills society. He notes the disturbing trend in which society seems to have become more compassionate to the muggers than the mugged, to the rapists than to the rape victim, to the murderer than to the murdered. Sheen correctly predicts that "there is latent in our society a grave danger that we may go in for a kind of masochism and cruelty."

Dumbing Down of America? California School District’s New Grading Scale Gives out Cs for “Doing Absolutely Nothing at All”

A school district north of San Francisco has decided to implement a new “grading system” that almost entirely negates the point of, well, grading systems.

Along with the new scale, teachers are now required, by district-wide rule, to always give students at least a 50%, even if they never complete any work at all.

In other words, no child really ever will be left behind.

The Southern Poverty Law Center blasted the thousands of parents with legitimate concerns over Common Core as “conspiracy theorists,” even though most criticism against Common Core is directed at its poor teaching methodologies.

The controversial group claimed criticism of the federal public school program is based on “outlandish conspiracy theories” and “wildly untrue claims,” but parents are generally upset with Common Core because it penalizes students for correctly answering questions.

“The latest and most virulent example of [Common Core criticism] is the rapidly spreading idea that the Common Core State Standards, an ambitious effort to lift student achievement across the country, is actually a dangerous conspiracy to indoctrinate young people into ‘the homosexual lifestyle,’ communism and globalist ideology, all the while collecting detailed and highly personal information about millions of citizens,” the SPLC asserted.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is desperation on the cusp of both madness, and idiocy.

This system cripples kid's ability to think critically.

Now, let's take a look at what is happening in Detroit, Michigan.

As reported by, August 27, 2013:

School districts in metro Detroit will be teaching using the common core standards when children return to school, but lawmakers in Lansing are still weighing whether to spend any more money implementing the standards. The common core standards outline the English and math skills students need to learn to be career and college ready. They were voluntarily adopted by 45 states including Michigan in 2010.

However, what is going on in Detroit public schools at the moment is nothing short of a damned shame for kids with the rotten luck to have to go to school there.

As reported yesterday by

In the Detroit public school district, 96 percent of eighth graders are not proficient in mathematics and 93 percent are not proficient in reading. That is according to the results of the 2015 National Assessment of Educational Progress tests published by the Department of Education’s National Center for Educational Statistics. Only 4 percent of Detroit public school eighth graders are proficient or better in math and only 7 percent in reading. This is despite the fact that in the 2011-2012 school year—the latest for which the Department of Education has reported the financial data—the Detroit public schools had “total expenditures” of $18,361 per student and “current expenditures” of $13,330 per student.

IF, in fact, the Common Core Curriculum was actually working, why are these results so horrifically abysmal?

There is a simple answer here; Common Core is not working, and is making proficiency worse, rather than better, for these kids.

It's all there in the numbers, folks.

California students score near bottom in math and reading

California students' test scores are among the worst in the nation.

The state that some call the "world's 8th largest economy" is producing students that score among the lowest in the United States in reading and math, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

The National Assessment of Educational Progress, gathered test scores from American students in the fourth and eighth grades to provide a picture of educational achievement at different levels.

Fourth graders in California performed worse than students in every state except a few: Nevada, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Eighth graders in California fared better but were still roughly in the bottom 15 states.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Thank goodness for Common Core ( not to mention all those students in the classrooms who cannot speak English).

Middle School Teacher Tells Students to Deny God Is Real or Receive Failing Grade

We all know that in most public schools in America, talking about religion is now strictly verboten. Those who pushed for this policy have always argued that it would be a violation of the separation of church and state. However, the argument goes both ways. If it's going to be inappropriate for a teacher to push his or her religion on students in a public school, it should also be wrong for a teacher advocate atheism in the same forum.

Universities Face Another Push to Criminalize Speech Criticizing Israel

A revived effort at the University of California system to criminalize speech critical of the state of Israel by deeming it "anti-Semitic" is being met with considerable push-back from students and social justice campaigners, who say there is nothing intolerant about human rights advocacy.

A Monday night forum at the University of California Los Angeles campus was framed by the state system as a public hearing on an initiative—undertaken by an eight-member working group of university regents, faculty, and administrators—to redraft a statement of principles against intolerance.

But the hearing itself was denounced as the product of efforts by Israel advocates to press the system to brand criticism of Israel as "anti-Semitic" and "intolerant."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Claiming that criticism of Israel is just anti-Semitism is like claiming criticism of the Nazis is just anti-Germanism!

Obama’s Education Reversal is Sheer Political “Theater”

Executive editor and founder of Black Agenda Report Glen Ford says that the Obama administration claim to want a reduction in time spent on standardized tests.

Oct 27 11:14

Study says standardized testing is overwhelming nation’s public schools

The number of standardized tests U.S. public school students take has exploded in the past decade, with most schools requiring too many tests of dubious value, according to the first comprehensive survey of the nation’s largest districts.

A typical student takes 112 mandated standardized tests between pre-kindergarten classes and 12th grade, a new Council of the Great City Schools study found. By contrast, most countries that outperform the United States on international exams test students three times during their school careers.

In a video posted to Facebook by the White House on Saturday, President Obama pledged to take steps to reduce testing overload.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Unfortunately, the tyranny of testing has destroyed both the love of teaching and learning in this country.

But for Obama making the claim that he wants "to fix that." means that the problem will most probably get worse before it gets better (after he has finished his second term).

There is nothing this President has touched (the P5+1 deal with Iran being the sterling exception here) which he has not made worse; and if you are having a hard time with this, please good look at the economy; his epic foreign policy fails in Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan and Syria; and the number of people now jobless and homeless because of the offshoring/outsourcing of job, which continues unabated under his watch.

Are the American people worse off, at almost every level, than before he took office?!?

The former US National Security Agency (NSA) contractor, currently in exile in Russia after leaking details of surveillance programmes carried out by American intelligence, was elected as rector of Glasgow University by students.

The bill would standardise the way chairs of university courts are elected.

Critics have said the shake-up would remove the right of democratically elected rectors to chair university courts.

The Palestine Exception to Free Speech: A Movement Under Attack in the US

This report, released by the Center for Constitutional Rights and Palestine Legal in September 2015, documents for the first time the widespread and growing suppression of Palestinian human rights advocacy in the United States. Between January 2014 and June 2015, Palestine Legal responded to nearly 300 incidents of suppression; 85% of those incidents targeted students and professors, on a total of more than 65 US college campuses. This trend has significant implications for both the First Amendment and democratic principles like academic freedom, not to mention the mission of higher education to help develop critical thinking. The report outlines the tactics – including event cancellations, baseless legal complaints, administrative disciplinary actions, firings, and false and inflammatory accusations of terrorism and antisemitism – that Israel advocacy organizations, universities, government actors, and other institutions have used against activists.

School Sends 6-Year-Old Girl Home in Nothing But Underwear and a T-Shirt

When a six-year-old with medical issues had an accident at Belle Terre Elementary School in Palm Coast, the school didn’t call her parents to come bring a change of clothes or even just send her home in her wet, soiled pants.

No, the school, in its infinite wisdom, sent the humiliated little girl home on the bus in her underwear.

According to the father, who has now hired a lawyer after the school apparently told him something to the effect of, “Well, we thought her shirt was long enough to just send her home like that,” the little girl had the accident in the first place because the teacher ignored her request to go to the bathroom when she needed to.

It explains the reasons why and how the currency was created, and it also gives a number of compelling reasons for everyday people to learn about the currency and to get started using it.

I know from my own experiences in talking to people about Bitcoin that most people out there have no idea what it is or how it works. This book does a good job in helping to educate people about Bitcoin and other digital currencies...

Things Are Getting Scary: Global Police, Precrime and the War on Domestic ‘Extremists’

snip: Incredibly, both reports use the words terrorist and extremist interchangeably. Fast forward a few years, and you have the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which President Obama has continually re-upped, that allows the military to take you out of your home, lock you up with no access to friends, family or the courts if you’re seen as an extremist. [...] And then, while you’re at it, urge your local governments to nullify everything the federal government does that is illegitimate, egregious or blatantly unconstitutional. If this sounds anti-government or extremist, perhaps it is, in much the same way that King himself was considered anti-government and extremist.

Famous Archived Letters of a TX WWI Soldier Discuss the Nation of Palestine

Looks like no one told this well known WWI soldier that there was no such country as Palestine, during World War I. Paul B Hendrickson, born Oct. 8, 1896 in Illinois, was a soldier in the U.S. Army and a veteran of the 33rd Division in World War I. He is well known for the fascinating series of letters he wrote during WWI. Hendrickson, who died in 1990, is also well known in Texas for the detailed maps he drew of Houston's Camp Logan, while he was stationed there. In this series of fascinating letters between Paul and his protestant mother, the two lament "the hold Catholicism was getting on our people," and how they look forward to "fulfillment of "a certain prophecy about the Jews them that we used to discuss." The mother reminds the son how she longs for "the new order that will be ushered in by and thru the Jews in their home- land - Palestine."

Oh, do grow up, you big girl's blouse! Government's crackdown on playground name calling is a regime worthy of the old East German Stasi, says RICHARD LITTLEJOHN

Nicknames have always been common currency. But whenever teasing and taunting escalated into outright bullying, you could rely on parents or teachers to intervene and have a quiet word. Or, in the case of my old headmaster, a rather loud word.

But there’s a world of difference between a stern ticking off and the kind of obsessive policing of speech and behaviour imposed on children as young as five today. They’re even being told they mustn’t use words like ‘cissy’.

These days, calling a boy a ‘big girl’s blouse’ is tantamount to ‘hate crime’.

The Government has just issued official guidelines to schools on how to deal with suspected racist and sexist language.

Fair enough, no one should be discriminated against on the grounds of their skin colour or ethnic background. But the new rules go much further, introducing a regime worthy of the old East German Stasi.

Check Out Irwin Schiff's Extensive Website - While It's Still There

Renown tax protester Irwin Schiff died tragically in an Indiana prison yesterday. The feisty 87-year-old left quite a legacy and a lot of writings behind. There must be hundreds or even thousands of pages and files on his website. I don't know who owns the site or if it will remain, or if it will be scrapped, so now's your chance to read and download Schiff's writings and audio/video presentations. Regardless of what one thinks of his tactics or positions, Irwin Schiff gave his life for a cause he believed in. He fought in a non violent intellectual way and they killed him for it, refusing to even let him go to be with his family as he was dying of cancer. This simply reveals the brutal nature of the state. On his site, Schiff urged readers "But remember we are now dealing with the Federal Mafia and my website may be in danger, so download and save as much material as you can."

This Court Case Could Unshackle Americans From Student Debt

While the case is crucial for students, they aren’t the only ones with a stake in its outcome. Through a loan servicer called ECMC, the Department of Education has spent several years battling student borrowers who want bankruptcy relief. ECMC, which has an exclusive agreement with the government, has aggressively advocated that judges use the harsh standards to decide when it's appropriate to forgive student debt. Lawyers for ECMC declined to comment.

At Toleman High School on Wednesday, a brief video sparked outrage showing a police officer violently arresting a 14 -year-old boy.

Police said that student was acting unruly before the incident, allegedly trying to fight another student, so they moved in. According to police, while the officer was trying to arrest the 14-year-old, the student’s 17-year-old brother attacked the officer.

The video does not show the attack; it only shows the 17-year-old boy face down on the floor. At this point, the 14-year-old approached the officer, and he’s immediately and violently slammed to the ground.

As the protest grew, the mayor got involved. “I’m asking you to put your trust in me,” Mayor Don Grebien said to the students. “I’m going to listen to you.”

According to WDAM, Grebien pleaded for the students to head back to class. He decided to meet with a few students at city hall.

As the police presence increased, so did the tension, and a window was allegedly broken.

Webmaster's Commentary:

THIS... is the best police can do with highschoolers?!? PEPPER SPRAY THEM?!?!? Is THIS how the Rhode Island Police interprets "To Protect and Serve"?!?

I would strongly urge every single parent of every single student at that high school to withdraw their kids immediately. Take the entire school down by completely eliminating its tax base.

Home schooling is completely legal in this state, providing that certain provisions are met.

But this behaviour from the Rhode Island police, because they felt they were "being threatened"?!? Were these people trained by the IDF?!? Because, in training with the IDF, Americans are made to feel by their police rather like the Palestinians are treated by the IDF, including our kids.

How Do You Prepare a Child for Life in the American Police State?

snip: What are we to tell our nation’s children about the role of police in their lives? Do you parrot the government line that police officers are community helpers who are to be trusted and obeyed at all times? Do you caution them to steer clear of a police officer, warning them that any interactions could have disastrous consequences? Or is there some happy medium between the two that, while being neither fairy tale nor horror story, can serve as a cautionary tale for young people who will encounter police at virtually every turn?

Showdown Tonight At a Washington High School: A Look At 3 Legal Precedents Regarding Praying At Football Games

Tonight a football coach in Washington State has vowed to pray at the game, despite his employer's edict forbidding him to do so. Bremerton, Washington assistant High football coach Joe Kennedy has said he is going to stand his ground. Let's look at the three legal precedents on this issue which are being raised by the school district. Because these cases are all actually very interesting and it gives a big clue as to how this controversy will be decided. 1. Santa Fe Ind Sch Dist v Doe (U.S. Supreme Court, 2000) said schools may not allow prayers to be read- even by students - over the public address system at even optional extracurricular events, such as football games: "The choice between whether to attend these games or to risk facing a personally offensive religious ritual is in no practical sense an easy one. The Constitution, moreover, demands that the school may not force this difficult choice upon these students."

Our world is sexist and exclusive

The new report released this week by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) provides some chilling statistics - namely that despite combined efforts, just over half the countries in the world have managed to achieve gender parity in primary and secondary education... For instance some fifteen million girls will never even step into a classroom. For instance, not one single country in Sub-Saharan Africa was able to meet the gender parity goals in education and this area, together with the Arab States, has the worst record... By 2015, less than seventy per cent of young women in Sub-Saharan Africa will be literate and 65% of adults who cannot read or write are women and not men. In Arab States, 20 per cent of girls from poor families have never once set foot inside a school. Worldwide, 62 million girls of school age do not attend any education program.
Worse, the figure has not moved or improved since 2000.

Anti-Semitic Attack at UC Berkeley as Man Bursts Into Classroom Screaming & Pointing Small Black Object at Palestinians - NO media

This startling act of hate at UC Berkeley occurred only one day after the Umpqua, Oregon shootings where nine people were murdered. The suspect in this case was arrested by police and removed from the classroom, but this has not gotten any coverage whatsoever- except from one Berkeley community newspaper. No name or details (such as charges) have been released on the suspect, who burst into the classroom and disrupted (terrorized) the Palestinian speaker event. A cursory search reveals not a single news item about this incident. I wonder why that is? If an Arab (or anyone else) had burst in to a meeting of a Jewish or pro-Israeli group, one day after the Oregon shooting no less, it would have made international news.

It’s difficult enough raising a child in a world ravaged by war, disease, poverty and hate, but when you add the police state into the mix—with its battlefield mindset, weaponry, rigidity, surveillance, fascism, indoctrination, violence, etc.—it becomes near impossible to guard against the toxic stress of police shootings, SWAT team raids, students being tasered and shackled, lockdown drills, and a growing unease that some of the monsters of our age come dressed in government uniforms.

What is particularly chilling is how effective these lessons in compliance are in indoctrinating young people to accept their role in the police state, either as criminals or prison guards. If these exercises are intended to instill fear and compliance into young people, they’re working.

Webmaster's Commentary:

As I have been advocating for a long time, people with skills and kids, please get out of this country as quickly as you can; there may be a time left when your ability to exit this police state nation, into which Amerika has devolved, will no longer exist.

If you are unable to do this, find the most remote area you can, move there, and become as self-sufficient as you can be. Learn to do light farming, canning, raising chickens for eggs, can do a lot for both you and your children. Home school your child; teach them logic, history, and critical thinking.

Whether your child decides to stay in such an environment when they get older is not certain; but the gifts of a true education, being one with nature; and understanding that taking care of yourself takes work, patience, and effort, are priceless.

Anatomy Teacher Strips Down To Muscluar Clothes To Teach Her Students Lesson

Students weren’t sure what to expect when their teacher stood in front of the classroom and started to undress. Debby Heerkens, a biology teacher at Groene Hart Rijnwoude school, in the small town of Hazerswoude Dorp Netherlands, wanted to try a creative approach to teach a lesson about the human body. “At first they were a little bit in shock because they thought ‘the teacher is taking off her clothes,’ until, they saw what is underneath,” Heerkens told CNN. Heerkens stripped down to reveal a full bodysuit that mapped out the human body in sharp and graphic detail. She had on several layers, one that showed the skeletal bone structure and another with internal organs. The point was to help students visualize the human body, highlight the essential organs and show how they function.

Student suspended after wearing military memorial shirt honoring Marine brother

The school dress code states that students cannot wear anything that promotes alcohol, drugs, tobacco or violence. Holmes’ shirt depicted a military rifle barrel first into the ground, with a helmet on top and boots on the bottom. It reads: “Standing for those who stood for us.”

School officials told Holmes the shirt was inappropriate because it contained a weapon.

Across the country, some students have returned to school to find their classroom doors and, in some cases, windows look a little more intimidating. In the face of alarm over the threat of mass school shootings, the barricades have gone up, literally.

Some of the more popular products stop school door movement at the bottom by using an anchor pin drilled into the floor. Others employ a bar that barricades the door in the center, while still more use a sleeve on the door’s closer arm at the top of most classroom doors. They all work by reinforcing the door, making it virtually impossible for an intruder to break through.

But the trend toward classroom barricades has many building code experts and school security specialists concerned and has spurred accusations of putting politics over safety. The issue has boiled over in Ohio, where an obscure state agency is butting up against the powerful legislature in a debate over the safety of such devices.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is "Common Core" decision making at its worst, and is obviously a decision made by people with a pathological inability to think a scenario through to its logical conclusions.

These barricades could horrifically hamper any attempt at evacuation of a room where there is a problem, and put kids' and teachers' lives further at risk.

Were I a parent in a school where the barricades were either about to be installed, or were installed, I would pull my kid out that school so quickly that the heads of all school administrators would be spinning at warp speed.

This is not about "education"; it is about control and indoctrination, and how these barricades were "to make the children and teachers more safe", when in reality they will not.

And what happens, please, if these devices do not work in case of a fire?!? Yeah, you guessed it.

Kids and teachers burn to death in a classroom that cannot be evacuated.
