Judge refuses to dismiss Flynn case, petitions full appellate court

Washington, D.C. federal District Judge Emmett Sullivan is refusing to dismiss the criminal case against former national security advisor Michael Flynn, and is now arguing that the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals erred when it ordered him to do so last month in a 2-1 ruling.

Sullivan, through his attorney Beth Wilkinson, filed a petition on Thursday for a so-called "en banc" review by the entire D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing that the three-judge panel was improperly trying to force the district court "to grant a motion [to dismiss] it had not yet resolved ... in reliance on arguments never presented to the district court."

Michael Flynn Judge Asks Full D.C. Circuit to Rehear His Case Against Immediate Dismissal of Prosecution

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, through his counsel Beth Wilkinson, has asked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rehear his case against the immediate dismissal of the Michael Flynn prosecution.

The Thursday petition for rehearing comes after a three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit granted Flynn’s petition for writ a mandamus on June 24, directing Sullivan to dismiss the case.

“The panel majority granted the extraordinary writ of mandamus to prevent the district court from receiving adversarial briefing and argument on a pending motion. The opinion is couched as a fact-bound ruling based on ‘the record before the district court,'” the Sullivan petition for rehearing began. “It in fact marks a dramatic break from precedent that threatens the orderly administration of justice.”

Flynn Judge Defies Appeals Court, Asks For Full Review Of Order To Drop Case

The judge in Michael Flynn's criminal case is refusing to accept the results of a federal appeals court three-judge decision ordering him to dismiss the case against the former national security adviser.

Judge Emmet Sullivan has instead asked the appeals court for an 'en banc' review of the decision - meaning the entire panel of all active judges on the court would re-hear the case.

'Biden is Not Well': Video of Presumptive Democratic Candidate’s Mumbling Causes a Meme Contest

In March, a tweet by White House Director of Social Media Dan Scavino, featuring an edited clip of Joe Biden, was labeled by Twitter as “manipulated media”. The official has now come up with a new cutting of a recent Biden speech, which some say does not present the presumptive Democratic candidate in the best light.

Dan Scavino, American political adviser and White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications, shared an edited clip compiled of cuts from Joe Biden’s online address to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers from his personal account, sparking a joke contest among netizens.

Conspiracy FACT: Soros-funded prosecutors let rioters go but declare not agreeing with Black Lives Matter to be a ‘hate crime’

Democrats and the US mainstream media have insisted that tales of George Soros’ malign influence on US politics are conservative conspiracies. Americans targeted by prosecutors whose elections he financed can testify otherwise.

Take the case of two Californians who are facing ‘hate crime’ charges for painting over a Black Lives Matter mural outside the Contra Costa County courthouse during the Independence Day weekend.

Nichole Anderson and David Nelson are being prosecuted by District Attorney Diana Becton, who described BLM as “an important civil rights cause that deserves all of our attention,” (emphasis added) and insisted that “we must address the root and byproduct of systemic racism in our country.”

Donald Trump's disgraced fixer Michael Cohen is taken back into custody at same prison as Ghislaine Maxwell after REFUSING Department of Justice's demand to stop writing a tell-all book

Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's former personal attorney, was sent back to jail Thursday after being told he could not write a planned tell-all book while on home detention and refusing to comply.

He was taken by U.S. Marshals to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's alleged procurer, is also in custody, then transferred to Otisville, the prison camp in upstate New York where he had been held earlier this year.

The move came a week after he was caught having dinner at a Manhattan restaurant near his home long after his curfew.

A letter to Joe Biden: Stop your blind support for Israel

US presidential candidate Joe Biden wants you to believe that he is opposed to Israel’s likely annexation of parts of the occupied West Bank, which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu plans to carry out this month.

“I do not support annexation,” he said during a recent call with American Jewish donors. And yet, Biden’s senior foreign policy adviser, Antony Blinken, has insisted that under no circumstances - not even the annexation of the West Bank - would Biden consider reducing or withholding US military aid to Israel.

In addition, contrary to the position of his former boss, US President Barack Obama, Biden also pledged that, if elected, he would keep disagreements with Israeli policies private.

Is Strzok Memo The Rosetta Stone Of Obamagate?

So much happens so fast in a world with a 15-minute news cycle that it’s difficult for a journalist to stop and breathe, let alone ponder the meaning of the latest breathless reporting.

As an example, it seems like it was months ago when the D.C. Court of Appeals ordered Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, but it was actually less than two weeks ago. June 24 to be exact, but to Flynn it probably seems like forever. No word from Sullivan about whether he intends to follow the order of the senior court, or continue to stall in an effort to punish Lt. Gen. Flynn for his political crime of supporting President Trump. But based on his record so far, Sullivan can probably be counted on to drag his feet while thumbing his nose at justice.

Fresh outrage as well-connected firms nab US loans

A centerpiece of US President Donald Trump's economic relief program was under renewed scrutiny Tuesday following revelations it aided white-shoe lobbying firms and businesses linked to Kanye West and other billionaires.

Besides West's Yeezy brand and law firms connected to famed trial lawyer David Boies and Trump defense attorney Marc Kasowitz, recipients of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans included the PF Chang's restaurant chain and businesses linked to several members of Congress, according to US media reports.

The controversy is the latest to befall the PPP, which was launched in April as a key job-saving program in the immediate wake of coronavirus shutdowns that shuttered countless businesses and led to tens of millions of layoffs.

Televangelists, Dallas megachurch that hosted Pence approved for millions in pandemic aid

A Dallas megachurch whose pastor has been a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump was approved for a forgivable loan worth $2 million to $5 million, according to long-awaited government data released on Monday.

Vice President Mike Pence spoke at a rally last month at the First Baptist Church of Dallas, whose pastor, Robert Jeffress, has been on Trump's evangelical advisory board.

It was among the tens of thousands of religious organizations that received a total of $7.3 billion in pandemic aid from the Small Business Administration.

The list of religious organizations approved for about 88,400 small business loans also included Joyce Meyer Ministries Inc, a Missouri church which in 2007-2011 was investigated by the Senate over its finances. That church was approved for $5 million to $10 million - the largest sum an individual entity could apply for.

Roger Williams (R-Texas), Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.), Susie Lee (D-Nev.) and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (D-Fla.) previously reported they got loans.

Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill said her husband, Paul Pelosi, is “a minor, passive investor in this company. He was not involved in or even aware of this PPP loan.”

Trump stokes feud as potential Biden running mate Tammy Duckworth who lost both legs in combat in Iraq tells Tucker Carlson to 'walk a mile in my legs' after he accuses her of 'hating America'

President Donald Trump jumped into an angry clash between Tucker Carlson and Sen. Tammy Duckworth Tuesday after the Fox News host questioned the patriotism of the Iraq War vet who is a double amputee.

Duckworth is a leading contender to join former Vice President Joe Biden on the Democratic ticket.

Judd Gregg: The Coming Biden Coup

It is more than a possibility, and slightly less than a likelihood, that Joe Biden will be elected president in November.

Biden has made it clear that a woman will be his running mate.

What is becoming equally apparent is that he may be cornered into choosing a socialist or progressive as that person.

As he runs his campaign from his basement, allowing President Trump to stomp his feet and shout as he tries to mount a more traditional campaign, Biden has shown little inclination to take on his own foot-stomping base.

Thus the socialist/progressive wing of the Democratic Party is now center stage — and insisting one of their own be Biden’s vice presidential candidate.

That individual could be Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) or Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) or any number of lesser-known advocates for the far left.

Many are donors to Trump’s campaigns, and some are prolific fundraisers for his reelection.

A group of approximately 200 former George W. US observers have discussed whether the group will become a game-changer during the November election.

According to NBC News, "43 Alumni for Biden" is planning to release “testimonial videos” with praise for the former vice president from top-level Republicans.

Veteran activists have called out BLM as a tool of the Democrats from day 1. But agenda-driven $MILLIONS drown out the grassroots

The Black Lives Matter movement has made millions off black Americans’ suffering. A St. Louis activist explains how it comes from a long tradition of white liberals coopting grassroots movements to push a Democratic Party agenda.

The foundation-funded social justice activism of Black Lives Matter is using black pain to cash in on white liberal guilt, dividing American society in pursuit of a Democratic political agenda, St. Louis activist Nyota Uhura told RT.

Uhura founded her website handsupdontshoot.com in August 2014 to counter false narratives coming out of the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson following the police shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Treasury reveals 700,000 of the companies and non-profits who got PPP bailout - with Kanye West's Yeezy company, Khloe Kardashian's denim brand and Donald Trump lawyer's firm among those benefiting

The Trump Administration's coronavirus bailout program handed out up to $5 million to prop up Kanye West's production company while also pushing out funds to the law firm of Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer, the Treasury revealed Monday.

The loans were part of a rush to inject billions into businesses as the coronavirus pandemic hit, in an attempt to prevent mass layoffs which could hobble the national economy for years.

With the economy faltering and coronavirus cases on the rise, the Small Business Administration provided the loans to aid small and medium-sized companies, ranging from financial firms to restaurants, bars and lounges.

A Disturbing Glimpse Into The Future: Bill Gates, Elon Musk & The 4th Industrial Revolution

By Spiro Skouras

Welcome everyone, thanks for tuning in and congratulations! If you are reading or watching this, that means you have officially survived the first half of 2020. Something tells me, the second half will be just as crazy, if not more crazy than the first half was.

In this report we will be taking a glimpse of what the not-too-distant future may look like. Yes, some of this will be speculation, but it is speculation projecting forward based on the facts we have today.

To be clear, the road humanity is being led down does not look very human at all according to the social engineers AKA technocrats who are deciding and dictating what the future of humanity looks like for us — we have no say according to the elite.

Watch this report and decide for yourself, will humanity benefit from this projected future? Or will this digitalized system of control be the final nail in the coffin of free will and expression of individuality.

I’ve lost all trust in medical research – the financial muscle of Big Pharma has been busy distorting science during the pandemic

Evidence that a cheap, over-the-counter anti-malarial drug costing £7 combats Covid-19 gets trashed. Why? Because the pharmaceutical giants want to sell you a treatment costing nearly £2,000. It’s criminal.

A few years ago, I wrote a book called ‘Doctoring Data’. This was an attempt to help people understand the background to the tidal wave of medical information that crashes over us each and every day. Information that is often completely contradictory, viz ‘Coffee is good for you... no, wait it's bad for you... no, wait, it’s good for you again,’ repeated ad nauseam.

I also pointed out some of the tricks, games and manipulations that are used to make medications seem far more effective than they truly are, or vice versa. This, I have to say, can be a very dispiriting world to enter. When I give talks on this subject, I often start with a few quotes.

Clinton says she could beat Trump in 2020, would have handled Covid-19 pandemic better

Despite losing to Donald Trump in 2016, Hillary Clinton maintains she could defeat him if she were standing in 2020, and would have done a better job handling the Covid-19 pandemic, setting off a ripple of mockery on social media.

Asked by the 'Awards Chatter' podcast about the possibility of a rematch against Trump in November and if she could theoretically win it, Clinton responded with a definitive “yes.”

“You know, when he ran before, people who knew him mostly knew him from reality TV. He’d been in their living rooms, and he was a businessman, and he looked like a billionaire, and he rode around in his big plane and all of that,” she said.

“So they kinda thought, ‘Well, hey, you know, give the guy a chance. Let’s see what he can do.’ And now everybody, I think, knows what the consequences of that have been.”
