During the first half of 2021, sometime between March and June, Israel will become the first democracy in history forced to hold a fourth national election within two years.

Consider Italy, famous for its political instability, with 66 different governments since World War II: its citizens have "only" been to the polls 19 times during those 70-plus years. The shortest time frame encompassing four successive elections in Italy was nine years.

Weimar Germany came closest to matching that with three elections in two years and two months, between September 1930 and November 1932. The next round was held when Germany had ceased being a democracy and had become a Nazi dictatorship.

Attorney General Bill Barr made two important evidentiary decisions yesterday that delivered body blows to both President Donald Trump and President-elect Joe Biden. First, Barr declared that the Justice Department has not found evidence of systemic fraud in the election. Second, he declared that there was sufficient evidence to appoint United States Attorney John Durham as a Special Counsel on the origins of the Russia probe. Judicial Watch announced today that a September 2020 study revealed that 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens. In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100% of eligible voters. The study found eight states showing state-wide registration rates exceeding 100%: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

The September 2020 study collected the most recent registration data posted online by the states themselves. This data was then compared to the Census Bureau’s most recent five-year population estimates, gathered by the American Community Survey (ACS) from 2014 through 2018. ACS surveys are sent to 3.5 million addresses each month, and its five-year estimates are considered to be the most reliable estimates outside of the decennial census.

While President Trump continues to maintain that the presidential election was marred by massive fraud, the mainstream press continues to maintain that Trump’s charges are “false” and “baseless” and that his allegations are damaging trust in America’s democratic electoral system.

Actually, however, it’s the other way around: It’s the mainstream press, owing to its extreme deferential attitude toward the Washington, D.C., establishment, that has severely damaged trust in America’s democratic system.

Of course, this isn’t the first election in which the losing side has charged that he has been cheated out of his victory. In virtually every election cycle, there is at least one political candidate that charges that he lost because of fraud committed by the other side.

Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, who falsified a document in the 2016 investigation into Russian interference in the presidential election, is seeking to avoid prison time.

Clinesmith’s attorneys filed a 48-page sentencing memorandum on Thursday, USA Today reports, in which they are asking for him to be sentenced to probation. The former lawyer acknowledged he committed a crime but did not intend to mislead investigators.

"Kevin Clinesmith made a grievous mistake,” his attorneys wrote, according to USA Today. “By altering a colleague's email, he cut a corner in a job that required far better of him. He failed to live up to the FBI's and his own high standards of conduct.”

Clinesmith pleaded guilty in August to falsifying a document to justify surveilling former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page as part of the 2016 probe.

In a Freedom of Information case related to former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, District Judge Reggie Walton said on Friday that Judge Emmet Sullivan doesn’t have a lot of options in dealing with the fact that President Trump granted Flynn a full pardon, “unless he takes the position that the wording of the pardon is too broad, in that it provides protections beyond the date of the pardon.”

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp noted that the video showing suitcase-like containers of ballots being wheeled out from under tables in Fulton County on Election Night—after poll watchers allegedly departed the location—is of concern and needs an explanation from election officials including the secretary of state.

Kemp, a Republican, described the footage that was presented by President Donald Trump’s team at a Georgia State Legislature hearing Thursday as “concerning.” Earlier, he called on the secretary to conduct a signature audit in light of the video and allegations.

“Certainly, Laura, today was concerning. I think we are working right now, and hopefully, the secretary of state will update us on exactly what was going on. I have heard they had a monitor there,” Kemp told Fox News on Thursday in reference to the footage.

A judge in Antrim County, Michigan, has authorized a forensic audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines, according to Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

“BIG WIN FOR HONEST ELECTIONS,” the former New York City Mayor wrote on Twitter on Dec. 4. “This is where the untrustworthy Dominion machine flipped 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden. Spiking of votes by Dominion happened all over the state.”

It is unclear which of the several election lawsuits the order originated from. The public dockets in four of the major election lawsuits in Michigan did not feature an order Giuliani described. Giuliani did not immediately respond to an emailed request for clarification.

The Arizona House and Senate have called for an audit of the Maricopa County election software and equipment following allegations of fraud and other irregularities presented by President Donald Trump’s team earlier this week.

In a news release Friday, GOP leaders of the Republican-controlled legislature sought an independent audit of Dominion Voting Systems software—used in Maricopa County—called for the audit.

State Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita, a Republican said that Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors “is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment,” adding: “It is important we maintain all of the voting public’s confidence in our elections, and this is a positive step.”

U.S. Attorney John Durham is seeking a prison sentence of up to six months for Kevin Clinesmith, the former FBI lawyer who altered an email from the CIA regarding Carter Page’s involvement with the spy agency.

Page, a former Trump campaign aide that served as an “operational contact” for the CIA from 2008 to 2013, recently filed a $75 million lawsuit against the Department of Justice and FBI for being unlawfully surveilled during the 2017 investigation into the Russia hoax, also known as Crossfire Hurricane.

At the time, Clinesmith worked in the FBI’s National Cyber Law Branch and assisted the Crossfire Hurricane team in its investigation into the Trump campaign’s possible ties to the Russian government. As part of his work, Clinesmith contacted the CIA regarding Page’s involvement with the agency.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany confirmed Wednesday that President Donald Trump was serious about vetoing the defense funding bill if it did not terminate Section 230 of the Community Decency Act.

“Yes, the president is serious about it,” McEnany replied when asked by a reporter if Trump would actually refuse to fund the military over the issue.

Democrats protested Trump’s demand on Wednesday saying military funding should not come under threat as a result of the president’s desire to punish platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

“There are real grave concerns here and the president stands by that,” McEnany said.

She said that Section 230 acted as a “shield” for big tech companies that had stepped beyond the initial category of the “public square” definition after they decided to fact check, remove, and censor individuals and even ban people from their platforms.

Freeman’s daughter, who has long blonde dreadlocks, is the woman who a Trump volunteer lawyer identified as the person who brought in suitcases full of ballots at 8:22 a.m.

After the first vote counter was identified as Ruby Freeman, National File has now identified the person who provided the mysterious suitcases full of votes as Freeman’s daughter.

In an October 26 Facebook live stream, Freeman said “Y’all want to know who my new supervisor is? It’s my daughter.” She added that “I just do what she say do and it’s her show baby, it’s her show.”

President Donald Trump concluded his speech on alleged voter fraud on Wednesday with a warning: "If we don’t root out the fraud, the tremendous and horrible fraud that’s taken place in our 2020 election, we don’t have a country anymore. The Justice Department reiterates it has not in any way concluded the investigation of possible election fraud and is vowing to pursue all specific and credible allegations of ballot fraud stemming from the presidential contest.

A statement from a DOJ spokesperson came after The Associated Press interviewed Attorney General Bill Barr about the status of the probe. CBS News correspondent Catherine Herridge posted the DOJ statement to her Twitter account.

Republican officials in Arizona found that 2% of the duplicate ballots the party was allowed to examine, were changed in order to take votes away from President Donald Trump.

“We got to examine 100 of them,” said Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward. “Guess what? We found two ballots that were changed: One was changed from Trump to Biden; one was just taken away from Trump — for no reason that we can find an explanation for.”

It is now being reported after an investigation into SEC filings that Dominion Voting Systems, the company that tabulated the votes in 28 states in our recent elections, was wired $400 million from a Swiss bank that is controlled by the Communist Chinese Government. Why didn’t we know about this before the election? Did these State officials that used Dominion know about this payment. An earlier payment of $200 million was also sent to Dominion in 2014.

In a shocking statement today at a raucous rally in Atlanta Georgia with Sidney Powell, Georgia Congressman Vernon Jones, and thousands of Trump supporters in attendance, Attorney Lin Wood said that they have evidence that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger are criminals and both took money from Dominion and he can prove it. We should find out the name of every politician and state official that took money from Dominion.

A judge in Nevada has set a Dec. 3 evidentiary hearing for Republicans who allege widespread voter fraud, which is being presented by President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyer.

Up to 15 witnesses may be deposed in the case, First Judicial District Court Judge James Russell said.

The hearing is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. PT (4:30 p.m. ET) and end at 4:30 p.m. PT (7:30 p.m. ET) NTD and The Epoch Times will livestream the full hearing.

A Missouri state lawmaker called on Attorney General Eric Schmitt to prosecute Dominion Voting Systems for allegedly not paying state income taxes while operating election systems in the state, adding that under state guidelines, Missouri can obtain the company’s election systems’ source code.

“Further inspection into Dominion revealed disturbing evidence that Dominion, while certified and authorized by the State to operate voting systems in Missouri, failed on two occasions to pay state income taxes to the State of Missouri,” Rep. Justin Hill, a Republican, said in a letter to Schmitt, also a Republican. Citing Secretary of State records, Dominion “had their authority to transact business revoked … due to failure to pay required taxes” in October 2019, he said.

Gary Berntsen, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) career officer who worked on various counterterrorism deployments, worries that the irregularities that happened during the November election may be part of a larger scheme.

“If you want to steal an election of the United States, what do you do? You go into the swing states, your Democrats, you target the urban areas where you have the largest vote count,” Berntsen told The Epoch Times. “They need to produce a massive, significant, large number of votes—therefore they have to go to large Democratic cities.”

He went further to allege that the vote counting was stopped in some polling sites in big cities probably because the persons behind the scheme found out they needed to produce more ballots to fill a gap bigger than they expected.

The Nord Stream 2 project aims to lay a 745-mile twin pipeline that will carry up to 1.942 trillion cubic feet of gas annually from Russia to Germany, passing through the territorial waters or exclusive economic zones of Denmark, Finland, Germany, Russia and Sweden.

Georgia-based attorney Lin Wood is getting lots of attention for urging supporters of President Donald Trump to break with the president and not vote for GOP Sens. David Perdue (R-GA) and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in the upcoming January 5 runoff elections.

Wood’s public comments run counter to President Trump’s own public statements and wishes, as the president has repeatedly urged his supporters to support Loeffler and Perdue and is heading to Valdosta, Georgia, on Saturday to rally with the GOP senators. Wood’s comments are also in line with what top national Democrats are pushing for, as Breitbart News has reported a national anti-Trump Democrat Super PAC called “Really American PAC” is running billboards carrying a message nearly identical to what Wood is saying.

California’s quarantined governor is considering placing nearly all of the state’s 40 million residents under a tough stay-at-home order amid fears that a staggering coronavirus surge could swamp the hospital system within weeks.

California reported more than 20,000 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, shattering the state’s previous one-day record. A record 8,500 people are in the hospital, including more than 2,000 in the intensive care unit, leaving the state with fewer than 2,000 available intensive care unit beds.

The New York Democrat reported to CNN that the former vice president should stray away from naming nominees to his Cabinet and administration with "an austerity mindset."

"If we win the Senate, then I do think the administration should be open to more aggressive appointments or rather appointments who would support a more aggressive agenda to help working families," Ocasio-Cortez said.

Georgia’s Dominion Voting Systems machines in one county were updated in the weeks leading up to the Nov. 3 presidential election, a state official confirmed during Georgia Senate Government Oversight Committee meeting about election integrity on Dec. 3.

Ryan Germany, general counsel for the Georgia secretary of state’s (SOS) office, made the remarks in response to a question from Republican state Sen. Marty Harbin about allegations that Dominion machines in Fayette County had been updated on Nov. 2, the day before the election.

“I understand in one of the precincts that represents in my district, that on the day before the election, there were updates being done to the machines—because of the Senate race with 24 candidates, the machine was having problems in printing,” Harbin, who represents the 16th Georgia State Senate district, asked Germany at the hearing.

When Democratic Majority for Israel, a lobby group, is upset by a slogan supporting freedom and equal rights for Palestinians and Jews, they now have reason to hope Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib will cave to their pressure.

Tlaib had retweeted Democratic Party activist Rasha Mubarak’s 29 November call that “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

Mubarak’s tweet, accompanied by emojis of a Palestinian flag and a dove with an olive branch, marked the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Tlaib, however, removed the retweet, apparently after it had come under attack from Democratic Majority for Israel. The lobby group claimed that by sharing Mubarak’s tweet, Tlaib was indicating that “she sees the entire State of Israel as illegitimate and wants it eliminated.”

At an evidentiary hearing on Dec. 3., the Trump campaign brought forth a witness that alleges the memory disks used to store vote totals from the election machines used during the early vote period had the vote tallies mysteriously changed overnight.

The witness said the vote tallies were collected each voting day and stored on USB drives overnight.

“What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice. And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less,” Binnall said.

“What that means is that literally in the dead of night, votes were appearing, and books are disappearing on these machines.”

Something remarkable even by the usually dismal standards of the stenographic media blue-tick brigade has been happening in the past few days. Leading journalists in the corporate media have suddenly felt the urgent need not only to criticise the late, much-respected foreign correspondent Robert Fisk, but to pile in against him, using the most outrageous smears imaginable.
