Lakeview Terrace Settles Wrongful Discharge Case for $600,000.

Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer announced this week that Lakeview Terrace, an L.A. nursing home, has agreed to pay $600,000 for fines and services to settle a case alleging unlawful and unsafe discharge of residents. The settlement terms require the facility to assist homeless residents find safe and suitable placement and services when they no longer need nursing home care. The settlement even includes modest funds to pay residents' housing costs for those who do not have appropriate housing available. Congratulations to the L.A. City Attorney and his staff, who have successfully fought against resident and patient dumping for the last several years, and the WISE & Health Aging Long Term Care Ombudsman program, which was integral to the development and prosecution of the case.

Why the “Left” is dead in the water

"While the old Left tended to unite us by leading the fight against the horrid capitalists rather than worrying about whether you were a man or a woman, black or white, Jew or Muslim, gay or heterosexual, our present-day “Left” actually promotes racial differences and divisions as it pushes people to identify with their biology (skin colour, gender, sexual orientation, the Jewish maternal gene, etc.)">>

S*** got real! Cops pelted with FECAL BOMBS during Yellow Vest protests in Marseille (PHOTO)

The Yellow Vest protesters have apparently adopted an unconventional weapon against the French law enforcement – fecal bombs. At least three policemen have been already affected by them during the most recent protest.

The criminal police (BAC) officers came under the excrement attack in the city of Marseille on Saturday, getting heavily stained by fecal matter. One of the officers has reportedly received injury to insult, sustaining physical damage to his elbow.

French resist effort to censor criticism of Zionism

There is a pushback in France against President Emmanuel Macron’s speech to a major Israel lobby group last month vowing to criminalize anti-Zionism.

More than 400 intellectuals, artists and activists have signed an open letter to Macron that was published on 28 February in the national newspaper Libération.

“Mr. President, we are French citizens who respect the laws of the republic, but if you adopt a law against anti-Zionism, or if you officially adopt an erroneous definition of anti-Semitism that permits outlawing it, please know that we will break this law with our words, our writing, our art and our acts of solidarity,” the letter states.

“And if you decide to pursue us, to silence us, even to imprison us for that, well, you can come and get us.”

American Civil War 2: US media will have only itself to blame if all hell breaks loose

For the first time in years, the drumbeat of civil war has become audible across the United States. The nation looks destined to repeat history thanks to a media that is no longer able to objectively perform its job.

The predominantly left-leaning US media has just entered its third consecutive year of open warfare against Donald Trump. This non-stop assault risks aggravating political passions to the point where ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ snowballs into something completely beyond our ability to control. Like full-blown Civil War.

Over the weekend, the Washington Post, one of most prominent serial producers of partisan agitation, published an article entitled, ‘In America, talk turns to something unspoken for 150 years: Civil War’. The piece, which deftly places Democrats above the fray, opens with the following whiff of grapeshot:

Extreme leadership: Champions of game-changing facts for humanity so fearful & stupefied they’re afraid to look

*hyperlinks/videos live at source*

“If somebody asks them, ‘Why, what evil does he practice or teach?’ they do not know, and cannot tell; but in order that they do not appear to be at a loss, they repeat the ready-made charges which are used against all philosophers about teaching things up in the clouds and under the earth, and having no gods, and making the worse appear the better cause; for they do not like to confess that their pretense of knowledge has been detected — which is the truth…” Plato, Apology of Socrates, 23d

Wise practice and challenging competition produce increasing expertise. Arguably, the most important area to practice and compete is to upgrade living conditions on Earth for a planet dominated by historical rogue state empires annually killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions (and here).

After 42 years of such practice and competition, these are my current “top 3” conclusions:

THOUSANDS IN MONTENEGRO RALLY AGAINST PRESIDENT DJUKANOVIC

Thousands protested in Montenegro’s capital Podgorica on Saturday, the fourth such rally in as many weeks, demanding that President Milo Djukanovic and his government resign over alleged corruption, cronyism and abuse of office.

Throngs of people, rallied by civic activists, bloggers and journalists who say they are not affiliated with political parties, marched through the center of the city chanting “Milo thief”. Opposition politicians have distanced themselves from the protests.

Weekly political protests also continued in Serbia, Montenegro’s larger neighbor and fellow ex-Yugoslav republic.

Marija Backovic, a teacher from Podgorica, said she was protesting for a better Montenegro. “We are not the danger for this country ... those that are destroying it for 30 years are the real danger,” she told the crowd on Saturday.

EU SCARED: Attempts to Move ACTA 2 Vote Before Protest Date — See Protest Map To Save Your Internet

By Aaron Kesel

Protests all over Europe have been planned by Anonymous and Pirate Parties International (PPI) for March 23rd, to fight against copyright companies and EU bureaucrats seeking to destroy the internet with their proposed upload filter and link tax, (Article 11 and Article 13.) Meanwhile, the Bureaucrats are trying to push the vote before there is wide scale outrage for their proposals for the Internet.

The first wave of street protests in at least 20 different cities in 15 countries took place on January 19, 2019, all across Europe.

Now, Anons, Pirates and activists alike are planning more massive demonstrations across Europe to show members of the European Parliament (MEPs) that public consensus is against the proposed articles. The Articles 11,12 and 13, were finalized for voting at the end of March...

Introduction to MGTOW

I'm getting a number of people asking me to do an introduction video to MGTOW so here it is. I'm going to highlight twenty five of the most important topics as well as videos I've produced in the past to highlight what Men Going Their Own Way means and why we are doing it. The first thing to remember is that a man that has taken a metaphorical red pill is a man that has learned the ugly truth about female nature. Women are made out to be harmless, beautiful creatures but the truth is many women today will rip out your heart and testicles through your wallet and move onto their next victim.

Tear gas v flowers: Yellow Vests march through Paris for 16th week in a row

Yellow Vest protesters have taken to the streets of Paris for the 16th consecutive week. While some enjoyed a friendly chat with police officers, others faced tear gas after trying to break off from a pre-approved marching route.

Unlike previous demonstrations, Paris officials authorized a designated route for Saturday’s “Act 16” anti-government marchers – a span of road beginning at the Arc de Triomphe and ending at Place Denfert-Rochereau in the south of the city.

In contrast to the chaotic clashes with police during previous protests, photographs and videos reveal a largely peaceful, orderly demonstration.

Grenfell scapegoats and the invisible Gilets Jaunes

The incineration of the poorest people in Britain at a location surrounded by some of the richest real estate in Europe was a tale of morality worthy of Charles Dickens himself. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea was rolling in so much cash, it gave rebates in council tax to some of the world’s richest people. Yet the same borough was the not-so-proud owner of social housing like Grenfell Tower. On June 14, 2017, not even two years ago, 72 people died in a building wrapped in combustible cladding. The smell of the smoke still lingers, along with much anger, and there are signs that a search for a scapegoat may be under way. It won’t be the scapegoat anyone would automatically assume, however

Thousands of yellow vest protesters take to the streets across France for a 15th weekend running as they try to re-invigorate supporters while trying to stamp out violence and anti-Semitism in the movement's ranks

Thousands of yellow vest protesters took to the streets across France on Saturday for a 15th straight weekend of demonstrations, trying to re-energize supporters while stamping down on the violence and anti-Semitism in the movement's ranks.

Among the many rallies around Paris and in other French cities, hundreds gathered at the Arc de Triomphe monument in Paris to march through well-off neighborhoods to protest government policies they see as favoring the rich.

Tempers frayed at the end of the main demonstration at the Trocadero plaza, next to the Eiffel Tower, and French police used tear gas to disperse protesters.

‘Zero support for another war’: Americans march to prevent US-led intervention in Venezuela

The government of Nicolas Maduro is doing far more for the people of Venezuela than the US administration by providing free services for its population, anti-war activist Sara Flounders told RT, condemning the US-led intervention.

The activists, opposing the US-led intervention, organized some 150 demonstrations around the globe on Saturday to show that ordinary people are against any form of foreign interference. Rallies have been taking place across the US, Flounders told RT after attending a ‘No War on Venezuela’ rally in New York City.

While the American people oppose any sort of meddling in the affairs of other countries, however, the US media is operating under the “outrageous and arrogant assumption” that the government of Maduro is ready to fall. In reality, Flounders said, people in Venezuela mostly support Caracas’ socialist policies.

Macron: France Could Ban Hate Speech Convicts From All Social Media For Life

French President Emmanuel Macron has floated the idea that those convicted for crimes of hate speech could be banned from social media networks permanently.

President Macron floated the idea at the annual dinner of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions in France (CRIR) saying that a new bill to fight against hate speech online was being tabled for May of this year broadcaster BFMTV reports.

While the bill is being floated at a time where Jews are facing rising levels of real-life anti-Semitic attacks driving whole communities out of French cities, the proposal to stifle speech online comes as President Macron faces unprecedented levels of criticism from the anti-government Yellow Vest movement. The French state has cracked down hard on Yellow Vest activists, arresting 8,400 protestors in just a matter of months.

2019 revolution (top-down & bottom-up) on 4 levels of .01% rogue state empires: US, global, exo-political/ET, and cosmic to allow such robust evil

“You can be amazing;
you can turn a phrase into a weapon or a drug.
You can be the outcast;
or the backlash of somebody’s lack or love.

Or you can start speaking up.”
~ Sara Bareilles, Brave (music video)

Revolution: from Latin revolutio, a “turn around” or return.

Earth is in historic revolution at four levels, with 2019 analogous to The Emperor’s New Clothes when We the People trust our own eyes to see:

1. Ongoing US illegal rogue state empire, lying for centuries to neocolonial-loot targeted “slave” groups (human resources) parasitizing natural resources that annually kill millions, harm billions, and loot trillions. The empire’s lies are paper-thin, repeated in controlled corporate media and public education, and will be recognized and ended in a relative moment after We the People choose to look rather than take dictates from literal .01% psychopaths.

“I Ain’t Marchin Anymore”

War and killing are now as American as apple pie. Little thought of the victims of U.S. aggression is evident. This lack of compassion for human suffering at the hands of the political and corporate state, and the complicit military, is a travesty. It exposes widespread apathy at a level that belies imagination, and uncovers the glaring lie that Americans are exceptional.

The exceptional ones are those who stand against war and tyranny, not those who salute a flag that represents the murder and slaughter of innocents. Worshiping the purveyors of war is no different than worshiping war itself, but this distinction is lost in the brainwashed minds of those who hold the state up as a god. When support of war and those who prosecute war becomes common even in the houses of religion, as it has in the U.S., then the country as a whole has lost its way.

Hispaniola Rising: How the US Coup in Venezuela Is Taking Root in Haiti and the Dominican Republic

For more than a decade Venezuela has aided the governments of Haiti and the Dominican Republic through a preferential system known as Petrocaribe, and the people of those nations are not taking their governments’ support for the US coup in Venezuela lightly.

As Judas betrayed the Son of Man with a kiss for 20 pieces of silver, the institutionally corrupt governments in Port-au-Prince and Santo Domingo have written another sad chapter in their nation’s history.

Ironically, it was Venezuela that helped to develop the island’s energy infrastructure in recent years. A key part of this is the REFIDOMSA oil refinery in the Dominican Republic which the Venezuelan government helped to develop and partially owns, and which has also been used to help alleviate increased fuel demands and shortages in Haiti.

The Worst Possible Version of the EU Copyright Directive Has Sparked a German Uprising

Last week’s publication of the final draft of the new EU Copyright Directive baffled and infuriated almost everyone, including the massive entertainment companies that lobbied for it in the first place; the artists’ groups who endorsed it only to have their interests stripped out of the final document; and the millions and millions of Europeans who had publicly called on lawmakers to fix grave deficiencies in the earlier drafts, only to find these deficiencies made even worse.   US COMPANY THAT SMUGGLED WEAPONS INTO VENEZUELA LINKED TO CIA RENDITIONS

Two executives at the company that chartered the U.S. plane that was caught smuggling weapons into Venezuela last week have been tied to an air cargo company that aided the CIA in the rendition of alleged terrorists to “black site” centers for interrogation. The troubling revelation comes as Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has rejected a U.S. “humanitarian aid” convoy over concerns that it could contain weapons meant to arm the country’s U.S.-backed opposition.

Last Tuesday, Venezuelan authorities announced that 19 rifles, 118 ammo magazines, 90 radios and six iPhones had been smuggled into the country via a U.S. plane that had originated in Miami. The authorities blamed the United States government for the illicit cargo, accusing it of seeking to arm U.S.-funded opposition groups in the country in order to topple the current Maduro-led government.

Stop ACTA 2: Protests, Internet Blackouts and Hacktivist Actions To Lead Up To Final Vote On Dystopian Articles 11 and 13 In EU

By Aaron Kesel

After a short delay, European Union lawmakers are continuing their journey to censor the Internet and have agreed on changes to the text of Articles 11,12 and 13, The Independent reported. Meanwhile, Anonymous and Pirates are planning on-the-ground and online actions against the proposed Copyright Directives.

Germany and France agreed on a horrendous “compromise” version of Article 13 following heated debated, which claims to protect small businesses. However, in the fine print of the law, it almost protects no website as Julia Reda points out...

Sheriffs in New Mexico Vow Not to Enforce 6 Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS New Gun Control Bills

"Legally speaking, our county sheriffs are the last line of defense in the battle for gun rights." -- As we have stated before, unconstitutional gun law ideas seem to spread from one state to another like some kind of insidious virus. This is just the beginning.

From The 'Great Discontent' To The 'Great Unraveling'

In France, the main complaint that the Yellow Vests movement has now taken into its 13th consecutive weekend is crystal clear: people can’t pay their bills anymore. In the UK, austerity has demolished wages, social care, the NHS and much else. In the US, many millions of Americans can’t afford a $400 emergency payment, have ever scarcer access to healthcare and live from paycheck to paycheck.

Rinse and repeat for every western nation. The storylines vary somewhat, but they all tell the same tale, they could be, they are, chapters in the same book. And it makes one think if people are not connecting them.

Renowned French philosopher Michel Onfray summarizes Emmanuel Macron’s ongoing Yellow Vests (Gilets Jaunes) problem in these words:

“Macron is trying to explain that there is not enough liberalist Europe in our lives, while the Gilets Jaunes are saying back to him that there is too much – not too much Europe, but too much liberalism.”

Jim Fetzer outstanding 2-hour slide show: .01% traitors rigged 2016 US Presidential ‘selection’ for Hillary. Me: until ‘White Hats’ Truth-bomb with arrests it’s just another ‘crime du jour’ from lying, looting, murdering rogue state empire

*hyperlinks/videos live at source*

Professor Jim Fetzer’s magnificent scholarship puts dozens of puzzle pieces together to explain, document, and prove that .01% US “leaders” rigged the 2016 US Presidential primaries for Hillary (with Bernie Sanders’ agreement), then escalated illegal tactics to capture the top US political position of President.

This is crucial work because most Americans are aware of a few pieces of the puzzle, and can relatively easily see the big picture when walked through all the data points. The goal is for a critical mass of Americans to see enough to say enough for .01% arrests, and cause a breakthrough to access the broader puzzle of ongoing illegal rogue state empire annually killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions (fully documented below).

It is the right and duty of all Americans to REFUSE to comply with unconstitutional gun laws

The far-left Colorado enclave of Boulder, home to the University of Colorado, recently enacted a “law” that targets gun owners by criminalizing them for not jumping through a bunch of arbitrary bureaucratic hoops aimed at deconstructing the Second Amendment. But setting an example for all of us are patriots and gun-owners like local Boulder resident Jon Caldara, who’s gone public to say that he will never comply with his city’s unconstitutional demands, no matter the cost to his own life and livelihood.

Police prevent French yellow vests crossing into Italy

There were more violent clashes in France on Saturday as the Yellow Vest protest movement entered its thirteenth week.

The numbers were down again this weekend estimations of the participation vary from 50 to more than 100 thousand but the confrontations were intense. One protestor lost four fingers witnesses said he’d tried to handle a sting-ball grenade thrown by police.

In the south of France police blocked yellow vest leader Maxime Nicolle from crossing into Italy to join forces with Italian demonstrators.

Italy-France Spat Escalates: Macron Spokesman Condemns ‘Nationalist Leprosy’

The war of words between globalist France and populist Italy has intensified after the Macron government referred to “nationalist leprosy” and criticised Italy’s Luigi Di Maio’s meeting with Yellow Vests.

France recalled its ambassador to Italy for the first time since the Second World War after Italy’s anti-establishment deputy prime minister Luigi Di Maio, of the Five Star Movement (M5S), made an impromptu visit to meet with the anti-Macron government protesters, in what the French government referred to as an “unacceptable provocation.”

In an interview with Europe 1 on Friday, France’s Benjamin Griveaux said: “It’s not a permanent recall, but it was important to make a statement because Italy is a historic ally and is also a founding member of the European Union.”

Macron Doing One Man Show, Trying to Take Steam Out of Yellow Vests – Politician

Emmanuel Macron's National Debate has turned into a boring monologue in favour of his re-election instead of solving the people's problems, Karel Vereycken, vice-president of the Solidarity and Progress Party, told Sputnik, sharing his views on the possibility of the nation-wide referendum and prospects of the yellow vests movement.

On 2 February, French weekly Journal du Dimanche (JDD) reported that Macron is allegedly considering calling a referendum on 26 May — the same date that the European parliamentary elections are due to take place.

"The idea of holding a nationwide referendum on the same day as the European elections is considered as the latest desperate attempt to 'take steam' out of the yellow vest protest movement by giving in to the least embarrassing and least expensive of their demands", says Karel Vereycken, a French journalist and vice-president of the Solidarity and Progress Party, headed by Jacques Cheminade.

Protester has hand RIPPED OFF during Yellow Vest march in Paris (GRAPHIC VIDEO)

The right hand of one of the Yellow Vest protesters has been blown off by a police grenade, according to an eyewitness, during Saturday's demonstrations in Paris.

RT video agency Ruptly's footage from the scene shows clouds of smoke billowing around the street as protesters and police clash outside the grounds of the National Assembly.

Video captured in the moments surrounding the horrific hand injury show a marked escalation between police and protesters. One police grenade was filmed exploding as protesters approached the device.

Arsonist firebombs country home of France's President of the National Assembly while he and partner were out - as friend Macron blasts 'violence and intimidation' amid Yellow Vest chaos

A criminal enquiry has been launched after an arson attack on the home of the President of France's National Assembly.

Richard Ferrand, who is the equivalent of the Speaker in Britain's House of Commons and a close personal friend of President Emmanuel Macron, described the attack on the property in his Brittany constituency as 'violence and intimidation'.

The National Gendarmerie discovered a blanket, tire residue and a homemade torch soaked in fuel on the site, leaving 'the criminal origin in no doubt,' according to a statement from Mr Ferrand's office.

The attack follows months of regular disturbances by the Yellow Vest anti-government movement, who have been behind similar blazes.

Macron Tactics Against Yellow Vests Have Nothing to Do with Public Safety, Everything to Do with Global Politics

“For more than two months the people who come out into the streets are met with governmental repression. Since the 17th November 2018 we have been on the streets but we have not been listened to.” The statement from the Yellow Vests — or Gilets Jaunes (GJs) as they are better known in France — was published just before Saturday February 2, 2019, when tens of thousands of GJs took to the streets of cities nationwide for Acte XII (Week 12) of the protests that have been a weekly event since they first began on November 17, 2018.

The GJ movement has taken France by storm since its sudden appearance after the increasingly unpopular President Emmanuel Macron introduced a number of measures that appeared to protect the French wealthy elite while penalising those already on the brink of poverty. The increase in the fuel tax was the final straw that broke the back of the already pressurized population struggling to make ends meet every month.

Macron MP leaves party as unease over French anti-hooligan bill grows

A lawmaker has told his colleagues he will leave French President Emmanuel Macron’s governing party, a day after an unprecedented number of lawmakers refused to approve a bill aimed at curbing violent protests.

Fifty lawmakers from Macron’s Republic On The Move (LREM) abstained in the vote at the lower house National Assembly on Tuesday, the highest number of abstentions since Macron’s election in 2017.

Although the bill passed thanks to Macron’s comfortable majority, the abstentions were a sign of growing unease over the government’s lurch to the right in response to three months of protests by the grassroots “yellow vest” movement.

Repeat after me, protests in Venezuela good, protests in France bad!

Large street protests in both France and Venezuela. Two Presidents with low approval ratings. But only one whose legitimacy has been denied by Western 'democracies' and by the French president himself.

Just when you thought globalist hypocrisy couldn't get any worse, it just did.

France and Venezuela have both experienced widespread anti-government protests in recent weeks. These have been fuelled by economic factors and increased financial hardship of the majority.

But it's only in Venezuela where the democratically-elected leader, Nicolas Maduro, has been ordered to step down and his opponent, Juan Guaido, has been anointed president.

Italy's Di Maio Meeting With 'Yellow Vests' is Provocation - French FM

Addressing the protests in France earlier in January, leader of the anti-establishment party Five Star Movement (M5S) and Italian Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio supported the "yellow vests" movement, harshly criticising French President Emmanuel Macron.

The French Foreign Ministry slammed Di Maio on Wednesday for his meeting with Christophe Chalençon, one of the "yellow vests" leaders.

"This new provocation is not acceptable between neighbouring countries and partners in the European Union", a Foreign Ministry spokesman said at a daily online briefing. "Mr Di Maio, who holds government responsibilities, must take care not to undermine, through his repeated interferences, our bilateral relations, in the interest of both France and Italy".

Is the US Meddling in Venezuela? Max Blumenthal Asks US Congress Members

Members of Congress freeze, fumble and deliver bewildering answers to award-winning journalist Max Blumenthal as he asks Capitol Hill politicians what they think of the US government's open support for Venezuela's opposition. Many members have voiced concern about supposed meddling by Russia in American affairs. But what do they think about Washington openly getting behind the opposition in Venezuela? In this video, Blumenthal asked lawmakers just that. The politicians were visibly caught off guard by pretty simple and straightforward questions. Several lawmakers couldn't provide a definitive answer to whether the US public support for opposition leader Juan Guaido could be considered 'meddling' in a foreign nation's affairs.
Note: We have the problem!

Macron Won't Put Question of Resignation Up for French Referendum

The first referendum in 14 years could take place in France in May as part of President Emmanuel Macron’s response to the ongoing series of weekend ‘yellow vests’ protests. The newspaper Journal du Dimanche reported that Macron was planning to organise the vote on the same day as European parliament elections: on May 26th.

According to the publication, one of the questions the French would be asked is whether they want to reduce the number of national lawmakers — a campaign pledge by Macron, as well as whether they favour imposing term-limits on legislators.

Caribbean Nations Determined To Have A Say On Venezuela

By Georgia Popplewell

On February 7, a delegation from the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), will be present at a meeting in Montevideo, Uruguay to discuss the situation in Venezuela. Jointly organised by Uruguay and Mexico, the meeting will be attended by “more than 10 countries and organisations,” and bring together parties who have taken a neutral stance regarding Venezuela—a cohort that has been sidelined as international mainstream media coverage of the Venezuela crisis focuses on those who have recognised Juan Guaidó as interim president, plus the handful—Russia, China, Turkey, Iran—who adamantly support Nicolás Maduro’s claim to the presidency.

With members of the EU and other Latin American states in attendance, tiny CARICOM will probably need to fight to be heard in Montevideo. But what happens in Venezuela is of extreme geopolitical importance to the Caribbean region...

The 13th Amendment ( Doesn’t apply to American slave armies. And things are about to get worse.)

Governments that force their citizens to take up arms against the citizens of other countries do so for one reason: they are engaging in unjust and immoral wars. Waging war in the actual defense of ones country, home, property, and family does not require conscription. If a foreign army landed on the east or west coast of the United States, the government wouldn’t have to conscript a single American to repel a threat or invasion. Americans would flock to the coasts, and use their own guns and ammo. -- Conscription and national service are things that all patriotic Americans should abhor because, as former congressman Ron Paul has well said: “A government that is willing to enslave some of its people can never be trusted to protect the liberties of its own citizens.”
