Saudi Protesters Slam Death Sentences Given to Political Detainees [PHOTOS]

Saudi people took to the streets in the town of Awamiyah in the kingdom's Eastern province in protest against the death sentences handed down to tens of political detainees and the country's ongoing crackdown on dissent.

Iranian Supreme Leader Sends Crucial Message to World Audience on Terrorism

People at zerohedge are questioning the authenticity of this letter.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-11-29/irans-ayatollah-pens-letter-w...

For those of a cynical persuasion, it’s difficult to ignore the similarities between Islamic State’s brand of puritanical Islam and Saudi Arabia’s propagation of Wahhabism. Put simply, indoctrinating the masses with an ultra orthodox ideal that breeds intolerance sows the seeds of extremism and on that score, Riyadh and Raqqa are really no different.

To the Youth in Western Countries,

The bitter events brought about by blind terrorism in France have once again, moved me to speak to you young people. For me, it is unfortunate that such incidents would have to create the framework for a conversation, however the truth is that if painful matters do not create the grounds for finding solutions and mutual consultation, then the damage caused will be multiplied.

HRW Report: Yemen Needs More Than Lip Service

The Human Rights Watch (HRW) should be lauded for slamming Saudi Arabia in a new report for targeting civilians in Yemen. However, the report is never enough; Yemen needs more than condemnation. In its latest report, the HRW says the Saudi attacks against civilians have been deliberate and indiscriminate. “Human Rights Watch found either no evident military target or that the attack failed to distinguish civilians from military objectives,” the report says, adding that Saudi warplanes target residential areas. The typical problem with this latest report is that it doesn’t go any further...

Israel and ISIS: Needed, a Thorough Accounting

snip: What then of ISIS? It as well is a blessing to American foreign policy, which is why the US has been halfhearted in its eradication. The more repulsive, as in beheadings, the more salutary from the standpoint of massive surveillance at home, the engineering of a crisis atmosphere (to the sacrifice of civil liberties), the internalization of fear, which shifts the political spectrum still further rightward, as in heightened patriotism, anti-immigrant feelings, a trivialization of politics because so much of public policy is placed off limits.

SAUDI ARABIA REFUSES TO TAKE EVEN A SINGLE SYRIAN REFUGEE

If Saudi Arabia won’t take in Syrian refugees, why should the United States? In recent weeks, we have heard a whole lot from Barack Obama about our “moral obligation” to take in refugees from Syria. Well, if there is a “moral obligation” to help these refugees, then why aren’t more wealthy Islamic nations stepping up to the plate? According to Amnesty International, since the beginning of the Syrian civil war Saudi Arabia has not accepted a single Syrian refugee. Neither has Kuwait. Neither has Qatar. Neither has the United Arab Emirates. These nations are absolutely swimming in money, and yet they have slammed the door on these desperately needy Islamic refugees. So what precisely does that tell us?

Webmaster's Commentary:

The cold, hard truth is, even for the refugees who can speak English, there are no jobs out there for them, and that is because there are no jobs for 94 million Americans who want to work, but can find no work at all.

So what is the answer here?!? More public assistance from struggling states which are already near bankruptcy from attempting to comply with unfunded Federal mandates?!?

This policy of Obama's again demonstrates that one of the hallmarks of his executive decisions is the nearly pathological inability to think anything through to its logical conclusion.

OBAMA ACCEPTED $1.3M IN GIFTS LAST YEAR FROM A COUNTRY WHO BEHEADS MORE PEOPLE THAN ISIS

Released a day before Thanksgiving, the U.S. Department of State disclosed its annual list of gifts from foreign governments to federal employees. Although the State Department publicly condemned Saudi Arabia for numerous human rights violations, the Saudi king gave President Obama and his family roughly $1.35 million in gifts last year. According to the Office of the Federal Register, many world leaders offered the president and multiple other federal employees lavish gifts throughout 2014. While British Prime Minister David Cameron gave Obama a photograph and facsimile telegram from Winston Churchill estimated at $440, Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud offered First Lady Michelle Obama $1.13 million in jewelry sets. As Prince William pompously gave the president a signed photographic portrait of Prince William valued at $888, the Saudi King sent $80,000 jewelry sets to Obama’s daughters.

Iranian Supreme Leader Sends Crucial Message to World Audience on Terrorism

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei released an important message to the world youth on global terrorism, including the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.
Here is the full text of the letter:
In the Name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful

To the Youth in Western Countries,
Today, there are very few people who are uninformed about the role of the United States of America in creating, nurturing and arming al-Qaeda, the Taliban and their inauspicious successors. Besides this direct support, the overt and well-known supporters of takfiri terrorism- despite having the most backward political systems- are standing arrayed as allies of the west while the most pioneering, brightest and most dynamic democrats in the region are suppressed mercilessly.
The other side of these contradictory policies is seen in supporting the state terrorism of Israel.

FLASHBACK- REPOST:France and Israël launch a new war in Iraq and Syria

Looks like somebody is planning to carve the Turkey and stuff it with a little bit of Syria and some Iraqi Pie for dessert and make a Kurdistan out of it!

- The third Syrian war (since the 20th November 2015) was initiated by certain members of the the same group, this time with the aim of creating a new state to the North of Syria and Iraq, in order to apply a stranglehold on the Arab states who are resisting Israël [6].

Having realised that it will no longer be possible for them to act against Syria, the organisers of the war agreed to reboot and continue the programme which had already led to the creation of South Sudan in 2012. This project corresponds to the plan by Alain Juppé (March 2011) and that developed by Robin Wright (September 2013), which anticipated that after having supported Daesh in order to create a « Sunnistan », it would be neccessary to create a « Kurdistan » [7].

More Civilians Killed by Saudi Airstrikes in Yemen's Sa'ada

The Saudi fighter jets bombarded the residential areas in Bani Moin region of Sa'ada, and took more civilian lives. Many people's houses were also destroyed in the Saudi airstrikes. The Saudi warplanes bombed an area in the province of Ta'iz on Sunday, killing at least 8 women. Reports also said four people, including 2 girl children, were killed in Saudi airstrikes on al-Jarda' in the capital, Sana'a. On Saturday, Saudi warplanes bombed the province of Ta'iz, leaving at least 12 civilians dead and 13 others injured. Saudi military aircraft also pounded other districts in the same province as well as the capital, Sana'a, though there were no immediate reports of casualties. On Friday, a woman was killed and several others were injured when Saudi warplanes pounded the Maqbanah district of Ta'iz Province. Saudi aircraft also dropped cluster bombs on Ash Sharijah district in the Yemeni Province of al-Bayda, but no reports of casualties were immediately available.

The army and popular forces also captured al-Rabou'a military base in Asir province and Nahouqa military base in Najran province. On Wednesday, the Yemeni forces pounded military bases in Jizan and Najran provinces with heavy artillery fire. The artillery units of the Yemeni army and Ansarullah forces hit Al-Fariza military base in Jizan, and Alib and al-Ash military bases in Najran province. The Yemeni missiles also hit the military hardware of Saudi forces in al-Rabou'a military zone. Also, the Yemeni forces seized control of yet another strategic military base in Saudi Arabia's Najran last Sunday, one day after they captured al-Shabaka military base in Al-Sharafa region in Najran province.

Who is Right in Syria? - An Analysis by Lawrence Davidson

In all of the bloodshed, population displacement and terror that has accompanied the Syrian civil war, the least-considered party has been the Syrian people and their future. Right now that vital ingredient can only be supplied by the reimposition of order by Damascus. The folks in Washington, Paris and Ankara might not like that, but they are not the ones facing a future of anarchy. And indeed, the more they stand in the way of Damascus, the more chaos they will help create.

UK could be prosecuted for war crimes over missiles sold to Saudi Arabia that were used to kill civilians in Yemen

Britain is at risk of being prosecuted for war crimes because of growing evidence that missiles sold to Saudi Arabia have been used against civilian targets in Yemen’s brutal civil war, Foreign Office lawyers and diplomats have warned.

Advisers to Philip Hammond, the Foreign Secretary, have stepped up legal warnings that the sale of specialist missiles to the Saudis, deployed throughout nine months of almost daily bombing raids in west Yemen against Houthi rebels, may breach international humanitarian law.

Webmaster's Commentary:

My question is, if the UK is successfully convicted of war crimes, who, please, goes to jail?!?

Because unless, and until the politicians who have decided enabling Saudi Arabia's military in hitting civilian targets in Yemen is "a good thing" are cooling their collective heels in the slammer, such a prosecution is merely sound and fury, signifying...nothing.

An Invisible US Hand Leading to War? Turkey’s Downing of a Russian Jet was an Act of Madness

It is all terribly dangerous and it is hard to predict where things will lead.

This outrageous shootdown of a Russian plane that was in no way posing a threat to Turkey or Turkish forces, will not end here, because Russia and President Putin cannot allow Turkey and NATO to so blatantly act against Russia and its pilots and go unpunished, particularly as it is Russia that is acting legally in Syria, while the US, Turkey and other nations backing rebel forces there are in all acting blatant violation of international law.

Unless saner heads start prevailing in Washington, this could all quickly spiral into the kind of situation in 1914, where a lot of ill-conceived treaties led to a minor incident in the Balkans turning inexorably into World War I.

Saudi Arabia Planning Mass Execution

Alarm at Reports That Saudi Arabia is Planning a Mass Execution

Two Saudi Arabian newspapers have reported that the kingdom is planning to execute more than 50 people convicted of terrorism, prompting alarm from human-rights group Amnesty International. The media outlet Okaz said that 55 people would be put to death for “terrorist crimes” that caused the deaths of 171 people, 100 of them civilians. A report on the Al-Riyadh website, now deleted, put the number sentenced at 52. Neither organization specified when the executions would take place.

Those scheduled for execution include alleged members of Al-Qaeda. According to Okaz (in Arabic) they are accused of plotting to topple the kingdom and attempting to carry out attacks using small arms and surface-to-air missiles.

Yemeni Forces Destroy Another Saudi Warship

Yemen's army and popular forces targeted and destroyed a Saudi warship in the waters near Bab al-Mandab Strait, the sixth Saudi vessel sinking in waters offshore Yemen in the last one month. The Saudi warship was targeted with Yemeni missiles in the coastal waters in the province of Ta'iz today. The sunken ship had repeatedly fired rockets at residential areas in Ta'iz province, inflicting casualties and destruction there. This is the sixth time that a Saudi warship is sent deep into the waters of Bab al-Mandab Strait by the Yemeni forces.

Did NATO Just Attack Russia, Or Was It Climate Change’s Fault?

I began this morning reporting on Britain’s next king saying climate change is partly responsible for Syria’s civil war, and his blaming the refugee crisis and civil war there on drought. In an exclusive interview with Sky News, Prince Charles waxes profoundly over the lost Copenhagen climate accord in 2009, and on far reaching strategies you probably never even dreamed of. Then the news came a Russian SU24 fighter/bomber had been shot down by Turkey, and the world turned over. As I type this Twitter, Facebook, and the digital media stream is inundated with a foreign policy horror story. All I can see is Vladimir Putin’s face as Jordan’s king spoke with him, and images of Mr. Obama’s “moderates” machine gunning a pilot before his parachute set down. PARIS & the City of ‘ISIS’: Major Occult Symbolism, Hypnosis & the Massive Psy-Op Now Underway…

....any time we’re told over and over again that something “has changed the world forever”, we’re best served to be suspicious. In regard to terror attacks, the only other time this mass psychological conditioning has occurred was with 9/11, which probably did change the world forever and which we were repeatedly *told* would change the world forever. Other terror attacks have simply been treated as precisely that: as terror attacks – 7/7, Boston, and others weren’t sold to us as ‘world changing’ or historic, but just as terrorism.

The 13/11 Paris attack seemed pre-packaged from the start as something much more important. This is mass psychological programming we’re witnessing right now; and everyone should pay attention so they can observe how it works.

The mainstream media all over the Western world was on virtual 24-hour Paris coverage for days. In the UK, BBC News 24 reported on virtually nothing else. On Sunday, I watched even the UK’s Channel 4 news do a one-hour news special from Paris, forsaking all other world news. It didn’t show or report on anything new that hadn’t already been reported on the Saturday, but seemed to exist purely to amplify the mass hysteria and sense of historic, world-changing drama.

France and Israël launch a new war in Iraq and Syria

This is a good article with a lot to digest!

On one hand, the French government is mobilising all its media in order to keep its population focused on the attacks of the 13th November. On the other, with Israël, it is launching a new war in Iraq and Syria. The objective is no longer to overthrow the secular Syrian régime, nor to destroy its army, but to create a colonial state straddling the border between Iraq and Syria, to be managed by the Kurds, in order to apply a stranglehold on the Arab states. The dream of an Israeli nation between the Nile and the Euphrates is back.

Presidents Putin and Obama concluded an agreement to destroy the Erdo?an family’s tankers, thereby putting an end to the petrol trafficking. On the same day, and for the first time in eighteen months, the US Central Command bombed the tanker-trucks in Iraq, while the Russian army destroyed a massive number in Syria [3].

The article was titled “The next step – a strike on Saudi Arabia?” and was packed with calls to launch air strikes against Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The author underlined the fact that after a series of terrorist attacks in Egypt and France, and the triumphant for Russia G-20 summit in Antalya, in the face of the paralysis of NATO’s forces, the time has come to execute the plans of launching massive strikes on military, infrastructure, energy facilities in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, that were allegedly “cherished for years”.

Nobody’s Fool: Paris Attacks Were Planned in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia's systematic ambivalence towards ISIL’s malicious doctrine has simple explanation. They have the same root, desperate to fight Iranian Shia "fire". ISIL doesn’t follow “Caliph Ibrahim.” It follows the House of Saud. “Caliph Ibrahim” is an expendable vassal. One dominant strand to the Saudi-ISIL identity pertains directly to Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab (the founder of Wahhabism). Under the Wahhabi-Takfiri doctrine, his followers (Saudi and ISIL) deem other followers of faith and Shia Muslims infidels as they honour the Prophets, the dead, saints and angels. Al-Wahhab says, “Those who would not conform to this view should be killed, their wives and daughters violated, and their possessions confiscated.” The deeply Wahhabist ISIL is doing exactly all this and more, all while upholding loyalty to the Saudi King's absolute power.

There are basically two ways to view the terror attacks in Paris: they were, either, as French President François Hollande says, “an act of war… committed by a terrorist army, DAESH, a jihadist army,” – or they were something else.

Given the fact that the fraudulent “War on Terror” is an Israeli construct dating back to the 1970s, the first suspect would have to be Israeli intelligence.
Why would they do that?
To advance the Israeli strategy known as the “War on Terror” – and destroy Syria in the process.

How would they do it?

Approaching Global Insanity

What's really at stake if the world gets conned again and gives in to USI, Israel & NATO, supposedly under the global silence of the UN will be nothing less than the conscription of every NATO “nation” into an all out and probably nuclear war, which will more than likely end in a nuclear conflagration which this planet cannot survive.

That 'war' will directly INVOLVE the lives of every man woman and child,
that is living on this planet today.

Every nation must close their borders, rise up and send back all the undocumented, to wherever they came from immediately.

If this is not done, together with OUTLAWING

every part of Political Correctness and Zero Tolerance,
in every country, then humanity and nature are equally doomed to die
a very ugly death and this will happen very soon, if the global public does not act!

The Saudis Are Stumbling (And They May Take The Middle-East Down With Them)

Using its vast oil wealth, it’s quietly spread its ultra-conservative brand of Islam throughout the Muslim world, secretly undermined secular regimes in its region, and prudently kept to the shadows while others did the fighting and dying. It was Saudi money that fueled the Mujahedeen in Afghanistan, underwrote Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Iran, and bankrolled Islamic movements and terrorist groups from the Caucasus to the Hindu Kush.

It wasn’t a modest foreign policy, but it was a discreet one.

Today that circumspect diplomacy is in ruins, and the House of Saud looks more vulnerable than it has since the country was founded in 1926. Unraveling the reasons for the current train wreck is a study in how easily hubris, delusion, and old-fashioned ineptness can trump even bottomless wealth.

Paris Shooting: 10 Ways It Looks Like A Hallmark False Flag Op

The Paris shooting of November 2015 which just occurred on Friday 13th November bears many of the telltale signs of a false flag operation. Now more than 48 hours later, we have some clues that the New World Order manipulators are up to their old tricks again – which are getting very predictable by now. Here are 10 signs that the Paris shooting is yet another false flag attack designed to scare the common citizen (in France and everywhere), demonize Islam, provide “reason” for Governments at G20 and around the world to waste more money and take more liberty fighting terrorism, provide justification for the French Government to increase surveillance, and provide France and NATO with an excuse to escalate violence against Syria.

Ansarullah: UN Draft Proposal on Yemen Crisis Flawed

Mohammed Abdulsalam said Monday that the UN proposal for a fresh round of negotiations between Yemeni groups only includes the mechanism of the talks and does not address the main crisis in the Arab country and the chief reasons behind it, press tv reported. Earlier this month, the United Nations special envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed said that the talks between members of the Yemeni Ansarullah Houthi movement and the government of Yemen’s fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi would begin by mid-November. However, the negotiations have yet not been held. The UN special envoy added that he was working with a team to "reach an agreement on the date... and the subjects that will be discussed within the context of the UN Security Council Resolution 2216". Abdulsalam said that the draft proposal does not include political solutions to end the conflict in Yemen. It also does not include the issue of elections or the fight against ISIL Takfiri terrorists.

French Colonial Dreams Linger On In Syria

RIVALRY AND OPPOSITION FROM THE START
When British troops under Marshal Allenby entered Damascus in 1918 accompanied by troops of the Arab Revolt led by Sharif Faisal of the Hussein of Mecca dynasty, French-British rivalry in the Middle East was already running at extreme highs. They were in no way resolved by the San Remo conference of April 1920 where the post-World War Allied Supreme Council met. It was attended by the four main non-US Allied Powers of World War I, represented by the prime ministers of Britain, France, Italy and by Japan's Ambassador K. Matsui.

This was the most important “turf war meeting” to divide up Class "A" League of Nations mandates for administering the former Ottoman-ruled lands of the Middle East. US participation was observer-only due to American deciders already setting apart the future Saudi Arabia as the USA's exclusive national zone of influence.

French politicians call on their government to reconsider its foreign policy, relation with Syria

Paris, SANA – A number of French deputies and politicians called on the French government to alter its foreign policy and correct its course immediately and reconsider its relation with Syria following the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.

Deputy Jacques Myard said that there’s a need for revising France’s foreign policy, particularly in Syria, voicing belief that France adopted an erroneous policy towards Damascus, asserting that France’s enemy today is ISIS and Al Qaeda, not President Bashar al-Assad.

How John McCain Wound Up Canoodling With Terrorists

Now, however, it’s time to debunk the "debunking," because the truth is finally coming out – and it’s worse for McCain than even Sen. Paul imagined. It turns out the frenetic Arizona warmonger met with members of the Northern Storm Brigade – the group that handed US journalist Steven Sotloff over to ISIS as he crossed the border into Syria.

McCain Poses With Alleged Terrorists -- Proof That Involvement in Syria Is a Bad Idea

AP
The photo of John McCain posing with terrorists and kidnappers in Syria encapsulates, perfectly, everything wrong with the position of McCain and others that the U.S. ought to insert itself into Syria's civil war.

It was revealed this morning that McCain, during his personal mission to Syria to meet with rebels, appeared in photos with Mohammed Nour and Abu Ibrahim, two members of the Sunni "Northern Storm" brigade, which kidnapped 11 Lebanese Shia pilgrims, who were on their way back to Lebanon, from Iran. The group is still holding nine of the hostages.

This should give everyone pause when it comes to ramping up support for the rebels by arming them.

Saudi Arabia’s Syrian adventures may soon be over

Reports of Saudi king’s possible visit to Russia indicate that Saudi Arabia’s adventurism in Syria is coming to a close.

According to the Russian presidential press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, the visit of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Russia is being worked out and agreed through diplomatic channels.

This shows Riyadh is ready to reach a ‘compromised solution’ on the Syrian crisis – a solution that may not be what the US seems to be attempting to achieve through its renewed engagement in Syria and Iraq and its (possible) policy of balkanization of Syria into different “safe zones.”

Paris Attacks: A Perfect Pretext For NATO To Mobilize in Syria and Iraq

To anyone who is really paying attention, the real agenda behind this ‘terror’ event in Paris – is a NATO-sponsored intervention in Syria and northern Iraq.

Also, for the time being, the following will now be buried: any talk of preserving privacy rights in the west, any debate on mass surveillance and bulk data collection, any vocal opposition against mandatory biometric ID’s in Europe, any criticism of Israel’s continued squeeze on the West Bank and East Jerusalem, the overdue Iraq War Inquiry in Britain, and of course – any political opposition to an increased western military presence in Syria, Iraq (and any where else).

The French Connection – False Flags and the Charlie Hebdo Incident

Naturally, the first operation that comes to mind is Gladio, the infamous NATO “stay behind” operations in Europe during the Cold War that utilized terror attacks and shootings in public venues (amongst other things) to later be blamed on leftist and socialist groups. Gladio thus represents the so-called “conservative” side of the dialectic running operations against the so-called left. The Aldo Moro incident in Italy, for example, involved a staged assassination of a socialist minister by a NATO-run Marxist front. NATO/Gladio operations have never ceased, as we see the same patterns at work in more recent false flags.

Grand Mufti of Syria: “Terrorism is a new ideological trend, has nothing to do with Islam”

Natural Born Murderers: US, Saudi Arabia Deliberately Targeting Hospitals

When a despotic regime like Saudi Arabia decides to become subservient to the United States, it's not because it wants to get a rocket to put a man on the moon to serve humanity; it’s because it wants to send as many innocent people as possible to their graves; more so, doctors, nurses and patients.
Medical facilities in the war-torn Yemen are being ‘deliberately’ attacked, with some 100 incidents reported since the Saudi-led coalition began airstrikes in March, the International Committee of the Red Cross said. http://english.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13940820001119

Saudi Russo Rapprochement Back on Track

The Saudis and allied Arab states were increasingly furious with Washington Mideast policy and with the US shale oil boom that was damaging the Kingdom’s lead role in setting world oil prices. The Obama Administration seemed to care less about Washington’s Mideast partner that had been a key ally since 1945 when King Ibn Saud in a fateful meeting with President Roosevelt granted the Rockefeller US oil majors exclusive drilling rights in the Kingdom.
