The first country where Barack Obama began his NATO propaganda tour was Greece. The US president's visit took place against the backdrop of mass protests.

It is very ironic that Obama is speaking about NATO defense in countries which have long been members of this alliance. This points to their disappointment with the practical work of the military-political bloc as well as the growing discontent with the growth of expenses tied to the anti-Russian campaign, the indefinite "Atlantic Resolve”, and the lack of measures to control migration flows.

In addition, Obama is trying to convince Europeans that his successor, Donald Trump, will not take any radical measures affecting the stationing of US troops in Europe and the reduction of costs within NATO. But it is likely that Donald Trump will in fact do so to fulfill campaign promises in the framework of the strategy of isolationism and to restore normal relations with Russia.

Webmaster's Commentary:

How can Obama presume to speak for President Trump? Unless his real private message to Europe's leaders is that Trump won't be President for very long, if at all!

Can Trump find enough fresh thinkers to do the job?

Trump’s Slim Chance for Greatness. Donald Trump must decide – and decide quickly – whether he wants to be a great U.S. President or a robo-signature machine affixing his name to whatever legislation comes from congressional Republicans and a nodding figurehead acquiescing to more neoconservative foreign policy adventures.

Or, to put it in a vernacular that Trump might use, does he want to be “Paul Ryan’s bitch” on domestic policies? And does he want to surrender his foreign policy to the “wise guys” of Washington’s neocon establishment.

The Donald Trump Cabinet: He Is Not A Masochist

He may temporarily forgive, but he does not forget. This rule of thumb has served him well in transforming his father’s multimillion dollar but fledgling real estate company into the multi-billion dollar international real estate powerhouse that it currently is.

So what gives in regards to the names of his Cabinet that are being floated around?

Mind you, some of the list below was gleaned from the New York Times, so a huge grain of salt should be taken before one delves into this analysis.

Standing Rock Sioux votes to expel rowdy pipeline protesters while weighing lawsuit against police

The Sioux are catching on.

By Valerie Richardson - The Washington Times - Wednesday, November 16, 2016
The Standing Rock Sioux tribal council has voted to ask a camp known for its militant anti-pipeline protesters to pack their bags while also preparing for a possible lawsuit against law enforcement.
The minutes from the council’s Nov. 1 meeting posted online this week show that the panel voted 10-0 “to ask Red Warrior Camp to leave,” an apparent sign of the tribe’s uneasiness with the increasingly aggressive tactics used by some activists fighting the Dakota Access pipeline.

The Real Reasons Why Corrupt Hillary Clinton Lost the 2016 Election – Jason Burack

Brainwashed, hardcore Progressive male and female Hillary Clinton supporters have flooded Facebook, Twitter, and are oozing out of social media into the streets, arguing that anyone who voted Trump is a misogynist, racist, sexist or a bigot. After not properly warning the American public about the 2008 financial crisis and then intentionally being biased for Hillary Clinton the entire campaign, the mainstream media should lose all or nearly all of its remaining credibility. Van Jones of CNN even said that Hillary Clinton lost because of “whitelash” from white, male voters.

What these PC people don’t like to talk about is that Donald Trump surprisingly did much better than many experts and talking heads predicted he would with Latino, African American and female voters and that Donald Trump was the first Republican candidate, since Ronald Reagan in 1980, to flip normally Democrat Midwest states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.

Obama Tries to Cover Tracks by Ordering a Mop Up of Jabhat al-Nusra Leaders

But when Trump surprised everyone by winning the recent presidential election, the Obama administration has started covering up its criminal activities in the remaining 70 days before the new president is inaugurated. Thus, the group that was engaged in a number of fishy schemes of the neocons over the years has found itself in the “to be cleaned up” list.

Pentagon knows the location of every hiding that shelters terrorist leaders, as it has been been repeatedly stated by US officials, however those hidings remained undamaged for years. Before Trump got elected a single successful operation was carried out that actually resulted in a Jabhat al-Nusra commander being killed, but it remains unclear whether this operation was carried out by the Russians or the Americans, which leads us to the conclusion that Washington is more interested in propaganda wars than in actual struggle against terrorists.

Concerns abound that Obama could declare martial law in the wake of George Soros-funded anarchists taking to the streets of U.S. cities and agitating protesters to step up their violence against Donald Trump’s presidential victory. The protests have been more violent each night since Wednesday. Others fear Obama could pardon legions of hardened criminals or even provoke a war with a foreign power.

What Stephen Bannon wants to do in Trump’s White House

Former Breitbart News executive Stephen Bannon is poised to play a significant role in foreign policy and national security in the Trump administration.

President-elect Donald Trump named the controversial Bannon his chief strategist on Sunday, simultaneously announcing that Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus would serve as chief of staff.

Bannon is best known for his domestic positions, particularly his populist nationalist views on trade and immigration. His detractors accuse him of trafficking in racism and anti-Semitism, which he denies; his defenders believe he has a rare gift for identifying and channeling the nationalist and populist energy building through America and around the world.

Less discussed is Bannon’s fascination with the military and global affairs. Sources who know Bannon say he’s likely be an influential adviser to Trump in the international arena.

On the campaign trail Trump frequently demonised Beijing, but questions have been asked whether his conduct in the White House will match his promises as a candidate.

Monday's conversation was "diplomatically impeccable and has bolstered optimism over bilateral relations in the next four years", China's frequently nationalistic Global Times newspaper said in an editorial.

The Numbers Show Trump Win NOT Due to Racism and Sexism

Clinton supporters frequently assume that Trump supporters are all racists and sexists.

But a higher percentage of Hispanics voted for Trump than voted for Mitt Romney or Bob Dole in previous elections. As USA Today notes:

But that margin [of Clinton’s share of the Hispanic vote], based on exit polling conducted by Edison Research, was smaller than the 71%-27% split that President Obama won in 2012. And it was smaller than the 72%-21% her husband, former president Bill Clinton, won in 1996.

The same is true with African-Americans. The Washington Post reports:

Trump actually performed slightly worse among white voters than Mitt Romney did. He did, however, perform better than Romney among blacks, Latinos and Asian Americans, making it more difficult to claim that racial resentment was the dominant factor explaining Trump’s support nationally.

Nov 14 11:26

Trump won because Clinton & her supporters refused to live in the real world

Liberals for Clinton spent this election doing three things that were entirely counter-productive and which now they should regret.

First, they ran a campaign which based itself less on issues and more on the fact that Trump doesn't appear to be a very nice person. Now, while this may be true and even seemed like a logical strategy at times (during p*ssy-grabbing-gate, for example), ultimately it's not how you win over or inspire people.

Second, instead of debating and engaging with people, a huge chunk of Hillary supporters decided anyone who didn't agree with them was a racist, sexist, uneducated waste of oxygen. In fact, their own candidate even appeared to back them up in this line of thinking by calling Trump supporters “deplorables.” Instead of sucking it up and realizing that their Trump friends had the right to an opinion – and were not necessarily racist and sexist – these overly sensitive souls ran off to their “safe spaces” where differing opinions couldn't reach them.

Why Obama Should Pardon Hillary Clinton

To assess the wisdom, legality and politics of a pardon, this is where to begin: The incoming administration already has its mind made up that she committed crimes and should be prosecuted. Given that, Obama shouldn't hesitate to pardon her -- even if she says she doesn't want him to.

Webmaster's Commentary:

As the final months of the outgoing administration wind down, President Obama will attempt to add achievements to his legacy such as the “greening” of Mexico City’s new multi-billion-dollar airport and the modernization of Mexican border crossings – that is, the ones leading into but not out of Mexico.

Designing dozens of schools and athletic fields in an Arab kingdom, assessing the deployment of “smart” street lamps in Central America, and devising a financing system to address climate change in Asian cities are projects likewise on the agenda as Obama’s second term draws to a close.

An independent White House entity, for example, intends to aid the Mexican state-owned authority overseeing construction of the new $11 billion Mexico City International Airport project known by the acronym NAICM.

Trump made such a promise during the second presidential debate against Clinton during a rhetorical duel that ended with Trump saying if he was president, "you'd be in jail."

"She did some bad things, I mean she did some bad things," Trump said, to which Stahl responded, "I know, but a special prosecutor?"

"I don't want to hurt them, I don't want to hurt them," Trump said. "They’re, they’re good people. I don't want to hurt them."

Soros-Funded Anti-Trump Protesters Rioting in Cities Across America: Fomenting National Crisis and Martial Law?

By Joachim Hagopian
November 14, 2016
Globalist investor in murder and mayhem George Soros is at it again, funding his MoveOn.org to organize post-election “sour grapes” protests around the country in response to underdog Trump’s surprising President-elect victory. Complicit crime partner mainstream media is having a field day deceitfully spinning these top down, billionaire driven demonstrations as a spontaneous, grassroots populist uprising against racist dictator Donald.

You're Afraid of Power, Not Trump

You aren’t scared of Trump the person. Trump has been on this earth for 70 years and other than a general distaste for him, no one ever feared for their life because Trump walked the earth. He could do what he wanted because he didn't affect your life. He had no control over you. What you fear is the power he now wields. What if government had no power over your personal life?

Tea Party leader shoots down RNC chair as Trump's chief of staff

A prominent Tea Party leader is warning Donald Trump not to choose RNC chair Reince Priebus as his White House chief of staff.

Reacting to reports that Trump is considering Priebus as one of his top two choices, Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund, said no “D.C. establishment insider” should be given keys to the Trump administration.

“On Tuesday, by giving Donald Trump the victory that stunned so many Washington insiders, the American people voted to change America,” Martin said in a statement published on Facebook late Friday night. “They voted to drain the swamp that is Washington.”

The contrast between Bannon and Priebus couldn’t be greater.

Priebus is a loyal party man with impeccable connections on Capitol Hill. He counts House Speaker Paul Ryan, a fellow Wisconsinite, as a close friend.

Trump loyalists: Priebus as chief of staff would be a disaster

President-elect Trump is poised to name a White House chief of staff as early as Sunday, but conservative groups that stood behind him all along are furiously mobilizing against a decision to tap Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, one of Trump's top two choices.

Voices on the right, many of whom stood by him during his toughest moments during the campaign, are up in arms over the possible selection of Priebus to become the top adviser and right-hand man to the incoming president.

People should never think of the Clintons as liberal or progressive, and that was just as much true for Bill as it is for Hillary. His record as President - apart from his embarrassing behavior in the Oval Office with a young female intern and his recruitment of Secret Service guards as procurers for women he found attractive on his morning runs - was actually pretty appalling. He, in his own words, “ended welfare as we know it.”

Dozens of pipeline protesters arrested in latest skirmish

The same people who are financing the Trump protests are behind these oh! so peaceful protestors aka domestic terrorists.

BISMARCK, N.D. — Law officers arrested about three dozen Dakota Access oil pipeline protesters in a confrontation Friday that also shut down a state highway.

The midday incident began after about 100 protesters confronted crews doing dirt work along the pipeline route where pipe had already been laid. Workers were safety evacuated, but protesters threw rocks, vandalized equipment, slashed tires on law enforcement vehicles, and used themselves and vehicles to block a county road and state Highway 6, according to Morton County sheriff’s spokeswoman Donnell Hushka.

Neocons Trying to Sneak Into Trump Administration

It’s a cliche to say that the cushiest positions of influence in any US administration go to figures who were seen to have brought something to the table during the campaign. Yet with the election of Donald Trump, a lot of high-ranking neoconservatives are expecting the exact opposite, figuring that they can step right into positions of power and influence despite openly campaigning against Trump.

Eight years ago, President Obama had a chance to change the warmongering direction that outgoing President Bush and the U.S. national-security establishment had led America for the previous eight years. Obama could have said, “Enough is enough. America has done enough killing and dying. I’m going to lead our country in a different direction — toward peace, prosperity, and harmony with the people of the world.” He could have ordered all U.S. troops in the Middle East and Afghanistan to return home. He could have ended U.S. involvement in the endless wars that Bush, the Pentagon, and the CIA spawned in that part of the world. He could have led America in a new direction.

Instead, Obama decided to stay Bush’s course, no doubt believing that he, unlike Bush, could win the endless wars that Bush had started. It was not to be. He chose to keep the national-security establishment embroiled in Afghanistan and Iraq. Death and destruction are Obama’s legacy, just as they were Bush’s.

Nov 13 09:14

For many years, the U.S. — like the U.K. and other Western nations — has embarked on a course that virtually guaranteed a collapse of elite authority and internal implosion. From the invasion of Iraq to the 2008 financial crisis to the all-consuming framework of prisons and endless wars, societal benefits have been directed almost exclusively to the very elite institutions most responsible for failure at the expense of everyone else.

NATO Panics As Putin Urges Trump To Force Alliance Withdrawal From Russian Border

While many in the media have speculated that the Kremlin had a hand in Wikileaks' procurement of hacked Podesta emails - something Julian Assange denied last week - and US intelligence services officially accused Russian government-supported hackers of interfering with the US election (providing zero proof for the allegation), the truth is that Vladimir Putin is delighted with the outcome from the US elections: not so much for Hillary's loss as that the sharp, neo-con wing in the Pentagon has been muted for the next four years.

Mayor, police chief urge Portlanders to avoid anti-Trump protests (live updates)

This guy is an idiot and a very weak man IMHO!

Portland Mayor Charlie Hales and police Chief Mike Marshman urged Portlanders to stay home instead of joining anti-Trump protests, saying they had been hijacked by people promoting violence.

Marshman said officers were locked in a "battle" with elements of the crowd. He said police had been targets of thrown rocks and fireworks, though no officers had been injured by protesters.

He also characterized Saturday's early-morning shooting of a protester on the Morrison Bridge as the type of incident police are trying to avoid.

Hales said residents should continue to patronize Portland businesses. He also urged Portlanders frustrated with the results of Tuesday's election to channel that feeling into support of liberal causes.

What Donald Trump Needs To Do

There has never been a better-suited and more experienced President when it comes to these issues...

Now that Donald Trump has been elected President of the United States of America, there are a lot of things he needs to do.

He has seen firsthand the unseemly underbelly of the various Deep State actors that have fought tooth and nail to both undermine and character assassinate him, as well as destroy him personally and professionally.

Set Congressional term limits
Hiring freeze on all federal employees (exempting military, public safety, and public health)
Create requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated
Renegotiate NAFTA
Withdrawal from Trans-Pacific Partnership
Allow Keystone Pipeline to move forward.......

I’m a Muslim, a woman and an immigrant. I voted for Trump.

This is my confession — and explanation: I — a 51-year-old, a Muslim, an immigrant woman “of color” — am one of those silent voters for Donald Trump. And I’m not a “bigot,” “racist,” “chauvinist” or “white supremacist,” as Trump voters are being called, nor part of some “whitelash.”

In the winter of 2008, as a lifelong liberal and proud daughter of West Virginia, a state born on the correct side of history on slavery, I moved to historically conservative Virginia only because the state had helped elect Barack Obama as the first African American president of the United States.

But, then, for much of this past year, I have kept my electoral preference secret: I was leaning toward Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Progressives Find ‘White Trash’ More Threatening Than Nuclear War — Paul Craig Roberts

Paul Craig Roberts

Earthjustice is the Soros funded group representing Standing Rock.
You folks better open your eyes and be very careful about who you support!

The American electorate’s preference for Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders has established two facts. One is that the majority of the American people do not believe the media presstitutes. The other is that only the “progressives” and “liberals” who inhabit the Atlantic Northeast and Pacific West coasts believe the presstitutes.

Earth Justice promises to hold Trump accountable. Trump who promises to end the threat of nuclear war with Russia and China, thereby doing more to save animal and human life than the entirety of the Democratic Party and environmental organizations, is going to be held accountable by an organization that allegedly is beyond politics and is dedicated to preserving animals from destruction.

This is Why I Voted for Trump After pulling the lever for Sanders in the primary.

The Greek word “apocalypse” does not mean “the end of the world.” It literally translates as “through the concealed,” or “revelation.” This election process has been truly apocalyptic, and the revelations aren’t uplifting. It was bound to get ugly from the very start. It was supposed to be a walk in the park for the Oligarchs: Jeb Bush (remember him?) and Hillary Clinton, two established pawns of the financial elite, a civilized and dainty contest devoid of content, focusing on stupid gender and race-based issues having nothing whatsoever to do with the needs of real people struggling to make ends meet in a lopsided kleptocracy dedicated to eternal war. Internal geopolitics was key – as in the Trump campaign rust belt strategy mastering geography, demography and the rudiments of class struggle to effectively shatter the much-vaunted Democrat blue wall.

White House: Obama ‘Hopeful’ Trump Will Not Prosecute Hillary Clinton for Political Revenge

The White House signals it is hopeful that President-elect Donald Trump will not prosecute Hillary Clinton, citing a tradition in America of not using the justice system to enact revenge on a political opponent.

Webmaster's Commentary:

What is going on here is that Obama has signaled that a pardon of Hillary Clinton is possible, but Obama does not want to do that because it would be tantamount to admitting Hillary is guilty as well as a black stain on Obama's legacy.

Yesterday I wrote that people rushing to blame Facebook for the election results were being ridiculous, and it generated a fair bit of discussion (much of it on Twitter). And this was before NYMag's Max Read went out and wrote an article literally titled Donald Trump Won Because of Facebook.

Ray McGovern’s Speech in Berlin Today in German and English

Ladies and gentlemen,

In view of the surprising election victory of Donald Trump, today’s vote in the Bundestag is of great importance.

There are very passionate warmongers in the U.S. Thank goodness, President Obama is not one of them. In my opinion, Donald Trump, like Obama, wants to end the armed chaos in Syria.

I believe it is quite possible that both – Obama as well as Trump – would prefer for the German government to avoid taking any steps to encourage the “hawks” in Washington. An extension of the Syrian war into a NATO war would be such a step.

In my opinion, a peaceful solution to the disaster in Syria is not possible without cooperation with the Russians. This cooperation will be more likely with Donald Trump as US-President than with Hillary Clinton.

Trump’s case against Hillary

"Everywhere I look, I see the possibilities of what our country could be. But we can’t solve any of these problems by relying on the politicians who created them.We will never be able to fix a rigged system by counting on the same people who rigged it in the first place. The insiders wrote the rules of the game to keep themselves in power and in the money.

That’s why we’re asking Bernie Sanders’ voters to join our movement: so together we can fix the system for ALL Americans. Importantly, this includes fixing all of our many disastrous trade deals.

Because it’s not just the political system that’s rigged. It’s the whole economy.

It’s rigged by big donors who want to keep down wages.

It’s rigged by big businesses who want to leave our country, fire our workers, and sell their products back into the U.S. with absolutely no consequences for them.

It’s rigged by bureaucrats who are trapping kids in failing schools.

It’s rigged against you, the American people.

TWITTER Erupts With Assassination Threats…

Twitter is exploding with people calling for president-elect Donald Trump to be assassinated. The Republican real-estate billionaire beat Hillary Clinton handily to become the next president of the United States, but that hasn’t stopped lots of people calling for somebody to murder him.

The Celebrities Who Vowed To Leave the Country (If Trump won. Need help with your bags?)

The question, however, now is how many of these provocateurs will be true to their word, especially in a world in which long-held conventions just got slammed overnight: how many of these so-called starts will make good on their promise?

Webmaster addition: We could house a lot of homeless Americans in those empty mansions!
