US State Department finds North Korea assassinated Kim Jong-un's half-brother with chemical warfare agent VX at airport in Malaysia, and imposes new sanctions

The US State Department has said that the North Korean government used chemical warfare agent VX to assassinate half-brother of Kim Jong-un in Malaysia in 2017

State Department says it has imposed additional sanctions on North Korea over the assassination.

An autopsy showed the banned VX nerve agent was found on Kim's face and in his eyes, blood, urine, clothing and bag

Webmaster's Commentary:

The key part that is missing is proof that the North Korean government had anything to do with this. The new sanctions are just another way to goad North Korea into a reckless action to ignite a war.
