Replaceable fingerprint identity

This product is a fingerprint substitute. It acts similarly to a band-aid for fingerprints. Contrary to the biological fingerprints you already have, it is fully replaceable and disposable. You could have a new fingerprint everyday either as a replacement for the fingerprints that have been stolen, or simply to prevent potential theft. They are unique and even harder to copy than real fingerprints.

Bill Whittles Response To The FBI's Decision Regarding the Queen

Well, I’ve been saying for a year now that if charges are not brought against Hillary Clinton then we no longer are a nation of laws. Today we received that confirmation.

From the earliest days of Eject! Eject! Eject! I have made it my personal policy to be as open as I can possibly be with you patriots who have honored me so much in the past. So here is the honest truth:

When I heard the news about Hillary Clinton this morning I was just numb. I had wondered whether or not the Justice Department would prosecute the case, but I had NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER that the FBI under James Comey would recommend criminal charges against this outrageous breach of law and national security.

'So Discouraging': Giuliani Says Comey Made 'Special Exception for the Clintons'

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani explained this afternoon why FBI Director James Comey made a "special exception" in recommending no charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server when she was secretary of state.

Giuliani, a former U.S. attorney who worked with Comey, said that Clinton violated federal statute 18 U.S.C., section 793-F by mishandling classified information on her unsecured server.

Netherlands doesn't want British bank bonus culture

The Netherlands may attract banks looking to leave London in the wake of the referendum on European Union membership but does not want to create a "British banking bonus culture" in the Dutch capital, Finance Minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem said on Tuesday.

The Netherlands imposed a 20-percent cap on bank bonuses last year, lower than a 100-percent cap set by the European Union in response to public outrage over excessive bank pay during the financial crisis

Russia gathers troops at Baltic military bases ahead of Cold War-style stand-off with Nato

Russia is assembling military forces in eastern Europe as it draws closer to a potential Cold War-style standoff with NATO in the Baltic states.

The Russian military has been mobilising troops, trucks and equipment to various bases around Kaliningrad, a crucial outpost between Poland and Lithuania, as well as sites further inland according to Reuters.

Servicemen have been seen working to increase security at important bases and further military radar systems are being constructed, in addition to Russia’s rumoured preparation of new missiles and anti-aircraft systems at Kaliningrad.

Russia says it believes its borders are under threat as NATO forces draw closer, with the increase in military activity likely to be a key talking point when NATO member states meet in Warsaw on July 8.

According to NATO strategists, Russia is layering surface-to-air missiles in Kaliningrad in an effort to block off NATO'S air access to the three Baltic states and areas of Poland.

Webmaster's Commentary:

WHAT "Russian aggression", when for months NATO has been building up caches of weapons, and adding troops, or rotating more troops into Eastern Europe?!?!?

Let's look at a map:

map of Kalinigrad and surrounding countries

Kaliningrad is the most westerly exclave of Russia, surrounded by Poland; Lithuania, and the Baltic Sea. The three Baltic states NATO claims Russia is after are Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia. Poland is crying foul at this buildup in Kaliningrad, but NATO members and beyond can only blame themselves for refusing to ratchet down tensions through reasonable, good faith negotiations with the Russian government.

But I am almost willing to bet one whole US cent on the following; the US and NATO are doing everything humanly possible to provoke a military response from Russia; and if Russia won't give it to them, look for some kind of a false flag to be blamed on Russia, and off we go.

TRADE DEFICIT WIDENS MORE THAN EXPECTED: EXPORTS WEAKEN, IMPORTS RISE

The US trade deficit with the rest of the world worsened in May to $-41.1 billion from $-37.4 billion.

Exports declined and imports rose. The latter primarily due to rising crude prices.

Contraction in capital goods exports shows declining global demand.

The May trade deficit was worse than the Bloomberg Econoday consensus estimate was $-40.0 billion and outside the entire range of $-40.5 billion to $-38.4 billion.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US no longer produces products that the world wants to buy; and our GMO foods are avoided like the plague, when they can be avoided.

The global economy appears to be choking up completely.

WORLD'S BIGGEST ASSET MANAGER DOWNGRADES EUROPEAN BANKS TO SELL, EXPECTS GLOBAL SLOWDOWN

Exactly one month ago we reported that BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, had downgraded global equities to Neutral, saying "U.S. valuations are elevated." The chief catalyst for that call was BlackRock's assumption that a summer Fed rate hike was imminent, something which now is assured won't happen for years. So overnight BlackRock shifted its attention, and this time sees Brexit as the downside catalyst du jour, one which for Blackrock is enough to cause it to trim its global growth expectations, as it now expects "a modest slowdown over the next 12 months."

More importantly, Blackrock also notes that since "there’s limited scope for monetary policy to reflate the global economy, however, and much-needed fiscal stimulus and structural reform progress looks unlikely over the coming months" it has in response "downgraded European stocks to underweight, with a negative view of the eurozone banking sector."

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Italian banks are flailing; Deutsche Bank was unable to pass the last Federal Stress Test; and once the floodgates of contagion are open, in the banking community, it is hard to see how the damage can be contained, once it starts.

WHY THE WAR ON DRUGS IS A HUGE FAILURE

Webmaster's Commentary:

The war on drugs has been an epic fail because it has been engineered to fail.

The little country of Portugal has been an absolute trail-blazer on this issue.

What they did was completely decririminalise small amounts of drugs for personal use, then urge counseling to get off the drugs; that approach worked, and continues to work today. Fewer kids are getting hooked, and it's all good.

Of course the intelligent, rational thing to do would be to decririminalise all drugs, and make them available by prescription, taking the profit motive out of the equation.

Of course, THAT...would be logical.

Washington Has Been Obsessed With Punishing Secrecy Violations — until Hillary Clinton

People who leak to media outlets for the selfless purpose of informing the public – Daniel Ellsberg, Tom Drake, Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden – face decades in prison. Those who leak for more ignoble and self-serving ends – such as enabling hagiography (Leon Panetta, David Petreaus) or ingratiating oneself to one’s mistress (Petraeus) – face career destruction, though they are usually spared if they are sufficiently Important-in-DC. For low-level, powerless Nobodies-in-DC, even the mere mishandling of classified information – without any intent to leak but merely to, say, work from home – has resulted in criminal prosecution, career destruction and the permanent loss of security clearance.

This extreme, unforgiving, unreasonable, excessive posture toward classified information came to an instant halt in Washington today – just in time to save Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations.

Hillary Clinton vs. James Comey: Email Scandal Supercut

Clinton’s credibility gap widens after FBI rebuke

Want to know why two-thirds of Americans do not consider Hillary Clinton trustworthy? Re-watch pretty much any public comment she’s made about her email use over the past 16 months and then watch James Comey’s speech yesterday.

The FBI director shredded so many of the talking points that the former Secretary of State and her top aides have used over and over again throughout this scandal, including that she never emailed classified material; that information in the emails was classified retroactively; that none of the emails were marked as containing classified information; that there were definitively no security breaches; that she turned over all work-related emails to the State Department; that the set-up was driven by convenience; and that the government was merely conducting “a security review.”

For Hillary Clinton’s Campaign, “Extremely Careless” Is a Soundbite to Celebrate

WHEN HILLARY CLINTON first acknowledged in March 2015 that she had indeed used a private email account — and her own server — to conduct official government business as secretary of state, it would have been hard to imagine that her campaign would 16 months later pronounce itself “pleased” that an FBI investigation concluded that she and her aides “were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Jul 06 09:08

Hillary Clinton on the Sanctity of Protecting Classified Information

In December 2011, Chelsea Manning’s court-martial was set to begin. None of the documents at issue in that prosecution was “top secret,” unlike the documents found on Hillary Clinton’s server. Nonetheless, the then-secretary of state convened a press conference to denounce Manning and defend the prosecution. This is what she said:

If his case goes to trial and he is convicted, Manning could face life in prison. The government has said it would not seek the death penalty.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton called Manning’s alleged actions damaging and unfortunate in remarks to reporters at the State Department on Thursday.

“I think that in an age where so much information is flying through cyberspace, we all have to be aware of the fact that some information which is sensitive, which does affect the security of individuals and relationships, deserves to be protected and we will continue to take necessary steps to do so,” Clinton said.

A Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey – taken last night - finds that 37% of Likely U.S. Voters agree with the FBI’s decision. But 54% disagree and believe the FBI should have sought a criminal indictment of Clinton. Ten percent (10%) are undecided.

Sixty-four percent (64%) of Democrats agree with Comey’s decision not to seek an indictment of their party’s presumptive presidential nominee. Seventy-nine percent (79%) of Republicans, 63% of voters not affiliated with either major political party and 25% of Democrats disagree with the decision.

Martin Armstrong: "James Comey Had No Problem Keeping Me In Prison Without Any Charges"

To indict someone, the criteria is supposed to be “intent.” Comey has used that to pretend there is no evidence that Hillary “intentionally” erased anything. Comey also stated that Hillary’s lawyers erased her emails using a keyword search program and they did not “read” the emails. He added that he would not recommend charges against Hillary or her aides.

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” Comey declared.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Comey is trying to justify not recommending prosecution because he has no evidence of intent to do wrong by Hillary. But Title 18 does not require intent. One can (and should) be prosecuted for exposing national secrets through carelessness and negligence, which Comey says Hillary did!

FBI just told us we’d be in bad hands with Hillary

FBI Director James Comey stood before the nation and issued a list of Hillary Clinton’s astounding wrongdoings Tuesday as regards America’s national security — and then said he was not recommending
prosecution because, in essence, what Mrs. Clinton did was “extremely careless” but not criminal.

As he spoke, I recalled F. Scott Fitzgerald’s peerless description in “The Great Gatsby” of a feckless wealthy couple: “They were careless people, Tom and Daisy—they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into . . . their vast carelessness or whatever it was that kept them together, and let other people clean up the mess they had made.”

AP FACT CHECK: Clinton email claims collapse under FBI probe

The agency's yearlong investigation found that she did not, as she claimed, turn over all her work-related messages for release. It found that her private email server did carry classified emails, also contrary to her past statements. And it made clear that Clinton used many devices to send and receive email despite her statements that she set up her email system so that she only needed to carry one.

FBI Director James Comey's announcement Tuesday that he will not refer criminal charges to the Justice Department against Clinton spared her from prosecution and a devastating political predicament. But it left much of her account in tatters and may have aggravated questions of trust swirling around her Democratic presidential candidacy.

A look at Clinton's claims since questions about her email practices as secretary of state surfaced and how they compare with facts established in the FBI probe:

FBI boss’ outrageous double standard in letting Hillary skate

The fix was in.

Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey painted a devastating picture of Hillary Clinton’s reckless lawbreaking with her emails and the damage it likely caused — but then recommended no charges against her.

When it comes to the Clintons, say goodbye to the rule of law.

Comey said the bureau looked for evidence that “classified information was improperly stored or transmitted” on Clinton’s personal email servers, in violation of a “statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way.”

Sure enough, his agents found plenty: 110 emails “in 52 email chains” were considered classified “at the time they were sent or received.”

That included eight “Top Secret” chains, 36 with “Secret” information and eight more that were “Confidential.” Another 2,000 were classified “Confidential” later.

Saxo Fears "Cascading Implosion" As Italian Bank Collapse Continues

The biggest theme emerging in the post-Brexit world is the evolving banking crisis in Italy which has actually been under way since the beginning of the year as the new non-performing exposure rules started to be enforced by the European Banking Authority.

UniCredit, Intesa, Monte Paschi, Banco Popolare, and UBI collectively had €119 billion in unprovisioned non-performing loans at the end of Q1 with UniCredit’s exposure being the critical piece in the overall European banking system.

The Italian banking system has around €400bn in total non-performing loans. The aggregate common equity among Italian publicly-listed banks was around €125B (as of the end of Q1) and around 75% of the uncovered non-performing loans.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is no way to ultimately limit the contagion which will most likely hit the US banking sector from this, because of the connectedness of financial systems world-wide.

Peak FBI Corruption? Meet Bryan Nishimura, Found Guilty For "Removal And Retention Of Classified Materials"

In a scandalous announcement, FBI director James Comey moments ago said that "although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information" and he gave extensive evidence of just that, "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." He added that "prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past."

What is shocking is that the FBI director was clearly ignoring the US code itself, where in Section 793, subsection (f),"Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information", it makes it quite clear that intent is not a key consideration in a case like this when deciding to press charges, to wit:

For Obama’s Secret Wars, the Record Suggests a Far Worse Reality

Targeted killings or assassinations beyond the battlefield remain a highly charged subject. Most controversial of all is the number of civilians killed in US covert and clandestine drone strikes since 2002.

When President Obama apologised for the accidental 2015 killing of US aid worker Warren Weinstein, he revealed that the US had kept the target building under surveillance for “hundreds of hours” – yet had never known there were civilians inside. Many of the women and children credibly reported killed by the CIA in Pakistan have died in similar circumstances – though few of their deaths have ever been conceded.

Then there have been the more shocking tactics employed by the CIA. There was the deliberate targeting of funerals and rescuers, again first revealed by the Bureau. And the widespread use of so-called signature strikes during the Obama years – the targeting of suspects based not on their known identities, but on their behavioural patterns.

Webmaster's Commentary:

NO public US agency has the right to lie to either the American people or the world, in terms of the real scope and breadth of these numbers; and if the American people do not, peacefully, protest extrajudicial assassinations abroad out of existence, we may well see "justifications" for practicing the process at home right here in this country.

And one has to speculate; are the perpetual extrajudicial assassinations creating perpetual war from which the US government and military will never be able extricate themselves, and is this, possibly, the goal?!?

As reported at globalresearch.com today:

It was revealed by the Intercept through leaked US government documents that civilians may account for as much as 90% of all casualties from drone strikes. In its first article in a long series detailing America’s drone operations titled, “The Assassination Complex,” it reports: …documents detailing a special operations campaign in northeastern Afghanistan, Operation Haymaker, show that between January 2012 and February 2013, U.S. special operations airstrikes killed more than 200 people. Of those, only 35 were the intended targets. During one five-month period of the operation, according to the documents, nearly 90 percent of the people killed in airstrikes were not the intended targets. In Yemen and Somalia, where the U.S. has far more limited intelligence capabilities to confirm the people killed are the intended targets, the equivalent ratios may well be much worse. And upon viewing the leaked Operation Haymaker documents, it becomes clear that America’s drone operations in Afghanistan have admittedly very little tactical value in eliminating specific “terrorists,” and the actual “benefits” noted amid these operations is instead the perpetuation of terror, fear and sociopolitical division in targeted areas, including among civilian populations. Considering these noted “benefits,” high civilian casualty rates of up to 90% makes sense. If the goal is to simply instill fear, it doesn’t matter who dies, just as long as someone does. First Priority: Smashing Resistance, Not Stopping Terrorists It should be remembered that nations like Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan are home to fiercely independent networks of localized tribes. These tribes, particularly in Yemen or Afghanistan, refuse to recognize the authority of US-installed client governments and their existence not only undermines central government authority, they pose a direct threat to its continued existence. This helps explain another aspect of America’s drone operations that have left the general public occasionally outraged but mostly confused. That is, the propensity of drones striking weddings. In Western culture, weddings are generally a family affair with little to do with the actual community they take place in. In traditional cultures like Yemen and Afghanistan, weddings are a central community affair. Beyond just friends and family, everyone from the community participates, with various local religious, educational, political and even military leaders attending or even presiding over the event. It is difficult to believe that drone operators would target a wedding even if a specific, high value terrorist target was present, understanding the full scope of collateral damage that would occur. In fact, in a 2013 speech at the National Defense University, US President Barack Obama would explicitly claim: And before any strike is taken, there must be near-certainty that no civilians will be killed or injured — the highest standard we can set. Considering this, it is likely such operations, certain to incur civilian deaths, are instead approved of for the specific purpose of obliterating the very source of a targeted community’s strength and independence, leaving local people reeling, leaderless and at the mercy of the central government Washington has installed into power. In other words, the US is not necessarily “hunting terrorists,” it is eliminating resistance to the political order it is attempting to reach into targeted nations with.

This is your government, gone completely mad, acting in your name and with your tax dollars, and completely unaccountable to We the People.

MEXICAN PRESIDENT DEMANDS U.S. MERGE WITH MEXICO, CANADA

Nieto is attending a North American leaders summit in Ottawa on Wednesday to push the years-long, globalist proposal that would combine the U.S., Mexico and Canada into a regional entity at the expense of U.S. national sovereignty, which starts with joint energy agreements.

?“The purpose of this visit is to renew our bilateral relationship, to give it new life, to find ways to advance the prosperity and competitiveness of North America,” Nieto said, with emphasis added on North America.
He’s not the first Mexican president to push the NAU; Vicente Fox also pushed the globalist plan, but he was so vocal about it, the Bush administration finally told him to keep quiet to avoid negative press.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, the President of Mexico is DEMANDING that the US join the NAU?!?

The President of the same Mexico rife with corruption, drugs, poverty, and the assassination of teachers, who desperately are trying to get better outcomes for their students?!?

As reported at commondreams.org on 22 June, 2016:

The Mexican government's deadly crackdown on a teacher's union protest has rattled the nation in recent days, as 200,000 doctors on Wednesday joined the ongoing national strike against President Enrique Peña Nieto's neoliberal reforms. Anti-government sentiment is mounting after police forces opened fire on a teacher protest in Oaxaca on Sunday, killing at least eight. Since then, two high level government officials from that state, Oaxaca Minister of Indigenous Affairs Adelfo Regino Montes and Secretary of Labor Daniel Gutierrez, have resigned in protest of the "authoritarian actions that repress and kill Oaxacan people who defend their rights and the government’s negligence to any possibility of dialogue," as Gutierrez put it.

Is Mexico really the partner with which the US government would want to align, given these horrific situations and the suppression Nieto has visited upon his own people, even to the point of assassinating Oaxaca's teachers?!? Were it put to a referendum of the American people, chances are, that they would say no, definitively; but such a referendum will never happen.

Such a partnership will not lift Mexico out of its current state of unrest and poverty; it will, however, drag the standards of living in both the US and Canada down to Mexico's level, which is precisely what the globalists want.

As evidenced by the Brexit, such a united economic and geopolitical entity is great for the one percenters, but in general lousy for working people living under the strictures of such a union.
