Trump: Dems "Can't Win On Their Terrible Policies" So They View Illegals As "Potential Voters"

President Trump said Tuesday that Democrats' main interest in opening our borders is importing voters because "they can't win on their terrible policies."

BREAKING: Inspector General Says Two More FBI Agents And Attorney Showed Anti-Trump Bias. Two Of Them May Have Worked On Russia Or Mueller Investigations.

On Tuesday, testifying to Congress with regard to the IG report revolving around the FBI and Justice Department’s handling of the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz revealed that the report had found that beyond FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page , two additional FBI agents and an attorney were discovered showing anti-Trump bias, and that two of the three were working on either the Russia investigation or the Mueller probe.

House Dems Use DOJ IG Hearing To Go After GOP For Child Border Separations

Democrats on the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees used a Tuesday joint hearing on the Justice Department Inspector General’s report to take the Trump administration to task for the current crisis at the border, where thousands of immigrant children have been forcibly separated from their parents.

“Are we really going to sit here, 70 members of a Congress of the United States of America in 2018 and have a hearing that just repeats the hearings the Senate had yesterday on Hillary Clinton’s emails?” an outraged Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), the ranking member on the Oversight Committee, asked his colleagues.

Gowdy scorches Comey in blistering opening statement at IG hearing

House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy scorched James Comey in a blistering opening statement at a high-profile congressional hearing on Tuesday, declaring “we can’t survive with a justice system we don’t trust.”

Gowdy kicked off the hearing featuring testimony from Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz on his review of the Hillary Clinton email case. The top DOJ watchdog is on Capitol Hill for the second day in a row to discuss the explosive report.

But Gowdy launched into Tuesday's session -- a joint hearing held by the House oversight and judiciary panels -- with a fiery condemnation of the former FBI director and certain agents in the bureau he led.

Referring to IG findings that Comey defied his superiors in his handling of the Clinton email case, Gowdy accused the ex-director of essentially operating by his own rules.

"We see Jim Comey and Jim Comey alone deciding which DOJ policies to follow and which to ignore," he said.

Israel’s invasion of the Arab capitals

An Israeli delegation will visit the Kingdom of Bahrain on Sunday, adding a new link to the chain of Arab normalisation with Israel. This is occurring at a time when Arab countries are being isolated from their national surroundings and depth, including the Palestinian Authority, which is suffering from a silent boycott as the PA President is in undeclared “isolation” because he rejects the “deal of the century”.

The delegation will participate in the UNESCO World Heritage Committee meeting. It is both strange to see, and unusual, that Israel’s participation in the meeting was announced in a local pro-government newspaper, Akhbar Al Khaleej. The newspaper quoted a Bahraini official in its reporting of this information.

France prevents Gaza-bound flotilla from docking in Seine

Police in France have prevented two boats from a Gaza Strip-bound flotilla from docking in Seine River, despite subjecting the vessels to extensive searches in advance.

The boats and two other vessels are part of the Freedom Flotilla, which is to set sail for Gaza in the hope of breaking Israel’s siege of the coastal enclave.

The river police confronted the vessels on Sunday as dozens of pro-Palestinian activists were celebrating the flotilla’s imminent departure and chanting “Stop the massacre of Palestinians.”

The honorary president of the France-Palestine Solidarity Association (AFPS) Taoufiq Tahani confirmed that the boats had undergone a thorough inspection.

“We were unfortunately surprised and didn’t know that Israeli waters now begin in the Seine (river) in Paris. That’s unimaginable,” he said sarcastically.

D.C. is full of psychopaths, new study says. See where your state falls on the list

It's not a joke. Our nation's capitol really is full of psychopaths - and your state might be as well, according to a new working study from Southern Methodist University.

The new analysis, which has not gone through full peer review but was published to the Social Science Research Network, ranked the 48 continental states and the District of Columbia by the psychopathic personality markers — or "traits" — of their residents.

“These results are the first estimates we have, to the best of my knowledge, on the degree of psychopathy found in each state," Ryan Murphy, author of the study, told Newsweek.

Murphy computed each state's ranking by building on a previous study that ranked each state based on each of the "Big Five" personality traits: agreeableness, extraversion, openness, conscientiousness and neuroticism.

IG Report Questions Why FBI Did Not Investigate Huma Abedin’s Emails During Hillary Probe

In its extensive report on the Hillary Clinton email probe, the Justice Department’s internal watchdog raised significant questions about why the FBI did not examine the contents of Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s private email accounts and did not seek to obtain Abedin’s personal devices to determine whether classified information was exchanged.
The report noted Abedin should have been a point of interest since the FBI obtained from other sources classified email exchanges between Clinton and Abedin that were missing from the 30,490 emails turned over to the State Department by Clinton’s attorneys. Clinton had claimed the remaining emails were not work-related.

Also, the report documented that the FBI did not go after Abedin’s emails or devices even though she was “the only State Department employee, besides Clinton, with an account on the clintonemail.com domain on Clinton’s server.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

The short answer is, because Abedin was, through her very close association with Clinton, another one of the "Untouchables", whose lives could not be messed with, without "major repercussions" (including, potentially assassination, as happened with Seth Richards) occuring.

And no one in this government, had, or has, the "guts" to go there.

Hillary fundraises off border ‘humanitarian crisis’

“Never let a crisis go to waste,” the Clintonista Rahm Emanuel once said.

Hillary Clinton is very concerned about what’s happening on the southern border, and despite not being a candidate for anything (yet), she wants Americans to give her money to do something about it.

The failed Democratic candidate for president sent a fundraising email this afternoon to supporters, asking them to donate to her organization so it can exploit the “humanitarian crisis” she says is being created by “Trump’s immigration policies.”

Southern Poverty Law Center's settlement with 'extremist' organization dings credibility

The Southern Poverty Law Center took a devastating hit to its credibility and reinforced its reputation for unfairly wielding the “hate” label Monday by agreeing to pay millions of dollars to an organization previously included on a list of “extremists.”

In a stunning settlement, SPLC President Richard Cohen issued an apology and agreed to pay $3.375 million to the British-based Quilliam Foundation and founder Maajid Nawaz after they appeared in a since-deleted 2016 journalists’ guide to “anti-Muslim extremists.”

The agreement, reached after Mr. Nawaz threatened to sue, prompted the center’s many critics on the right to reissue calls for media outlets and companies, which include Google and Amazon, to stop relying on the center for neutral “hate group” assessments.

Senate: Two-Tiered Justice System in FBI Clinton/Trump Investigations

Had Horowitz not discovered the anti-Trump texts between Strzok and Page, they would still be investigating the Trump campaign.

IG confirms his office is handling investigation into Comey’s leaking of personal memos to his friend and the New York Times.

There was a clear breakdown in the FBI culture, with senior agents being wined and dined by reporters.

Chairman Charles Grassley (R-IA) of the Senate Judiciary Committee outlined the stark double standard at Monday’s much anticipated hearing on the FBI’s handling of its investigations into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server for government business and the bureau’s highly partisan investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Grassley stressed, “most of the time, evidence of political bias is not so explicit. The details in this report confirm what the American people have suspected all along. Hillary Clinton got the kid-glove treatment.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is what thinking Americans have understood for a long time; in this country, a person can be convicted of stealing a loaf of bread to attempt to feed their families; high crimes and misdimeanors by the monied, however, are simply ignored, or dismissed.

"Justice" in this country, has become an absolute joke; it's all about "Just US!!", circling the wagons to protect their embattled leadership, which has hoisted on its own petard.

Surprise! Taxpayers Have Been Footing The Bill For Sexual Misconduct In Congress

It was called the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 - CAA.

The idea behind the CAA was to force Congress to abide by the same rules of workplace health and safety that private companies have to follow.

And one notable example was sexual harrassment; until the CAA was passed, sexual harrassment rules didn’t really apply to Congress.

Here’s where it gets crazy, though: the CAA established an agency called the Office of Compliance to adjudicate various workplace complaints.

And the law further directed the Treasury Department to allocate taxpayer funds to pay claims and damages resulting from such workplace complaints.

In other words, for nearly a quarter of a century, taxpayers have been footing the bill to settle monetary damages every time a member of Congress was caught groping an intern.

Hillary: Separating Families Contrary to Religious Values — Jesus ‘Did Not Say Let the Children Suffer’

Monday while speaking in New York City, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, said separating immigrant children from their families was contrary to Christianity.
She also called it “an affront to our values” as a nation.

Clinton said, “What’s happening to families at the border is horrific. Nursing infants being ripped away from their mothers, parents being told their toddlers are being taken to bathe or play, only to realize hours later they aren’t coming back, children incarcerated in warehouses and, according to one account, kept in cages. This is a moral and humanitarian crisis. Every one of us who’s ever been a parent or grandparent, an aunt, a big sister, any one of us who’s ever held a child in our arms, every human being with a sense of compassion and decency should be outraged.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

...and how many children in Yugoslavia, Libya and so on did you separate from their families...permanently - as in Dead?

13 Facts the Media ‘Pros’ Don’t Want You to Know About ‘Family Border Separation’

Trump’s Only Choice Is to Separate Illegal Alien Families
When an illegal alien crosses the border into the U.S., he is a lawbreaker, and, like any lawbreaker (including American citizens), he is put into the criminal justice system.

This is the law.

Obviously, when an illegal alien is in custody, he is housed in an adult detention center. For obvious reasons, it would be illegal for Trump to “reunite” this family by allowing children to live in adult detention centers.

Keep in mind that when we are this early in the process, we do not even know if this is a real family unit. It is not uncommon for illegal aliens (including criminals) to pretend the children they are traveling with are their own. They do so in the hope this special family status will result in them being released (this madness is known as “catch and release”) into America with nothing more than a court date — a date many never show for, most especially those with criminal intent.

DEMOCRATS NEVER CARED ABOUT IMMIGRATION DETENTION CENTERS WHILE OBAMA WAS PRESIDENT… SUDDENLY IT’S A “MANUFACTURED CRISIS” FOR POLITICAL GAIN

In what can only be described by reasonable people as pathetic political manipulation, seven Democratic lawmakers showed up at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility over the weekend and demanded access. The group of seven — New Jersey Reps. Bill Pascrell, Frank Pallone and Albio Sires, as well as fellow New York Reps. Jarrold Nadler, Hakeem Jeffries, Carolyn Maloney and Adriano Espaillat — made their obnoxious, unannounced visit on Father’s Day, of course, for maximum political effect.

Peter Strzok, FBI Agent in Texting Scandal, Will Testify Before Congress

Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who sent anti-Trump messages to a colleague while leading the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails and Russia’s involvement in the Trump campaign, has said he’s willing to testify before the House Judiciary Committee, or any other committee that wants to talk with him. This could lead to dramatic hearings, as Strzok could expose more information about those probes, and is central to President Trump’s effort to discredit Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Reports last week indicated that House Judiciary chairman Bob Goodlatte was preparing to subpoena Strzok as part of the House investigation into the FBI’s conduct during the 2016 election. Strzok’s lawyer, Aitan Goelman, said in a letter to Goodlatte released Sunday that the move would be unnecessary, as Strzok “intends to voluntarily appear and testify before your committee and any other Congressional committee that invites him.”

Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes and former president Balwani charged by feds with wire fraud

Elizabeth Holmes, the college dropout who founded the blood-testing company Theranos, and the firm's ex-president Ramesh "Sunny" Balwani were indicted Friday on criminal charges related to false claims they made about the accuracy of their much-hyped testing devices.

Both Holmes, who stepped down as CEO of the financially crippled company earlier Friday, and Balwani appeared in U.S. District Court in San Jose, California, for arraignment on two counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and nine counts of wire fraud.

Both Holmes and Balwani, who surrendered Friday to the FBI, were released on $500,000 bond each and ordered to surrender their passports at the arraignment, which was attended by Holmes' parents.

The indictment accuses Holmes, 34, and then 53-year-old Balwani of engaging in a multimillion-dollar scheme to defraud investors, and a separate scheme to defraud doctors and patients.

Why Can’t We Sue the TSA? (For assault, asks Ron Paul.)

If shutting down the TSA is too “radical” a step, Congress should at least allow individuals to sue TSA agents for assault. Anyone who has suffered unfair treatment by the TSA as a result of being put on the “troublesome passengers” list should also be able to seek redress in court. Making TSA agents subject to the rule of law is an important step toward protecting our liberty and security.

Horowitz Reveals That Comey Is Under DOJ Investigation Over Mishandling Classified Info

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz made a stunning admission during Monday Congressional Testimony that former FBI Director James Comey is under a separate and ongoing investigation over mishandling of classified information - when asked by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) about

Grassley: “Comey said he did not expect a report on his handling of classified information because, “That’s frivolous.” I don’t happen to think that it is frivolous. Question number one, Mr. Horowitz, are you investigating the handling of his memo and does that include the classification issues, and should Mr. Comey expect a report when it’s complete?”

Horowitz: “We received a referral on that from the FBI,” We are handling that referral and we will issue a report when the matter is complete, consistent with the law and rules that are–a report that’s consistent and takes those into account.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

One thing is crystal clear; the DOJ and FBI are not going to, willingly, fork over any information Congress wants with anything approaching speed, or urgency.

Trey Gowdy Promises DOJ and FBI Will Be Hit With ‘Full Arsenal’ if They Ignore Subpoenas

House Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) has a serious message for the Department of Justice and FBI: If they do not comply with subpoenas, they will be hit with “the full panoply of constitutional weapons” to get the documents they are demanding to see relating to FISA court abuse, which leads to the Russia probe, along with the hiding of incriminating Strzok-Page texts.

Gowdy issued the warning on “Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace,” where he explained that House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-W) lead a meeting with the DOJ and FBI officials Friday evening, where it was “made very clear there’s going to be action on the floor of the House this week if the FBI and DOJ do not comply with our subpoena request.” FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were among those in attendance.

Trump Announces Formation of Official SPACE FORCE

Vowing to reclaim U.S. leadership in space, President Donald Trump announced Monday he is directing the Pentagon to create a new "Space Force" as an independent service branch aimed at ensuring American supremacy in space.

Trump envisioned a bright future for the U.S. space program, pledging to revive the country's flagging efforts, return to the moon and eventually send a manned mission that would reach Mars. The president framed space as a national security issue, saying he does not want "China and Russia and other countries leading us."

"My administration is reclaiming America's heritage as the world's greatest spacefaring nation," Trump said in the East Room, joined by members of his space council. "The essence of the American character is to explore new horizons and to tame new frontiers."

When the inspector general’s report on the most corrupt law enforcement agency in human history came out Thursday, congressman Trey Gowdy said, “This is not the FBI I know.”

Trey Gowdy is from South Carolina. I’m from Massachusetts. This is the FBI I know, only too well.

Incompetent, mendacious, greedy, horny and, above all, thoroughly corrupt — this is the FBI in “War and Peace,” as the old radio show had it, although now it’s more in pieces, and its only war is against the constitution and law-abiding Americans.

'Crooked Hillary' and 'Slippery Comey': Horowitz About to Drop a Bomb – Analyst

The Horowitz report may explain the motivation behind Hillary Clinton and her associates relying so heavily on secret private servers, Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel told Sputnik, adding that the report is likely to trigger US voters' interest in the upcoming 2018 mid-term elections and 2020 presidential race.

"The biggest question likely to come out of the forthcoming Horowitz report is how many people at senior levels likely knew of mishandling of classified information by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her associates yet elected to give them a pass from serious investigation and prosecution?" asks Charles Ortel, Wall Street analyst and investigative journalist, who has been conducting a private inquiry into the alleged fraud of the Clinton Foundation.

FARRELL – IG Report Shows Obama Ran FBI Operation Against Trump

In welcoming Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch to his program, Lou Dobbs makes what may be his most understated observation of the year, that President Trump “has been very constrained with this Justice Department and FBI,” asking for his opinion on the President’s comments as to whether or not Comey should be locked up. Of course there’s no reason to stop with Comey or to exclude present DOJ and FBI leadership. [[WATCH VIDEO BELOW]]

Trump doesn’t want to tie his own hands by calling for Comey to be locked up, but certainly he’s labeling him a criminal, which the content of the IG report reinforces. Farrell notes that the report itself contains useful information as to the nature of some of the improprieties, illegalities and potential illegalities that occurred. He says, “It’s weak, it loses its horsepower when it comes to recommendations. It’s a standard IG cover up document from that perspective, it’s not hard-hitting.”

Never too late to ‘Audit the rail’

The state of Honolulu’s rail project has become so problematic that even a board member for Honolulu Area Rapid Transportation (HART) is asking to press the pause button.

But that’s not all.

The Grassroot Institute recently obtained a letter (see full letter here) written by HART board member John Henry Felix to HART Chairman Damien Kim in which he also urged the board to call for a forensic audit.

This is something we have been saying for more than a year.

It’s an open secret that HART is plagued by cost overruns, that there are major questions about where the money has gone, and that there’s reason to question whether the rail will ever be self-sufficient.

The public has long since lost faith in the rail. Greater transparency could help restore confidence in the project, but we have yet to see an audit that has not compromised in some way.

Audi CEO Arrested As Diesel-Emissions Scandal Spreads

Munich prosecutors have arrested Audi CEO Rupert Stadler, also a member of parent company Volkswagen's board, on concerns he might try to suppress evidence, in what is the highest-profile arrest of a Volkswagen executive since the diesel emissions scandal exploded into public view nearly three years ago.

The arrest comes a month after Audi admitted that another 60,000 A6 and A7 models with diesel engines could have "software emissions issues," and more than two months after Volkswagen CEO Matthias Mueller stepped down and was replaced by Herbert Diess, formerly the CEO of the company's core VW unit, according to the BBC.

FLASHBACK - How Bush's grandfather helped Hitler's rise to power

George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.
The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

His business dealings, which continued until his company's assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.

The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator's action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

The Death of Independence

The inevitability of a decent into despotism, built into the structure of Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution, commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause, has proven true. It establishes that the federal constitution and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions.

Insatiable appetites and lust for power marks the ascendency of legislative, bureaucratic and judicial careers throughout the three branches of central government. Incrementalism and deception has evolved into open defiance and unfettered arrogance. The political class pretends that partisan parties actually offer loyal opposition, when both are camouflaged versions of the same vermin. As likely that cockroaches will inherit the earth, it is more certain that parasitic politicians steal the hopes and dreams of citizens, while destroying any chance for the common-man to have a future worth living.
