This nuclear power plant has been dubbed California’s Fukushima | WHAT REALLY HAPPENED

This nuclear power plant has been dubbed California’s Fukushima

According to a PG&E Diablo Canyon operator, "Diablo Canyon Power Plant is a safe, clean, reliable and vital energy resource for California and a significant economic engine for the Central Coast. The plant provides low-cost, carbon-free electricity for more than three million people and ensures that PG&E delivers some of the cleanest energy in the nation to its customers."

Webmaster's Commentary:

They said the same thing about the power station at Fukushima.

They said the same thing about the power station at Three Mile Island.

They said the same thing about the power station at Chernobyl.

And if I recall correctly, PG&E was the company that assured the people of Hinkley, California that the hexavalent chromium contaminating their ground water was actually a totally different and harmless chemical. PG&E's lie was eventually exposed and PG&E had to eventually pay $333 million to cover the medical bills of all the people they had made sick.

So I would be very cautious about any safety claims made by PG&E!
