CHARTER BUS FULL OF DEMOCRATIC CONGRESSMEN FORCED TO TURN AROUND AFTER TRUMP CANCELS TRIP

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and a select group of congressional Democrats were boarded on a military charter bus bound for Andrews Air Force Base to catch a military charter jet to Europe were forced to turn around Thursday when President Donald Trump officially postponed the trip.

Trump sent a letter to Pelosi informing her that she would not be allowed to use military aircraft to travel due to the government shutdown and instead suggested Pelosi fly commercial. It reads:

Due to the shutdown, I am sorry to inform you that your trip to Brussels, Egypt and Afghanistan has been postponed. We will reschedule this seven-day excursion when the shutdown is over. In light of the 800,000 great American workers not receiving pay, I am sure you would agree that postponing this public relations event is totally appropriate.

25 Years Ago an Agreement on the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons in Ukraine Was Signed

On January 14th 1994 in Moscow the presidents of Ukraine, Russia, and the US signed the tripartite declaration for the liquidation of nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Under the treaty 176 intercontinental missiles and 1500 nuclear warheads on the territory of Ukraine had to be liquidated.

One might ask what has Donbass got to do with this?

Eight House Democrats Break From Pelosi on Wall Funding

As House Speaker Nancy Pelosi continues to deny President Trump border-wall funding that would end the ongoing government shutdown, eight House Democrats broke ranks with leadership Wednesday by voting against an amendment that would deny funding.

The amendment still passed 230-197, but here are the Democrats who voted against it:

New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi, South Carolina Democratic Rep. Joe Cunningham, Oklahoma Democratic Rep. Kendra Horn, New Jersey Democratic Rep. Andy Kim, Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Conor Lamb, Minnesota Democratic Rep. Colin Peterson, Michigan Democratic Rep. Elise Slotnik, and New Jersey Democratic Rep. Jeff Van Drew.

"It's A Reunion For People Who Broke The World": Author Explains Why Davos Should Be Cancelled

Paris is burning, a large chunk of the US federal government is shut down and Britain is careening toward a delay of Article 50 - or possibly a second referendum - as the Brexit process descends into chaos, calls for the World Economic Forum to cancel its annual conference in Davos, a notorious rendezvous for the world's financial and political elite, are growing louder. Particularly after Donald Trump, Emmanuel Macron and now Theresa May have all decided to skip the conference this year to attend to their respective crises.

US media intensify pretext for ousting Trump

It’s no secret that since his election in 2016, powerful elements in the US political and media establishment have been running a non-stop campaign to remove Trump from the White House. Lately, the stakes have been raised.

Spearheading the media effort to defenestrate Trump are the New York Times and Washington Post. Both have been prominent purveyors of the “Russiagate” narrative over the past two years, claiming that Republican candidate colluded with Russian state intelligence, or at least was a beneficiary of alleged Russian interference, to win the presidency against Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
Congressional investigations and a probe by a Special Counsel Robert Mueller, along with relentless media innuendo, have failed to produce any evidence to support the Russiagate narrative.

Too Late to Buy a Yellow Vest?

An urgent alert to all Americans: Prepare for emergency action in the 3D world.

New information has come to light that indicates the “final solution” of the globalist agenda to destroy America and enslave its citizens is drawing near.

The entire corporate-run media is a fact-free mental poisoning operation that fabricates fake news on a daily basis to lie about vaccines, GMOs, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and everything else that’s poisoning your body and mind. The lies about President Trump go even beyond the “usual” lies, consisting of wholly fabricated delusions about Russia that utterly lack any shred of evidence or factual basis. The New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, BuzzFeed and all the rest are committing orchestrated treason against America, and they’re following orders from a rogue branch of the CIA which has, for decades, specialized in toppling foreign regimes and installing political puppets as “leaders.”

New US Intelligence Study: China "Already Leads The World” In Key Weapons Technologies

A newly released Pentagon unclassified intelligence report authored by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) comes to some shocking and alarming conclusions concerning China's rapid advances in advanced military technology in answer to the question: "What are Beijing's strategic intentions?"

The report finds that as a result of “acquiring technology by any means available” — especially in the areas of naval and missile systems, including intermediate range missiles and hypersonic weapons, capable of allowing missiles to travel at many times the speed of sound — China's defense tech is not only at the cutting edge but “In some areas, it already leads the world.”

It Happened Again: DEA Agent In Colombia Stole Millions, Hosted Yacht Parties With Hookers

Instead of fighting cartel criminals in Colombia, one US narcotics agent has been implicated in a multi million dollar money laundering scheme involving them. Jose Irizarry, a once heralded DEA agent, is now accused of conspiring with an informant to launder more than $7 million in drug money, sometimes using an underground network called the black market peso exchange, according to a new report by AP.

Officials who spoke about the case called it "one of the biggest black eyes in the history of the DEA", which has been plagued with scandals over the last few years. They also believe that the case could compromise undercover operations that are ongoing in South America and in the United States.

Watchdog Slams US Missile Defense Review as 'Threat' to Global Nuke Deterrence

The 2019 Missile Defense Review advocates destabilizing policies that the United States should reject and concentrate instead on negotiating strategic stability with Russia and China, the Arms Control Association (ACA) said in a new paper.

"[T]he United States should pursue wide-ranging dialogues with Russia and China on strategic stability, including the impact of missile defense, and forswear particularly destabilizing steps, such as pursuing space-based interceptors," the ACA said in the paper that was published on Thursday.

The Trump administration should also scrap the testing of SM-3 Block IIA interceptors against intercontinental ballistic missiles, the paper, "Trump’s Dangerous Missile Defense Buildup," said.

Trump 'startled' to learn his attorney general pick Bill Barr was best friends with Robert Mueller and moaned to aides after confirmation hearing that he didn't realize they worked closely

Donald Trump was 'startled' after watching William Barr's attorney general confirmation hearing on Tuesday, after the 68-year-old spoke about his tight friendship with Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

The president complained to his aides that 'he didn't realize how much their work overlapped or that they were so close' when he nominated him, according to CNN.

After watching Barr speak at the Senate Judiciary Committee, POTUS was caught 'off-guard' and 'bristled' as he had to listen to details of their history but he later calmed himself by putting their familiarity with each other purely down Washington business.

Let’s Expose Congress Members for the Warhawks They Are

As the nation continued to reel from President Donald Trump’s shock decision last month to remove all U.S. troops from Syria, news came Wednesday that an unknown number of US soldiers were among at least 15 killed in a bombing in northern Syria. Amid such continued violence, one would think the president’s withdrawal would have ever more urgency. And yet, just about everyone in Washington has attacked his decision to pull out.

The reflexive hatred for Trump that dominates the national conversation is bad for the US, especially when it comes to foreign policy. This is not to say that the president isn’t a flawed figure; after all, I’ve spent the better part of two years critiquing most of his policies. Still, when the man demonstrates prudent judgment—as in his recent calls to pull US troops out of Syria and Afghanistan—he should be applauded. But that’s unlikely to happen in a divided America, as long as an interventionist, bipartisan consensus runs the show in Washington.

TRUMP’S NIGHTTIME TRIP TO IRAQ CONFIRMS THE DEBACLE

What better proof of the Iraq debacle than President Trump’s middle-of-the-night trip to that country at Christmastime to visit U.S. troops who are still occupying the country some 15 years after the Pentagon and the CIA invaded?

The U.S. national-security establishment has had a decade-and-half to bring its federally planned paradise into existence. From the very first day of the U.S. conquest of Iraq, a country that had never attacked the United States, the Pentagon and the CIA wielded total control over the country, being able to install whatever type of regime they wanted, with no pesky constitutional restraints to inhibit whatever they wanted to do.

Israel Must Accept that the U.S. Will No Longer Police the Middle East

It is possible to understand the almost hysterical reactions among members of the Israeli political establishment and its media outlets to President Donald Trump’s decision to evacuate 2,000 American soldiers from Syria.

The Americans have betrayed the Kurds! This was a win for Iran and a victory for Russia! It would lead to the disintegration of Syria and to chaos in the Middle East! Israel would now be left alone without American protection! And, hey, we told you long ago that deep in his heart the Donald is an anti-Semite!

After all, the political decisions in the capital of the American Empire could affect the status of Israel and the other Middle Eastern provinces. Even the French are concerned, not to mention the strategic geniuses at the Pentagon, the State Department, and the other centers of power of American foreign and defense policy — including retired Secretary of Defense James Mattis.

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL’S TROUBLING COLLABORATION WITH UK & US INTELLIGENCE

SOURCE: MINT PRESS

Amnesty International, the eminent human-rights non-governmental organization, is widely known for its advocacy in that realm. It produces reports critical of the Israeli occupation in Palestine and the Saudi-led war on Yemen. But it also publishes a steady flow of indictments against countries that don’t play ball with Washington — countries like Iran, China, Venezuela, Nicaragua, North Korea and more. Those reports amplify the drumbeat for a “humanitarian” intervention in those nations.

Amnesty’s stellar image as a global defender of human rights runs counter to its early days when the British Foreign Office was believed to be censoring reports critical of the British empire. Peter Benenson, the co-founder of Amnesty, had deep ties to the British Foreign Office and Colonial Office while another co-founder, Luis Kutner, informed the FBI of a gun cache at Black Panther leader Fred Hampton’s home weeks before he was killed by the Bureau in a gun raid.

MALAYSIA TO GOLDMAN: PAY US $7.5 BILLION AND WE WILL DROP 1MDB CHARGES

The Malaysian government has a message for Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon: Your disingenuous, blame-deflecting apology for Goldman's role in one of the biggest financial frauds ever perpetrated in Asia isn't going to cut it.

According to Bloomberg, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng told reporters on Friday that Malaysian prosecutors might consider dropping the criminal charges brought last month against the bank, several Asian subsidiaries and two of its employees (who have also been indicted in the US) if the bank agrees to pay back the total amount that the Malaysian government believes was looted during the fraud.

Don’t Put Robots in Charge of the Internet

Last year, YouTube’s Content ID system flagged Sebastian Tomczak’s video five times for copyright infringement. The video wasn’t a supercut of Marvel movies or the latest Girl Talk mashup; it was simply ten hours of machine-generated static. Stories like Tomczak’s are all too common: Content ID even flagged a one-hour video of a cat purring as a likely infringement.

But those are only a small glimpse of a potential Internet future...

MONSANTO/BAYER MOVING TO GENOME EDIT FRUITS AND MORE

Not surprising, Monsanto, today hidden behind the Bayer logo, as the world leader in patented GMO seeds and the probable carcinogenic Roundup herbicide with glyphosate, is attempting to quietly patent genetically modified or GMO varieties of fruits using controversial gene-editing. The “beauty” of this for Monsanto/Bayer is that in the USA, according to a recent ruling by the US Department of Agriculture, gene-edited agriculture needs no special independent testing. The developments are not good for human health or safety, nor will it do anything to give the world better nutrition.

ZIMBABWE CUTS INTERNET AMID CRACKDOWN

Zimbabwe has blocked Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp messaging amid a deadly crackdown on days of violent protests.

A coalition of local human rights groups says at least 12 people have been killed and many more beaten and tortured by security forces this week.

The Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum accused the authorities of cutting off the internet "to mask the massive human rights violations".

The protests were sparked on Monday by a sharp rise in the price of fuel.

Despair, anger and anxiety in Zimbabwe's fuel queue
The government has blamed the opposition and political rights groups for the protests, which has seen riot police clashing with protesters in the capital, Harare, and the southern city of Bulawayo after they lit fires and blocked roads using rocks.

A green-card holder voted illegally 3 times in NC. The judge scolds election officials.

Hyo Suk George lived legally in the United States for nearly 20 years before she voted in her first election, coaxed to cast her ballot by an enthusiastic town council member at church.

To register, she presented a green card, Social Security number and driver’s license — proof enough for the elections officials in Columbus County — then voted in 2008, 2010 and 2016.

But on Thursday, George, 70, faced charges of illegal voting from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, for which she might have spent six months in prison. Instead, U.S. District Court Judge Terrence Boyle chastised the elections board in Whiteville, letting George go with a $100 fine.

‘SOMEONE WILL MAKE MONEY BY STOKING FEARS’ – RON PAUL ON NEW US MISSILE DOCTRINE

The new US missile defense strategy is a boondoggle for the military-industrial complex, which will drive the US into more debt and can bring misery upon multiple nations by fueling an arms race, ex-US Congressman Ron Paul said.
Plans to weaponize space with a new layer of sensors unveiled by Trump as part of his administration's Missile Defense Review is an unnecessary and hard-to-implement project that is sure to enrich the military-industrial lobby, Paul told RT.

"The biggest issue here is someone is going to make a lot of money on it. It reminds me of Star Wars. They've never really developed it, but people got excited about it," Paul said, drawing parallels between President Donald Trump's new endeavor and former President Ronald Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative program.

Webmaster's Commentary:

President Trump has truly devolved into the borg of America's military/industrial complex; for him, resistance was, and is, futile, courtesy of the marvelous support for him, by this industry, due to soaring profits from these never-ending wars.

WATCH: Innocent Marine Vet Falsely Arrested, Brutally Strip Searched in Horrific ‘Punishment’

A disturbing video has been released as part of a lawsuit against the LaSalle County Sheriff’s office showing deputies throw an apparently innocent woman to the ground before stripping off all of her clothes. Zandrea Askew, a former sergeant in the Marine Corps says she was “humiliated, degraded and dehumanized” and the video backs her up.

The lawsuit was filed this week in federal court and it alleges false arrest, abuse, and horrifying treatment by deputies. According to the lawsuit, Askew was sitting in her parked car when two LaSalle County sheriff’s deputies stopped and questioned her. During the stop, deputies demanded that Askew undergo field sobriety tests, despite not committing any traffic violations or being involved in an accident.

FBI REFUSES TO DISCUSS DETENTION OF AMERICAN IRANIAN TV ANCHOR MARZIEH HASHEMI

The U.S. Justice Department and FBI continue to refuse to comment on the jailing of Marzieh Hashemi, a documentarian and news anchor on Iran’s English language station, Press TV.

The 59-year-old Hashemi, born Melanie Franklin in New Orleans, is an American citizen. She was in the U.S. filming a documentary on Black Lives Matter and visiting family when the FBI suddenly arrested her.

Hashemi is being held in Washington DC’s Correctional Treatment Facility. According to a Department of Corrections worker, she is in court now, but phone calls to DC district courts failed to find her.

Hashemi was held 48 hours before being allowed to contact her family. She has complained of ill-treatment. Authorities forcibly removed her headscarf and took her away in handcuffs.

Her son says he was told that she is being held as a “material witness.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

One has to wonder to what end the FBI is holding this woman, and what kind of "confession" she is supposed to give, to enable Americans to do their "2 minutes of hate" appropriately, against her adopted country.

And she is allegedly a "material witness"; to WHAT, please, that she has been treated with all the execrable brutality the American Police State can offer?!?

This reeks of set up.

A Manifesto For A ‘Deplorable’ Party

The “deplorables” now include vast swaths of citizenry around the world: everyone who voted for Trump in the U.S. (and all those who haven’t virtue-signaled their contempt for everyone who voted for him); everyone who voted for Brexit in the U.K. (and all those who haven’t virtue-signaled their contempt for everyone who voted for Brexit), and more recently, everyone who wears a yellow vest in France, and everyone who has yet to virtue-signal their contempt for the yellow vest dissenters.

So why not establish a political party for the “deplorables,” one whose sole aim is to reveal the facts of the matter and let the consequences manifest?Longtime correspondent Simon Hodges has penned a proposed Manifesto for just such a ‘Deplorable’ Party, which is published here in its entirety.

Poverty rate in Gaza exceeds 80%

The General Federation of Palestinian Trade Unions (PGFTU) warned yesterday that the poverty rate in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 80 per cent.

The federation warned that both poverty and unemployment rates have reached unprecedented levels in the Gaza Strip, with poverty exceeding 80 per cent. Meanwhile, unemployment rates have reached more than 54.9 per cent in the besieged enclave, both of which are serious indicators of the deteriorated economic situation in Gaza.

The number of unemployed persons has reached more than 295,000 during the year 2018, it explained.

Israel minister calls to expel international observers from Hebron

Israel’s Security Minister Gilad Erdan has called for international observers to be expelled from Hebron.

Erdan yesterday sent a letter to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, demanding that he end the mandate of the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH), in the south of the occupied West Bank.

According to the Jerusalem Post, Erdan claimed that the mission is “hostile to Israel rather than a neutral force, and is harmful to both the Israeli soldiers stationed in Hebron and the [illegal] Jewish settlers that live there”. Erdan reportedly gave Netanyahu a secret police report “with data to back up his assertion”.

Responding to attorney Navot Tel-Zur’s letter, Mendelblit’s aide, Gil Limon, “wrote that work on the cases won’t be influenced by the election”.

However, he added, Mendelblit would meet with Tel-Zur early next week, “so you can explain your client’s position about the timing” of the decision “in greater depth”.

According to reports, the Attorney General is expected to issue his decision next month.

Russia and Israel discuss ways to prevent troop friction in Syria

Officials of the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) have announced that they have held a series of meetings with a delegation of senior Russian army officers to discuss ways to improve relations between their troops and prevent friction. The IDF released the news via Twitter on Thursday, reported Anadolu. Although it was not specified, the meetings are believed to have taken place in Israel.

“The IDF Operations Brigade Commander, Brigadier General Yaniv Asor, presided over the meetings held by high-ranking military staff of the two armies,” said the statement. “They discussed the development and improvement of the friction prevention mechanism on the northern front, as well as the Israeli army activities against Iranian positions and Hezbollah militarisation in Syria.”

The IDF added that “understandings” have been reached. The two sides agreed to continue the dialogue.

FACEBOOK IS NOW CENSORING TALK ABOUT POLITICS AND RELIGION AT WORK

It's not just social media users that are being censored, now its social media employees.

According to a new report by Business Insider, citing an internal company memo, Facebook is now telling its employees what they can, and can't, talk about at work.

Business Insider reviewed an internal company memo where Facebook's CTO claims to have put together "a set of ground rules for open and respectful communication at work, and a central moderation model."

The memo states: "We're keeping it simple with three main guidelines: Don't insult, bully, or antagonize others. Don't try to change someone's politics or religion. Don't break our rules about harassing speech and expression."

Facebook uses Workplace, an app that allows chat, for internal communication. Employees use it for work related projects, but also occasionally for small talk. The app is targeted as the main area where these new rules will apply.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This "Facebookification" of standard language, which is about to become the "norm" in office communications, reminds me why I am so happy to be an independent, with what I do, professionally.

"STAR WARS" RETURNS: US MILITARY TO DEVELOP SPACE-BASED MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM

In what looks to be a highly ambitious and even more highly cost-prohibitive scheme, President Trump has announced his intention to greatly expand US missile defense systems, with a major focus on putting them in space.

During his announcement Thursday at the Pentagon, Trump set out his goals, saying that he wants “to ensure that we can detect and destroy any missile launched against the United States – anywhere, anytime, anyplace.”

The Pentagon has had space-based interceptors on its wish list for some time, but between that and drones with lasers on them, they were far short of the sort of total, planet-wide coverage that President Trump is talking about.

A space-centric missile defense system must inevitably draw comparisons to the Strategic Defense Initiative, commonly called Star Wars, of the 1980s, a controversial and hugely expensive program that also sought space-based interceptors.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Mr. President, a word, please.

What about being responsible for a foreign policy which engages, rather than enrages, the two major players in this game, China and Russia?!?

Now, THAT... would be an incredible legacy, which you are still capable of creating, notwithstanding a potential impeachment threat from the house, which the Senate will utterly not allow to happen.

And how about, please NOT accusing Russia of something it absolutely did not do, as in the alleged "annexation" of Crimea, which NEVER happened in fact?
President Obama admits that the US brokered a deal in support of regime change in Ukraine

Mr. President, when you took office I was hopeful that perhaps you actually meant what you said, when you spoke of disengaging from these immoral, horrific wars by which our military has been consumed; now, in looking at your record as President, you seem to be hell-bent on getting this country even more enmeshed in military misadventures.

And please, don't even talk to me, about the reality that the US military is complicit in Saudi war crimes in Yemen;America is Committing War Crimes in Yemen and don't give me any reason why in the name of heaven, American troops are in Syria, an engagement to which the US government was never invited in the first place?

The Planned U.S. Troop Withdrawal From Syria: Here's the Latest

Mr.President, due to the actions of your predecessors, the Unhinged, Surveilled State of America, is at an historic turning point, right now; please do not let the dream of the creation of this country turn any more into a nightmare than it already is.

Medieval hostage-taking and prisoner swaps are back in vogue

25
SHARES
Do its member states take the UN Charter seriously any more? The United Nations was originally set up “to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained”. However, since those heady days when international law commanded respect and due reverence from East to West, it now seems that the Charter is no longer worth the paper it’s written on.

An alarming demonstration of this is provided by the number of innocent citizens, many with dual nationality, who are being held hostage by various countries around the world. Indeed, there appears to be an outbreak of hostage-taking by states who are using people as bargaining chips or, in the case of the murdered Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, something much, much worse.

War on BDS: How AIPAC-Israel agenda became US priority

The Israeli-US war declared on the Palestinian boycott movement is coming to a head, culminating in a well-orchestrated effort aimed at suffocating any form of tangible protest of the ongoing Israeli colonization of Palestine.

But an Israeli ‘victory’, even with blind US government support, is still too elusive if at all guaranteed. Killing unarmed protesters at the fence separating besieged Gaza from Israel is often whitewashed as Israel ‘defending itself’. However, legislating unconstitutional laws against the rights of ordinary people to boycott a state that practices war crimes might not be an easy endeavor.

The fact that 26 US states have already passed legislation or some form of condemnation of the civil act of boycott, as championed in the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement (BDS) should, in fact, raise more awareness of the iniquitous Israeli influence on the United States, rather than actually thwarting BDS.

Here’s what you need to know about the biggest update to UCMJ in decades

In 2016, Congress passed a new Military Justice Act, calling for a review and reorganization of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the set of rules and regulations that dictate criminal offenses for service members and how they are adjudicated.

Among the changes are new definitions for adultery and intimate partner violence, and a specific law against sexual relationships between instructors and trainees.

The revamped system went live on Jan. 1, the first update to the UCMJ since 1984, and, according to officials, the biggest set of changes since the code was enacted after World War II.

SYRIAN WAR REPORT – JAN. 18, 2019: SYRIAN MILITARY REINFORCES POSITIONS IN NORTHWESTERN HAMA

Units of the Tiger Forces have been deployed on a frontline near the militant-held town of Qalat al-Madiuq in northwestern Hama, several pro-government sources claimed on January 17 speculating that this is a sign of the upcoming offensive in the area.

However, sources in the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) say that the claims of an immediate military operation in response the Idlib de-escalation zone are not accurate. A source in the SAA told SouthFront that many units of the Republican Guard, 1st Division, 3rd Division, 9th Division and the 100th Regiment will also be deployed in northwestern Hama soon.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin are set to meet in Moscow on January 23. They will discuss the situation in Idlib among other issues. Some experts believe that the two leaders will discuss on a new mechanism to reinforce the failed demilitarized zone agreement during the meeting.

On Wednesday, Yahoo News revealed new documents from late 2017 that show, contrary to the Defense Department’s insistence that it is neutral in the bloody conflict in Yemen perpetrated by a coalition of Saudi Arabia and its allies, the U.S. appears to have provided training to forces from the United Arab Emirates, which is part of the coalition:

The United States is “not a participant in the civil war in Yemen nor are we supporting one side or the other,” Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said last month, echoing a long-held position in the Pentagon.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Even the US's military lies, and with impunity.

The alleged "leadership" in this country crafts never-ending wars with which to keep Americans distracted, while foreign countries find the US government, or its minions are creating regime change, to insure that a more US-centric model; expropriates their resources; and making sure that those resources are all sold to "appropriate" countries, and only for the US dollar.

Wash; rinse; repeat.

The pattern, now, is perfectly predictable.

'Longevity' Could Reach Billions In 2019 - And Is No Longer Just The Preserve of Billionaires

At-home DNA testing kits were one of the most fashionable Christmas gifts this year. And with companies like AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, and 23andMe offering kits for as little as £75 - less than the cost of the latest Amazon Echo – it is no wonder they appeal to those with the curiosity to know the most intimate information on themselves and their families.

While DNA testing has reached the mainstream, it is only 15 years since the official completion of the Human Genome Project and the publication of the first genome sequence at a cost of over $3 billion.

But DNA analysis has far more implications for humanity than understanding our genealogical roots or risk of disease. The vast global DNA library resulting from mass genomic profiling is helping us understand how we could extend “longevity”, that is living younger and healthier for longer. It also means the search for the elixir of youth may no longer be the preserve of billionaires but instead be accessible to billions.

Missile Defense Review: North Korea remains 'extraordinary threat' to US

A Pentagon report released Thursday described North Korea’s missile and nuclear program as an “extraordinary threat” to the United States, warning that the U.S. must “remain vigilant” despite ongoing diplomatic engagement with the North.

The Missile Defense Review report, introduced by President Donald Trump during a speech at the Pentagon, was released just hours ahead of a top North Korean envoy’s arrival in Washington to discuss a potential second summit between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

“While a possible new avenue to peace now exists with North Korea, it continues to pose an extraordinary threat and the United States must remain vigilant,” the report said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

How is North Korea a threat to the US? The US has 6550 nuclear warheads, second only to Russia. If North Korea were to attack the US, the result would be obliteration for North Korea and the North Koreans know that!

Gov. Newsom Plans for a California Without Whites

When Newsom started his inauguration speech, he was quick to remind everyone there would be no future for white men, saying, “Every dream depends on the dreamers. It is up to us to renew the California Dream for a new generation. And now more than ever, it is up to us to defend it.” White children are already a minority in California and have been for many years. With white children representing 27% of people under the age of 18, it’s still too large for Newsom to handle. How did he come to think this way some may ask? Newsom reminisces about the time when, “I went to San Diego and met volunteers providing relief to desperate migrants who others treat like criminals—like the 3 year-old girl, just a year older than my youngest, at a shelter who captured my heart.” I’m sure many normal white American households have had a family outing to the local petting zoo. Turns out being around dirty animals all day is far too low class for the son of a powerful judge.

Kasich joining CNN, which openly skews their news coverage into opinion rather than fact in an effort to oppose President Trump, will only serve to fuel speculation that he is looking to run for president in 2020 as an independent.

Tesla to recall over 14,000 Model S cars in China amid industry-wide crackdown on exploding airbags

Tesla is recalling 14,213 Model S vehicles produced between 2014 and 2016 over defective airbags that could blow up and send shrapnel into the driver's and front seat passenger's faces, a Chinese watchdog has said.

The measure is a part of an industry-wide recall of Takata airbags, whose safety woes have been plaguing the automotive industry since at least 2013.

The company, which at one point held 20 percent of the airbag market, went bankrupt in 2017 after recalling more than 100 million cars, including 70 million in the US. It was taken over by car parts maker Key Safety Systems (KSS).

French President Emmanuel Macron claimed that European countries would not be allowed to pick and choose only policies that they like, but rather must share the burden of mass immigration.

FLASHBACK - Merkel: “Nation states must today be prepared to give up their sovereignty”

No this wasn’t something Adolf Hitler said many years ago, this is what German Chancellor Angela Merkel told attendants at an event by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin on Wednesday.

“In an orderly fashion of course,” Merkel went on to say. She even went so far as to condemn those in her own Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party who think Germany should withdraw from the controversial UN migration pact:

“There were [politicians]who believed that they could decide when these agreements are no longer valid because they are representing The People”.

“[But] the people are individuals who are living in a country, they are not a group who define themselves as the [German] people,” she stressed.

Europe is on the brink of a working class revolution against globalist governments

It’s surprising how easily the fuel tax protests from France could spread to Belgium and the Netherlands. The demonstrations of people in yellow vests signal a large dissatisfaction of the people over their governments.

France’s fuel protests have partly turned into anti-Macron protests as well. Under his leadership taxes are increased, but he forgets to protect the French people and their culture.

It’s the same for Belgium and the Netherlands. Their leaders lead their country like modern companies, making a profit is seen by them as a success.

But in the meantime some much more important issues are being ignored. An increasing number of people are worried about immigration, about poverty and about the future of their children.

White Brits soon a minority in Britain’s second largest city, where 50,000 cannot speak English

A report shows that white Britons will soon be a minority in Birmingham. In the West Midland’s largest city, almost 50,000 of the 1.1 million inhabitants cannot speak English.

Birmingham has a diverse population with nearly 200 different nationalities. According to the new report, it “is soon to become a majority-minority city”.

In a 2011 census, 42.1% of the city’s inhabitants already classified themselves as ‘non-white British’, an increase of 12% compared to a 2001 survey.

With that rate of increase, a new survey in 2021 would show the majority of the city’s inhabitants being non-white Brits.

Egyptian President: Migration is NOT a human right

Egypt’s President Abd al-Fattah al-Sisi recently spoke at a forum, where he in plain language told those who have moved or want to move to Europe.

“If you go to another country, you must follow their laws and culture, if not, don’t go there”, he said.

In November, al-Sisi attended the World Youth Forum in Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt. He was asked how he sees the fact that several European countries are now closing the door to those who want to migrate to Europe.

His answer was clear:

“Instead of asking me why Europe closes the door to us, you should ask why people in Afghanistan don’t take better care of their country. The same applies to Pakistan, Egypt, Syria, Libya, Iraq, Yemen and Somalia.”

We do not want a mixed population and therefore we are protecting our borders and oppose migration – Hungarian PM

Hungary was a loser in the 20th century but it is determined to be a winner in the 21st, Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in a Christmas interview published in daily Magyar Idok on Monday.

“There will be elections in 2019 but we are looking to 2030. Thanks to eight years of joint efforts, we are at the start of a new era and I am convinced that not only have we set off on an upward path but we will reach our goal,”

Orban said.

Commenting on recent opposition protests, he said politics is an area where battles can be under way even on a Christmas Eve and protests are part of everyday life in a democracy. However, this does not apply to violence, destruction and vandalism, he added.

It is easy to assess the situation: the government stands for work, family and security and opposition policies stand for the opposite, Orban said. Calm force on one side stands against aggression, violence, support for migration and tax hikes on the other, he added.

Macron could be replaced by French Army General, according to former MEP

Amid tensions between the French government and the ‘yellow vests’, former MEP Daniel Cohn-Bendit has suggested that French President Emmanuel Macron could be replaced by a French Army General.

Speaking to Euronews, the former Green MEP suggested that the violent protests occurring across the country’s capital city will have a knock-on effect on the European elections, due to take place in May 2019, in favour of the far-right.

Mr Cohn-Bendit said: “History has shown us that such a crisis, a social crisis – it was the same in Germany in the 30s, that was a big crisis and there was big unemployment, and the communists thought it would go to the left, it would go towards socialism. It didn’t.”

“Never, ever, ever, such social crises go to the left. It always goes to the right.

What’s That Buzzing Overhead? It’s An OSHA Drone

By Walter Olson

“That buzzing noise over a construction site could be an OSHA drone searching for safety violations,” notes Littler Mendelson lawyer Tammy McCutchen in a piece for the Federalist Society. Quoting a U.S. Department of Labor memorandum from May of last year obtained by Bloomberg Law, McCutchen writes that “your friendly neighborhood OSHA inspector is now authorized by the Labor Department ‘to use camera-carrying drones as part of their inspections of outdoor workplaces.’”

What about the Fourth Amendment, you may ask? Well, court review is unlikely because current procedures call for the agency to obtain employer consent before sending the spycams aloft. Which makes everything okay, right?...

FLASHBACK - Muslim party leader in the Netherlands tells Dutch to leave their country if they don’t like diversity

Tunahan Kuzu, the political leader of the DENK party in the Netherlands, has caused some serious controversy, Dutch broadcaster NOS reports.

“If they don’t like a changing Netherlands in which people with different cultures live… like in the city of Zaandam or the neighbourhood of Poelenburg, they should get lost,” Kuzu says in an interview.

Kuzu’s DENK party is a controversial party that is rapidly growing in Dutch urban areas. It especially performs well in areas with high Muslim populations, for example in western Amsterdam (Amsterdam Nieuw-West).

In the latest Dutch national election, in March 2017, DENK won three seats grabbing almost 200,000 votes. One year later, in the municipal elections, the party was by far the largest in ‘Amsterdam Nieuw-West’ and swept away some of the traditional leftist parties.

30-year-old ‘Mohammed’ arrested for raping 10-year-old girl in Swedish courtyard

As we recently reported, a 10-year-old girl was raped in a courtyard in Malmö last week. A 30-year-old migrant from Libya has now been arrested for the rape.

The police didn’t want to reveal the crime classification at first, but later admitted that it was rape of a child. According to the detention order, Mohammed, which is the perpetrator’s first name, was born in 1988.

He is a citizen of Libya and was arrested and detained on Tuesday. The prosecutor argues that there is a risk of crime recurrence.

According to Kvällsposten, the man has previously been suspected of two other cases of sex offense, including molestation of a 14-year-old girl.

In conjunction with one of the crimes he was also arrested for carrying a knife. On both occasions, however, he was released shortly after the arrests. On top of that he’s been convicted of robbery and assault.

FLASHBACK - 65-year-old Swedish woman sentenced to prison for criticising Islam and migration

In March, the district court acquitted the woman who was prosecuted for hate speech comments made on Facebook. She had criticised Islam and wrote that “the IQ level in Sweden will fall as a result of immigration”.

Now, however, she is sentenced to prison by the supreme court. “If this continues, the intelligence in Sweden will be at goldfish level,” said one of her Facebook comments. “Refuse all that is to do with Islam” said another.

During the investigation, the woman, whose name is Christina, was subjected to six police interrogations and searches, something she described as a terrible experience.

The police demanded she hand over her keys, mobile phone and iPad. The fact that she needed to get in touch with health care for a doctor’s visit was not taken into account whatsoever.

FLASHBACK - Beautiful German town ‘unrecognisable’ after it accepted 1,200 migrants

Hartmut König, the mayor of the town with 4,600 inhabitants, tells German broadcaster NDR in an interview how admitting so many migrants has had a negative impact on the town.

“It’s quite simply the behaviour. For example, in shops things are stolen. I experienced it myself: three refugees walking on the pavement, not making enough room for a woman with a pushchair and a child coming in their direction. They make no room; she has to move onto the street to get around them,” the mayor says.

“That’s just one incident, but it shows the entire picture. Besides that, they leave piles of rubbish and use every available space to sit around and drink beer,” he adds.

While broadcaster NDR attempts to minimise the issues, saying that these migrants are mostly young men with little chance of permanent residency in Germany, residents share their worries in front of the camera.

Migrant joke about working Germans and migrant benefits goes viral

The political elite and leftist media have tried to convince Germans that the young illegal ‘refugee’ men (soldiers) coming in the hundreds of thousands to Germany will help the declining workforce.

Their arguments have long been that migration is to fill an increasing void in population to sustain labour and industry. This short video, that has gone viral, clearly reveals that to not be the case.

As well as statistics showing that the majority of migrants are not working at all, rather living off the benefits of the nationals who do work.

Terror-free Slovakia completely refuses Islam and won’t allow a single mosque

Slovakia is the last EU Member State without a single mosque, TRT World reports. Previous attempts to build have been halted by politicians.

The country does not recognise Islam as a religion and only have a few thousand Muslim residents. Islam must not be taught in schools and the 5,000 Muslims, mostly European ones, who reside in the country are not officially recognised. They account for only 0.1% of the population.

In 2007, politicians changed the country’s laws so that 20,000 signatures from members were required to be recognised by the state. In 2017 they more than doubled the number of necessary signatures.

Not being officially recognised poses major difficulties for the group. Among other things, they are not allowed to have official religious leaders, conduct Muslim marriages or receive financial contributions from the State, rights which 18 other recognised religions have.

According to SIX people who know the girl’s family, there was a large group of Muslim men involved in the horrific and brutal rape.

Germany: Afghan teen refugee, who raped and murdered German girl, is actually 33-years-old

The Afghan refugee, who is now on trial for the rape and murder of the medical student Maria Ladenburger in October 2016, is older than previously thought.

Hussein Khavari entered Germany in November 2015 without identity papers. He told authorities that he was born in 1999 in Afghanistan and that his father was killed during the war.

But it now appears that his father is still alive. According to German media his father said his son was born in 1984 and that he is 33-years-old.

The Local Germany says about it: “Prosecutors were able to track down Hussein K.’s father when they came across a contact on his mobile phone. The defendant told them that they could contact his mother on the number. But when an interpreter called the number in the presence of two judges, the person who picked up was his father”.

Swedish town wants the public to take in hundreds of migrants – in their homes

The municipality can’t find housing for the 400 newly arrived migrants they’ve been ordered to take in this year.

The housing shortage in Kungsbacka has been huge for many years, but the municipality is still forced to receive even more immigrants.

Until this summer, the municipality managed to take in migrants at the rate required by law. But after the summer, they failed to offer housing at the same rate, which means that they now have to receive a large number of people in a short time.

This situation is not what we want, but in order to do what we are required by law to do, we will have to place them in dormitories.

Macron attacks Poland and Hungary: “They are lying to their people”

“They are lying to their people,” Emanuel Macron spoke in English as he ranted. His criticism was directed towards Hungary and Poland, accusing their leaders of lying about the European Union.

“In Hungary and Poland, some of their leaders played with an unacceptable idea. When I listen to leaders comparing Brussels with Moscow at the ancient (Soviet) times, this is crazy and unacceptable”.

Poland’s nationalist government introduced a string of judicial reforms that the bloc has warned pose a threat to judicial independence, the rule of law and ultimately to democracy.

Macron also stated that “the situation of the rule of law in Hungary is undergoing worrying developments”, and claimed they threatened the division of powers and the independence of non-governmental organisations.

“What are these leaders doing with these crazy spirits and lying to their people like those who promoted the Brexit and left the country right after they won,” he claims.

Racist Professor Gets A Pass From Uni. Guess Which Race He Hates?

Well, that was quick, and easy…not even one semester of fighting and his university forgave him. I’m not even sure what “reverse the charge” means in this context…does this mean outright approval of his racism? I guess I’ll let legal scholars figure that one out.

'A blemish in his sanctuary': the battle behind Mark Zuckerberg's Hawaii estate

On 22 December 2016, a retired professor of Hawaiian studies named Carlos Andrade sent a letter to dozens of his relatives informing them that he was about to sue them.

The relatives were among hundreds of partial owners of four small parcels of land on the island of Kauai, the legacy of a shared ancestor named Manuel Rapozo. A neighboring landowner, Northshore Kalo LLC, was willing to pay the legal fees to clear up the title on the property – enabling Andrade to take full ownership and compensate his fellow descendants for their shares.

It wasn’t until nearly a month later that the Honolulu Star-Advertiser broke the news that Northshore Kalo LLC was not a taro farm, as some had assumed (“kalo” means “taro” in Hawaiian), but a shell corporation controlled by Mark Zuckerberg. The Facebook founder was pursuing eight separate lawsuits related to parcels of land that, like the Rapozo parcels, were surrounded by his 700-acre Kauai estate.
