Robert Mueller plea-bargained for a 6 month house arrest of California's biggest child porn processor

U.S. Attorney Mueller delivered a sweet plea bargain to Asimov.

After having found thousands of images of child pornography in Asimov's "processing center", District Attorney J. Michael Mullins, washed his hands of the matter very carefully. Mullins' office and the Santa Rosa police made public statements that they spent "weeks" analyzing the pornography to determine whether Asimov was involved in production or merely possessed it for personal gratification.

"I couldn't tell you if it was for personal use, national use, or international use," Medvigy said. "It's just too early to say."

Asimov was indicted by a federal grand jury in November 1999 on four counts of possessing images of child pornography. Because the grand jury transcript has not been released to the public, the public cannot determine whether evidence of distribution and sale of pornography was ever presented by the U.S. Attorney.

Did the grand jury see all 1000 videotapes of horrendous child pornography found in Asimov's home? If so, why did they only find four instances where pornography was possessed by Asimov? Did the grand jury see any evidence that Asimov transmitted or received the pornography via the internet on his computer, or manufactured it with his cameras, 14 video machines and high tech scanner? Who were the little children depicted on the tapes? Was the grand jury given any explanation by U.S. Attorney Mueller?

In December 1999, Asimov pled not guilty in federal court, and was released on his own recognizance. Again this type of release put no pressure on Asimov. Asimov enjoyed more balmy days at his Santa Rosa home.

The two previous charges in Sonoma County, included distribution of child pornography and felony exploitation of a child. The federal indictment did not include these charges, and only included lesser charges that Asimov possessed child pornography by downloading images from the Internet into his computer and onto a floppy disk. The federal charges also included the possession of one videocassette and one foreign magazine with images of children engaged in sex acts. Each of the four federal counts carried a potential sentence of five years in prison.

In the summer of 1999, U.S. Attorney Mueller engaged in plea deal with Asimov, by dropping two counts. At this point, Asimov and his attorney were close to obtaining a sentence which would not involve state prison or forfeiture of assets.

Mueller dropped the ball on the Asimov case. Because of the sealed grand jury testimony and sealed evidence, the public will never know the details about the one thousand of images of child pornography Asimov used and created and stored. The public is expected to believe that Asimov never distributed any of this pornography. From whom did he obtain this pornography. No public evidentiary hearings were ever held. Mueller did a good job protecting child pornographers in California.

Luke Reiter reports for ZDnet that on March 5, 1998, California’s Santa Rosa Police Department arrested David Asimov, 46, and seized more than 4,000 computer disks and videotapes from his Bennett Ridge home. Asimov was charged with four federal counts of possession of child pornography with each count carrying a five year sentence.

Sonoma County Deputy District Attorney Gary Medvigy said:

“There were thousands of disks, thousands of videos. Anything imaginable regarding sex between human beings and human beings, or human beings and animals, was there. Whatever your imagination can conjure up, he had it.”

On March 28, 2001, after David Asimov pled guilty to two counts in a plea bargain deal, U.S. District Court Judge Maxine M. Chesney sentenced him to only six months’ home detention with electronic monitoring and three years’ probation for possessing child pornography.

According to Phil Jahan of LetsRollForums, “Asimov’s child porn stash was so big many child victims and perpetrators would have taken a fall, had Asimov been zealously prosecuted at trial.”

This is what wiki says of his father, author Issac Asimov:

Asimov attributed the lack of romance and sex in his fiction to the "early imprinting" from starting his writing career when he had never been on a date and "didn't know anything about girls".[80] He was sometimes criticized for the general absence of sex (and of extraterrestrial life) in his science fiction. He claimed he wrote The Gods Themselves to respond to these criticisms,[179] which often came from New Wave science fiction (and often British) writers. The second part (of three) of the novel is set on an alien world with three sexes, and the sexual behavior of these creatures is extensively depicted.

From reddit:

I found it very noteworthy and suspicious that Isaac Asimov wrote a short story about a man trying to disprove child ritual murder happened in ancient carthage. Because the child sacrifice definitely happened.

But many "historians" tried to disrupt the study claiming it was "racist anti carthaginian propaganda"

Another case of Mueller looking the other way...

During recorded interviews, Wayanne Kruger, the protégé and professional associate of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided me very specific details of an international baby sales and child sex trafficking operation that was being operated by * * * * * and Michael * * * * * , with the assistance of John Regan, a fake pastor that identified himself as FBI and CIA. The child trafficking operation involved Florida Department of Children and Families, and moved children in and out of the United State through U.S. Embassies using fake church dossiers and medical records.

Beginning in 2009, and throughout the years following, I reported information regarding evidence of transnational criminal organizations and child sex trafficking to the office of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, as well as the FBI under Robert S. Mueller III, and James B. Comey.

Eric Holder, James Comey, and Robert Mueller took absolutely no action regarding the information I provided.

Rather, the targeting of me and my family that began as soon as I assisted the FBI in 2009, intensified, to the degree of fraudulently obtained ‘domestic violence’ court orders being placed against me (on behalf of Florida attorney * * * * * * * * * * who I never personally met – only interviewed) and my publication through a Florida court to retroactively force-remove content and evidence I obtained and published about child sex trafficking. I have received threats of death, mutilation, sex assault, non-stop stalking and harassment, and threats to kidnap my grandchild.

Secret emails revealed the trafficking operation was receiving assistance from CNN journalist Art Harris who was conspiring through back door communications with law enforcement and operatives in multiple states.

Re 9-11, let's not forget this:

In an April 19 speech delivered to the Common wealth Club in San Francisco, Mueller said that the purported hijackers, in his words, 'left no paper trial.' The FBI director stated flatly: "In our investigation, we have not uncovered a single piece of paper - either here in the United States or in the treasure trove of information that has turned up in Afghanistan and elsewhere - that mentioned any aspect of the Sept. 11 plot."

That he failed to mention the fake OBL videos is telling.

In describing Mueller's evidence fiasco, Los Angeles Times reporters Erich Lichtblau and Josh Meyer, whose article was reprinted in The Washington Post on April 30, note that: Law enforcement officials say that while they have been able to reconstruct the movements of the hijackers before the attacks - all legal except for a few speeding tickets - they have found no evidence of their actual plotting. The Times reporters acknowledge that Mueller's comments "offer the FBI's most comprehensive and detailed assessment to date of its investigation, remarkable as much for what investigators have not found as for what they have." The FBI director explained away the absence of evidence by making the disingenuous assertion that the hijackers used "meticulous planning, extraordinary secrecy and extensive knowledge of how America works" to conceal their scheme. Mueller made this claim despite the fact that in the immediate wake of the Sept. 11 attacks, a variety of U. S. officials and media sources speciously announced, almost instantaneously, that there was firm evidence not only that these 19 Muslim men were agents of Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda 'network' but that they were indeed the individuals who hijacked the doomed flights on Sept. 11. Mueller seems to forget that early government and media reports loudly hyped - 'discoveries, letters and other documents' in the luggage and personal belongings of the presumed hijackers which 'proved' that they were on a 'mission for Allah,' etc etc. Now Mueller's comments seem to contradict everything that's been said.

Thank you

I saw the link on WRH and put Asimov and Mueller into a non-Google search engine and found more of the details. I am replaced by Asimov and that Mueller covered it up. No investigation into the kids who were sex trafficking victims.
