Only when we are living in a world in which sanctions are imposed 'on' the United States rather than 'by' the United States will we know justice reigns.

US Occupation of Venezuela Has Already Begun and Is Being Conducted by ExxonMobil

ExxonMobil awarded contracts to Guyana for infrastructure, drilling and storage with a view to extracting the huge oil and gas reserves from the so-called “Liza Project” located in maritime territory claimed by Venezuela as stipulated by the Geneva Agreement of 1966. In 2015 the first oil discovery in the area provoked a diplomatic conflict between the nations due to the activities of the oil company on the Atlantic front of the Essequibo river.

JURY TO RULE ON WHETHER THE CIA'S TORTURE ARCHITECTS WILL STAND TRIAL FOR KILLING AND MAIMING

Psychologist James Mitchell is the self-described "architect" of the CIA's torture program (a consulting gig that netted him a cool $80m at taxpayer expense), along with his partner John "Bruce" Jessen -- they're the pair who oversaw black-site torture programs that killed and maimed people who'd been convicted of no crime by any court, anywhere in the world.

Some of the survivors of this torture -- and the families of those murdered by the CIA torturers -- are seeking civil justice from Mitchell and Jessen, with the help of the ACLU.

Now a judge has ruled that a jury will decide whether the torture architects can be sued for their role in the torture and killing, including the death of Gul Rahman, who died of hypothermia while in chains in a cell, in a "starved, sleepless and freezing" state due to the torture he was subjected to.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would like to hope that the jury agrees that they should be tried for their war crimes, and get convicted.

Torture should never be something that agents of the US government do, ever; and I hope that all of their techniques get revealed to the general public, to make sure that this never happens again.

There was an interrogator during World War II who was remembered, very fondly, for the way he used kindness and empathy in his interrogations of Brits and our US military. The guy's name was Hanns Scharff.

How he did what he did should be respected - and copied.

PENTAGON, STATE DEPT. SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO ARM UKRAINE AGAINST RUSSIA IN NEW PROVOCATION

As the Syrian military moves farther east and clinches yet more territory from America’s terrorists, the United States establishment is now moving to escalate its provocations in another part of the world – Ukraine. Of course, despite the fact that Russia has launched a massive military operation to protect its strategic interests in Syria, the U.S. terror establishment is attempting to provide more arms and equipment to fascists in Ukraine in a clear effort to push NATO literally up to the Russian border.

It is currently being reported by numerous corporate outlets such as The New York Times that both the Pentagon and the State Department are proposing a plan to the White House that would see the U.S. supply Ukraine with anti-tank missiles and other arms. The transfer would also include antiaircraft systems described as “defensive weaponry.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Please, Lord, NO: this will be viewed by Moscow as tantamount to an act of war.

Lawsuit Alleges Fox News And Trump Collaborated To Create Fake Story About Seth Rich Killing

Malia Zimmerman, a Fox News reporter, was accused of fabricating two quotes for a story that connected now-deceased DNC staffer Seth Rich to Wikileaks in a lawsuit filed Tuesday by Washington police detective Rod Wheeler, the private investigator hired by Rich's family and himself a longtime Fox News commentator. The lawsuit, which accused Zimmerman and Trump supporter, Ed Butowsky, of inventing a story to "shift the blame" away from Russia's hacking of the 2016 election, also claims that President Trump collaborated with Fox News and was allowed to review a draft of the story before it was published.

The plaintiff claims that the motive behind the report was "to shift the blame from Russia and help put to bed speculation that President Trump colluded with Russia in an attempt to influence the outcome of the Presidential election." Wheeler also said that the fabricated quotes attributed to him were meant to back up the network’s false thesis, and amount to defamation.

US Construction Spending Just Collapsed

Headline growth in US construction spending collapsed in July to just 1.6% YoY - the weakest since 2011.

As Reuters reports, U.S. construction spending unexpectedly fell in June as investment in public projects recorded its biggest drop since March 2002. The Commerce Department said on Tuesday that construction spending tumbled 1.3 percent to $1.21 trillion - the lowest level since September 2016 - drastically missing economists' estimates of a 0.4% increase.

This downside surprise suggests notable downside revisions to Q2 GDP (from its 2.6% annualized level).

However, most ironic in the government's report was, amid The White House constant chatter of the need for infrastructure spending in America, Federal government construction spending crashed 9.5% - the largest drop since December 2010.

Congressional Investigation Into Wasserman Schultz IT Scandal Moves Forward

Congress is advancing an investigation into a growing scandal surrounding IT staffers working for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D., Fla.), who are accused of stealing sensitive computer equipment from House lawmakers' offices, according to senior congressional sources who told the Washington Free Beacon the Democratic leader's refusal to answer questions could "merit resignation."

Congressional leaders have now requested a formal briefing by Capitol Police into its investigation of several Pakistani House IT staffers who are accused of stealing sensitive computer equipment and of illegally penetrating congressional networks.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF AJ Jeff Sessions refuses to move forward on this, President Trump needs to fire him, and replace him when Congress is out of session.

Germany Tells EU to Prepare Countermeasures Against US Sanctions

The German government has again weighed in with strong criticism of the latest US sanctions bill.

The latest comments have come from German Economics Minister Brigitte Zypries, who is reported by Reuters to have said the following

We consider this as being against international law, plain and simple. Of course we don’t want a trade war. But it is important the European Commission now looks into countermeasures.

(bold italics added)

These are exceptionally strong words coming from the Economics Minister of the country which is the US’s most important ally.

They also underscore the folly of the latest sanctions bill. In saying that the proposed sanctions go against international law Germany is now publicly contesting the US doctrine of the universal worldwide applicability of US law.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is going to get ugly, economically, very quickly.

North Korea's night lights show improving economy despite sanctions

As it happens, 2016 was a banner year for the North Korean economy, according to the Bank of Korea in Seoul. The North’s economy grew 3.9 percent last year, according to bank researchers. That was the fastest pace in 17 years.

Exports to China of coal and other minerals fueled the faster rate of growth. But those exports have reportedly taken a hit this year with Beijing apparently making good on a promise to President Trump to reduce those exports amid the North Korean nuclear crisis.

But Chinese goods are still making their way into North Korea, according to analysts. Despite indicating it would help enforce international sanctions on its neighbor, China’s exports grew nearly 20 percent in the first half of this year, according to a report by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA).

Even though jet fuel was one of five items banned by the United Nations, Beijing’s export of jet fuel to Pyongyang increased 18.3 percent in the first half of 2017.

Webmaster's Commentary:

WOW, that is almost double the rate of economic growth for the US government during the same period!!

Iraq War: Bid to prosecute Tony Blair rejected by High Court

Former Iraqi general Abdul Wahed Shannan Al Rabbat alleged the former prime minister committed "the crime of aggression" by invading Iraq in 2003.
No such crime exists in England and Wales and the court ruled there was "no prospect" of the case succeeding.

The general had wanted to prosecute Mr Blair, ex-Foreign Secretary Jack Straw, and ex-Attorney General Lord Goldsmith.

Last year, Westminster Magistrates' Court had turned down Mr Al Rabbat's bid to bring private prosecution.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Mr. Al Rabbat should have been better schooled in British law, so that he could bring Tony Blair to the docket on a chargeable offence, under British Law; so unfortunately, because Mr. Al Rabbat did not do that, Phony Tony Blair gets to slip away from the war crimes charges he should be facing yet again.

Iran won’t give Trump a gift by exiting nuclear deal: Zarif

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has said that Iran will not give U.S. President Donald Trump a “gift” by exiting the nuclear agreement.

Exiting the 2015 nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, is always on the table, however Iran will not take such move when the “main and official parts of the JCPOA are still working”, Zarif said in an interview with the Iran newspaper published on Sunday.

The UN Security Council’s resolution has recognized Iran’s right to exit the JCPOA, because the deal was wrote based on “mutual distrust”, he added.

However, the chief diplomat, said Iran should decide whether remaining in the deal is beneficial or not.

He noted that the European countries seek to remain in the deal and gain its benefits and do not want the U.S. decide for them.

Europeans have adopted positive approach toward the pact during the past months and Iran’s decision depends highly on the European countries’ “behavior”, Zarif remarked.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Crackdown aims to 'silence' Palestinian journalists

Earlier this month, Jihad Barakat, a journalist with Palestine Today TV, was on his way from the northern West Bank city of Nablus to a village in the Tulkarem area to visit family, when he noticed something unusual at an Israeli military checkpoint.

In contravention of protocol, Israeli soldiers were searching the convoy of Palestinian Authority (PA) Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah. Barakat took out his phone and documented the incident; hours later, he was detained by Palestinian security forces.

Media rights activists and journalists quickly took to social media to voice frustration and demand that Barakat be released. A hashtag "Where is Jihad" was assigned to social media posts condemning his detention, and a protest was held by journalists in front of the prime minister's office. The local journalists' union was contacted to act on his behalf.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF the PA and Israeli politicians don't like the unfavorable coverage they believe they are getting from Palestinian news outlets, I have a terrific idea; just please stop the behaviour which is leading to such negative coverage!!

You're welcome!! :-)

North Korea or Iran… Where Will President Trump Attack First?

One press report from an unnamed Pentagon source claimed that President Trump “is to order a military strike against North Korea within a year,” after this weekend’s North Korean test of a longer-range missile.

Iran, which along with North Korea and Russia will face new sanctions imposed by Congress and expected to be signed into law by Trump, is also in President Trump’s crosshairs. He was reportedly furious over his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s certifying that Iran was in compliance with the nuclear deal – even though Iran was in compliance – and he seems determined to push a confrontation.

So whom will Trump attack first? Let’s hope nobody, but with continuing pressure from both Democrats and Republicans over the unproven “Russiagate” allegations, it increasingly looks like he will seek relief by starting a “nice little war.” If he does so, however, his presidency will likely be over and he may end up blundering into a much bigger war in the process.

Webmaster's Commentary:

If President Trump order attacks on North Korea, North Korea could plead for military aid from China, and we could conceivably be at war with China.

If President Trump orders attacks on Iran, Iran could conceivably plead for military aid from Russia, and we could conceivably be at war with Russia.

I am looking at a Faux news crawl, and Rex Tillerson is saying that we would be open to talking with North Korea; but I have to wonder what the quid pro quo will be; he is also saying that the US government doesn't want to send the military to North Korea, or create regime change there.

I don't know how disingenuous those statements may be, but the mere fact that he is talking.... about talking to North Korea gives me some hope.

‘Furious’ US Complains of Russian ‘Lockout’ at Site

After months of imposing new sanctions against Russia, US diplomats reacted with shock and outrage after Russia imposed retaliatory sanctions against them over the weekend, calling the retaliation “uncalled for”
and threatening further retaliation to that.

Russia announced Friday that the US Embassy in Moscow will be limited to 455 employees in the future, and that they will be seizing a pair of properties owned by the embassy. These echo seizures and expulsions the US did to Russia back in December.

Though the embassy properties aren’t to be seized until September 1, the US Embassy claimed that Russia had locked them out of the dacha along the Moscow River today.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, the sanctions against Russia weren't supposed to have consequences?!?

Forgive me, but what in the name of heaven was Congress thinking, when they passes these sanctions against Russia (for things it did not do, like allegedly "annexing" Crimea)?!?

North Korea ICBM Failed, But US Still Hypes Threat

US officials have responded to last week’s North Korea ICBM test by hyping up the growing “threat” posed by the nation’s missile program, claiming that North Korea now has the capability of hitting “most” of the United States with a missile.

This narrative plays well into the administration’s eagerness to keep escalating threats and sanctions, but it’s not true. As with the previous “successful” ICBM test, this most recent one wasn’t really a success, and once again demonstrated North Korea’s limitations on such missiles.

In reality, experts say the video footage of the ICBM shows that it broke up upon re-entry, and hit the sea in pieces. Lack of re-entry capability, along with lack of advanced guidance technology, were both cited as problems with the previous test as well.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This means that there is every good reason to sit down an negotiate a peace deal with Pyongyang before it really does develop a steerable, nuclear weapon.

The Race Against Time

For decades, in discussing the ever-increasing hegemony of the world’s principal governments (US, EU, et al.), I’ve been asked repeatedly, “When will the governments understand that this obsession they have to become all-powerful is not in the interests of the people?”

The answer to this question has also remained the same for decades: never.

Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing: How The Neocons Are Subverting America

There are tyrants living among us in America. Men and women who hold positions of power within all echelons of society have been secretly plotting to undo what our Founding Fathers fought to achieve: Freedom from tyranny. These subversive agents of destruction are found within groups or movements who hold true to the Marxist creed. You will find them within both the Democratic and Republican parties.

It is important to understand that Marx himself was a proponent of what many in America consider ‘Democracy.’ According to the Socialist Register 1974, “For Marx, the fight for democratic forms of government — democratization in the state — was a leading edge of the socialist effort.”

White House Looks at Afghanistan Pullout as an Option

After months of the Pentagon failing to sell a concrete plan of escalation to the White House, officials now say that the administration is considering getting back on track with a drawdown headed for a full pullout from the country after 16 years.

This is happening for the same reason the Pentagon hasn’t been able to sell the escalations, that a number of officials are unconvinced that the escalation is going to accomplish anything, and that they don’t think there’s a clear strategy for victory.

The Pentagon was more or less uniform in arguing escalations, albeit of varying sizes, and are said to be objecting to the proposed pullout as a “minority viewpoint,” warning that it does not meet the goals of the conflict.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This has proven an unwinnable war from the very beginning; getting out of Afghanistan, then negotiating with whatever government is left standing in Kabul for the mineral and pipeline rights, is the only logical thing to do.

UPDATE: Not Being Stupid Is ‘Cognitive Privilege’ Now, Which Is Just Like White Privilege

The University of Iowa’s student newspaper has announced the discovery of a special privilege which intelligent people acquire as an accident of birth. This new privilege — called “cognitive privilege” — functions in essentially the same way as white privilege.

The Daily Iowan revealed the discovery of this new privilege earlier this week.

Garden-variety white privilege “is an important topic that deserves a public discussion,” the op-ed on “cognitive privilege” explains, but it is also “prudent to at least mention the wider concept contained therein: that of privilege itself.” (RELATED: Smoking Marijuana And Not Getting Killed By Cops Is WHITE PRIVILEGE Now)

Privilege in general is “the receipt of certain benefits wholly through accident of birth and it is “undeniable that privilege itself is a reality,” the student newspaper explains.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Are you flipping kidding me?!?

And hasn't "Common Core" been dumbing our kids down so brilliantly, as to nearly prevent this from happening?!?

Being bright should not be considered any kind of privilege; it should be considered both a gift, and a motivation, for making the best life for yourself you possibly can, because you are making good choices that will serve you well later in life.

Forbes Says Self-Reliant Homesteaders Are “Delusional” and “Mooching” Off “Civil Society”

It’s always interesting reading when someone smug and sanctimonious writes a clueless diatribe about another group of people being smug and sanctimonious. So when I saw that an economist for Moody’s and Forbes had written an op-ed calling self-reliant homesteaders “delusional,” I knew I’d be in for some misinformed hilarity.

The article, entitled, “Dear Homesteaders, Self-Reliance Is a Delusion” was published a couple of days ago on the Forbes website. You’ll be forewarned that the article won’t be deep in the first paragraph, when the author presents his claim to knowledge about self-reliant living comes from the fact that he is “a big fan of shows about doomsday preppers, homesteaders, survivalists, generally people who live off the grid.”

And the well-informed opinion of this arbiter of self-reliance?

Webmaster's Commentary:

Before writing this codswallop, I sincerely wish that the man had interviewed homesteaders about what they are doing with regard to medical challenges, etc., to educate himself about what really goes on here.

PENTAGON REPORTEDLY DEVISES PLAN TO ARM UKRAINE WITH ANTITANK MISSILES

The US Defense and State Departments have come up with a plan to supply Ukraine with antitank missiles and other weaponry and are awaiting White House approval, US media reported on Monday.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The arms, which are characterized as defensive, are apparently meant to deter aggressive actions by Russia in the country, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing American military officials and diplomats.

US Defense Secretary James Mattis supports the plan, the paper reported, citing US officials.

A senior White House official told the newspaper that a decision has not yet been made on the arms proposal.

A violent military conflict in Ukraine started in 2014 after the residents of the eastern Donbas region refused to recognize the new Ukrainian government that came to power in what they perceived to be a coup.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US was thoroughly complicit in that coup in 2014; President Obama admitted it.

President Obama admitted that the US government was complicit in the Ukrainian riots which unseated Yanukovich in 2014

And if the Trump administration doesn't believe that getting these offensive arms to the Ukrainian government will not be perceived by Moscow as tantamount to an act of war, they had better darn well think again.

Aug 01 08:45

MEANWHILE, SOMEWHERE IN THE PENTAGON…

My point here is that operational plans to decapitate North Korean nuclear and ICBM capabilities exist and are constantly being revised and refined in light of new intelligence. It’s not the planners’ job to make the geopolitical or ethical calculations that inform such a drastic decision. It’s the planners’ job to make sure a strike ordered by the elected civilian leadership of the nation achieves its goal, i.e. eliminates North Korea’s nuclear and missile delivery capabilities completely.

It’s easy to say nuclear weapons should never be used, but what if conventional weapons can’t do the job, or create greater risks? Would you consider it a good ethical trade-off to wait for millions to die before killing thousands? That’s a political choice, and one that will always be second-guessed or disputed. But making such decisions is the purpose of elected civilian government.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I am really hoping that whatever President Trump decides to do, does not mean that China, North Korea's biggest trading partner, will feel obligated to come to North Korea's defense militarily.

At this point in its history, the US military does not have the weaponry; the manufacturing; the troop strength; or the money to insure a positive outcome to a war against China right now.

ANOTHER FEDERAL COURT SAYS NO WARRANTS NEEDED TO OBTAIN HISTORIC CELL SITE LOCATION INFO

This federal court decision from the Southern District of New York name-checks the pending SCOTUS review, but falls in line with every other decision in the federal court system. The defendant sought to suppress historic CSLI obtained without a warrant, arguing the collection of location data by cell companies is not the same thing as "voluntarily" turning these records over to a third party. JUDGE NAPOLITANO: AWANS HAD ACCESS TO EMAIL OF EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS, SOLD INFORMATION

The rapidly unfolding case against Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s Pakistani IT spy ring already had huge implications for National Security. Now, the story apparently goes beyond just the Democrats the Awan family was working for…

Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox Business Network on Monday where he dropped a new bombshell: not only did the Awans had access to the emails of every member of Congress, Imran Awan reportedly sold information to still unknown parties, which the FBI is currently investigating.

The explosive claim is backed up by a report in Frontpage Magazine linking the Awan brothers to the Muslim Brotherhood. The Pakistani IT staffers worked for Democrat Congressmen Andre Carson as well.

Front page reported:

The office of Andre Carson, the second Muslim in Congress, had employed Imran Awan. As did the offices of Jackie Speier and Debbie Wasserman Schultz; to whom the letter had been addressed.

ISRAELI SPYWARE FOUND MINING USER DATA ON GOOGLE PLAY

Security researchers at Google have discovered a highly sophisticated spyware specialized in stealing users’ data that appears to have been developed by an Israeli company.

Google said the spyware dubbed “Lipizzan” was developed by Israeli start-up Equus Technologies which claims that it provides “tailor made innovative solutions for law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and national security organizations”.

According to Google:

“Lipizzan is a multi-stage spyware product capable of monitoring and exfiltrating a user’s email, SMS messages, location, voice calls, and media.

We have found 20 Lipizzan apps distributed in a targeted fashion to fewer than 100 devices in total and have blocked the developers and apps from the Android ecosystem.

Google Play Protect has notified all affected devices and removed the Lipizzan apps.”

US Nimitz Carrier Strike Group Starts Anti-Daesh Air Campaign in Syria, Iraq

The aircraft carrier Nimitz Strike Group has entered to air campaign against the Daesh terror group (banned in Russia) in Syria and Iraq with a series of strike sorties, the US Navy announced in a press release on Monday.
"The first aircraft launched from USS Nimitz was an F/A-18E Super Hornet assigned to the ‘Argonauts’ of Strike Fighter Squadron 147," the release said.

The Nimitz Strike Group's deployment to the US 5th Fleet area of operations supports Operation Inherent Resolve and signals the continued commitment to defeat and destroy Daesh], the release said.

In addition to targeting Daesh, the ship and strike group are also conducting maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners, preserve freedom of navigation and maintain the free flow of commerce, the release added.

As Saudi King's Health Wanes, War Architect Bin Salman Set To Become King

Bin Nayef’s ouster was initially reported by international media as having gone “smoothly.” However, it soon emerged that bin Salman had planned the entire affair and that the former Crown Prince, following his acquiescence of the title, was essentially under house arrest. Since then, rumblings have emerged that many in the Saudi royal family, which has long been guided by deference to elders and group consensus, are none too happy with the sudden turn of events in the normally stable kingdom.

A warhawk ascends to the throne

While speculation is rife over how bin Salman is set to manage domestic affairs, there seems to be little disagreement over bin Salman’s likely handling of key foreign policy issues, considering his tenure as Defense Minister has shown his penchant for war, as well as his hotheadedness.

The Amazon Effect: Retail Bankruptcies Surge 110% In First Half Of The Year

As Amazon flirts with a $500 billion market cap, letting Jeff Bezos try on the title of world's richest man on for size if only for a few hours, for Amazon's competitors it's "everything must go" day everyday, as the bad news in the retail sector continue to pile up with the latest Fitch report that the default rate for distressed retailers spiked again in July.

According to the rating agency, the trailing 12-month high-yield default rate among U.S. retailers rose to 2.9% in mid-July from 1.8% at the end of June, after J. Crew completed a $566 million distressed-debt exchange. Meanwhile, with the shale sector flooded with Wall Street's easy money, the overall high-yield default rate tumbled to 1.9% in the same period from 2.2% at the end of June as $4.7 billion of defaulted debt - mostly in the energy sector - rolled out of the default universe.

Opposition Threatens "War In The Streets" As Maduro Claims Victory In Venezuela Assembly Vote

Despite US threats of “strong and swift economic sanctions” that the WSJ reported overnight could cut off a crucial source of revenue for Venezuela’s financially distressed state oil company, PDVSA, the socialist state’s leader Nicolas Maduro is claiming victory in a vote to create a new “constituent assembly,” a vote that US government officials have labeled a "sham."

The ruling Socialist party's candidates purportedly won all 545 seats in the vote. Venezuela electoral council head Tibisay Lucena said more than 41% of the country’s registered voters participated, a number that is being widely discredited by outside sources. Per press reports, the assembly will now replace the opposition controlled Congress, which was annulled by the Maduro-allied Supreme Court in March, allowing Maduro to rewrite the country's constitution, cementing his hold on power as his favorability rating with the public falls below 30%.

Webmaster's Commentary:

No matter what happens henceforward, it will not go well for Maduro; he is looking at a civil war against his own people, and it is just a matter of time before his military, realising that the center cannot hold, will desert him.

It is not a question of "if", at this juncture, but a question of when things unravel to the point of no return.

Trump: "We'll handle North Korea. It Will Be Handled. We Handle Everything"

With Gen. John Kelly set to be sworn in as Trump's new Chief of Staff, just days after the latest and most advanced North Korean ICBM test yet, one which can reportedly reach as much as half the major metro areas on the continental US, President Trump on Monday pledged to "handle" North Korea's provocative belligerence, without specifying exactly how he would do so as he faces rising tensions and limited options.

"We'll handle North Korea. We're going to be able to handle North Korea. It will be handled. We handle everything," Trump told reporters at the start of Monday's first Cabinet meeting with his new Chief of Staff, flanked by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Defense Secretary James Mattis.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I sure as heck wish I knew precisely what the President meant by that; it just sounds very cryptic right now.

Wasserman Schultz IT Staffer "Frantically" Liquidating $2 Million In Real Estate Assets

As the mainstream media continues to report 24x7 on their Russian collusion narrative in a shameless attempt to take down a Republican administration without any actual evidence of wrongdoing, the Democrats find themselves embroiled in yet another actual scandal, with actual crimes, where people have actually been arrested by the FBI while actually trying to flee the country...yet shockingly, none of these actual crimes seem to be of any interest at all to traditional media outlets.

Be that as it may, the rather curious case of Imran Awan continues with the latest development coming courtesy of the Daily Caller who notes that Imran was frantically liquidating nearly $2 million in real estate holdings right up until the day has was arrested at Dulles airport.

Webmaster's Commentary:

2 million dollars is not a shabby amount of money to have tied up in real estate, and I have to wonder; how did a Congressional Aid wind up with that much money to spend on property?!?

Rand Paul Blocks NDAA Over Indefinite Detention

Sen. Rand Paul (R – KY) has blocked a motion by majority leader Mitch McConnell (R – KY) to advance the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the massive military spending bill, saying that the bill should instead face debate and possible amendments.

This sets the bill back for 6 weeks, at least.

In particular, Sen. Paul is seeking two amendments, one which ends NDAA authorization for indefinite detention of suspects, and another related to the Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF), something that was added to the House version but later quietly removed by the Speaker.

Paul’s protest is expected to delay the NDAA vote through at least the August recess, meaning a vote is unlikely until September. While this gives plenty of time for amendments to be debated, it’s not clear the Senate leadership will allow that no matter how much time they’re given.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I think that Senator Paul did this for all the right reasons, and he does have my support on this issue.

My child died before my eyes

Wisam, a 6-year-old boy, coughs harshly as his father watches over his bed. Wisam has cystic fibrosis; Gaza’s hospitals lack the enzyme treatments he needs to stay alive.

The uncertainty about what will happen to Wisam is causing his father, Bahjat Abu Rashid, great anxiety. Two years ago, Bahjat’s only other son, Muhammad, died. Bahjat said that Muhammad had a heart problem and was prevented from receiving surgery in Israel.

“If this situation continues, I will lose my second son,” Bahjat said. “We’re paying the price of political conflicts.”

Wisam is being treated in Gaza City’s Abdelaziz al-Rantisi pediatric hospital. Doctors have told Bahjat that his son could die at any moment.

As treatment for cystic fibrosis is expensive, providing for the medical needs of people with this genetic disorder is difficult under any circumstances. Yet the problems of patients in Gaza have worsened a great deal recently.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Shame on Israel, Fatah, and the Palestinian Authority for not allowing people to be treated with appropriate drugs or therapies for their illnesses!

This is....just bloody criminal, particularly in the case of children, dying needlessly.

Donald Trump Shouldn’t Start Second Korean War

If policymakers are so worried about a North Korean nuclear attack, the easy answer is to withdraw U.S. forces from the Korean peninsula. The Republic of Korea has twice the population and 40 times the GDP of the North. The ROK long has been able to provide for its conventional defense. The next step would be to drop any objections to the South, as well as Japan, from developing a countervailing nuclear deterrent. It’s not a good solution, but neither is the U.S. risking Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York to protect Seoul. Moreover, the mere possibility might galvanize China to take a more active role in dissuading North Korea from moving ahead with missile and nuclear tests.

The Tweet That Is Shaking the War Party

Most of the Donald’s tweets amount to street brawling with his political enemies, but occasionally one of them slices through Imperial Washington’s sanctimonious cant. Indeed, Monday evening’s 140 characters of solid cut right to the bone:

The Amazon Washington Post fabricated the facts on my ending massive, dangerous, and wasteful payments to Syrian rebels fighting Assad…..

Needless to say, we are referencing not the dig at the empire of Bezos, but the characterization of Washington’s anti-Assad policy as "massive, dangerous and wasteful".

No stouter blow to the neocon/Deep State "regime change" folly has ever been issued by an elected public official. Yet there it is – the self-composed words of the man in the Oval Office. It makes you even want to buy some Twitter stock!

Webmaster's Commentary:

Senator Mc Cain's net worth is estimated at +/- $21 million dollars.

John Mc Cain's estimated net worth

So one has to wonder: just how many investments in the Military/Industrial complex he has, when his job as a senator only pays $174,000 annually. Something HAS to be filling in that gap, and my best guess would be investments in bombs, bullets, and aircraft; you know, the stuff that kills people.

So of course, he had to attempt to neutralise President Trump with that stupid, sophomoric comment about the President playing into Putin's hands.

Over 40 Killed in Fighting Over Southwest Yemen Port of Mocha

Pro-Saudi forces may have seized the Khalid ibn al-Walid military base near the key port of Mocha last week in Yemen, but that hasn’t done much to slow the fighting in the surrounding area, as the Shi’ite Houthis continue to resist the advance of the Saudi-backed forces and try to push them out of the strategic area.

Heavy fighting has continued over the past several days both around the base and in towns around the area, with over 40 fighters killed, split between 16 Houthis and 27 Saudi-backed fighters. Neither side appears to be seriously gaining or losing ground.

The fighting has even extended off the coast of Mocha, with the Houthi rebels attacking a UAE warship with a boat full of explosives just off the coast. Saudi coalition officials say there were no casualties, not significant damage.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This US-enabled, Saudi genocide in Yemen is barely getting a word of coverage from the Western Press;and yet, there should be a national conversation on this moral outrage in which the US government and military collude with the Saudi government and military to kill non-combatants; block Yemeni ports, so children are starving of malnutrition; and where cholera (which may have been weaponised) is now killing Yemenis to the point of 300,000 having been infected.

These are war crimes, pure and simple, folks; and they are being done in your name, with your tax dollars.

Centcom: Qatar Blockade Hinders Long-Term Planning at Udeid Airbase

Central Command (Centcom) has expressed concern in new statement about the impact of a long-term blockade on the nation of Qatar on the United States’ ability to carry out wars in the long-term operating out of the al-Udeid Airbase.

Al-Udeid is the forward operating headquarters for Central Command, hosting some 10,000 US troops, and is basically the site from which America’s constant wars across the Middle East are conducted. Officials say that so far, the wars haven’t been impacted by the blockade on Qatar.

They’re not at all clear how that’s going to work in the long run, however, as hopes that the diplomatic crisis would be resolved in a few weeks haven’t exactly panned out. Admission it could last months also comes with comments from some of the blockading states that it could basically be permanent.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Perhaps President Trump might have considered this before he tweeted that Qatar is a sponsor of terrorism, a statement from which the Defense Department had to distance itself, very quickly thereafter.

Nations Substitution': Witnessing the 'Biological Extinction' of Europeans

Some European countries, namely Italy, Germany, France and the UK, are facing the so-called "substitution of nations," where the national ethnical majority is disappearing physically and biologically, and is being substituted by migrants, according to a recent report. Sputnik Italy discussed the issue with Daniele Scalea, the author of the report.

The recent report of the Italian-based Machiavelli Center of Political and Strategic Studies (Centro studi politici e strategici Machiavelli), "How immigration is changing Italian demographics" has revealed that a number of European countries are facing the "biological and physical extinction" of their national ethnicities.

Ethnic majorities in such countries as Italy, Germany, France and the UK, are gradually turning into ethnic minorities, while being "substituted" by incoming migrants.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Is this how people are forced to forget their history, as though it had utterly no meaning whatsoever?!?

Is this how national identity is erased?!?

George Soros must be dancing on the grave of Europe, that his money had such an effect in getting this accomplished.

Russia has banned VPNs and other technology that allows users to gain anonymous access to websites.

The new law (link via Google Translate), signed today by President Vladimir Putin, goes into effect on Nov. 1 and represents another major blow to an open Internet. ROBERT MUELLER’S ROLE IN CLINTON SCHEME TO SELL 20 PERCENT OF US URANIUM TO RUSSIA

On May 17, the day Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller as Special Counsel charged with investigating possible “Russian collusion” with President Trump’s campaign, Julian Assange at WikiLeaks tweeted a WikiLeaks released State Department cable documenting that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ordered Mueller to deliver a sample of stolen Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) to Russia in 2009.

Assange’s email signaled an investigation is needed into Mueller and his complex involvement with Russia and Uranium One, the company Bill Clinton promoted with Canadian entrepreneur Frank Giustra while Hillary Clinton served as Obama secretary of state in a criminal saga that ended up with Secretary Clinton voting to give the Russian State Atomic Nuclear Energy Agency, Rosatom, control of approximately 20 percent of all uranium holdings in the United States.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is an issue which desperately deserves to become a part of the American discussion of the Clinton Crime Spree Years, and what she did to this country in her tenure as Secretary of State.

CAUGHT ON TAPE: EXPLOSION ROCKS CARACAS, INJURES POLICE AS VENEZUELA VOTES

With opposition parties boycotting what they call a rigged election, Reuters reports the streets of Caracas were deserted on Sunday as a minority of Venezuelans trickled to the polls to elect a constitutional super-body that unpopular leftist President Maduro vowed would begin a new era of combat in the crisis-stricken nation. That is good news as, following the death of two people yesterday, shortly after a large group of motorbikes sped through the city, and explosion hit, reportedly injuring a number of police officers.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The end game will not go well for Maduro.

I am reasonably certain that there are US-sponsored assassination teams, tracking his every move, and the moment they have a clear shot...the man is probably going to get killed.

WASSERMAN-SCHULTZ AND THE PAKISTANI IT SCAMMERS: "THERE'S MORE THAN JUST BANK FRAUD GOING ON HERE"

In Washington, it’s never about what they tell you it’s about. So take this to the bank: The case of Imran Awan, Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s mysterious Pakistani IT guy, is not about bank fraud.

Yet bank fraud was the stated charge on which Awan was arrested at Dulles Airport this week, just as he was trying to flee the United States for Pakistan, via Qatar. That is the same route taken by Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi, in March, when she suddenly fled the country, with three young daughters she yanked out of school, mega-luggage, and $12,400 in cash.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Hopefully, no one will be able to get to either of these key witnesses and have them "so depressed" that they will take their own lives, like Gary Webb did... with two gunshots to the back of the skull.

Once uncovered, the magnitude of the sheer evil of entire Clintonista cabal will absolutely stun this nation, and rip the Democratic party to shreds.

HOW PRISON LABOR IS THE NEW AMERICAN SLAVERY AND MOST OF US UNKNOWINGLY SUPPORT IT

American slavery was technically abolished in 1865, but a loophole in the 13th Amendment has allowed it to continue “as a punishment for crimes” well into the 21st century. Not surprisingly, corporations have lobbied for a broader and broader definition of “crime” in the last 150 years. As a result, there are more (mostly dark-skinned) people performing mandatory, essentially unpaid, hard labor in America today than there were in 1830.

With 5 percent of the world’s population and 25 percent of the world’s prison population, the United States has the largest incarcerated population in the world. No other society in history has imprisoned more of its own citizens. There are half a million more prisoners in the U.S. than in China, which has five times our population. Approximately 1 in 100 adults in America were incarcerated in 2014. Out of an adult population of 245 million that year, there were 2.4 million people in prison, jail or some form of detention center.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF you are as outraged as I am by these practices, and you have a store where you like to shop that is mentioned in this article, please find the manager of that store and tell them you will never, ever shop at that store again, until they stop using prison labor, period, end of discussion.

I like this guy. No accident about it!

Harold Watson “Trey” Gowdy III is a member of the Tea Party movement and the Republican Party and serves as a congressman from South Carolina. He is also the chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. During the meeting with the ONDCP this week, Gowdy asked why marijuana was a schedule I drug.

While Gowdy didn’t go so far as to call for the legalization of cannabis — because it would likely mean political suicide among his staunchly conservative base — his line of questioning set off a conversation that would eventually expose the war on drugs.

EU explores account freezes to prevent runs at failing banks

European Union states are considering measures which would allow them to temporarily stop people withdrawing money from their accounts to prevent bank runs, an EU document reviewed by Reuters revealed.

The move is aimed at helping rescue lenders that are deemed failing or likely to fail, but critics say it could hit confidence and might even hasten withdrawals at the first rumors of a bank being in trouble.

The proposal, which has been in the works since the beginning of this year, comes less than two months after a run on deposits at Banco Popular contributed to the collapse of the Spanish lender.

US .01% psychopath ‘leaders’ escalate lies, fear for war on Iran, Russia. Choice for ‘We the People’: endless rogue state empire provoking WW3, OR lawful .01% arrests for OBVIOUS crimes of Wars of Aggression, looting trillions, constant lying

*hyperlinks/videos live at source*

Two-minute reminder that NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander, General Wesley Clark, publicly testified that US .01% “leadership” declared war on seven nations to be taken over from 2001 to 2006:

Among dozens of independent writers, I’ve documented that all “reasons” for wars on Iran, Syria, and Russia are easily proved lies (recently, here, here, here, and going back to 2005), with US Department of illegal Wars of Aggression (so-called “Defense”) claiming to have “lost” $65,000 for every US household.

Crucial context:

The US wars are not even close to legal, with US military trained and Oath-bound to refuse all war orders (there are no lawful orders for illegal War of Aggression), and officers required to arrest those who issue obvious illegal orders.
The “reasons” for current wars were lies known to be lies as they were told. This is easily proved through official US documents, and zero attempts to refute this evidence.

In Show Of "Lethal, Overwhelming Force" US Flies Two B-1B Bombers Over Korean Peninsula

Less than a month after the US flew two B-1B bombers over the Korean Peninsula to show off "US attack capabilities", the US Air Force did it again on Sunday, when it the flew two supersonic B-1B bombers over the Korean peninsula in "a show of force" on Sunday after Pyongyang's Friday test of an ICBM that can reach the continental US. The two B-1Bs flew alongside two Japanese F-2 jet fighters within Japanese airspace before conducting an exercise over South Korea with four South Korean F-15 fighters in response to the latest North Korean missile test, as well as the previous July 4 launch of the "Hwansong-14" rocket, the USAF.

"In a demonstration of ironclad U.S. commitment to our allies, two U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancers assigned to the 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, deployed from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, fly a 10-hour mission from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, into Japanese airspace and over the Korean Peninsula" the statement by Pacific Air Forces Public Affairs said.

As Saudi King’s Health Wanes, War Architect Bin Salman Set To Become King

While his health and even sanity have been in doubt for years, fresh rumors are spreading that King Salman of Saudi Arabia’s physical condition has further deteriorated. According to Saudi sources cited by Oil Price, Salman’s health will likely forced him to abdicate the throne in the next few months. Though it was long believed that Mohammed bin Nayef, the king’s nephew and the country’s Minister of the Interior, would assume the throne, bin Nayef’s sudden ouster as Saudi Crown Prince during Ramadan definitively changed that, with King Salman’s son and the current Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, now positioned to take control.

Far-Left militia group claiming 30-plus branches nationwide training for CIVIL WAR with conservatives, Trump supporters

It’s beginning to look a lot like the 1990s again when Bill Clinton’s famous liberalism and fears of government take-overs followed by gun bans inspired the creation of right-leaning militia organizations willing to stand and fight against imagined tyranny.

Only, this time around it’s the far Left that is doing the preparing.

A web-based group that keeps an eye on Left-wing militancy is reporting that one movement claiming at least 30 branches nationwide are preparing members to wage civil war against conservatives and Trump supporters. They promote several PDFs that endorse “armed struggle” and even offer a 36 page “Mini-Manual Of The Urban Guerrilla” which pictures left-wing militants using RPGs and outlines tactics for guerrilla warfare including sections on “sabotage,” “kidnapping,” “executions,” “armed propaganda,” and “terrorism.”

This all sounds like typical Leninist/Marxist ‘revolutionary’ claptrap. But these fools believe it.

Men under 50 barred from Jerusalem holy site again

Israel has again banned men under 50 from entering the contentious holy site in Jerusalem for Friday prayers. The move comes after more than 100 people were injured in clashes.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The reason is quite simple; the Israeli government doesn't want younger Muslims to have a memory that the site was ever under Muslim control when it takes over the Temple Mount; destroys the mosque there; and starts building the Third Jewish Temple, in anticipation of the advent of the Messiah, which the building of the 3rd Jewish Temple is supposed to usher in.

Hackers at at a competition in Las Vegas were able to successfully breach the software of U.S. voting machines in just 90 minutes on Friday, illuminating glaring security deficiencies in America's election infrastructure.

Tech minds at the annual DEF CON in Las Vegas were given physical voting machines and remote access, with the instructions of gaining access to the software.

According to a Register report, within minutes, hackers exposed glaring physical and software vulnerabilities across multiple U.S. voting machine companies' products.

Some devices were found to have physical ports that could be used to attach devices containing malicious software. Others had insecure Wi-Fi connections, or were running outdated software with security vulnerabilities like Windows XP.

The Register reported that the challenge was designed by Jake Braun, the Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Global Advisors and Managing Director of Cambridge Global Capital.

SHOCKER: Washington Post Publishes OpEd Critical of Pro-Israel Law Which Shuts Down BDS

This week, David Cole, a national legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, and Faiz Shakir national political director of the ACLU, penned a piece (see article below) in Jeff Bezos’s recently acquired deep state propaganda mill, The Washington Post. In their impassioned piece, they posed the question of whether or not the recent US legislation called the Israel Anti-Boycott Act is moral in a modern democracy, or even legal for that matter. Incredibly, this new Pro-Israel law threatens fines and imprisonment to anyone who speaks of or campaign to boycott, divest or sanction the Israeli state for its many and sundry documented international crimes.

The level of tyranny inherent in this new piece of legislation is breathtaking to say the least. Simply put – it’s a direct attack on the US First Amendment. What’s worse is that it’s being orchestrated from outside of the United States by a foreign entity.

FOXCONN'S CORPORATE WELFARE DEAL WILL COST WISCONSIN TAXPAYERS MORE THAN 3 BILLION DOLLARS

The recent trumpist trumpeting about the plans of Chinese manufacturer Foxconn to open a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin omitted a few key details -- like the fact that Foxconn is being given a sweetheart tax-break that's topped up with 15 years' worth of guarantees of up to $200 million/year in cash subsidies at taxpayer expense -- a record-setting taxpayer subsidy that exceeds the previous Wisconsin record-holder by a factor of fifty.

The total bill for this incentive package that Wisconsin is giving the super-profitable Chinese manufacturer? Three billion dollars.

But there's more! Wisconsin cities will also have to provide incentives, including hundreds of millions more in infrastructure, and exemptions on environmental rules that will allow Foxconn to pollute watersheds, drain water habitats, and reengineer Wisconsin's freshwater sources, up to and including Lake Michigan.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is truly a lousy deal for the citizens of Wisconsin.

SAUDI INVESTOR POURS MILLIONS INTO BRITISH NEWS SITE, THE INDEPENDENT

A mysterious Saudi-based investor has plowed millions of dollars into a British news organization renowned for championing liberal causes, in a move that will enrage human rights and media freedom campaigners.

Sultan Mohamed Abuljadayel, 42, listed in company records as a Saudi-based Saudi Arabian national, has acquired up to 50 percent of the Independent website, whose newspaper shook Britain’s journalism establishment in the 1980s before struggling financially and ditching the printed word in 2016.

According to registers updated on Companies House on Friday, Abuljadayel controls up to 50 percent of voting rights within Independent Digital News and Media, the company that controls the Independent brand.

An informed Saudi source described Abuljadayel to Middle East Eye as coming from an “established business family based in Medina”.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The ultimate reasons for the "investment" into The Independent are rather straightforward; to buy favorable coverage for Saudi Arabia, and ignore things like politically-driven, publicly viewed decapitations, and the genocide the Saudis are accomplishing in Yemen, with US military assistance.

The Shocking, Unmatched Pains That Wal-Mart Took to Avoid Unions

One reason that Wal-Mart workers have always had difficulty improving their lot is that they’ve never been able to form a union. At its core, Wal-Mart’s rationale for being against organized labor was not unlike that of Kodak, say, or General Electric under Lem Boulware: management had an open door policy, by which any worker could ostensibly walk in and discuss anything. Therefore, as Wal-Mart laid out in its “Manager’s Toolbox to Remaining Union Free,” “we do not believe there is a need for third-party representation. It is our position every associate can speak for him/herself without having to pay his/her hard-earned money to a union in order to be listened to and have issues resolved.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

And, not surprisingly, WALMART workers are forced on to government-sponsored subsidies for health care, subsidized housing, and food stamps because WALMART wages are so disturbingly low.

CANCER-CAUSING POLLUTANTS DETECTED IN MOST TAP WATER ACROSS US - STUDY

Tap water from 48,000 public water utilities was found to contain multiple cancer-causing agents from arsenic, dioxane, chromium 6 to nitrates, according to researcher with the Environmental Working Group.

Researchers published the findings of their five year study in an online database, searchable by zip code or a local utility’s name, with findings on tap water in public water systems in all 50 states.

A search under the New York City zip code 10017 and found tap water contaminated with over 10 cancer causing chemical including Bromodichloromethane, chloroform, chromium, dichloroacetic acid, dioxane and strontium, among others.

The chemicals can come from agricultural runoff, industry, treatment byproducts, or be naturally occurring.

ROOMBA WALKS BACK PLAN TO SELL MAPS OF YOUR HOUSE TO AMAZON AND GOOGLE

Last week, Reuters published an interview with Irobot CEO Colin Angle, in which the Roomba-czar explained his plan to have his cleaning robots produce detailed maps of your house that the company would sell to Amazon and Google, something the company could do today, thanks to an exceptionally broad and one-sided terms of service that you "agree" to when you become an Irobot customer.

Now, Angle has given another interview to Zdnet in which he simply denies having said anything about this plan to Reuters, whom, he claims fell victim to a "misinterpretation" of his remarks.

Angle supports his claim by pointing out that Irobot products currently do not upload the requisite data to Irobot's servers. Such a feature would require an update to Irobot's software (something the company rolls out regularly). In 2015, Angle made a big announcement about his company's plans to incorporate a feature like this to his devices' software.

Webmaster's Commentary:

"Misinterpretation", MY ASTROLABE!!

The guy got caught, and now is trying to walk back what he said, period, end of discussion.

'WEAPONIZING VIRUSES'? US AIR FORCE PLACES AD FOR BIO SAMPLES FROM RUSSIANS

The US Air Force is looking to acquire samples of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and synovial fluid from Russians, according to a government website used to place tenders. The reason behind the order hasn’t been specified.
The Air Force’s Air Education and Training Command has placed a listing on the Federal Business Opportunities website asking for at least 12 RNA samples from Russian people of a European ancestry, as well as 27 samples of synovial fluid.

Suppliers of the samples must meet a number of requirements.

“All Normal Human Fresh Frozen (FF) Synovial Tissue and Normal Human Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) samples must be Russian / Caucasian origin,” reads the contract’s technical specifications. “All FF Synovial tissue and RNA samples must come from normal donors, who have no musculoskeletal injuries. This shall be confirmed by pathology. All FF synovial tissue must have a weight greater than or at a minimum of 0.25 grams.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The more you know about the genetic diversity of people, the easier it is to kill them with a genetically engineered virus.

Intel politicized?: Obama aides sought hundreds of ‘unmasking’ requests (for American citizens)

“We have found evidence that current and former government officials had easy access to U.S. person information and that it is possible that they used this information to achieve partisan political purposes, including the selective, anonymous leaking of such information,” Nunes wrote in the letter to Coats.

THE DOTS BETWEEN IMRAN AWAN, DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ AND SETH RICH BEGIN TO CONNECT

The Gateway Pundit reported that earlier this week that Washington DC area detective Rod Wheeler tweeted out about the high profile arrest of former DNC Chair IT specialist Imran Awan.

Rod Wheeler told his Twitter followers there may be a connection to Imran Awan’s arrest and “other” local cases.

The “other” local case Wheeler refers to in his tweet is the unsolved Seth Rich murder.

World Net Daily is now reporting on Seth Rich attending a party with Washington DC IT workers the night of his death…

During the course of his investigation of Rich’s mysterious murder, Wheeler claims, he learned something peculiar that he hadn’t heard before: Rich attended a party with numerous IT workers the night he was killed. After the party, Rich went to Lou’s City Bar, the last known location where he was seen before his murder.

Wheeler said he was determined to learn more about the IT party and who was in attendance, but all his questions have gone unanswered.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF, in fact, these connections prove true, they will lead to "the great unraveling" of the Clinton political machine, and the self-destruction of the Democratic party.

FOXCONN'S CORPORATE WELFARE DEAL WILL COST WISCONSIN TAXPAYERS MORE THAN 3 BILLION DOLLARS

The recent trumpist trumpeting about the plans of Chinese manufacturer Foxconn to open a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin omitted a few key details -- like the fact that Foxconn is being given a sweetheart tax-break that's topped up with 15 years' worth of guarantees of up to $200m/year in cash subsidies at taxpayer expense -- a record-setting taxpayer subsidy that exceeds the previous Wisconsin record-holder by a factor of fifty.

When the announcement was made, it sounded way too good to be real for the people of Wisconsin.

New Google algorithm restricts access to left-wing, progressive web sites

The company said in a blog post that the central purpose of the change to its search algorithm was to give the search giant greater control in identifying content deemed objectionable by its guidelines. It declared that it had “improved our evaluation methods and made algorithmic updates” in order “to surface more authoritative content.”

Google continued, “Last month, we updated our Search Quality Rater Guidelines to provide more detailed examples of low-quality webpages for raters to appropriately flag.” These moderators are instructed to flag “upsetting user experiences,” including pages that present “conspiracy theories,” unless “the query clearly indicates the user is seeking an alternative viewpoint.”

Netanyahu Wants To Expel Al Jazeera From Israel Over Unfavorable Coverage

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said late Wednesday he wants to expel Qatari broadcaster Al Jazeera from Israel amid tensions over a sensitive Jerusalem holy site. “The Al Jazeera channel continues to incite violence around the Temple Mount,” Netanyahu wrote in a Facebook post, referring to the Haram al-Sharif compound in Jerusalem, known to Jews as the Temple Mount. “I have appealed to law enforcement agencies several times to close the Al Jazeera office in Jerusalem. If this is not possible because of legal interpretation, I am going to seek to have the necessary legislation adopted to expel Al Jazeera from Israel.”

Zionism, Not Islam, Is America's Biggest Threat - By Chuck Baldwin

While evangelical Christians and pastors and conservative pundits on FOX News, radio talk shows, and Internet news sites constantly rail against the perceived threat that Islam poses to the United States (Saudi Arabia IS a real threat--most of the Islamic terror groups hail from Saudi Arabia--but of course, the U.S. considers the House of Saud an ally and has made over $11 billion in military aid available to them; and rarely do anti-Muslim Christians make any distinction between Islam in general and the terrorist state of Saudi Arabia in particular), almost no one dares to warn the American people about our country's greatest threat: Zionism.

Iran poised to launch rocket into space, as North Korea readies another missile test, US officials say

Two enemies of America are poised for upcoming rocket launches, two senior U.S. officials told Fox News, with another North Korean intercontinental ballistic missile launch expected as soon as Wednesday night and Iran on the verge of sending its own vehicle into space.

Iran's Simorgh space-launch vehicle is believed to be carrying a satellite, marking the second time in more than a year that Tehran has attempted to put an operational satellite into orbit -- something the Islamic Republic has never done successfully, according to one of the officials who has not authorized to discuss a confidential assessment.

Iran's last space launch in April 2016 failed to place a satellite into orbit, the official said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Note the conspiratorial tone of the article, as though there is a "linkage" between North Korea and Iran, because "North Korea and Iran have long been accused of sharing missile technology", an accusation which cannot be proven at this point.

Iran absolutely should NOT be looked at as an enemy; this is only happening because Israel sees it as an "existential threat" whose current government must, ultimately, be wiped off the face of the earth (using only American blood and American money, of course!).

Were it not for this poisonous sentiment, taken from a completely overblown, and thoroughly disingenuous representation of Iran's regional "threat" by Israel's government to that of the government of the US, Iran would be a natural trading partner for the US.

The IAEA has stated that Iran is in absolute, full compliance of the P5+1 accord.

The sanctions placed against Iran are stupid, counterproductive, and punitive; punishing Iran for doing something (like developing defensive missiles, which was NEVER a part of the P5+1 agreement) is not a way to get the country back to the negotiating table on other issues.

The sanctions placed against North Korea are about the same, and will only hasten that country's development of a guided, steerable nuclear device, which can get to where it is aiming.

Sometimes, I look at what the Federal government is doing and it (very painfully) reminds me; just because something is the most ham-fistedly, pig-headedly stupid thing the US government could be doing, is utterly no guarantee that it will not do it!!

Top U.S. Military Officer Says Transgender Soldier Policy Won't Change – Yet

This Marine is insubordinate. It isn't up to Dunford or Mattis. They have been given the Order by the President and refuses to carry it out.

(WASHINGTON) — The nation's top military officer says U.S. policy on transgender individuals serving in uniform has not — and will not — change until Defense Secretary Jim Mattis receives the president's policy direction and Mattis determines how to implement it.

Gen. Joseph Dunford is chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Dunford made the statement in a note Thursday to all service chiefs, commanders and enlisted military leaders.

The Associated Press obtained a copy of the note.

US Nukes in Turkey Not Secure, Former US Defense Officials Say

Ex-Pentagon officials have called for the US to pull its nuclear weapons from Turkey’s Incirlik Air Base as tensions linger between Washington and Ankara.
Joseph Cirincione, president of the nonproliferation and anti-war Ploughshares Fund nonprofit, told Stars and Stripes that the Turkish base was the "worst place possible to be keeping"roughly 50 of Washington’s nukes.

A Turkish special forces policeman stands guard in front the damaged building of the police headquarters which was attacked by the Turkish warplanes during the failed military coup last Friday, in Ankara, Turkey, Tuesday, July 19, 2016

Cirincione said there are B61 gravity bombs stored at Incirlik, the maximum yield of which has 10 times the power of the bomb Washington dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.

Officials have also suggested relocating the 2,500 US troops currently housed at the base.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The questions are, how will the US get these nuclear weapons out of Turkey, if Erdogan refuses to return physical custody of those weapons to the US government?!?

And will Erdogan allow the 2500 US military on this base to leave?!?

Erdogan is going to demand some kind of "quid pro quo" for these steps to be taken, and they may well involve repatriating the Imam Gulen from the United States to Turkey, as Erdogan believes this man was complicit in the failed coup of last year.

CIA Gives More Power to Spies to Bolster Intelligence Operations. Pompeo: China, not Russia, poses greatest long-term threat

U.S. Faces Growing Threats From China, North Korea

Over the longer term, however, Pompeo singled out China as the most serious security challenge.

While China, Russia, and Iran all are expected to pose significant problems in the future, China is a greater threat because of its robust economy and growing military power—both aimed against the United States.

"I think China has the capacity to present the greatest rivalry to America of any of those over the medium and long term," he said.

China's military is building up forces that are aimed at countering U.S. power projection around the world, he said.

"So you see that, whether it's going on in the South China or East China Sea, or the work they're doing in other parts of the world," Pompeo said.

In acquiring foreign technology, he noted: "If you look at them, they are probably trying either to steal our stuff, or make sure they can defeat it. And most often, both."

Webmaster's Commentary:

China's burgeoning economy, and its ability to make things people want to actually buy, is definitely a problem for the US government; please remember that the iphone...is made in China.

China's weaponry is on point to match, or exceed the capabilities of US-made weaponry, because the culture of the military/industrial complex in this country has become decadent, to the point where CEOS of the companies making our weapons, planes, and ships, believe it is perfectly acceptable to deliver products so late as to be obsolete by the time they are field-tested; to deliver products which absolutely cannot perform as advertised (think: Lockheed Martin's F-35), and have cost overruns which make the budgets for these items wildly out of control.

IF we are going to have a tiny chance to defeat the Chinese in military combat, which may well be coming, to attempt to destroy the yuan, this has to change.

As those of you who read this blog understand, I detest war as a method of resolving geopolitical conflicts; that being said, when our military is tasked with being at war, they deserve the best the military/industrial complex can provide.

And right now, they are not getting that, and not by a long shot.

100,000 PAGES OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY SECRETS GATHERED DUST IN AN OREGON BARN FOR DECADES — UNTIL NOW

FOR DECADES, SOME of the dirtiest, darkest secrets of the chemical industry have been kept in Carol Van Strum’s barn. Creaky, damp, and prowled by the occasional black bear, the listing, 80-year-old structure in rural Oregon housed more than 100,000 pages of documents obtained through legal discovery in lawsuits against Dow, Monsanto, the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Forest Service, the Air Force, and pulp and paper companies, among others.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US government doesn't give a damn about individual citizens, and the quality of their health; they are only concerned about the bottom lines of major corporations, which give copious amounts of money to fund political campaigns to get candidates elected, and re-elected.

Those candidates then proceed to protect these corporations from any possible hint of wrong-doing, and make it their business that no harm comes to them, no matter the horrific price paid by individuals who have been severely injured by their products.

THERE IS SIMPLY NO SCIENTIFIC BACKING FOR TSA'S BEHAVIORAL DETECTION PROGRAM

The Government Accountability Office has taken a run at the TSA's Behavioral Detection program in the past. Its findings were far from complimentary. Specially-trained "Behavior Detection Officers" (BDOs) were basically human coin flips. Deciding whether or not someone was a threat came down to a lot of subjective readings of human behavior, rather than proven principles.

In response to this report, the TSA started trimming back the number of BDOs it deployed, converting about 500 of them back into regular TSA officers. But the TSA still believed there was something to its pseudoscience patchwork, so it's still sending out 2,600 BDOs to covertly stare at travelers' throats and eyes (no, really) until terrorism reveals itself.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The TSA (read: Travel Suppression Agency) does not exist to get the "bad guys"; time and time again, it has proven incapable of detecting fake bombs or weapons which got aboard planes.

It exists to cow, and humiliate, innocent passengers, whose only "crime" is needing to get from one place to another, with at least some of their dignity in tact.

It is a clever way to employ people incapable of getting a job at a fast-food joint, who love to grope, embarrass, and humiliate people, particularly if they have medical issues, and get paid for it.

ARRESTED DNC STAFFER AWAN RETAINS LONG-TIME CLINTON ASSOCIATE FOR LEGAL HELP

After getting arrested Monday night at Dulles Airport in Northern Virginia while attempting to flee the country on a flight to Qatar, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz' IT staffer, according to Conservative Review, has decided to hire a lawyer with longstanding connections to the Clinton family for legal help.

Chris Gowen, a founding partner at Gowen, Rhoades, Winograd and Silva, apparently did a little bit of everything for the Clintons over the course of multiple years including working in the Clinton White House, helping President Bill Clinton write his book, "My Life", and serving on Hillary's 2008 presidential campaign. CIA ABILITY TO TROJAN APPLE OS EXPOSED IN LATEST HACKING RELEASE

‘Achilles’ is detailed by WikiLeaks in a statement as producing one or more operators to access an OS X disk image, and execute operations one time. The OS X disk image contains the contents and structure of the device’s storage.

Intel Core 2 Processor and OS X are required on the target's computer for ‘Achilles’ to operate, according to a user guide.

‘Imperial’ is part of a series by the whistleblowers named ‘Vault 7’ which began in March and has seen releases from WikiLeaks on an almost weekly basis.

WikiLeaks claims the leaks, which detail hacking exploits, come from a computer within the CIA, who would not comment on their alleged origin.

Also detailed in ‘Imperial’ is ‘SeaPea’ which targets Apple devices, providing stealth and tool-launching capabilities to the OS X Rootkit. Running on Mac OSX 10.6 and 10.7 it hides files and directories, socket connections and processes, according to WikiLeaks.

THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IS UNDERMINING US NATIONAL SECURITY

The ongoing problems with the F-35 and other military programs, stemming from virtually unlimited budgets, underline the inefficiency of the American military-industrial complex (MIC). In contrast, Moscow develops armaments capable of counteracting the latest technological advances of the US at minimal cost.

One of a state’s most insidious mechanisms is the inefficiency of the military-industrial sector. When looking at the world's first superpower, this becomes all the more pronounced. Still, the ongoing problems highlighted by the F-35 program and failed missile interceptions by ABM systems are a good demonstration of how inefficiency in the US military sector has risen to worrying levels.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This culture of waste, and a complete lack of meritocracy, on such a massive scale, must be dealt with.

For far too long, the US military has put up with equipment which is delivered so late as to be obsolete; does not perform as advertised; and is riddled with massive cost overruns.

President Trump needs to change this; there need to be stringent checks in place to prevent this from continuing, including jailing executives of companies which fail to deliver working, cost-contained, and state-of-the-art weapons for our military.

As draconian as this sounds, it would definitely be a move which would change the culture of this industry forever in this country.

But of course, this will only change when pigs fly; the military industrial complex owns this government, covertly and overtly, and they know it.

This is why the next major war in which the US government and military is involved will most probably be a war it cannot win.

Antidepressants linked to murders and murderous thoughts

Antidepressants have been linked to 28 reports of murder and 32 cases of murderous thoughts, in cases referred to the UK medicines regulator over the past 30 years, a BBC investigation has discovered.

The pills, known as Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) which includes common drugs like Prozac and Seroxat, are prescribed 40 million times each year in Britain.

But an Freedom of Information request for BBC Panorama discovered that the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency had received 60 reports of murders or murderous thoughts linked to the drugs in the past three decades.

Professor Peter Tyrer, a psychiatrist at Imperial College London, has been assessing the performance of SSRIs since they were first introduced in the 1980s.

Webmaster's Commentary:

How in the name of heaven can the statement be made:

"Although the link between murders and antidepressants in cases referred to the MHRA do not mean the drugs caused the events..."?!?

There is obviously a causal relationship between these drugs and what happened to the people who exhibited this behaviour, period, end of discussion.

Of course, the pharmaceutical houses growing fat off the prescriptions of these drugs (and many times, doctors who write these prescriptions get compensated by the drug manufacturers as well) don't want the general public knowing about these horrific side effects; but they need to.

And if you want a resource for a dossier on the negative effects which happened to people on SSRIS, you need go no further than that following website:

THE TOXIC FRUIT OF FINANCIALIZATION: RISK IS FOR THOSE AT THE BOTTOM

Those who have pushed the risk down the wealth-power pyramid are confident the Federal Reserve will continue to limit the risks of speculative financialization.

One of the most pernicious consequences of financialization is the shifting of risk from the top of the wealth-power pyramid to the bottom: those who benefit the most from financialization's leveraged, speculative credit bubbles protect themselves from losses while those at the bottom of the pyramid (the bottom 99.5%) face the full fury of financialization's formidable risk.

Longtime correspondent Chad D. and I recently exchanged emails exploring how the higher debt loads and higher interest payments of financialization inhibits people at the bottom of the wealth-power pyramid (i.e. debt-serfs) from taking risks such as starting a small business.

Extra spying on Dotcom confirmed - and police have known since 2013

There is now official confirmation that the unlawful interception of Kim Dotcom's communications carried on two months longer than anyone previously admitted.

But still no one is talking about it.

The confirmation came from police who investigated the Government Communications Security Bureau over the illegal spying.

The GCSB surveillance operation was carried out in support of the police raid on Dotcom's mansion on January 20, 2012, to assist the FBI takedown of the internet entrepreneur's Megaupload business over copyright breaches.

A High Court judgment released last week revealed the unlawful spying by the GCSB on Dotcom and others carried on two months after the arrests were made.

'Ignore the LOONY-LEFT’S crackpot idea for 100 per cent inheritance tax', expert warns

Amid a wave of criticism leveled at the idea of stopping relatives passing on their wealth to their offspring, John O’Connell, the Chief Executive of the TaxPayers' Alliance, has spoken out against the “unfair and immoral” tax.

Mr O’Connell told Express.co.uk: "This is just yet another crackpot policy idea from the loony-left and should be flat out ignored.

“Inheritance tax is already an unfair and immoral double tax, that hits families at the worst possible time.

“For many hard-working ordinary people, building a legacy for their children and grandchildren is a key reason they get up to go to work every day, but on too many occasions that legacy disappears when the taxman comes knocking at their door."

Fear and Trepidation in Tel Aviv: Is Israel Losing the Syria War?

The six-year-old Syria war is moving to a new stage, perhaps its final. The Syrian regime is consolidating its control over most of the populated centers, while ISIS is losing ground fast – and everywhere.

Concurrently, first steps at a permanent ceasefire are bearing fruit, compared to many failed attempts in the past.

Following a ceasefire agreement between the United States and Russia on July 7 at the G-20 meeting in Hamburg, Germany, three provinces in southwestern Syria – bordering Jordan and Israeli-occupied Golan Heights – are now relatively quiet. The agreement is likely to be extended elsewhere.

The Israeli government has made it clear to the US that it is displeased with the agreement, and Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has been leading strong efforts to undermine the ceasefire.

Netanyahu’s worst fears are, perhaps, actualizing: a solution in Syria that would allow for a permanent Iranian and Hezbollah presence in the country.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The question is not...how Netanyahu feels about the current situation on the ground in Syria; the question is, what will he attempt to do next, to attempt to destroy the cease fire?!?

Iran Slams Provocation as US Ships Fire on Patrol Boat

Iranian officials were deeply critical today of an incident in which US warships fired “warning shots” at a small Iranian patrol boat that was operating off the coast of Iran. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard called it a “provocation” by US forces.

One of the American ships that fired on the smaller Iranian boat
US Navy officials claimed the Iranian boat didn’t “follow the rules of the road,” and was a collision risk, though they conceded the boat was never less than 150 yards from any US warship in the first place.

This has been a recurring problem, with the US making a point of having a number of warships parked off the Iranian coast, and getting furious every time Iran’s own navy sends ships anywhere near them, even though the Iranian ships are usually in their own territorial water.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It appears that the US Navy has been given its marching orders; create a provocation, get the Iranians to react militarily, so that the US has its excuse to open fire against it.

It appears that in this incident, the Iranians were the model of restraint.

SENATORS PROMISE TO AMEND ISRAEL BOYCOTT BILL AFTER BACKLASH

Cardin said that the ACLU had misinterpreted his legislation, but if it needed to be clarified, he would take the steps to do so. “A lot of the co-sponsors are pretty strongly committed to the freedom of speech,” Cardin said. “We’re certainly sensitive to the issues they raise. If we have to make it clearer, we’ll make it clearer.”

He and the ACLU, he said, disagreed about what the bill would do. “I respect greatly the ACLU. I think that many of their points are just not correct. We don’t want to do anything to infringe freedom of speech,” he said.

One issue of contention is whether criminal penalties such as a 20-year prison sentence would apply to those who violate the law. “I actually read it. Turns out, all of this is wrong,” offered the legal affairs correspondent for the Daily Beast in his hot take on the bill. “The ACLU misread the law.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Senator Cardin, a word, please: if, in fact, passed, this bill will have a chilling effect on free speech in this country regarding Israel.

You, and your colleagues completely understand that, and that is precisely what you collectively want to have happen; that there is no logical criticism of the Israeli government, no matter how much it destroys the human and legal rights of Palestinians in their suppression against them.

I am, for one, very completely disgusted with alleged Congressional representatives who care more for Israel, than for the needs and concerns of those Americans they allegedly represent.

And BTW, sir: how much has AIPAC and your colleagues, overtly and covertly, paid you to craft this Frankenstinian monster of a bill?!?

Trump Finds Reason for the U.S. to Remain in Afghanistan: Minerals

President Trump, searching for a reason to keep the United States in Afghanistan after 16 years of war, has latched on to a prospect that tantalized previous administrations: Afghanistan’s vast mineral wealth, which his advisers and Afghan officials have told him could be profitably extracted by Western companies.

Mr. Trump has discussed the country’s mineral deposits with President Ashraf Ghani, who promoted mining as an economic opportunity in one of their first conversations. Mr. Trump, who is deeply skeptical about sending more American troops to Afghanistan, has suggested that this could be one justification for the United States to stay engaged in the country.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Swell; just another damned (and possibly very specious) reason to stay in Afghanistan, because the Pentagon, State Department, Congress, and the White House, can't think of anything else to do here.

Before President Trump signs off on this, there should be an impartial mineral engineering study of those areas with supposed large mineral wealth, and a very sober, intelligent budget for doing this.

But the most important conversation to be conducted here, concerns a mechanism which insures that a reasonable portion of this wealth actually goes back to the Afghani people, rather than being simply expropriated by US companies, who have no moral right to do this, and may potentially give nothing back.

Of course, that will happen when pigs fly.

Thousands of Jordanians protest killing of teenager in embassy, chant 'Death to Israel'

Thousands of Jordanians joined the funeral procession of a teenager shot dead by an Israeli security guard during a standoff at the Israeli embassy. The mourners have demanded authorities close the embassy and tear up Jordan’s peace treaty with Tel Aviv.

The people who joined the procession chanted, “No to an Israeli embassy or ambassador on Jordanian land” and “Death to Israel” as they accompanied the coffin of the killed teenager from his home city of the city of Wihdat, east of the Jordanian capital of Amman, where a large Palestinian refugee camp is situated.

The mourners were carrying pictures of the dead teenager, identified as Mohammed Jawawdeh, 17, as well as Palestinian and Jordanian flags. They also called for a “jihad” against Israel, Reuters reports.

"We will go to Jerusalem as martyrs by the millions,” people chanted, according to AFP. Jawawdeh’s uncle also appealed to Jordan’s King Abdullah II, asking him to avenge the teenager’s death.

Webmaster's Commentary:

"By accident", my astrolabe!!

But the big question now, is how how King Abdullah of Jordan and Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu, are going move forward to take steps to insure that such an incident never happens again, and compensate the family of this kid for their loss (as though money could ever compensate for the loss of a loved one).

Shocking new evidence could overturn Northern Ireland ruling that became an international blueprint for torture

British forces in Northern Ireland used waterboarding and electric shock treatment on detainees during the 1970s, newly uncovered files show. Witness statements and internal Whitehall correspondence released for the first time last month could have significant implications for international human rights law and British-Irish relations.

One victim of waterboarding in Belfast spoke out publicly about his experience for the first time at following the recovery of his original testimony from 1972, which recounts that he ‘felt like I was drowning or suffocating until I fell on the floor unconscious’

The documents were revealed at an event in London to mark the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture on 26 June, hosted by Matrix Chambers, along with the Pat Finucane Centre, the Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ) and Amnesty International.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So the horrific, inhuman abuses at Abu Ghraib and beyond, had their antecedents.... in what British military did to the Irish during the time of "the troubles".

With Washington’s Blessing, Seoul to Mount 1-Ton Warhead on Ballistic Missile

Seeking to increase the chances of taking out North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in the event of war, South Korea wants to boost its 500-mile range ballistic missile warhead from 1100 pounds to one ton.

By doubling the warhead size, Seoul asserts that it can mitigate the threat of nuclear attack by the People's Democratic Republic of Korea (DPRK), and strike underground bunkers where the Pyongyang brass will hide in the event of war, according to the Korea Times.

But to make the dream a reality, Seoul must first get the approval of Washington, as an existing treaty between the allies describing guidelines for the country's missiles prevents the kind of upgrades sought by the South Korean military.

Webmaster's Commentary:

looking at the rapid escalation of North Korea's missile program, I would suspect that permission on this will happen sooner than later, and that it may even happen before this upcoming Security Conference.

Impossible to Prevent US Weapons Sent to Ukraine From Expanding Conflict

Once the United States ships weapons to Ukraine it will be impossible to prevent them from being used for offensive purposes as well, former CIA officer Phil Giraldi told Sputnik.

The US government is pushing ahead with plans to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine despite concerns in the Department of State that they could be used to escalate violence and increase the risk of conflict with Russia.
"On the ground, tank destroying missile systems would by their very nature be quite usable in an offensive, mobile fashion to neutralize any disadvantage in armor," Giraldi said.

Giraldi observed that the tactical impact of such an arms package had been seriously discussed in US military and government s circles.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The shipping of US weapons to Ukraine will almost inevitably lead to war with Russia.

And then, we have this little "gem" of a faux pas, courtesy of President Trump's ambassador to Ukraine in an interview yesterday:

US President Donald Trump's new representative for the Ukraine, Kurt Volker, says Washington is considering giving arms to Kiev. In an astonishingly naive interview, he said he did not believe arming the Ukrainians would be a provocative gesture.

Forgive me, but has this gentleman gone absolutely foaming at the mouth, barking dog mad, to have made this observation?!?

Russia will almost surely see this as an overt act of war against it, and retaliate in kind.

“WE ARE DECLARING WAR ON CASH,” BANK SPOKESMAN ANDY GERLT

Here is yet more proof of what happens when slow, methodical planning, manufactured consent, and corporate influence combine their forces. The result is an unholy union between academic ideologists, political puppets, and corporate greed manifested in what can only be described as a juggernaut; A slow, relentlessly moving object that will crush anything in its path. Note juggernauts are also prone to crushing their devotees as well.

Putin, Iraqi vice-president discuss possible supplies of T-90 tanks

Possible supplies of Russian-made T-90 tanks to Iraq were discussed at today’s talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and visiting Iraqi Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, chief of Russia’s Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugayev said on Tuesday.

"This topic was raised, as was the entire current agenda," he told journalists but refused to say whether the meeting has yielded any concrete decision on that matter.

"We have an intergovernmental commission which works under its own plan. I would not comment on any details [concerning tanks supplies], on any nuances about the quantity, etc.," he said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The performance of Russian military equipment in Syria has been stellar, and people are noticing.

So now, ironically, the US government's regime change in Baghdad is bringing Russia and Iraq closer, both in terms of relationships, and military hardware?!?

Baghdad seeking ‘substantial’ Russian military & political presence in Iraq – vice-president

Call me silly, but I sincerely doubt that this was the outcome President Bush envisioned when the US military invaded Iraq to control its oilfields, and in what currency that oil was sold for!!

TOP US OFFICIALS COVERED UP UN-CAUSED CHOLERA OUTBREAK IN HAITI

A groundbreaking March 2017 report from Slate revealed that newly released emails showed officials at the highest levels of the U.S. government were aware almost immediately that U.N. forces likely played a role in a cholera outbreak which may have killed tens of thousands. Multiple federal agencies, from national security officials to scientists on the front lines, shielded the United Nations from accountability to protect the organization and themselves. Obama’s U.N. ambassadors, Susan Rice and Samantha Power dodged the issue as the administration danced between often contradictory goals of protecting human rights, asserting American dominance, and defending an institution central to its multilateral diplomacy.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, let me get my head around this: UN peacekeepers in Haiti brought cholera to that beleaguered country, so the UN tried to cover it up?!?!?

Every single UN and US officials who were a part of this should be tried by the International Court in the Hague, and be cooling their heels in jail for a long, long time; of course, we know this will happen only when pigs learn their capacity for flight.

THE REAL COSTS OF CHEAP SURVEILLANCE

The rise of social credit?

All this could spread very deeply into our lives, raising concerns about invasions of privacy. What if credit bureau ratings incorporated the creditworthiness of an applicant’s friends? Or her educational background, the make of her car or whether she uses all capital letters in her text messages? The U.S. Consumer Finance Protection Bureau has opened an inquiry into the dangers such practices might pose.

THE TWO CHARTS THAT DICTATE THE FUTURE OF THE ECONOMY

The stock market, bond yields and statistical measures of the economy can be gamed, manipulated and massaged by authorities, but the real economy cannot. This is espcially true for the core drivers of the economy, real (adjusted for inflation) household income and real disposable household income, i.e. the real income remaining after debt service (interest and principal), rent, healthcare co-payments and insurance and other essential living expenses.

If you want to predict the future of the U.S. economy, look at real household income. If real income is stagnant or declining, households cannot afford to take on more debt or pay for additional consumption.

The Masters of the Economy have replaced the income lost to inflation and economic stagnation with debt for the past 17 years. They've managed to do so by lowering interest rates (and thus lowering interest payments), enabling households to borrow more (and thus buy more) with the same monthly debt payments.

America's Militarized Police - Made in Israel?

The horrific execution by police of an Australian woman in her pajamas that took place last week in Minneapolis has again produced a torrent of criticism over killings initiated by law enforcement in situations in which the officers are in no way threatened. America has always been a violent place relative to much of the rest of the world, but even so there has been a noticeable shift in how, since the trauma of 9/11, some policemen believe themselves to be superior to and detached from the society they are supposed to be protecting. And the public is reciprocating, seeing the police frequently as a force that is no longer there to serve the people and instead something that should be feared. Even in the upper middle class predominantly white county that I live in, residents not infrequently discuss the increasingly visible and aggressive police presence. It is widely believed that arguing with cops or showing even the slightest attitude in contacts with them is done at one’s peril.

About Trump's Meeting With Putin At The G20

Includes full text of the official report presented directly thereafter to the Russian Media.

The third issue is cyber security which was understandably given considerable attention. The presidents agreed that this area is becoming ever more dangerous. There are numerous threats emerging in cyber space, including a terrorist threat, threats in other areas of organised crime, such threats to the normal functioning of societies as child pornography, pedophilia, the so-called suicide networks. Of course, President Trump also mentioned that certain circles in the United States keep on spinning the issue of Russia’s interference in the US elections even though they are unable to prove that.

9-minute video: What can’t people see .01% staged propaganda, including puppet US Presidents from Left and Right hands of one rogue state imperial body?

*hyperlinks/videos live at source*

Truthstream Media’s sharp 9-minute analysis:

The most accurate political label to describe the US is rogue state empire; not limited government as a constitutional republic. This history is hidden with ongoing corporate media disinformation (and here), and “Disneyfied” history taught in public education.

Among dramatic rogue state policies:

Orwellian-illegal and lie-started Wars of Aggression,
Annual killing of millions, and harm to billions of humans,
Bankster looting in the annual trillions,
Assassinations of political enemies, including President Kennedy and Martin King.
I could go on, and do upon exploration of the above links documenting all factual claims as objective and independently verifiable for anyone caring to look.

Demanding arrests as the required and obvious public response

The categories of crime include:

Wars of Aggression (the worst crime a nation can commit).

Battle Lines Are Being Drawn In Venezuela As The Socialist Nation Inches Toward Civil War - Mac Slavo

You may recall this bizarre incident that occurred last month in Venezuela. A rogue police officer by the name of Oscar Perez, who is also well known in Venezuela for starring in several B-rated action movies, commandeered a helicopter, before dropping grenades on the nation’s Supreme Court building and strafing the Interior Ministry with gunfire. It was without a doubt, the strangest moment to come out of that nation’s ongoing civil unrest.

But this brazen attack isn’t just odd. In fact, it may portend something much more serious that is simmering under the surface of Venezuela’s slow motion social collapse. It’s a sign that Venezuela is very close to erupting into a full-blown civil war.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This has got to be a particularly terrifying situation for Venezuelan families with kids, who can barely feed them at this point.

"Time Is Running Out" - China Is Planning For A Crisis Along North Korean Border

Despite Chinese officials reassurance that "military means shouldn’t be an option," WSJ reports that China has been bolstering defenses along its 880-mile frontier with North Korea and realigning forces in surrounding regions to prepare for a potential crisis across their border, including the possibility of a U.S. military strike.

While all eyes in America are once again distracted by "Russia"-related narratives and the dismal GOP efforts to replace, repeal, re-who-knows-what Obamacare, the threat of North Korea has not gone away... and neither has China's preparations. As President Trump stepped up the rhetoric, pressuring China to do more to 'solve' the North Korean problem, and threatening military action to halt Kim's nuclear weapons program ambitions, it is clear that China has used this crisis to not just prepare for potential problems with North Korea but to reinforce military forces elsewhere.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I have to wonder what President Trump's and DC's reaction is going to be to the next North Korean ICBM launch; I frankly don't think their collective reaction will be "Sit down, let's talk".

I am very concerned that their response will ultimately be military; look for some major battle carriers to be heading toward the North Korean peninsula in the not too distant future.

In Early Tweetstorm, Trump Lashes Out At Sessions For Ignoring "Hillary Crimes"

The feud between Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions started early on Tuesday, when President Trump, in an early tweetstorm lashed out at the attorney general whom he accused of taking a "VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes.”

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions has taken a VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes (where are E-mails & DNC server) & Intel leakers!” Trump tweeted.

Rexit? Tillerson Reportedly Considering Early Exit Amid Trump Administration Chaos

Perpetual chaos within the Trump administration is apparently starting to take it's toll on Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, at least according to some anonymous sources, and has prompted rumors that he may depart his post before the end of the year. According to various media outlets, Tillerson has grown frustrated with his lack of autonomy, constant internal policy contradictions and public disputes between the White House and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, among other things. Per Reuters:

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has told friends he will be lucky to last a year in his job, according to a friend, while two officials said national security adviser H.R. McMaster was frustrated by what he sees as disorganization and indiscipline on key policy issues inside the White House.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The constantly having to deal with extremely, polarized, opposite views in Trump's own cabinet, has got to be enough to give Tillerson mental whiplash!!

I do kind of feel for the guy, in this respect.

The Elites Are Privately Warning About A Crash

Many everyday citizens assume powerful global financial elites operate behind closed doors in secret conclaves, like the scene of a Spectre board meeting in the recent James Bond film.

Actually, the opposite is true. Most of what the power elite does is hidden in plain sight in speeches, seminars, webcasts and technical papers. These are readily available from institutional websites and media channels.

It’s true that private meetings occur on the sidelines of Davos, the IMF annual meeting and G-20 summits of the kind just concluded. But the results of even those secret meetings are typically announced or leaked or can be reasonably inferred based on subsequent policy coordination.

What the elites rely on is not secrecy but lack of proficiency by the media.

52% Say US Would Lie About Foreign Chemical Weapons

A statistically significant poll of the American adult Internet population reveals that 52.4% believe the US government would mislead them "about a foreign government’s use of chemical weapons in order to justify US military action." 45.7% responded that they did not believe the US government would mislead them, while the remainder (1.9%) provided other responses.

North Korea v USA live: Kim Jong-un ‘preparing for V-day missile test’ – latest updates

KIM Jong-un is preparing to launch a second intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) test, a US defence official has said. Here is the latest news and live updates.

North Korea is preparing to launch an ICBM within the next few days, a US defence official has said.

China has deployed troops to patrol its border with North Korea amid concerns about an influx of refugees.

US military officials have warned that war remains a possibility.
6.20 pm: North Korea warns Donald Trump of 'powerful nuclear hammer'

Pyongyang is ram pig up its threats in a bid to dissuade the US from attempting to remove Kim Jong-un from power.

A foreign ministry spokesman, quoted in the state-controlled Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), said: “Should the US dare to show even the slightest sign of attempt to remove our supreme leadership, we will strike a merciless blow at the heart of the US with our powerful nuclear hammer, honed and hardened over time.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

The ONLY thing which will work here will be getting all parties to the negotiating table (China, the US, North, South Koreas, and Japan) and to hammer out a peace deal, supplanting the existing armistice, which guarantees North Korea the right to unrestricted, unsanctioned trade, in exchange for North Korea ending its nuclear weapons program.

Of course, THAT... would be logical.

And we already had that statement a couple of days ago from General Dunford, attempting to "groom" the American people for a potential war against North Korea:

A North Korean Military Option is Not Unimaginable

Unfortunately, just because something would be the most pig-headedly, ham-fistedly stupid thing for the American government and military could do, is utterly no guarantee that they won't do it.

I would hope that President Trump's response, should there be another North Korean missile test soon, will be measured; my gut is telling me, however, that the warmongers among his closest advisors will not let that happen.

MEXICAN DRUG WAR: 2,234 MURDERS IN JUNE, THE COUNTRY'S DEADLIEST MONTH IN AT LEAST 20 YEARS

Drug war bloodshed in Mexico has spiked to record levels, with more homicides recorded in June than in any month in at least two decades.

Prosecutors opened 2,234 homicide investigations last month, according to government statistics released Friday. That’s an increase of 40% over June of last year and 80% over June of 2015.

Rising demand for heroin in the United States and a bloody power struggle inside one of Mexico’s most powerful drug cartels have put the country on track to record more killings in 2017 than in any year since the government began releasing crime data in 1997.

The 12,155 homicide cases opened from January to June make 2017 the deadliest first half of a year.

Though violence used to be concentrated in a handful of states, it is now rising nationwide, with 27 of Mexico’s 32 states recording an uptick in homicides compared with last year.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is what happens when you have a narcocracy running the country, meaning that the drug corruption functions at the highest levels of government, and any attempt to squelch its tentacles can mean instant assassinations of both investigative reporters, or ordinary citizens, fed up with that corruption.

We certainly had that here, during the Clinton reign. After all, why in the world would Hillary Clinton allow herself to be photographed with convicted drug felon Jorge Cabreras at a Christmas party, unless they themselves were right at the very center of illegal drug trafficking here in the US?!?

"We Are Tired Of Being Killed" Venezuelan Opposition Vows Violent Response To Maduro Power Grab

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has made it clear: Nothing short of the invasion threatened by President Donald Trump will stop him from holding a vote on a new constituent assembly that will officially replace the country’s legislature and likely allow the embattled president to rewrite the country’s Constitution, cementing his grip on power.

According to Bloomberg, Maduro has said the vote will be held next week in defiance of threats of US sanctions, and calls by his opponents for a two-day general strike. If approved, the new assembly will replace the country’s previous opposition-controlled assembly, which was annulled by the Maduro-controlled Supreme Court in March.

Once approved, it’s widely believed that Maduro will stock the assembly with political allies who will enable the re-drafting of the country’s constitution, allowing Maduro to consolidate power and officially marginalize anyone who opposes his regime.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IF the Venezuelan economy collapses, there is utterly nothing Maduro can do, except gather what personal funds and belongings he has, and run like hell out of the country.

The Venezuelan people know their history; they understand how a true democracy works; and ultimately will do their best to bring democracy back to Venezuela.

I seriously doubt that the Venezuelan people see a future where Maduro is still the President.

Israel removing metal detectors at Jerusalem holy site following days of violence and protest

Israel’s security cabinet has decided to remove metal detectors from the entrance to a holy site in Jerusalem following days of violent clashes.

They are to be replaced by “smart cameras” to monitor worshipers at the al-Aqsa Mosque, which sits on the site known as Temple Mount by Jews and the Haram al-Sharif by Muslims.

The decision was announced at the end of a meeting of Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet lasting several hours, following a previous round of discussions on Sunday.

A spokesperson said “sophisticated technology” will be used instead of the metal detectors, following local reports that high resolution cameras capable of detecting hidden objects would be the alternative.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It looks as though Tel Aviv MAY have collectively blinked on this issue; but we will have to see how the situation unfolds in the in the next weeks and months.

Red Cross: Yemen Cholera Deaths Expected to Double by Year’s End

The forecast for Yemen’s cholera epidemic looks grim, as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) warns that by the end of 2017 the number of cholera cases will double, reaching 600,000.

President of ICRC Peter Maurer called the massive outbreak "alarming and growing" on Sunday while on a five-day visit to the country. Zee News quoted him saying, "The great tragedy is that this cholera outbreak is a preventable man-made humanitarian catastrophe."

He explained that devastation of Yemen’s health system and infrastructure by the ongoing civil war is directly responsible for the health crisis. Maurer said, "I find this needless suffering absolutely infuriating. The world is sleep-walking into yet more tragedy."

Webmaster's Commentary:

ICRC President Maurer, there is a correction to your perception of how this epidemic got started that you need to understand; it has been the indiscriminate Saudi bombing, enabled by the US military, which has destroyed Yemeni infrastructure; Yemeni ports have been blocked, courtesy of US military-enabled Saudi troops, so no food can get in, leading to malnutrition; and sir, there is, of course, the question of has this cholera epidemic been weaponised, courtesy of a joint Saudi-US scientific collaboration?!?

It gives me no joy, whatsoever, to be a citizen of a country whose government colludes in Saudi Arabian war crimes in Yemen, and yet to be utterly powerless to do anything about it, except to bear Christian witness, and expose, as best I can, what is going on here.

Rep. Gutierrez: When Democrats Take Majority We're Going To "Eliminate" Trump

Rep. Gutierrez: When Democrats Take Majority We're Going To "Eliminate" Trump

Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) ripped President Trump for his immigration policy in a sermon at Chicago's Lincoln United Methodist Church on Saturday. The Democratic Congressman said Trump is the "major criminal" and he will "eliminate" him as president when the Democrats win a majority in the House.

The Lincoln United Methodist Church is a sanctuary church and according to Gutierrez's website, he "spoke to a packed house about the need to defend DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and other forms of legal immigration status that are under attack from Republicans and Donald Trump."

Gutierrez said that while Trump is attempting to criminalize immigrants, the president is the "real criminal." The Congressman said illegal immigrants are not criminals and that history will determine who the true criminals are.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would certainly like to hope that, after this "impressive performance", Representative Gutierrez got a very long visit from the Secret Service, asking him precisely what he meant when he said he was going to "eliminate" President Trump.

By impeachment, for upholding immigration law?!?

And just how, please, with a national debt of over $20 trillion dollars that we know of, just how, pray tell, does the Representative imagine the US is going to absorb the real costs of illegal immigration?!?

As reported at heritage.org in 2013:

The Fiscal Costs of Unlawful Immigrants and Amnesty to the US Taxpayer

As reported in investors.com last year:

Sorry: but illegal aliens cost the US plenty

And finally, as reported last year at AMAC:

How much does illegal immigration cost you?!?

The attack-dog populists, championing illegal immigration, as does Representative Gutierrez, generally never have a plan for how to pay for it; yet, all legal citizens in this country pay the price of this economic burden, particularly those who have the good fortune to be employed.

Are there issues, like Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals which need to get sorted?!? Absolutely.

But to proclaim that all illegal immigration just has to be accepted and tolerated, in a country that is on the keening edge of financial collapse, is just completely stupid, and a complete betrayal of American values.

Canada Claims Authority to Censor Your Internet Searches

The Canadian Supreme Court today ruled the country has the authority to demand Google censor and remove links to certain web pages or online content.

The idea that governments can force Google to deindex links to pages is unfortunately not new (see the European Union's "right to be forgotten"). What matters internationally in this case is the government is forcing Google to remove links from searches regardless of where the Internet user is. That is to say: Canada is demanding the authority to censor the internet outside of its physical borders and control what people who are not Canadian citizens can find online.

NSA Officials and Computer Expert: Forensic Evidence Proves DNC Emails Were LEAKED, Not Hacked

Preface by Washington's Blog: We asked top NSA whistleblower Bill Binney what he thought about a report claiming that the DNC emails were transferred too quickly to have been accessed by a hacker, and could only have been copied by a DNC leaker. This article is his response. Background here and here.

MEMORANDUM FOR: The President

FROM: Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS)

SUBJECT: Was the “Russian Hack” an Inside Job?

Executive Summary

Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computers, and then doctored to incriminate Russia.

After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device, and that “telltale signs” implicating Russia were then inserted.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Translation: the alleged "Russian hacking" of last November's election never actually happened; it was simply a convenient lie, concocted at the top levels of the DNC, with which the Democrats tried to spin their appalling losses in 2016.

There's no "there" there.

China Forces Muslim Minority to Install Spyware on Their Phones

Chinese authorities in the province of Xinjiang are forcing locals of the Uyghur Muslim minority to install an app on their phones that will allow the government to scan their device for "terrorist propaganda," local media reports.

In reality, the app creates MD5 hashes for the user's files and matches them against a database of known terrorist content.

The app also makes copies of the user's Weibo and WeChat databases and uploads it to a government server, along with the user's IMEI, IMSI, and WiFi login information.

Spyware app developed by local police

The app is called Jingwang (Citizen Safety) and was developed by police forces from Ürümqi, Xinjiang's capital. Authorities launched the app in April, and also included the ability to report suspicious activity to the police.

At the start of July, Xinjiang officials started sending WeChat messages in Uyghur and Chinese to locals, asking them to install the app or face detainment of up to 10 days.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Chinese government has an incredible "gift" for adding insult to injury for its ethnic Uyghur in Xinjiang, and that will not cure the problems which have led to violence here.

Local, indigenous people need more access to education, meaningful jobs, and a chance at a way to become somewhat financially upwardly mobile. As reported in 2013:

Uighurs in China say that bias against them is growing

And, as reported in theeconomist.com, 2015:

In other parts of China, such as Hong Kong and Shanghai, where Mandarin is not the native tongue, learning the national language does indeed open doors. But in Xinjiang even many Uighurs who speak fluent Mandarin find it hard to get ahead, partly because of racial prejudice. Highly educated Uighurs tend to earn less than their Han equivalents, says Mr Hasmath. Attempts by the Chinese government to promote knowledge of Mandarin and Chinese culture in Xinjiang may generate more problems than they solve.

Roomba's Next Big Step Is Selling Maps of Your Home to the Highest Bidder

The Roomba is generally regarded as a cute little robot friend that no one but dogs would consider to be a potential menace. But for the last couple of years, the robovacs have been quietly mapping homes to maximize efficiency. Now, the device’s makers plan to sell that data to smart home device manufacturers, turning the friendly robot into a creeping, creepy little spy.

While it may seem like the information that a Roomba could gather is minimal, there’s a lot to be gleaned from the maps it’s constantly updating. It knows the floor plan of your home, the basic shape of everything on your floor, what areas require the most maintenance, and how often you require cleaning cycles, along with many other data points. And, according to Reuters, that data is the future of its business strategy:

“There’s an entire ecosystem of things and services that the smart home can deliver once you have a rich map of the home that the user has allowed to be shared,” said [iRobot CEO Colin] Angle.

Webmaster's Commentary:

And apparently, there is no way, currently, to opt out of this.

I think consumers who want the convenience of the Roomba need to start petitioning the manufacturer of this appliance for an "opt -out" amendment regarding selling information about their home, to either their purchase agreement, or their warranty, to prevent this.

I am sure that this would come with a fee as well, but at least you have some assurance of your privacy when the Roomba is being used.

BANKS ARE SCHEMING TO DOMINATE A FUTURE CASHLESS SOCIETY

Visa recently announced its new Cashless Challenge program, which offers $10,000 to restaurants willing to transition into accepting only digital payments. As the largest credit card processor in the U.S., it’s no surprise Visa is spearheading this campaign.

Under the guise of increasing transparency and efficiency, they’ve partnered with governments around the world to help convert financial systems into cashless models, but their real incentive is the billions of dollars in extra transaction fees it would generate.

“We are declaring war on cash,” Visa spokesman Andy Gerlt proudly proclaimed after the program was announced.

FEDS DEPLOY MASSIVE ‘PRE-CRIME’ DRAGNET ON MILLIONS OF AMERICANS

And the greatest danger of all is over the horizon. Once the government discovers a new technology to intrude on the lives of ordinary citizens, a pretext will no doubt be developed after the next terrorist incident or insider attack to use it in ever widening circles as new threats are allegedly discovered. When that happens, we can confidently expect Patriot Act III, with a provision allowing continuous surveillance of any and all possible suspects. And there is actually a precedent. Back in 2003, the Pentagon under George W. Bush was already tinkering with what if referred to as Total Information Awareness to examine predictive behavior, described at the time as the “biggest surveillance program in the history of the United States.”

UK IS SENDING ITS POLICE TO TRAIN IN ISRAEL: HERE’S WHY IT SHOULD BOTHER YOU

According to the Independent, government sources say a British team is set to travel to Israel in the near future to learn Israeli counterterrorism enforcement strategies. The proposed move comes amid a spate of terrorist activity in the United Kingdom, as well as concerns about the British authorities’ response time and ability to counter terrorist attacks.

However, as the Independent notes:

“There are, of course, significant differences between political violence in the UK and Israel. The murders and maiming in the streets of Britain are in pursuit of a murderous Islamist jihad with a variety of justifications offered including retaliation for the war against Isis in Iraq and Syria. In Israel and the occupied territories it is justified as part of the struggle for Palestinian nationhood against Israel.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

On Prime Minister May's watch, this training of British police officers by Israelis is not about "suppressing terrorism"; this is about suppressing any opinion which does not conform to that of the official government propaganda.

And this wanting to train British police by the Israelis, from the country which gave the world the Magna Carta?!?!?

Prime Minister May should be hanging her head in shame at this move; but of course, sociopaths don't feel shame!!

70 TOP-PAID US HEALTH INDUSTRY CEOS RAKED IN $9.8B SINCE OBAMACARE PASSED

You know all those health industry lobbyists who say that the American healthcare industry will go broke if it has to take care of the health of Americans?

Every year since 2011 -- when ACA became law -- the CEOs of US health companies have averaged an 11% raise. Remember, that's 11 percent, every year.

Topping the list is John Martin who helmed Gilead Sciences to the tune of $863M since Obamacare's passage.

American health care is indeed dangerous and unstably expensive, and to fix that, America's health CEOs should be focusing on lower prices, eliminating unnecessary expenses, and coordinating care. Instead, America's health care industry is booming at the expense of American health, thanks to a focus on selling more drugs, performing more procedures and tests, raising prices and engaging in gimmicky stock-inflating tactics.

* Pharmaceutical and drug-related company CEOs made up 11 of the top 20 highest earners.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, now you know: ACA was NEVER about the true health of Americans; it was all about Big Pharma and Big Healthcare raking in billions for their CEOS!!

FBI and NSA outsource their harassment of Targeted Individuals and Watchlisted Individuals to private firms

Now there are a few private companies, think of Blackwater” on a cyber-level, which are also master’s of intrusion, hacking, identity theft, spoofing and 24/7 harassment of anyone who has been illegally and unconstitutionally watch-listed as a domestic threat. However NSA still has the budget, the tech-toys, the software and extra-judicial tactics which trump any of the subsequently mentioned private groups.

One of the companies which acts as a hired gun for the federal government (and thus has the luxury of operating without any oversight, is James Bimen and Associates, based in Fairfax, Virginia. DOJ Forfeiture Directive Gives Local Law Enforcement A Chance To Dodge State Reform Efforts

As threatened during comments to an association of district attorneys, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is bringing back asset forfeiture. Specifically, Sessions is loosening the restrictions placed on federal adoption of local seizures by Eric Holder during the last years of the Obama presidency. Holder's directive prevented local agencies from routing cash or vehicle seizures through the feds to dodge local rules. That's all over now. An order [PDF] and directive [PDF] issued by the DOJ are welcoming local law enforcement agencies to once again skirt restrictive state forfeiture laws by asking the DOJ to "adopt" their seizures.

On The Current International Zionist Smear Campaign

"The criminalisation of political speech and activism against Israel has become one of the gravest threats to free speech in the west.” Glenn Greenwald 19.7.2017

Together with veteran Pink Floyd star Roger Waters and many other artists and thinkers worldwide, I am being subjected to an international smear campaign, orchestrated and promoted by various Zionist institutions that attempt to silence every form of legitimate dissent of Zionism and Israeli politics.

Wasserman Schultz to allow laptop scan after months of stonewalling in IT probe

The former head of the Democratic Party who lost her post in the fallout from a massive email breach is expected to start cooperating with federal investigators in a separate cybersecurity case, after months of apparent stonewalling.

Fox News has learned that Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz plans to allow federal investigators to scan a laptop belonging to her as part of a complex probe into allegations of computer theft, over-billing and possible email hacking.

U.S. Capitol Police have had the laptop for months and until now had been unable to get access. It's unclear why the Florida lawmaker and ousted Democratic National Committee chairwoman had been battling law enforcement over the computer; however, her counsel began negotiating this week with Capitol Police in connection with the probe.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The steady drip, drip, drip of the corruption of the Clintonistas is about to turn into a floodgate.

But were I Wasserman Schultz, I would definitely have my Kevlar undies on, and not get into small aircraft at this time.

Over 900 Palestinians Wounded in Al-Aqsa ClashesTEHRAN (FNA)- Hundreds of Palestinians were wounded in confrontations with Israeli forces many

Hundreds of Palestinians were wounded in confrontations with Israeli forces many by rubber-coated bullets since violence erupted over al-Aqsa restrictions on July 14.
Palestinian hospitals are facing a large influx of patients as clashes sparked by new security measures at the highly sensitive al-Aqsa mosque compound continue, New Arab reported.

More than two dozen Palestinians were wounded in fresh clashes on Sunday night, 21 people were injured at Bab Al-Asbat (Lion's Gate), outside al-Aqsa, 15 of them shot with rubber-coated bullets, reported the Palestinian Red Crescent.

There were also clashes at the Qalandiya checkpoint, located between Jerusalem and Ramallah, where ten people were injured.

Three people were shot by rubber bullets, six suffered from tear gas inhalation, and one person from a fall, the Red Crescent said.

International human rights groups have long condemned Israel's use of such bullets.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Take a good hard look at the face of the child at the top of this article; he's just a kid, for heaven's sake, and see how terrified he is (and for good reason).

What in the name of heaven did he do, that the Israelis piled on him like this?!? For the "crimes" of being Palestinian, and still breathing?!?!?

This child knows that any confrontation with Israeli police, or the IDF, can result in instant death, or maiming for life.
