Jim Stone Absolutely NAILS The Alabama Election...Complete FARCE And Corruption....

I am sure by now everyone out there has seen the clear and sympathetic yet blatantly fraudulent explanation for how Moore lost. The explanation, which has been given by some MSM and even many "friendly" alt media types goes like this:

"Moore lost because he was a flawed candidate who was slandered and "we cannot allow this kind of slander anymore". "People just could not get past the slander and believed he actually did it, and conservatives just could not bring themselves to put a molester in office". "So not enough conservatives went out and voted, and with such a high number of blacks voting, Moore lost".

Grassley Fires Off Scorching Letter To DOJ After Anti-Trump Texts Reveal Burner Phone, "Insurance Policy"

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley fired off a letter late Wednesday to the DOJ, asking Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to explain several disturbing revelations contained within anti-Trump text messages sent between FBI investigators Peter Strzok and his FBI-Attorney mistress Lisa Page - both of whom were central to the Clinton email investigation and the Trump-Russia probe, and both of whom were removed from Robert Mueller's Special counsel when their text messages came to light. Rosenstein appeared before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday to answer questions about Strzok, Page and Mueller's investigation.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The issues in Grassley's letter need to be addressed thoroughy by the FBI, if it is to ever have any credibility ever again.

ALABAMA VOTE FRAUD? DOUG JONES SUPPORTER SAYS “WE CAME FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY”

Claims of vote fraud in Alabama are swirling after a man was caught on camera appearing to reveal that supporters of Democrat Doug Jones “came from different parts of the country” to vote for him.

The clip was captured by Fox10 News after it was confirmed that Jones had defeated Republican Roy Moore.

Asked, “Why are you excited to see this victory?,” the man responds, “Because we came here all the way from different parts of the country as part of our fellowship and all of us pitched in to vote and canvas together and we got our boy elected!”

JUST IN: Voter FRAUD Evidence Found, Loss Questioned As Border States, Felons & Ballots Involved

It is troubling to even think that the electoral systems of the United States could be compromised through fraudulent voters, biased ballot counters, or even corrupt officials ruling in the eleventh hour that the state could destroy their ballots as the integrity of the voting system is what keeps the peace between the people and the government.

If our elections can no longer be safe from fraud or bias, then the entire concept of the Republic is null and void. If all the bad guys have to do is bus people in, intimidate local voters, and just make up stories about their opponents that never get proven true then there is likely no chance that a non-corrupt person could make it into the office to achieve something good.

AL Election Stolen by the Democrats via PervasiveVoting Fraud, Recount Demanded, Courts OrdersBallots Destroyed

As it turns out, write in votes were all going to Moore and they suddenly flipped for Jones. This has triggered official suspicions that the election was stolen. Add to this the fact that purely black areas suddenly stopped turning in enough votes to push Jones way ahead once he was a little bit ahead makes things look very suspicious. It was obviously calculated, and not a legitimate count.

There are rumors about the write-in ballots being thrown out due to the obvious tampering. At latest reporting that I have seen, Moore is only 4,000 away from Jones. An impossible razors edge. If the write-ins that got stolen are discarded, Moore will win, but there will still be an automatic recount. How that is managed will determine it all, if the ballots are still present and there are enough witnesses, major fraud may get busted.

Alabama court gives last-minute order that could impede recount procedure

Controversy swirled over the mechanics of the Alabama Senate election after the state supreme court intervened at the eleventh hour to give election officials a green light not to preserve electronic ballot records that could form the basis of a recount.

A court in Montgomery, the state capital, issued an injunction on Monday afternoon ordering election officials around the state to preserve digital images of the ballots cast by Alabama voters in the hard-fought contest between controversial Republican Roy Moore and Democrat Doug Jones.

But the supreme court stayed that injunction almost immediately following a protest lodged by Alabama’s chief election official, the secretary of state, John Merrill. Voting rights experts denounced the ruling as a blow to transparency in a state that already has a flawed vote recount procedure and a somewhat checkered history of questionable election outcomes that the state’s senior officials and courts have allowed to go unchallenged.

Alabama election: Doug Jones scores stunning win, but Moore won't concede

Doug Jones on Tuesday became the first Democrat in a generation to win a Senate seat in Alabama, beating Republican Roy Moore amid a firestorm of allegations that the GOP candidate had sexually abused teens.

Moore, however, refused to concede Tuesday night.

"When the vote is this close ... it's not over," Moore told supporters after Jones declared victory.

The results are nothing short of an embarrassment for President Donald Trump and a disaster for Republicans in Washington as the reliably red state of Alabama elected its first Democratic senator since the early 1990s.

Honduras opposition demands 'rigged' vote be canceled

Honduras's leftwing opposition is demanding a presidential election held two weeks ago be voided and its results annulled, alleging it was "rigged" in favor of incumbent President Juan Orlando Hernandez.

The Alliance Against the Dictatorship coalition backing Hernandez's chief rival in the poll, Salvador Nasralla, lodged the demand late Friday with the Supreme Electoral Tribunal.

Both Hernandez and Nasralla claimed victory after the November 26 election.

The electoral tribunal has not declared a winner, though the complete results it has released show Hernandez scoring a slender advantage over Nasralla -- despite an initial count putting Nasralla comfortably in the lead.

A Republican, a Democrat, an Independent and a minister yesterday
asked a Montgomery circuit court judge to order protection of election materials from next week’s special Senate election. The voters say these materials are essential for verifying the accuracy of the election results and that the State plans to destroy them.

At issue are the “ballot images” created by the digital scanners paper ballots are fed into. Eighty five percent of vote-counting machines in the state count votes by reading the ballot images.

“The Secretary of State’s office is legally required to set procedures to assure all election materials for 22 months after a federal election,” explains election transparency expert John Roberts Brakey. “Even the
envelopes from absentee ballots have to be kept. Destroying the ballot images is illegal. We’re only asking the Secretary of State to follow the law.”

Bama ballot blindness: The electronic images must be retained

In that Alabama special election for Senate Tuesday, officials are flouting federal and state laws mandating that all election records be retained. This is dangerous.

But Alabama, breaking the law, doesn’t keep the images. That could cause havoc in a recount .

Soros Army in Alabama to Register Convicted Felons to Vote Against Roy Moore

An organization partnered with a George Soros-financed group and led by a radical leftist who is the half-brother of the infamous controversial Rev. Al Sharpton has been diligently working over the past few weeks to register convicted felons across Alabama.
The aim of the effort has been to get as many felons as possible on the roster before last Monday, the deadline to register in order to vote in Alabama’s Dec. 12 senate special election that pits Republican Roy Moore against Democratic challenger Doug Jones. The man spearheading the campaign has stated outright that his effort is meant to ensure a Democratic victory in Alabama.

The thousands of felons reportedly newly registered over the past few weeks were most likely not included in any recent polling on the Alabama senate race put out by major firms.

Webmaster's Commentary:

In Alabama, people convicted of a felony lose their right to vote. Some people convicted of a felony may apply to have their vote restored immediately upon completion of their full sentence. Those convicted of certain felony offenses such as murder, rape, incest, sexual crime against children, and treason are not eligible for re-enfranchisement.

DNC Chair Tom Perez Promises No More Rigging in 2020 Primary

Of course, it’s hardly news that the DNC was rigged in Hillary’s favor. The DNC Chair Brazile replaced, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, had to step down due to ethics concerns regarding to her bias against Bernie Sanders, after all. And when Brazile was at the DNC’s helm, she abused her position as a CNN contributor in leaking debate questions to Hillary ahead of a primary debate against Sanders. Brazile lost her position as a contributor as a result.

Brazile’s claim was so shocking not because it was a new revelation – but an admission of guilt.

OBAMA GETS BLAMED FOR CLINTON-SANDERS ‘RIGGING’ SCANDAL THAT’S ROCKED DEMOCRATIC PARTY

Former President Barack Obama is being blamed for the Democratic National Committee’s decision to strike a financing agreement with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign before she had secured the party's nomination by topping independent Senator Bernie Sanders.

Following his 2012 election victory, Obama had a “lack of interest in the DNC” and “didn’t need it anymore,” which led to former party Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz keeping her top position, according to a Friday report on the Daily Beast. Furthermore, the report states Obama did not immediately start fundraising to erase debt left over from his 2012 campaign.

Obama moved one of his top operatives, Patrick Gaspard, to the DNC in 2011, but after the election Gaspard was tapped to be ambassador to South Africa. Following his departure, “the White House lost interest in the DNC," according to the report. The 44th president reportedly wanted to replace Schultz, but she pushed back and no move was made.

Memo reveals details of deal between Hillary's campaign and the DNC that 'allowed her input on party finances and staff hiring prior to her winning Democratic nomination'

Details of a deal Hillary Clinton made with the Democratic National Committee back in 2015 have emerged after it was claimed she was allowed input on party finances and staffing prior to her winning the nomination for president.

A memo was signed by Clinton's campaign and the DNC in August 2015 that established she would get some input in exchange for her financial support of the committee to help them repay a $24 million debt, NBC reports.

The details of the memo emerged after former DNC interim chair Donna Brazile made explosive claims in her upcoming book that Clinton had siphoned money out of the party and effectively took it over months before she captured her party's nomination.

According to Brazile, the Clinton campaign secretly resolved the DNC's large debts and took control of the party’s financial, strategy and staffing decisions.

"All while poor, socialist Bernie Sanders tried in vain to take on the Clinton machine," Hannity said.

Donna Brazile Says She "Feared For Her Life" After Seth Rich Was Killed

But even more than the Russians, Brazile says she feared possible retribution from shadowy elements within the campaign and the Democratic Party who might blame her for the leak. Her fears only intensified, she says, after the mysterious shooting of former campaign staffer Seth Rich, who the authorities said was killed during a robbery, though many so-called conspiracy theorists have speculated about a possible Democratic plot to kill Rich for his role in leaking the stash of DNC emails to Wikileaks. Brazile's anxiety eventually spiraled out of control, to the point where she feared for her own life while serving as interim chairwoman of the DNC.

‘A Complete and Total Sewer’: Brazile’s DNC Bombshell Only the Beginning

Donna Brazile, the chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) from July 2016 to February 2017, has alleged massive corruption within the supposedly impartial DNC during the 2016 election as the party was under the financial control of then-candidate Hillary Clinton.

In an excerpt of her upcoming book published as an article on Politico titled, "Inside Hillary Clinton's Secret Takeover of the DNC," Brazile offers yet more evidence that the pervasive sense that the DNC had rigged the Democratic primary contest against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in favor of Clinton was, in fact, correct.

While the primaries were ongoing, Brazile alleged, the Clinton campaign was paying to keep the lights on at the DNC, which was $24 million in debt. The DNC, which is supposed to be neutral and not support any one candidate during the primary, was under Clinton's control the entire time as a result, she said.

Democrat Women Are Turning On Hillary For Rigging The Primary

Former interim DNC Chair Donna Brazile revealed evidence that confirmed the Committee rigged the primary for Hillary Clinton in 2016. Of course, we all knew this from Wikileaks last year, but the admission from such a powerful party figure is a surprise.

It wasn’t too long ago that the official party line was that the primary wasn’t rigged. In fact, earlier this year, current DNC Chair Tom Perez said while running for the position, “We heard loudly and clearly yesterday from Bernie supporters that the process was rigged and it was. And you’ve got to be honest about it. That’s why we need a chair who is transparent.” Ironically, he soon backpedaled and claimed he misspoke. So much for transparency – you got it right the first time, Tom, even if you weren’t allowed to say it.

Now the dam is officially breaking. In the wake of Brazile’s explosive news, Senator Elizabeth Warren agreed that the nomination was rigged.

Donna Brazile: I Found ‘Proof’ That Hillary Rigged the Race Against Bernie

Former interim Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Donna Brazile claims Hillary Clinton secretly took over the DNC before she had won the Democratic primary. In an excerpt from her new book published by Politico, Brazile said she promised Clinton’s opponent, Bernie Sanders, that she would get to the bottom of whether Clinton had “rigged the nomination process.” She wrote, “By September 7, the day I called Bernie, I had found my proof and it broke my heart.” Brazile describes a fundraising agreement between the Hillary Victory Fund, Hillary for America, and the DNC that stipulated that Hillary would control the “party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised” in exchange for Clinton raising money and investing in the DNC. It was signed long before Clinton became the nominee.

4 Philadelphia election workers charged with fraud, voter intimidation

Four Philadelphia election workers have been charged with violating state election rules at a polling place during a special election earlier this year.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced Monday that the workers have been charged with fraud and voter intimidation during the March 21 election for a seat in the state House of Representatives. Democrat Emilio Vazquez won the race.

Shapiro says workers at a north Philadelphia polling place became aggressive with a voter and also told another voter that a voting machine was broken, although investigators later found that it had been operational all day.

Allegations of voter fraud, electioneering and voter intimidation were reported to city and state officials during and after the election. Shapiro says there is an ongoing investigation into those allegations.

US voting server in election security probe is mysteriously wiped

A computer at the center of a lawsuit digging into woeful cyber-security practices during the US presidential election has been wiped.

The server in question is based in Georgia – a state that narrowly backed Donald Trump, giving him 16 electoral votes – and stored the results from the state's voting systems. The deletion of its data makes analysis of whether the computer was compromised impossible to ascertain.

There is good reason to believe that the computer may have been tampered with: it is 15 years old, and could have be harboring all sorts of exploitable software and hardware vulnerabilities. No hard copies of the votes are kept, making the electronic copy the only official record.

Georgia election server wiped after suit filed

A computer server crucial to a lawsuit against Georgia election officials was quietly wiped clean by its custodians just after the suit was filed, The Associated Press has learned.

The server’s data was destroyed July 7 by technicians at the Center for Elections Systems at Kennesaw State University, which runs the state’s election system. The data wipe was revealed in an email — sent last week from an assistant state attorney general to plaintiffs in the case — that was obtained by the AP. More emails obtained in a public records request confirmed the wipe.

The lawsuit, filed by a diverse group of election reform advocates, aims to force Georgia to retire its antiquated and heavily criticized election technology. The server in question, which served as a statewide staging location for key election-related data, made national headlines in June after a security expert disclosed a gaping security hole that wasn’t fixed six months after he reported it to election authorities.

Hackers Could Purchase Enough Personal Information To Alter Voter Registration Files In 35 States

Harvard researchers have discovered a vulnerability on government websites that may let hackers and other malicious actors change your voter registration information and potentially cause chaos on election day.

The study, which surveyed official state voter record websites, found that in 35 states plus the District of Columbia, voter registration websites allow users to log on and change information such as home addresses, party affiliation, and gender. While this provides a convenient way for voters to update their registration information, it also gives malicious actors an easy way to impersonate voters and submit address changes, delete voter registrations, or request absentee ballots. With a simple change of address, hackers could even assign voters to an entirely different precinct.

In Stunning Reversal, DHS Says Russians Were Not Behind Attempted Wisconsin Vote Hacking

Just in time for the weekend, the Associated Press reported on Friday that the Department of Homeland Security had notified 21 states earlier that day that their election systems had been targeted by malicious cyber actors. Even so, for many states, the call Friday from the Department of Homeland Security was the first official confirmation that their election systems had, in fact, been targeted by hackers.

Stunning testimony: Voting machines can be hacked without a trace of evidence

The country’s voting machines are susceptible to hacking, which could be done in a way so that it leaves no fingerprints, making it impossible to know whether the outcome was changed, computer experts told President Trump’s voter integrity commission Tuesday.

First there was the study suggesting millions of non-citizens voted, now there appears to be evidence that thousands of non-residents may have actually given a whole state to Hillary Clinton.

New Hampshire House Speaker Shawn Jasper (R) reported numbers on Thursday that indicate more than 6,500 people registered to vote in New Hampshire using out-of-state drivers licenses, Washington Times reports. Since the election, many of those people, most of whom were from nearby Massachusetts, never got an in-state license.

Virginia scraps poke-to-vote machines hackers destroyed at DefCon

With the DefCon bods showing some machines shared a single hard-coded password, Virginia directed the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) to audit the machines in use in the state (the Accuvote TSX, the Patriot, and the AVC Advantage).

None passed the test. VITA told the board “each device analysed exhibited material risks to the integrity or availability of the election process”, and the lack of a paper audit trail posed a significant risk of lost votes.

Local outlet The News Leader notes that many precincts had either replaced their machines already, or are in the process of doing so.

The election board's decision will force a change-over on the 140 precincts that haven't replaced their machines, covering 190,000 of Virginia's ~8.4m population.
