Thoughtful And Interesting Comment At Site... We Have Been Had...Big Time..Critical Thinking Required...

Can’t you see that Jade Helm 15 is a PERFECT way to get DHS, FBI,CIA, military, state guard and Other sundry Intel AND Military as well as local police PHYSICAL assets pre positioned without setting off alarm bells (too loudly) ?

Dressing Mil. , SF and OPGOV in civie attire and transporting them in pickup trucks would mean they would be pre positioned in every little town where militias are located, and the milita members long identified and targeted. even surely infiltrated.

These assholes WILL pose as Constitutional Militia… They will do bad shit to your neighbors such as stealing cars and assets “to operate against the .gov” to sour people on the militia.

The media will help. The rumor will be spread that people can only depend on the .gov.. to protect them from the rampaging militia…

We have been had, guys and gals. You and I need to plan like hell for what’s coming soon.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I still question why only ten states are involved if this is a takeover. However the caution about undercover FEDs pretending to be patriots to discredit them is real enough, because they have been caught doing it again. Many organizers of so called militias have been exposed as undercover FBI informants causing trouble and identifying potential rebels. Remember Elohim City, a focal point in the Oklahoma Bombing story, where Tim McVeigh supposedly planned his dastardly deed? Elohim City was set up by an FBI informant. During COINTELPRO in the 1960s, FBI informants infiltrated groups like the Black Panthers, native Americans, the peace movement, even feminists, to sabotage those groups from within. Never ever forget; the government loves to play dirty! It is certainly possible that with ten states involved, thne undercover FEDs are going to stage a phony armed revolution to justify a National Emergency, Martial Law, and the end of the Constitution. They have tried to do it before, first with Adam Kokesh's failed armed march into DC, then later with the Treyvon Martin/George Zimmerman case and then with Ferguson, trying to kick up mass race riots in several cities.

States tell Feds to pound sand

As Chapman law professor Ronald Rotunda noted recently, we “have come a long way towards governance by bureaucrats.” Some states, however, are taking positive steps in 2015 to thwart the effects of these unilateral — and wildly unconstitutional — acts.

The following is an overview of state legislation to thwart federal overreach that’s moving forward right now.

Community Seed Sharing Increasingly Branded as ‘Illegal’

Aaron Dykes
Nutritional Anarchy.com

Growing your own is under threat, particularly with moves to criminalize seed sharing within communities and seed libraries.

The powers that be would love for people to simply stop growing their own food crops, and in particular from growing any viable self-sustaining communities.

John from http://www.growingyourgreens.com/ breaks the news that seed sharing in the USA has been deemed not legal and certain organizations are prohibited from freely sharing seeds…

Over 32,000 arrested in anti-terror operations since Peshawar carnage

Pakistan's law enforcement agencies have arrested over 32,000 people on different charges in more than 28,000 anti-militant operations in the aftermath of the Peshawar school massacre, the government said on Saturday.

The arrests were made after the launch of the National Action Plan (NAP) in December which aims to rid the country of terrorism following Taliban's massacre at an army school in Peshawar in which 150 people, including 136 students were killed.

32,347 people were arrested on different charges in 28,826 anti-militants operations conducted across the country, the government said.

The FBI used to recommend encryption. Now they want to ban it

he FBI wants to make us all less safe. At least that’s the implication from FBI director Jim Comey’s push to ban unbreakable encryption and deliberately weaken everyone’s security. And it’s past time that the White House makes its position clear once and for all.

Comey was back before Congress this week - this time in front of the House Appropriations Committee - imploring Congressmen to pass a law that would force tech companies to create a backdoor in any phone or communications tool that uses encryption.

He also revealed the Obama administration may be crafting such a law right now. “One of the things that the administration is working on right now is what would a legislative response look like that would allow us … with court process to get access to that evidence”, he said.

The NSA had considered ceasing mass surveillance before Snowden

Associated Press sources claim that some sage bodies at the NSA felt that the incredible cost of dragnet snooping on innocent communications for the occasional mention of terror chat outweighed the benefits.

Officials were concerned that it cost too much money, was ineffective, unpopular and not a key tool in the fight against terrorism. Higher level officials, or presumably just more people, disagreed, and the system that we have come to know and be appalled by continued.

Lawmakers Declare Vaccines Essential to ‘National Security’ After Taking Money from Big Pharma

The absurdly titled “Vaccines Save Lives” initiative declares into existence an alternate universe in which vaccines are 100% safe and effective. Introduced by Representatives Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Charlie Dent (R-Penn.), Thomas Marino (R-Penn.) and Peter Welch (D-Vt.), the resolution “affirms [that] vaccines and immunizations save lives and are essential to maintain the public health, economic and national security of the people of the United States.”

By dressing up in patriotic terms such draconian nonsense, the politicians behind this decree aim to crystallize in the public groupthink the idea that vaccines are nothing less than God’s gift to mankind. Without them, claims these corporate hacks, there would be “a true public health crisis” that puts mostly children at risk.

Don’t See Evil

As it turns out, the national security state has been involved with Google from the very beginning: even in those fabled grad school days when Google was nothing but a research project, as investigative reporter Nafeez Ahmed has shown. Founder Sergey Brin’s work at Stanford University on what would later become Google received funding and even oversight from the CIA and the Pentagon through a program created to seed and incubate technology research that could later prove useful for information warfare.

Now, as discussed below, Google may even be actively taking part in that information warfare, especially the branch known as “perception management,” and in addition to its participation in mass surveillance.

Irish Government plan to deny human freedom to protect their revenue stream

A story of serious concern has finally hit the mainstream papers today involving the Gardai, your PPS numbers and the unlawful removal of your freedom.

RTE report (see below) that the Criminal Justice Working Group set up early last year have made a number of suggestions including giving Gardai access to PPS numbers of all drivers. This however is the tip of the iceberg as the plan is to use them to identify people to prevent them from traveling or trading.

We are seeing the construction of a system that will be used to curtail human rights in an attempt to maximise the revenue government generates form old and new legislation, through penalty charges and fines.

We have already experienced this, with the government preventing people selling their own homes until they pay back charges and fines lumped onto the household charge or property taxes, and even the cost of energy audits.

Isn't it obvious? If Operation Jade Helm were happening in any other country, it would be immediately labeled a military drill for martial law

Most Americans remain totally unaware of the fact that a massive military drill spanning 10 U.S. states will soon put military troops, helicopters, armored transports and military weapons directly on the streets of communities across the nation. "Operation Jade Helm begins in July and will last for eight weeks," reports the Daily Mail. "Soldiers will operate in and around towns in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado where some of them will drop from planes while carrying weapons loaded with blanks in what military officials have dubbed Realistic Military Training."

The military drill labels Texas and Utah "hostile territory," where military special ops personnel are supposed to try to covertly move among the public, undetected.

Webmaster's Commentary:

A lot of people are worried about Jade Helm, and so am I as it telegraphs plans by the US Government to impose martial law at some point in the future. However I don't think it will happen during Jade Helm, as taking control of just ten states would provoke immediate hostile reactions from the remaining 40. When the dictatorship truly arrives, it will happen in all 50 states at once.

UK Government refuses to stop spying on rendition victims

The UK government is refusing to guarantee that it will not misuse the intercepted lawyer-client communications of two rendition victims in their legal cases again the British government.

Yunus Rahmatullah and Amanatullah Ali, from Pakistan, are bringing legal action against the British government for its complicity in their torture and rendition. The men were captured in Iraq in 2004 by British forces, before being rendered by the US to Bagram prison, Afghanistan. They endured a decade of secret US detention and torture in Bagram before their release last May without charge or trial.

The UK Government is refusing to agree to a request by the men to take “reasonable” steps not to “read, listen to or otherwise use” their communications with their lawyers. Those communications are confidential, and enjoy protected status under the longstanding principle of legal professional privilege (LPP).

The counted: Inside the search for the real number of police killings in the US

the United States has no uniform count of people killed by police officers. The problem of missing data stems from more than just police obstructionism or oversight. A national infrastructure for data collection has never been built. Instead a confusing mosaic of city, state and county reporting leaves too many cracks for data to fall through, without imposing consequences for local police failing to report when they kill those they are sworn to protect.

“The reality is that there is not a good national data – or even a regional, state or local data on officer-involved shootings,” Laurie Robinson, a professor of criminology at George Mason University and co-chair of Barack Obama’s task force on community policing, told the Guardian.

Scientists in Canada Being Censored from Covering Dangers of Aluminum in Vaccines

It is very obvious to anyone paying attention these days that news regarding vaccine safety is routinely censored in the mainstream media. We know that the U.S. Government puts pressure on the U.S. media to not publish anything negative regarding vaccine safety, as Kathleen Sebelius, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services under President Obama, openly admitted this in an interview with Reader’s Digest:

RD:What can be done about public mistrust of vaccines?

KS:There are groups out there that insist that vaccines are responsible for a variety of problems despite all scientific evidence to the contrary. We have reached out to media outlets to try to get them to not give the views of these people equal weight in their reporting to what science has shown and continues to show about the safety of vaccines. Medical establishment forces psych meds on one million children just because of their birth date

If you have a young child, better watch out: She or he may be misdiagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) simply because of their age.

That's right, your daughter or son could be linked with a behavioral condition for no other reason than the fact that they were born during a certain year and happen to have a penchant for giggling and well, behaving as children often do.

In other words, if they're the youngest and considered the most immature in their kindergarten class, they're more likely to be labeled as having ADHD. In turn, they're prescribed medications like Ritalin. Shockingly, such harmful psych medications are being doled out to 1 million children in the United States for this reason, which often comes from the interpretation of teachers whose opinions are often heavily weighed in the determination of whether or not a child should be prescribed such drugs.

Utilities wage campaign against rooftop solar

But more recently, the battle has shifted to public utility commissions, where industry backers have mounted a more successful push for fee hikes that could put solar panels out of reach for many potential customers.

In a closely watched case last month, an Arizona utility voted to impose a monthly surcharge of about $50 for “net metering,” a common practice that allows solar customers to earn credit for the surplus electricity they provide to the electric grid. Net metering makes home solar affordable by sharply lowering electric bills to offset the $10,000 to $30,000 cost of rooftop panels.

A Wisconsin utilities commission approved a similar surcharge for solar users last year, and a New Mexico regulator also is considering raising fees. In some states, industry officials have enlisted the help of minority groups in arguing that solar panels hurt the poor by driving up electricity rates for everyone else.

Spain: More than 6,600 cases of torture or ill-treatment by police since 2004

According to Amnesty International, Spain tortures. And not just a little. The practice of torture is not systematic but it is not only isolated cases either. In fact, in just the last 10 years the Committee for the Prevention of Torture has collected 6,621 complaints of ill-treatment or torture committed by the police. The figure contrasts with the low number of convictions handed down by the courts. Specifically 752, mostly for misdemeanors and not crimes. In addition, the European Court of Human Rights has condemned Spain in up to 6 cases for not sufficiently investigating these allegations and the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture reprimanded the Spanish authorities for failing to investigate allegations of ill-treatment.

San Francisco jail inmates allegedly forced into 'gladiator-style' fights

The Department of Justice has been asked to investigate after prison guards allegedly forced inmates to engage in gladiator-style fights for “sadistic pleasure” and betting, in scenes the authorities said evoked Game of Thrones.

An inmate at the San Francisco County jail who weighed 150lb was allegedly forced to fight a 350lb inmate, under threat of being beaten up and shot with a Taser by guards, Jeff Adachi, the San Francisco County public defender, said in a press conference on Thursday.

Four sheriff’s deputies have been accused by three inmates of orchestrating vicious fights for their own amusement while encouraging them with chants.

Adachi said the deputy who reportedly orchestrated the activities was accused in 2006 of sexually assaulting inmates, in a case that was later settled out of court.

Government Secrecy At All-Time High

US Supreme Court Justice Brandeis said:

Publicity is justly commended as a remedy for social and industrial diseases. Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants; electric light the most efficient policeman.

But there’s no longer much sunlight to disinfect the corruption of the government or the powers-that-be.

More and more commonly, the government prosecutes cases based upon “secret evidence” that they don’t show to the defendant … or sometimes even the judge hearing the case.

As just one example, government is “laundering” information gained through mass surveillance through other agencies, with an agreement that the agencies will “recreate” the evidence in a “parallel construction” … so the original source of the evidence is kept secret from the defendant, defense attorneys and the judge. A former top NSA official says that this is the opposite of following the Fourth Amendment, but is a “totalitarian process” which shows that we’re in a “police state”.

Recursive Lending Analysis: ‘Money’ is an invisible mathematical trap of perpetual debt

*hyperlinks live at source*

By guest author Paul Grignon, creator of the Money as Debt Trilogy viewed by tens of millions worldwide in 24 languages, and used by Advanced Placement Economics teachers to communicate how what we use for money is created as debt (my AP Econ assignment using Paul’s movie). Paul is an independent researcher, writer, visual artist, and movie creator.

Money created as a debt-of-itself is an elusive concept.  Put simply, most of our money is bank credit, mere numbers on a computer created by a borrower promising to pay the same numbers back to a bank, on a schedule. Logically, in order for it all to be paid back, it has to all remain available to be earned by the borrowers that created it.

'Monsanto's Dream': Pro-GMO DARK Act Comes to Congress

The battle over genetically modified organisms, or GMOs, reached the U.S. capital on Wednesday when news broke that Kansas Republican Rep. Mike Pompeo will reintroduce a bill that blocks states from requiring GMO labeling.

The legislation, dubbed by critics the Deny Americans the Right-to-Know or DARK Act, grants the Secretary of Health and Human Services sole authority to mandate GMO labeling and sets forth particular standards for any label that contains claims that GMOs were or were not used in the production of the food— hampering any attempts by the Food and Drug Administration to pass legislation on the federal level.

Further, the bill preempts any local or state requirement and thus would overturn existing laws in Vermont, Connecticut and Maine, which critics say is a direct attack on state sovereignty. The bill was originally introduced under the last Congress.
