Florida Cop Caught Stealing from Walmart

Authorities in Coral Springs, Fla., caught one of their own allegedly stealing from Walmart ... and the Broward Sheriff's Office detention deputy didn't even bother taking off his uniform to do it. A BSO rep says Theodore Parrish turned himself in this week after he was spotted on surveillance video using the store's self-checkout lanes—and allegedly putting some of the items into his shopping cart without actually paying for them. Police say he stole $176.14 on five separate occasions; during the last two, he was wearing his BSO uniform. He now faces a charge of petit theft.

Iris Scan Beaten with Cell Phone Cameras

A hacker has cracked at the Congress of the Chaos Computer Club, the thumbprint of Ursula von der Leyen and the iris of Chancellor Merkel. Therefore, the hacker used simple press photos of politicians. It appears that it is sufficient for a cell phone camera to fool biometric recognition systems, such as the Irsis scan.

It’s time to abolish the CIA

After a trial run of 67 years, the agency has proven a sorcerer’s apprentice. The director and his subordinates have became insufferably arrogant Platonic Guardians hiding behind secrecy in the belief that the rest of us are too stupid or naive to judge what risks to accept to preserve liberty and the rule of law. The CIA has made Americans less safe.

The last President to try to curb the CIA was John F. Kennedy, and the head of the CIA that he fired, Allen Dulles, was appointed to the Warren Commission to "investigate" his murder.

White House announces sanctions against N. Korea

US President Barack Obama signed an executive order on Friday authorizing the imposition of new sanctions against certain North Korean entities in the wake of the recent Sony hack the White House continues to blame on Pyongyang.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is zero evidence that north Korea had anything to do with the SONY hack and quite a bit of evidence it was an internal hack by a disgruntled employee. This is Obama's version of Saddam's nuclear weapons; a made up threat to provoke another nation into war.

Why is it illegal for communities to protect themselves from harm?

The supposed answer to that question is the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution, Article 6, paragraph 2:

“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.”

By inference, the individual states declare their own supremacy when local communities try to nullify or avoid state statutes.

Keep in mind that the US Constitution enumerates powers granted to the federal government, and reserves all other powers for the states or the people. But this restraint has been trampled on so many times it’s barely visible under the tonnage of federal law and regulation.

The death of Cleveland woman Tanisha Anderson – who was in the midst of being detained after police physically restrained her during a mental health call by her family – has been ruled a homicide by the county medical examiner.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s office made the announcement on Friday, ruling that Anderson experienced “sudden death associated with physical restraint in a prone position.” The office also said heart disease and bipolar disease were factors contributing to her death, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported.

UN Seeks to Criminalize Free Speech, Citing “Human Rights”

Under the guise of advancing what the United Nations refers to as “human rights,” the dictator-dominated global body is waging a full-blown assault on free-speech rights by pressuring governments to criminalize so-called “hate speech.” Indeed, working alongside radical government-funded activist groups and anti-liberty politicians around the world, the UN and other totalitarian-minded forces have now reached the point where they openly claim that what they call “international law” actually requires governments to ban speech and organizations they disapprove of. Critics, though, are fighting back in an effort to protect freedom of speech — among the most fundamental of all real rights.

Why is it Illegal to Buy Food From Your Neighbors?

Virginians who try to sell homemade food from their kitchens are feeling the heat from state and local inspectors.

“I have to turn down my neighbors when they ask if they can buy pesto I make from my own basil plants,” says Bernadette Barber, a farmer in Lancaster, Va.
And this isn’t just a rural phenomenon.

Robert Earl Lawrence was turning in a stray cat in to a Dothan, Alabama animal shelter. For some reason, he had to show I.D. before he could leave the cat. Rather than pulling out a driver's license, "he instead showed paperwork that identified him as a sovereign citizen and, therefore, not bound by federal, state, or local laws."

The workers at the shelter called the cops, arguments enusued, and Lawrence was shot in the stomach, dying several hours later that day.

Egypt: Top Court Orders Retrial of Imprisoned Al-Jazeera Journalists

Egypt’s highest court of appeals has ordered a retrial of three al-Jazeera journalists who were imprisoned there last year, AFP reports, citing a defense lawyer.

Two Al Jazeera Journalists Held in Egypt Could Be Released Soon
"The Court of Cassation has accepted their appeal and ordered a retrial," said Amr Al-Deeb, a defense lawyer for Peter Greste, following a brief hearing.

Greste, an Australian national, as well as Canadian-Egyptian Mohamed Fahmy and Baher Mohamed, an Egyptian national, were found guilty of publishing false news about Egypt, as well as aiding the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization authorities there have considered a terrorist organization since December 2013. Al-Jazeera has demanded the release of its reporters, and is calling the accusations against them absurd.

Webmaster's Commentary:

2014 Year in Review: 7 Examples of Police State Technology Making Our Rights Obsolete

Things are not looking pretty for the land of the free.

The year 2014 has made it very clear that privacy is under threat, and the situation is not likely to improve. Mass surveillance – which became a national issue via the Edward Snowden leaks – is not subsiding or under reform; instead, is becoming more bold and complex with each passing day.

It would take several books to catalog the myriad ways in which the rights of The People have been casually infringed by various levels of government just in years since 9/11 and the introduction of the PATRIOT Act.

And it’s not only are federal agencies like the NSA, Homeland Security and the FBI that are taking liberties with our… umm… liberties; it is local police, too. The rise of technology is rapidly fueling these agencies with data and “intelligence” with very little oversight and even less pause for reflection to use these powerful abilities wisely and yes, judiciously.

‘Caught in dragnet’: Innocent charities lose millions due to anti-terror laws

British charities working in conflict zones are being cut off from millions of pounds worth of funding due to counter-terrorism legislation, a report published on Wednesday suggests.

The paper, produced by the Demos think tank, shows that a wide range of charities, especially those operating in the Middle East, have been affected as major banks continue to shut down bank accounts they believe might be linked to funding terrorist activity.

“Certain users of the banking system deemed to be high risk have found it ever harder to receive, send and store their money,” said the Royal United Services Institute’s (RUSI) director for financial crime and security studies, Tom Keatinge, who authored the report.

“In the worst cases they have had their bank accounts closed, losing financial access.”

Why Is The Fed Hiring An "Emergency Preparedness Specialist Familiar With DHS Directives"

A few weeks ago, we reported that for some still unexplained reason, the US Treasury is ordering "survival kits" to its employees overseeing the federal banking system.

We still don't know why. But what makes things even more surprising, and confusing, is that two days before the survival kit RFP soliciation became public on December 4, 2014, a just as curious notice was blasted by the Fed's recruiting Twitter account:

So the Fed is hiring not just any "emergency preparedness specialist" but one familiar with DHS directives?

#Hiring an emergency preparedness specialist familiar w/ Department of Homeland Security directives. #Job ID:10185 http://go.usa.gov/6rpx

The only question is why does the Fed - a uniformly safe institution, where economists engage in deep contemplation and decide how much of the US deficit they will monetize - need a person with these qualifications?

Webmaster's Commentary:

The only thing which makes sense to me is that the Fed believes, based on some very critical realities, that there is going to be some massive financial and social disruption in the US in 2015.

Folks, I know I sound like a chipped CD on this one, but if the Fed is preparing for a massive financial and social disruption here at home, you had darned well better be preparing for it as well.

Please make sure you have potable water, some kind of filtration, storable food and a means to cook things if power goes off. If you, or the people you care about are on medication, please make sure you have extra medication for yourself, and your loved ones. Buy small amounts of gold and silver, and do not put any more money in the bank than just what you need to pay your bills. Figure out what skills and services you can barter if the US currency crashes completely, and becomes worthless. Have a bug out plan, if you need to leave, and make sure you know how to get your children released from school, if you need to.

Preparing never hurts; when things go haywire, it is the preparing that can keep you and your family alive in the middle of any kind of a disaster.

Couple thrown in JAIL for being unable to pay court fees on traffic ticket they received visiting dying son in hospital

An Alabama couple say they ended up in a modern-day equivalent of a debtor's jail after they had failed to pay court fees in connection to a minor traffic violation as their young son lay dying in the hospital.

Tim Fugatt, a music pastor from Sylacauga, Alabama, was pulled over in Childersburg in December 2010 and issued a ticket for driving with an expired tag on his license plate.

At the time of the traffic stop, Mr Fugatt was returning home from visiting his terminally ill infant son, Cole, suffering from a rare brain disease.

Obama Imposed 75,000 Pages of New Regulations in 2014

Just in the last few weeks, the Obama administration has proposed or imposed over 1,200 new regulations on the American people that will add even more to the already crushing $2 trillion per year cost burden of the federal regulatory machine. According to data compiled from the federal government’s Regulations.gov website by the Daily Caller, most of the new regulatory schemes involve energy and the environment — 139 during a mere two-week period in December, to be precise. In all, the Obama administration foisted more than 75,000 pages of regulations on the United States in 2014, costing over $200 billion, on the low end, if new proposed rules are taken into account.

NSA spying in Vienna detailed at Chaos meet

According to a report in the Austrian news daily Der Standard, Möchel had made extensive use of the documents revealed by Edward Snowden, the former systems administrator and defense contractor with Booz Allen Hamilton who allegedly leaked NSA and CIA secret archives.

The documents show that the American National Security Agency operates a robust presence in the Austrian capital, and with good reason. Despite Vienna having a population of only 1.75 million people, the city is home to more than 17,000 accredited diplomats, many of whom work in the various international organizations, including the United Nations, IAEA, UNIDO, CTBTO, OSCE and OPEC.

That means nearly 1 percent of Vienna's population have diplomatic status - and a significant portion of those are likely to be spies, according to Austrian investigative journalist Emil Bobi, who estimates that there are more than 7,000 spooks living in the city.

Obama Says He Is Improving the World

U.S. President Barack Obama said in a December 30th Oval Office interview with Steve Inskeep of National Public Radio, that, “wherever we have been involved over the last several years, I think the outcome has been better because of American leadership.” This statement from him was part of his answer when Inskeep asked whether the President had regrets about “overthrowing the Gaddafi regime” in Libya.

Obama answered:

“We are hugely influential; we’re the one indispensable nation. But when it comes to nation-building, when it comes to what is going to be a generational project in a place like Libya or a place like Syria or a place like Iraq, we can help, but we can’t do it for them.” In other words: the Libyan people failed, and the Syrian people failed, and the Iraqi people failed, according to America’s President — but he himself and his predecessor Bush did not fail by bombing those countries under false pretenses as they did.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is only a one word characterization of Obama's state of mind, upon making these statements: delusional!!!

Key Figures In CIA-Crack Cocaine Scandal Begin To Come Forward

More than 18 years have passed since Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Gary Webb stunned the world with his “Dark Alliance” newspaper series investigating the connections between the CIA, a crack cocaine explosion in the predominantly African-American neighborhoods of South Los Angeles, and the Nicaraguan Contra fighters -- scandalous implications that outraged LA’s black community, severely damaged the intelligence agency's reputation and launched a number of federal investigations.

It did not end well for Webb, however. Major media, led by The New York Times, Washington Post and Los Angeles Times, worked to discredit his story. Under intense pressure, Webb's top editor abandoned him. Webb was drummed out of journalism. One LA Times reporter recently apologized for his leading role in the assault on Webb, but it came too late. Webb died in 2004 from an apparent suicide. Obituaries referred to his investigation as "discredited."

LA Times Absurdity: The 'Enemy Within' Is Cultivated by Fedgov Gridlock

This article presents the idea that people are going to get so fed up with do-nothing politicians – hamstrung by gridlock – that they will rise up and demand a dictatorship.

Obamacare: How Screwed Are You?

Since the ACA was deemed to have passed Congress, rewritten and declared a tax by Justice Roberts, altered, parsed and carved up by Presidential fiat, had its many exemptions and waivers issued to the fortunate and filibustered against its funding; dozens of minions in various administration agencies have also cranked out over 100 final regulations on how this fraud will be implemented.

That’s the long way of saying you’re about to be subjugated. Think I’m paranoid?

Okay, riddle me this:

Since when does enforcement of a law require thirty times more words and regulations than the law itself?

The answer is when enforcement is the entire point of the law.

But most importantly, the Administration will have you by the short hairs. They’ll have your medical history and the ability to share it or exploit it when it suits them.

Worse than the dictators: Egypt’s leaders bring pillars of freedom crashing down

Egypt is enacting authoritarian laws at a rate unmatched by any regime for 60 years, legal specialists from four institutions have told the Guardian.

Since the overthrow of Mohamed Morsi in July 2013, Morsi’s successors in the presidency, Adly Mansour and Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, have used the absence of an elected parliament to almost unilaterally issue a series of draconian decrees that severely restrict freedom of expression, association and assembly.

28 Signs That U.S. Public Schools Are Rapidly Being Turned Into Indoctrination Centers And Prison Camps

It has been said that children are our future, and right now the vast majority of our children are being “educated” in public schools that are rapidly being turned into indoctrination centers and prison camps. Our children desperately need to focus on the basics such as reading, writing and math, but instead a whole host of politicians, “education officials” and teachers are constantly injecting as much propaganda as they possibly can into classroom instruction. Instead of learning how to think, our children are continually being told what to think. Not only that, our children are also being trained how to live as subservient slaves in a Big Brother police state. Today, nearly everything that children do in public schools is watched, monitored, recorded and tracked. Independent thought and free expression are greatly discouraged and are often cracked down upon harshly.

New NSA leak reveals scope of agency's war against crypto

?The National Security Agency boasts the ability to compromise computer protocols meant to encrypt private internet data, leaked documents have revealed. But the NSA has fallen short of totally winning its war against crypto.

Classified NSA files taken by former contractor Edward Snowden and published for the first time by Der Spiegel on Sunday reveal that, while the United States’ intelligence agency is indeed adept at cracking encryption, its efforts are no match when it comes to some of the more popular protocols used to keep communications private.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The last 6 NSA challenges Mike coded have yet to be broken.

So, even though the NSA boasts about seeing/hearing all of our communications, they really cannot and do not.

Mike and I have speculated that any agents tasked with following our cybertrails have been given that task as punishment duty.

As a Christian pacifist, who never advocates violence, and participates in community charities, I must be a very dull read! :-)

FBI forensic lab misconduct could affect 2,600 convictions, 45 death row cases

Nearly every criminal case the FBI and US Justice Department has reviewed during a major investigation that began in 2012 regarding an FBI lab unit has involved flawed forensic testimony, The Washington Post reported.

The review - originally spurred by a Post report in 2012 over flawed forensic testimony by Federal Bureau of Investigation lab technicians that may have led to convictions of hundreds of innocent people - was cut short last August when its findings “troubled the bureau,” according to the Post. The review was ordered by the Justice Department (DOJ) to resume this month, government officials said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Back in 1995, the head of the FBI's own crime lab, Dr. Frederick Whitehurst, blew the whistle on the FBI lab's malpractice, which included rigging lab test results to help gain convictions. The FBI retaliated against Whitehurst, demoting him to the paint chip lab. Whitehurst eventually left the FBI in 1998 with a $1.1 million settlement, and a Presidential Executive Order by George Bush protecting government whistleblowers (President Clinton rescinded portions of that EO following the shoot down of TWA 800).

It would appear that the FBI did not learn any lessons as they are apparently still using the laboratory, not to find the truth, but to score points on a convictions scoreboard!

Economic Terrorism Against Russia Intensifies

An “economic report” which shows that Russia’s economy is shrinking. Here we see the pattern of the economic terrorism perpetrated by the One Bank exposed.

In 2010; the One Bank decided to destroy the economy of Greece. It did so for several reasons. It wanted to “make an example” of Greece for all the other European governments to see. This was deemed essential when (tiny) Iceland successfully broke-free of the control of this crime syndicate after the Crash of ‘08, and reclaimed its own sovereignty. It was not about to allow other European governments to follow that example, and begin to assert their own independence.

Judge Posner’s One-Way Mirror

Now, as reported by Glenn Greenwald, federal judge Richard Posner has come forward to tell us that that is exactly how things should be. “Like so many federal judges,” writes Greenwald, “Judge Posner recognizes rights only when they belong to agents of the state or the economic elite. When it’s ordinary citizens at issue, he snidely rejects any such protections. Of course, this is exactly backwards: those exercising public power (police officers) have a lower entitlement to privacy than private individuals. But power-servants like Judge Posner view only actors of the state and those who serve it (such as himself) as entitled to these prerogatives. That’s become the corrupt essence of the U.S. justice system, and it’s perfectly expressed by Judge Posner’s radically divergent views based on whose privacy is at stake.”

Isolated Incidents? A Lawsuit is Filed Against the NYPD Every 2 1/2 Hours

New York City comptroller, Scott Stringer, recently released a map of all lawsuits filed against the NYPD in 2013. This graphic representation of police misconduct was then analyzed and compiled into a compelling report which illustrates the dire need of reform.

The report put out by the comptroller’s officer, titled Claimstat, shows that the lawsuits are derived “primarily of allegations of police misconduct, civil rights violations, and injury and/or damage from accidents involving police vehicles.” The report was put out in July and is used as a way of using data-driven methods to try and save money.

However, it doesn’t look like counting the incidents of police brutality is doing anything to save the city money, as Stringer’soriginal report said that the 2015 budget would have to include $674 million for settlements and judgments (an amount greater that the budget for the Parks Department, Department of Aging and New York Public Library combined).

America’s Toxic Middle East Allies

U.S. allies in the Persian Gulf have a history of directly supporting or at least allowing private funds to flow to terrorist groups. This phenomenon has its roots in the U.S. and Saudi-backed Afghan insurgency against the Soviet Union, which included aid to the so-called “Arab Afghans” who joined the indigenous insurgency. The impact on Saudi society, and the broader Middle East, was profound.

At the same time, Gulf monarchies view these terrorist groups as a serious threat. But the Saudi state is inhibited in dealing with terrorist financing, as it cannot afford to estrange the powerful clerical establishment that permeates society and is comparatively unabashed about funding jihadists.

Leaked ‘kill list’ shows NATO killed Afghan children, civilians in pursuit of low-level Taliban fighters

Drawing information from top secret documents spirited away by former NSA analyst Edward Snowden, Der Spiegel reports that the “kill list” used by NATO forces in Afghanistan included low-ranking members of the Taliban along with drug dealers suspected of supporting them.

As the war in Afghanistan draws to a close after 13 years, new information is becoming available describing NATO conduct in the war-torn nation. According to the newly released documents, NATO maintained an extensive list — including up to 750 names at times – of Afghans (found here) slated for death, including mid- and lower-level Taliban operatives along with drug dealers who allegedly supported the insurgents.

The most censored health news stories of 2014 - here's what the establishment doesn't want you to remember

2014 was a year in which we watched the mainstream media devolve into a spot-on depiction of George Orwell's Ministry of Truth, engaging in White House-ordered news story blackouts, CDC-inspired anti-health propaganda that endangered the public and corporate-funded disinfo campaigns disguised as news.

But what were the biggest health-related censored news stories of the year? That's what this Natural News article is all about. Consider it a short list of things the establishment doesn't want you to remember actually happened.

No Charges for Police Chief Who Used Badge to Try and Intimidate Teen into Posing Nude

Seastrand explained, she said, that they would go into the basement. “He said he would grab the station’s camera to shoot a series of nude photos of me, and then he’d hold it over my head for two years to be sure I didn’t commit another crime,” Westfall said.

“That’s when it was really chilling,” she said. “He’s standing there in uniform, he had his gun strapped on his side,” said Janelle Westfall recounting the horror of having a police officer intimidating her asking her to take lewd photos for him.

Seastrand then told Westfall that if she told anyone, he would deny it all.

As soon as she left the station she told her family. She told her uncle and her aunt, who were both police officers, who advised her to write down everything she remembered, while her father called the state police.

Only War, Inflation And Financial Collapse Can End The Global "Plutonomy", According To Citi

Wait what? Was there really a time 8 years before the French economist Piketty bashed (and made millions in the process) class and wealth inequality, when one of the world's soon to be most insolvent banks had a symposium in which the bank pulled a page right out of pre-revolutionary France and celebrated the world's mega rich?

Yes, and that's not all.

It is what was widely suspected by cynical critics of the Federal government such as the writers of this blog, but now we have official confirmation that the Obama administration was using Operation Fast and Furious as an excuse to advocate for stricter gun control measures, even as the program funneled thousands of rifles to Mexican drug cartels.

False Flagging the World towards War. The CIA Weaponizes Hollywood

Almost all wars begin with false flag operations.

The coming conflicts in North Korea and Russia are no exception.

Mass public hysteria is being manufactured to justify aggression against Moscow and Pyongyang, in retaliation for acts attributed to the North Korean and Russian governments, but orchestrated and carried out by the CIA and the Pentagon.

Molten metal under Trade Center rubble could NOT have come from jet fuel

The U.S. government, the 9/11 Commission, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, FEMA and the mainstream media all do the same thing. When they can’t explain something that contradicts the official version of events on 9/11, they simply pretend the questions don’t exist.

Among the most crucial examples of this are the large pools of molten metal found under the rubble of the two twin towers of the World Trade Center and Building 7. The molten metal burned under the rubble for weeks, with the final fires not being extinguished until December of 2001, three months after the disaster.

The official story can’t explain this; it doesn’t even try. That’s because the molten metal points to a controlled demolition – explosive charges combined with a material that causes a chemical reaction creating extreme heat to cut through steel beams.

School teachers forced to wear scarlet letter flu masks, gloves when they refuse flu shots that don't even work

The vaccine mafia is upping the stakes in its endless war against free thinking and personal choice. A shocking new report indicates that some daycare workers in Texas are now being forced to wear face masks and gloves throughout the duration of "flu season" if they refuse to be injected with live viruses and mercury.

Citing a letter received from a concerned daycare worker in the College Station area of central Texas, VacTruth.com reports that at least one daycare center in the region, Covenant Presbyterian Children's Center (CPCC), has implemented the egregious policy, which is akin to forcibly labeling all resisters with a giant scarlet letter in order to coerce compliance.

As more cities ban homeless camps, advocates cry foul

For Teresa Sigerson, a former waitress who has lived under a Chicago expressway bridge for three years, the camp she shares with eight others provides shelter, companionship and some measure of security.

"There's safety in numbers," said Sigerson, 51, who begs during the day and sleeps between concrete bridge pillars under a highway northwest of downtown. "Everything's convenient here - you're by the stores, the highway."

This year, Sigerson almost lost her space when construction began on tall concrete barriers on the raised slabs where the homeless were make their beds. The project, which was halted this summer, was meant to dislodge the decade-old camp in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood.

No charges for Bush-era torturers under Obama

Despite injustices committed by the Bush administration after the September 11th attack, Obama refuses to hold the wrong-doers accountable.

Though he admits the practices were torturous, and therefore criminal, he chooses to remain "agnostic" about whether or not the tactics worked and does not plan to pursue the issue further.

His reasoning for not taking appropriate actions in response to the recent release of the torture report may have something to do with his close ties to the CIA director.

Ukraine’s Government Is Starving Residents of the Breakaway Region

Amnesty International has found that “the already desperate situation in eastern Ukraine is being made even worse by” so-called ‘volunteer’ or mercenary forces for the Ukrainian Government, which are blocking the supply of food to residents in that region, and trying to starve them to death.

Thus, “The region is facing a humanitarian disaster with many already at risk of starvation,” said Denis Krivosheev, acting Director of Europe and Central Asia for Amnesty International, on Wed., December 24th.

Amnesty International reports that, “Over half of the population in these areas are now entirely dependent on food aid.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is absolutely certifiably criminal, on the part of the Ukrainian government.

And THIS is the government which has become the "BFF" of the American government?!?

After Scrutiny, C.I.A. Mandate Is Untouched

Over a lunch in Washington in 1976, James J. Angleton, for years the ruthless chief of counterintelligence at the C.I.A., likened the agency to a medieval city occupied by an invading army.

“Only, we have been occupied by Congress,” he told a young congressional investigator. “With our files rifled, our officials humiliated, and our agents exposed.”

Nearly four decades later, another Senate committee’s allegations that the C.I.A. has engaged in torture, lying and cover-up have stirred echoes of the Church era — raising the question of whether the agency is in for another period of change.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Translation: the CIA will continue to operate outside of US laws, and international norms of decency, including the continuance of torture with which to obtain "confessions" germane to supporting the official governmental narrative.

And I for one do not support this kind of behaviour on the part of the CIA or any other governmental agency, and know, for a fact, that I am not alone.

Bahrain Adopts Israel Strategy To Alter Demographics

Prominent Bahraini human rights activist Nabeel Rajab accused Bahrain’s ruling family of seeking to change Bahrain’s demography by adopting a strategy similar to that used by the UK in the creation of Israel.

Talking to Iranian news channel Press TV, Rajab said the systematic naturalization of foreigners and the deportation of locals after revoking their citizenships are proof that al-Khalifa family is implementing the same strategy that Britain implemented in Palestine.

Dozens of Bahrainis have had their citizenship revoked and several have also been deported since Bahrain adopted the Bahraini Citizenship Law last year stipulating that suspects convicted of “terrorist” acts could be stripped of their nationality.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Absoflippinglutely unbelievable.

And a short memo to the Al-Khalifa monarchy: in doing this, you are sowing the seeds for this monarchy's destruction.

And I say this because there will be a point, when these "newly minted" citizens will begin to chafe under your dictatorship, and begin to demand what the Sunni members of your country have been demanding, so far, peacefully; and that is true representation in government..

And what are they going to do when they don't get that?!? Has anyone in the monarchy or your advisers thought this through?!?

The late President Kennedy said it best; when peaceful revolution is impossible, violent revolution is inevitable.

With these moves, you may have postponed a revolution, and bought yourselves some time; but just barely.

Supreme Court Rules 8-1 Citizens Have No Protection Against 4th Amendment Violations by Police Ignorant of the Law

In a blow to the constitutional rights of citizens, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in Heien v. State of North Carolina that police officers are permitted to violate American citizens' Fourth Amendment rights if the violation results from a "reasonable" mistake about the law on the part of police. Acting contrary to the venerable principle that "ignorance of the law is no excuse," the Court ruled that evidence obtained by police during a traffic stop that was not legally justified can be used to prosecute the person if police were reasonably mistaken that the person had violated the law.

Snowden Docs reveal 5-Nation Cointelpro Ops

Famed journalist Glenn Greenwald, most known for being the main reporter who received and exposed NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden’s stolen files, has just released another shocking global espionage revelation. Except this one doesn’t expose overzealous spying upon all of humanity. It exposes a worldwide cointelpro operation being perpetrated by 5 Western governments.

Police forces are in the business of protecting the populace from criminals and harm. It’s mostly a defensive job. But in the mid-twentieth century, the FBI expanded their mission to include going on the offense, not against criminals, but against anyone the government deemed the ‘enemy’. Thanks to a detailed report from journalist Glenn Greenwald and the accompanying 50-page secret document from the British government, it’s now apparent cointelpro operations are back.

How Covert Agents Infiltrate the Internet to Manipulate, Deceive, and Destroy Reputations

Among the core self-identified purposes of JTRIG are two tactics: (1) to inject all sorts of false material onto the internet in order to destroy the reputation of its targets; and (2) to use social sciences and other techniques to manipulate online discourse and activism to generate outcomes it considers desirable. To see how extremist these programs are, just consider the tactics they boast of using to achieve those ends: “false flag operations” (posting material to the internet and falsely attributing it to someone else), fake victim blog posts (pretending to be a victim of the individual whose reputation they want to destroy), and posting “negative information” on various forums.

The secret GMO war: double agents, betrayal, greed?Dec26

Well, let me put it to you this way. What would happen to Whole Foods’ program of voluntary GMO labeling if there were mandatory labeling across America, or in any state where Whole Foods does business?

Can you guess?

I’ll break it down. Whole Foods has pledged to put “non-GMO” labels on their products by 2018. They’ll do everything they can to sell as many non-GMO products as possible. The products that don’t carry the non-GMO seal will obviously be GMO, and customers can avoid them if they want to.

On the other hand, if suddenly, out of the blue, mandatory labeling became law, the whole voluntary non-GMO label enterprise would be obsolete. Why voluntarily put that label on products when mandatory labeling handles the whole issue?

“We put non-GMO labels on our food. Aren’t we wonderful?”

“Not really. The mandatory labels tell me everything that’s GMO. All the other products are non-GMO. Thanks, but no thanks.”

‘Everything Is In Place And Nobody Can Stop Us Now’ – Dr Day 1969 Lecture

The ‘1969 Day’ lecture has been referenced in many comments (mainly by Ned) – and thus I have posted the full Rense article here below. Dr. Day seemed to have anesthetized his audience into the belief that nothing could stop the well laid plans of this powerful (NWO) group. Well, we know, the natural order of systems is that they flourish and then decline. And in some ways, this can also be viewed as a parasite – host relationship. The success of a parasite is that it’s host is oblivious to the parasite. And as the host is sapped of ‘energy’ and resources, it has to adapt – thus the two are in a constant process of co-evolution. The danger, however, for the parasite is that: 1) the host becomes aware of the parasite, and 2) it has evolved to survive only on its host.

Putin: It Is Time To Play Your Ace In The Hole

The entire world is watching Putin play poker with the Western politicians lead by Obama and followed by Washington quislings in London, Brussels and Berlin. Why America would be foolish to wage a cyber-war against North Korea

North Korea's creaky internet crashed for nine hours on Monday, and is now mostly back up. This outage is probably no coincidence. Many observers assume that the Obama administration is behind it, retaliating to what the government called North Korean "cyber vandalism" aimed at Sony Pictures. That attack, as everyone knows, led Sony to cancel the release of a comedy, The Interview, about the assassination of North Korea's young leader, Kim Jong Un.

If President Obama did launch an undeclared cyberwar against North Korea, it may well be the equivalent of Bill Clinton launching cruise missiles at Osama bin Laden's empty training camps back in the 1990s. Clinton's salvo was never a real strategy to deal with a growing threat, and resulted only in intensified attacks. Obama may be making a similar mistake now.

Christmas in America: Growing Poverty, Unemployment and Homelessness in the World’s Richest Country

Poverty is a growth industry. So is human misery. America is banana republicanized. Unfit to live in for growing millions.

Democracy is pure fantasy. A facade masking New World Order harshness. Monied interests run things. Class war rages.

Inside the bubble it’s paradise. Outside it’s dystopian hell. America is venal. Corrupted. Depraved. Degenerate. Too broken to fix.

NSA releases decade’s worth of damaging intelligence reports in Christmas Eve document dump

At approximately 1:30 p.m. EST on Christmas Eve, the National Security Agency responded to a Freedom of Information Act request from the American Civil Liberties Union by releasing more than a decade’s worth of incriminating quarterly and annual reports, David Lerman at Bloomberg News reports.

According to the heavily redacted reports to the President’s Intelligence Oversight Board, intelligence operatives routinely emailed private data on American citizens to unauthorized recipients, stored that data in unsecured computers, and retained it long after laws required it be destroyed.

“The government conducts sweeping surveillance under this authority — surveillance that increasingly puts Americans’ data in the hands of the NSA,” the ACLU’s Patrick C. Toomey told Bloomberg News in an email. “Despite that fact, this spying is conducted almost entirely in secret and without legislative or judicial oversight.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is no legislative or judicial oversight, because, most likely the NSA has ALL the dirt on all who might be in a position to try to stop this total surveillance, and they have been threatened into silence.

How The CIA's Torture Program Is Destroying The Key Foreign Power The US Had: The Moral High Ground

Over a year ago, we wrote about a wonderful piece in Foreign Affairs by Henry Farrell and Martha Finnemore, noting that the real "danger" of the Snowden and Manning revelations was that it effectively killed off the US's ability to use hypocrisy as a policy tool. Here was the key bit (though the whole article is worth reading):

The deeper threat that leakers such as Manning and Snowden pose is more subtle than a direct assault on U.S. national security: they undermine Washington’s ability to act hypocritically and get away with it. Their danger lies not in the new information that they reveal but in the documented confirmation they provide of what the United States is actually doing and why. When these deeds turn out to clash with the government’s public rhetoric, as they so often do, it becomes harder for U.S. allies to overlook Washington’s covert behavior and easier for U.S. adversaries to justify their own.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, here is the heart and soul of the US government at this point in its history; it will lie, cheat, jail, torture, extrajudicially assassinate, and wage war against people who get in the way of the country's (and world's) monied interests.

To all those countries which have natural resources the US government wants, be very aware that it will do everything in its power to destabilize your government, and put in a US-centric government that will do its bidding; failing that, the US government will wage outright war to get those resources.

And to its citizens: you have become completely expendable, because your alleged representatives only represent those corporations which so lavishly fund their election cycles. You and your needs and issues have become irreverent, because it is only the needs and issues of those major corporations which are addressed.

Your jobs will continue to be offshored, outsourced, reducing you to working several minimum wage jobs just to survive, if you can find them.

You will be taxed into poverty, thrown out on the streets when you can't pay the rent, and your homelessness will become criminalized, at which point you will most likely languish in a for-profit prison, as a slave laborer there.

That is a painfully, bleakly honest portrait of this government going into 2015.

UK police misuse pre-charge bail to ban activists from protesting – report

UK police forces are misusing pre-charge bail by banning hundreds of protestors from attending lawful demonstrations, The Guardian newspaper has revealed. Of all bailed protesters, eighty-five percent are never charged with any crime.

Since 2008 police have arrested at least 855 people in England and Wales and then released them on pre-charge bail, setting a date to return to the police station. Until their return, those bailed were prohibited from attending any demonstration. However, 85 percent, or about 732 people, have never been charged, according to data the Guardian collected using the Freedom of Information Act.

US police brutality protests hit home with Palestinian prisoners

Makhoul’s letter, which can be read in full at the bottom of this page, emphasizes the universality of the protests in the United States.

“Such racist official violence exasperates the conscience of all, and of course all 7,000 [Palestinian political prisoners] in Israel jail who seek freedom, liberty and justice for themselves as well as for their people of Palestine,” Makhoul states.

Govt abusing Bill of Rights with digital surveillance loopholes, lawyers allege

Government and corporate entities have far too much leeway to hack into webcams in order to conduct surveillance, and laws supposedly designed to protect victims of such an intrusion are inadequate, according to a new report.

Citizenship Revoked, Beaten and Threatened With Sexual Abuse – For Refusing to Spy

It all started in 2012, when then 23 year old former British care worker who was married with child, Mahdi Hashi, received word from his family in Britain that Home Secretary Teresa May had just revoked his British citizenship. This we learn, was all part of May’s secretly ramping-up a program to strip citizens of their British passports.

To lodge an appeal, Hashi had to travel to neighboring Djibouti, where Djibouti police interrogated him first, before handing him over to US handlers. Later we learn that after landing at Heathrow, Hashi was a victim of ‘spook blackmailing’ by MI5 who told him that his ‘suspect status’ would be cleared off his record but only if he ‘co-operated’ with clandestine gov’t agency – most likely playing the role of informant to snitch on other Somalians and produce ‘intel’ for the intelligence services.

Man sent back to prison for getting job that started too early in the morning

A prisoner who was released on licence is spending Christmas back in jail after he was punished for taking a job which started at 6.15 in the morning, 45 minutes before his night-time curfew expired. His parole was supervised by a private company, one of 21 put in place in June after the Probation Service stopped having day-to-day supervision of short-term released prisoners.

Ashley Stansfield, 48, was released from an open prison in August. He was serving an 18-month sentence for conspiracy to steal a car. He was on licence, wore a tag and was made subject to a night-time curfew.

Almost immediately he started looking for work. In September, he was given a trial as a driver by a delivery company in London. He was then told he had the job and bought his own uniform.

Stansfield, from Finsbury Park, north London, told his supervising parole officer that he needed to start work at 6.15am but that his curfew did not end until 7am.

Seattle Police Department looking for ‘a few good hackers’ to help it doctor dashboard cam footage

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) hosted a contest last week in which it invited hackers to compete to see who could redact dashboard and body camera footage most efficiently.

According to the official site for the SPD’s first-ever “HACKATHON,” the goal is “looking for a better, faster way to redact [the 1,612,554] videos and make them accessible as public records.”

John Vibes at the Free Thought Project does not accept the SPD’s claim that the “HACKATHON” is “only seeking to protect the identities of innocent people who may get caught on camera.”

“It is only a small change in coding that is necessary to alter how the entire footage is edited, so this cover story may be nothing more than an excuse to censor the footage,” he wrote. “Also, even if they are telling the truth about their motives, this new development still shows that the footage is only as transparent as the police will allow it to be.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

These techniques will ultimately NOT be about transparency, but changing the video narrative to the Seattle Police Department's liking and legal needs.

Cops Handcuff & Shackle 4-Year-Old Boy, Haul Him Off to Jail for a Temper Tantrum

A four-year-old little boy was handcuffed and then shackled by the local sheriff and taken away in a squad car, after the principal at Nathanael Greene Primary School failed to calm him down.

Back in October the boy allegedly threw blocks, climbed over desks, hit, scratched, and kicked the principal and the director of special education. Unable to gain control of a 4-year-old, the school made the ridiculous decision to call a sheriff’s deputy who is assigned to the schools.

“The boy was out of control, basically, throwing his arms around and kicking– trying to kick the deputy, trying to run away, and the deputy felt that putting the handcuffs on him was for his safety as well as everybody else’s,” County Sheriff Steven Smith said.

Tracy Wood, the boy’s mother, says the school called her to pick up her son, but when she got there, police had already taken him to the station.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So they had no better tools to calm the kid down than police handcuffs and leg shackles?!?

I have worked with special needs kids many years ago, and there are many, many other ways to calm a kid down who is acting like this.

That they believed they had no better tools than the ones they used says volumes about elementary education in this country, and demonstrates a real lack of teacher training to deal with temperamental children.

CBS2 Exclusive: LI Woman Sues United Airlines Following Arrest On Flight

Mamakos said she resisted the arrest because she had paid thousands in airfare for the round trip flight, and claims unfriendly flight attendants overreacted when she tried to move to an empty row after the doors closed for take off.

It was the third leg of a long cross-country trip, and she hoped to sleep.

“One of the stewardesses said ‘Oh no you don’t.’ Which stopped me in my tracks,” she said.

So Mamakos moved toward the front of the plane.

“So I went forward and then another stewardess came along and said ‘Give me your credit card,'” she said.

Mamakos, a registered nurse, was in an empty exit row emergency seat and was told this would be a costly upgrade.

“At that point I decided no, I’m not paying $109 and I’ll go back to my seat,” she said.

Seated now, resigned to her crowded row, an announcement was made.

“I heard the captain say ‘There is a lady that wants to get off the plane on this flight, so we have to wait,” she said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The last time I did a red-eye flight, the plane was mostly empty and the pilot made an announcement that we could all move to other seats in our own sections to get more room, which many did, to stretch out and get some sleep. The current model seems to be "You VILL sit in ze seat you haf paid for UND you vill NOT move, schweinhunt!"

This is a problem for two reasons.

1. Product development people will tell you that customer satisfaction is not based solely on getting what the customer has paid for but in large part the perception that they got a little bit more. Successful products and services are those where the customer discovers after the purchase that there was a little something added; an extra feature on the gizmo, an extra bit of comfort, and so forth. So I can guarantee that in satisfaction ratings, United is not going to score very high with this attitude.

2. The US tourist industry is already in the Al Qaeda because of TSA abuses, and stories like this going global (and it SHOULD go global) will only discourage more people from tourism in the US. The loss to the Alaska ski business caused by this stunt is well above the $109 fee United wanted to charge this woman, which they did not get anyway. And I hope this woman wins her lawsuit in a huge amount to remind the corporations that their business is taking care of the customer above fattening their stockholders' wallets!

Georgia VIPER Unit Accused Of Illegal Strip Searches

Now we know what those TSA organized "VIPER" teams are doing since being tasked to patrol the streets of America, namely the same as they do at our nation's airports -- organized mass molestation on an unprecedented scale.

The accused "crimes"? Such horrors as driving with "expired tags," or allegedly "not using a turn signal."

A new leaked CIA document from WikiLeaks reveals a few government secrets that could be useful for travelers this holiday season. In it, the CIA explains how to avoid a secondary screening at the airport if you’re traveling abroad.

The basic tips: Don’t bring too many new items in your luggage (sorry, Christmas gifts); don’t be nervous and visibly sweating; don’t change your itinerary within a day of your flight; don’t be weird about passport screening procedures; and make sure your luggage isn’t disproportionate to your purported reasons for your trip, which could mean how it’s packed or how fancy the stuff on the inside is.

Tense scenes in Missouri after police shoot another black teen

An 18-year-old black man was shot and killed by police late on Tuesday at a gas station in a St. Louis suburb near where unarmed teen Michael Brown was killed by a white officer in August, police and local media said.

A video feed showed the gas station cordoned off by yellow tape and guarded by police, some in helmets and carrying riot shields, with bystanders shouting at them in a tense standoff.

NYPD Union President Patrick Lynch Is Completely Nuts: A History

Patrick Lynch is the 51-year-old president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, the largest and most influential union of the New York City Police Department. You might recognize his name: Over the weekend, Lynch blamed Bill de Blasio for the Saturday deaths of two Brooklyn cops who were murdered by a lone gunman from Georgia. “That blood on the hands,” he said at a press conference, “starts on the steps of City Hall, in the office of the mayor.”

To understand why he would say something so wrong and inflammatory, you need to delve into Lynch’s long, checkered history of issuing similarly insane statements. His public declarations over the past 15 years are essentially pro-police agitprop: Cops can do no wrong, while victims of their state-sanctioned violence always had it coming. They are also a deep well of masculine anxiety, hurt feelings, and barely disguised racism.

Here are some of Lynch’s greatest hits. Please consult them whenever he opens his mouth in the future.

Protesters to Defy De Blasio, Plan to ‘Shut Down’ Fifth Ave. in New York

Protesters in New York City plan to “shut down” 5th Avenue, a main shopping area in Manhattan, tonight. The call to do so happens after New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio asked for any protests to stop until both recently murdered NYPD officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu are buried this weekend.

According to reports, The Answer Coalition said it would go through with the march, which it says was planned long before Saturday night’s murders. They denounced the mayor for asking for a moratorium on protests, saying that would be an “outrageous” attempt to chill free speech.

Torture Report Epilogue: No Punishment for CIA Staff Who Spied on Senate

Well, if we’re not going to punish CIA officials for torturing people and misleading leaders about it, we’re certainly not going to punish CIA officials for snooping on Senate staff and misleading leaders about it, right? Right. After a nasty fight over the Senate Intelligence Committee’s torture report led to a group of CIA officials snooping on the computers Senate staff were using to put the report together, it seems that a panel is going to recommend no disciplinary action

Palestine, Israel and the News Media

On November 18 of this year, the news media was awash with the news of the killing of four rabbis at a synagogue in Jerusalem. This is headline news for CNN and the New York Times, the latter of which had the nerve to say this: “Witnesses and Israeli leaders were particularly horrified at the religious overtones of an attack on a synagogue….”

Where, one may naively ask, were these august news outlets during the past several weeks, as Israeli settlers, protected and even aided by Israeli soldiers, desecrated sacred mosques in Jerusalem? Where were the horrified reports of dead and bloodied Palestinians? What about the complete desecration of Muslim holy sites? Were no witnesses and Palestinian ‘leaders horrified at the religious overtones of an attack on a’ mosque?

Obama Administration Aims to Create ‘Insider Threat’ Job Specialty to Plug Leaks

A New Year’s goal of the federal office responsible for averting employee leaks is to make a career out of catching so-called insider threats.

It is a delicate task to simultaneously guard hard-working federal personnel and expose the bad apples. And it takes different talents than those one would find in a counterintelligence analyst, human resources professional or information security professional. The insider threat discipline melds all those disciplines.

"It’s a privilege to work in that program. And the only reason that you are there is to help protect your colleagues, not to out them. So, we’ve got to professionalize that workforce of people who do this for a living," said Patricia Larsen, co-director of the National Insider Threat Task Force. "They have to view themselves as part of a community."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Looks as though Ukraine's Poroshenko is not the only guy establishing his "Ministry of Truth: it appears that Obama's administration is equally as paranoid as that of Poroshenko!

And a memo to this Administration: the way not to have insider leaks is to do everything above-board, and do the things which are morally right, and not just for the benefit of the few, and monied.

This concept is such a simple, easy one that even a child can understand it.

Why Is Obama Using Flimsy Evidence to Blame North Korea for Sony Hack?

A lot of technology magazines are rather dubious at President Obama's accusations that it was the North Koreans that that it. Wired magazine, which is pretty well known for covering technology, says that it's akin to saying Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction to say the North Koreans had the capability to pull something like this off.

CIA Agents Reportedly Impersonated Senate Staffers While Torture Report Was Being Produced

CIA agents “impersonated Senate staffers” while the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence was producing its report on the agency’s rendition, detention and interrogation program, according to Huffington Post.

“According to sources familiar with the CIA inspector general report that details the alleged abuses by agency officials,” journalists Ali Watkins and Ryan Grim reported, “CIA agents impersonated Senate staffers in order to gain access to Senate communications and drafts of the Intelligence Committee investigation.”

A source “familiar” with the inspector general report, which remains classified, told Huffington Post, “If people knew the details of what they actually did to hack into the Senate computers to go search for the torture document, jaws would drop. It’s straight out of a movie.”
