The 21 curious questions we're never allowed to ask about vaccines

The surest sign of a medical dictatorship is an aggressively enforced blockade against intelligent questions. Intelligent questions, after all, can destroy a medical police state because they expose the fraud of it.

Intelligent questions -- which the vaccine industry characterizes as "dangerous" -- are the greatest threat to the vaccine delusions still being played out across the world today, which is precisely why such questions are not allowed to be asked. Those daring to ask such questions are now being threatened with mass arrest and imprisonment -- that's how vulnerable the fraudulent vaccine industry has now become. It can be brought down by mere words if only those words are allowed to be circulated.

Four Corners of Fascism

In one corner we have the criminal banksters who, in concert with the criminal ruling class, have created policies that allow them to steal as much of our wealth as can be done until enough people cry foul. In another corner we have the criminal, treasonous NSA, once again working in concert with the criminal ruling class to steal all of our personal information and create a profile of our lives to determine if we are guilty of some crime that has not yet been committed. In still another corner we have the local police, working in concert, not only with the ruling class but with the military industrial complex in order to ensure we tow the line and don’t fight back once enough of us have determined that we have had our fill. In the last corner are the doctors and insurance companies who, work in concert with the ruling class to keep us hooked on their drugs or sedated so that we are unable to rally against these other three.

Seems like a pattern going on there, or is it just me?

Retroactively Authorizing War

They went largely unnoticed, four words President Obama ad-libbed during the State of the Union address last month as he asked lawmakers to provide legal cover for America’s military intervention in Iraq and Syria.

“We need that authority,” the president said, adding a line to the prepared remarks on his teleprompter that seemed to acknowledge a reality about which his administration has been inexcusably dishonest.

Russian aggression and the BBC’s drums of nuclear war

The drums of war are beating on the BBC and other mass media, writes Oliver Tickell – naked propaganda about fictitious ‘Russian aggression’ intended to soften us up for a war that could wipe out life on Earth.
We must refuse to fall for the endlessly repeated lies, and tell our politicians that our highest priority of all is peace.

Webmaster's Commentary:

My reply to BBC and indeed all corporate media. Feel free to use as a template for your own emails.

Corporate media assured us that the USS Main was sunk by a Spanish mine in Havana Harbor, even though Captain Sigsbee reported the cause as an on-board fire. This story of a Spanish mine by the corporate media allowed President McKinley to trick the American people into the Spanish American war. An investigation carried out by Admiral Hyman G. Rickover, the father of America's Nuclear Navy, confirmed Sigbee's report. There had been no Spanish mine.

Corporate media assured us that the Lusitania was not carrying weapons when it was sunk by a German U-Boat, even though the German government had taken out ads in the New York papers warning passengers not to sail on that ship. This story of the sinking of an innocent passenger ship allowed President Woodrow Wilson to trick the American people into World War 1 and divert the war from the original belligerents, Austria-Hungary and Serbia, into a war against Germany. In the 1980s, divers entered the hold of the Lusitania and confirmed it had been smuggling weapons of war to Britain.

Corporate media assured us that North Vietnam launched a torpedo attack against the USS Maddox in the Gulf of Tonkin in August 4th, 1964. Even though Captain Herrick reported that the sonar detection of torpedoes by the Maddox had been an error by an inexperienced sonar operator, the claim of a torpedo attack allowed President Johnson to trick Congress into escalating the Vietnam war.

Corporate media assured is Saddam Hussein had nuclear weapons. Need I say more?

So why would anyone believe the corporate media today when they assure us Russia has invaded Ukraine?

FLASHBACK - Iceland Dismantles Corrupt Gov’t Then Arrests All Rothschild Bankers

Last week 9 people were arrested in London and Reykjavik for their possible responsibility for Iceland’s financial collapse in 2008, a deep crisis which developed into an unprecedented public reaction that is changing the country’s direction.

It has been a revolution without weapons in Iceland, the country that hosts the world’s oldest democracy (since 930), and whose citizens have managed to effect change by going on demonstrations and banging pots and pans. Why have the rest of the Western countries not even heard about it?

COMMENTARY: A Muslim’s take on ‘American Sniper’

According to director Clint Eastwood, “American Sniper” makes an anti-war statement. Maybe. And it is surely not gratuitously violent, like so many other movies which do not even concern war. Every shot, as it were, counts.

But this is not just an anti-war film; like so many other war films produced by Hollywood, it is insulting to our military. Here is why.

Charlie Hebdo attack: French values challenged in schools

Twelve people died when two brothers, Said and Cherif Kouachi, fired on the journalists on 7 January. Five others were killed over the two following days by one of their associates.

"I don't know who did this, but they are not Muslims," says the 18-year-old, standing outside his school.

One of his friends finds it "deeply suspicious" that Said Kouachi should leave his identity card in the car.

Such doubts are rife among the Muslim teenagers living in the deprived "banlieues" (suburbs) around French cities. "Of course it was staged," scoffs Lydia, 17, who goes to school in Argenteuil, east of Paris. "All my friends know that."

Expect a full airing of the truth, said TRC Chair

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission is promising a scathing – and sweeping - report on the federal government and Canadian society.

“Our work of truth telling and truth collecting was not easy. We had challenges throughout,” said TRC Chair Justice Murray Sinclair, at the Special Chiefs Assembly in December in Winnipeg. He said he expected this to be the last time he addressed the Assembly of First Nations since the TRC’s mandate ends July 1, 2015.

Sinclair singled out the federal government’s reticence in handing over documents that dealt with Indian residential schools as one of the TRC’s “significant challenges.” The result was three separate occasions in court, all of which ended with the TRC winning. Sinclair said four million documents, from a variety of sources, have been collected to date, and he expected that number to double.

When Cops Break Bad: Inside a Police Force Gone Wild

Finally, after three hours, Boyd prepared to come down from the hills. "Don't worry about safety," he told the police. "I'm not a fucking murderer." But as Boyd packed his stuff, both hands full of possessions, Detective Keith Sandy — who hours before, on arriving at the scene, boasted on tape that he was going to shoot "this fucking lunatic" with a Taser shotgun — tossed a flash-bang grenade, a nonlethal weapon designed to disorient and distract. Another officer fired a Taser at Boyd, and a third released a police dog on him. Boyd drew his knives again. Advancing on him, officers ordered Boyd to get down on the ground. Boyd began to turn away, and Detective Sandy of the ROP squad and Officer Dominique Perez of the SWAT team each fired three live rounds at him, hitting him once in the back and twice in his arms. Boyd collapsed, face down, crying out that he was unable to move. "Please don't hurt me," he said.

Hillary Clinton’s ‘WMD’ moment: U.S. intelligence saw false narrative in Libya

The intelligence community gathered no specific evidence of an impending genocide in Libya in spring 2011, undercutting Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s primary argument for using the U.S. military to remove Col. Moammar Gadhafi from power, an event that has left his country in chaos, according to officials with direct knowledge of the dispute.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US invaded Libya because Gaddafi shut down the private central bank, created a state central bank and a value-based currency called the Gold Dinar. Then he announced that Libya's oil was for sale, but only for the Gold Dinar. That was a direct threat to the hegemony of the US dollar/petrodollar.

Police Push For Anti-Cop Comments To Be Legally Considered ‘Hate Speech’

The National Fraternal Order of Police is pushing for legislation to classify anti-police comments as “hate speech.” The 300,000 strong FOP says that police officers should fall under the Congressional hate crimes statute, and should thus be regarded as a protected minority.

This bold move comes on the heels of two New York City police officers, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were killed in the line of duty.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is a very slippery slope, folks.

And please remember: the Constitution and Bill of Rights is the government's "Contract With America".

What happens to a society when the expression of truth and logic becomes criminalized?!?

What happens to a society when allegations of police brutality are not allowed to be proven true because the truth on that brutality, logically documented, has become "hate speech" or "hate information"?!?

I never would want to see a good police officer hurt in any way; and a good police officer is someone who understands, and really gets, what the phrase "to protect and serve" really means.

But having said that, I would strongly suggest that Mr. Canterbury, the head of the police union, think very seriously about how police are being trained to use excessive force in 21st century America.

There is the continuing nightmare for the people of Albuquerque , New Mexico, concerning the impunity with which their police officers kill and maim, particularly the homeless and mentally ill. This very much has to do with their training, and leadership. As reported in Alternet.org in December of last year:

From across town, an off-duty cop named Sean Wallace heard the alert blare through his scanner, then barreled over to the scene before a crisis intervention officer could arrive. Without provocation, Wallace opened fire, killing Alan Gomez with a high-powered rifle as he entered the house through a screen door. The troubled young man was holding nothing in his hand but a plastic spoon. With his death, Alan Gomez joined the list of at least 27 people killed by Albuquerque police officers since 2010, and the more than 40 wounded by gunfire. In a city of just over 540,000, the body count is staggering. Indeed, the rate of officer-involved shootings by Albuquerque police is eight times that of the NYPD and two times higher than in Chicago, a megalopolis with one of the steepest levels of violent crime in the country. A damning report released this April by the Department of Justice concluded that the “Albuquerque police department engages in a pattern or practice of unconstitutional use of deadly force.” It went on to accuse members of the department of having “shot and killed civilians who did not pose an imminent threat of serious bodily harm or death to the officers or others.” The report singled out Wallace for killing Gomez when "no one's life was in danger and an APD negotiator was on his way to the scene.''

I would suggest, very soberly, to Mr. Canterbury, that these incidents, and incidents like them around the country are no accident; they are a deliberate result of the training these officers have received.

Couple this with the reality that many American peace officers have been, and are being trained my members, or former members, of the IDF, and you have a recipe for multiple human rights and civil rights disasters.

Witness: Cop Shot 16 Year-Old Jessica Hernandez Before She Backed Car Into Him

Now, a witness has come forward who was in the car when her friend was killed. She said the cop shot Jessica multiple times before she ‘backed the car into the officer’, and she only did that because she was dead and no longer in control of the car.

VIDEO: Birds of a Feather: John McCain Defends Henry Kissinger

Yet, while McCain’s support of the Vietnam war, Iraq War, Syrian War, Libyan war, and virtually every war that was ever waged and those that ever will be waged upon the face of the earth, has resulted in the death of millions of people, McCain found himself in the presence of one of the true kings of killing in Henry Kissinger.

Indeed, Kissinger is one of the true living figures whose feet most psychopathic killers the world over still long to kneel at.

Kissinger’s direction of the Chilean coup, Vietnam war, Cambodian andLaotian tragedies, and his famousNational Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (NSSM200) has earned him a special place amongst the world’s most effective mass murders, although admittedly not the most widely known.

Police Union: You Can Have Safe Neighborhoods Or Be Free Of Flashbang-Burned Toddlers, But Not Both

A Georgia state senator has announced a bill to limit the use of no-knock warrants. These warrants have gone from the exception to the rule over the past several years, as our nation's drug warriors apparently labor under the assumption that drug dealers keep banker's hours.

Of course, no-knock raids have resulted in plenty of collateral damage -- both to cops and civilians -- as the element of surprise tends to be bullet-and-flashbang heavy. It's the use of flashbang grenades that has prompted this new legislation, which unfortunately puts it into the category of "Laws Named After Victims," most of which are written badly and hastily.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The "war on drugs" is turning out no differently than have any other "war on....fill in the blank" which are supposed to make things better in this country, and absolutely do not.

The alleged "war on drugs" is an absolute, sick joke, engineered to fill jails with prison slave labor and make bankers more filthy rich by laundering the drug money, period, end of discussion.

IF the Federal and state agencies wanted to really get rid of drugs, they would have the "male attributes" to decriminalize all drugs, to take the profit motive out of the drug trade, and cause it to collapse of its own weight. These Federal and State agencies would then encourage people on drugs to get counseling.

OF course, all this... would be logical; and logic is no longer an attribute any sane American can expect from any governmental entity, Federal or state.

New NYPD Anti-Terror Unit Will Get Machine Guns To Police Protesters

Murders reached a historic low in NYC for 2014; overall crime was down across the board by nearly 5%; hell, even the holiday slowdown didn't really lead to any additional crime. So clearly, now is the time when NYC really needs to implement a new anti-terrorism program which would empower a team of NYPD officers to roam around the city carrying machine guns. What could go wrong?

Police Commissioner Bratton made the announcement earlier today at an event hosted by the Police Foundation at the Mandarin Oriental. He said that the new 350 cop unit, called The Strategic Response Group, will be dedicated to "disorder control and counterterrorism protection capabilities" against attacks like the hostage situation in Sydney, which the NYPD's Deputy Commissioner of Intelligence John Miller said was an inevitability in NYC.

Webmaster's Commentary:

A more militarized police, armed with machine guns, means more abuses, and more maiming and killing of innocent people.

And what if the protests are completely peaceful; will police open fire, just to prove they can, when people try to express their first amendment rights, with utterly no violence whatsoever?!?

IS this what other big city police commissioners are going to allow to happen in their cities, with impunity?!?

People with skills and kids, please get the hell out of this country while you still can; staying here may well be hazardous to the health of your entire family.

FLASHBACK - NSA’s ANT Division Catalog of Exploits for Nearly Every Major Software/Hardware/Firmware

After years of speculation that electronics can be accessed by intelligence agencies through a back door, an internal NSA catalog reveals that such methods already exist for numerous end-user devices.

When it comes to modern firewalls for corporate computer networks, the world’s second largest network equipment manufacturer doesn’t skimp on praising its own work. According to Juniper Networks’ online PR copy, the company’s products are “ideal” for protecting large companies and computing centers from unwanted access from outside. They claim the performance of the company’s special computers is “unmatched” and their firewalls are the “best-in-class.” Despite these assurances, though, there is one attacker none of these products can fend off — the United States’ National Security Agency.

Webmaster's Commentary:

And all of this is not only a violation of the Bill of Rights, but a colossal waste of time and money, as anyone with a modicum of programming experience can devise codes the NSA cannot break.

The FDA Is Pissing Off Native American Farmers

The United States of America is home to 566 federally recognized Native American tribes. And with its new, hugely impactful set of agricultural rules, the FDA is ignoring each and every one of them.

That’s the sentiment, at least, put forward by a variety of tribal leaders, including Shannon McDaniel, the Choctaw nation’s executive director for tribal operations. Last week, McDaniel addressed a letter to FDA officials in which he accused the agency of failing to consult with tribal leaders—a legal requirement—before issuing an updated draft of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). The multifaceted group of laws aims to increase the traceability of food-borne illnesses by regulating how all domestic meat and produce are raised, harvested, and processed. But enforcement of these laws will be costly, and with many Native Americans employed by the agriculture industry, tribal populations might suffer from them disproportionately.

Detroit cop filmed on reality show moments before he shot dead a 7-year-old girl in her sleep has all charges dropped after two trials without convictions

Authorities said they will drop the last remaining charge against a Detroit police officer who shot and killed a 7-year-old girl during a during a nighttime raid after two trials ended without convictions.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy will move Friday to dismiss the misdemeanor charge against Joseph Weekley, who shot and killed Aiyana Stanley-Jones while she slept in 2010.

Police were accompanied by a camera crew for the show 'The First 48' on A&E when Weekley burst into the home and fired one shot from his submachine gun that struck Aiyana in the head.

Joseph Weekley, Cop Who Fatally Shot Sleeping 7-Year-Old, Will No Longer Face Charges

The Detroit police officer who fatally shot a sleeping 7-year-old girl will not be retried, officials said Wednesday.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said in a statement that her office was moving to dismiss the case against Officer Joseph Weekley. He was originally charged with involuntary manslaughter and careless discharge of a firearm causing death, a misdemeanor, after Aiyana Stanley-Jones was killed in 2010 during a botched police raid at her home.

Weekley's first trial in 2013 ended in a mistrial. In a second trial last year, Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Cynthia Gray Hathaway dismissed the manslaughter charge after a motion by the defense. The jury again deadlocked while deliberating whether to convict Weekley of the lesser charge, causing a second mistrial.

WATCH: Seattle cop pepper-sprays teacher directly in face for walking too close

Jesse Hagopian, who spoke at the event about how black lives matter, was making arrangements by cell phone with his mother to attend his son’s second birthday party when he passed a Seattle police officer screaming at passersby.

Video of the Jan. 19 incident shows the officer and some others standing at a police barricade as she orders a small, peaceful crowd – most of whom were walking past the police – to disperse.

Hagopian said officers set up a barricade with their bicycles to prevent protesters from marching, and he said some participants walked through the line – but he did not.

“Stand back, stand back,” the officer screams as she holds a canister of pepper spray.

Suddenly, as Hagopian walks past talking on his cell phone, the officer blasts pepper spray – which the video shows hits him and an unidentified woman directly in the face.

Big Business “Regulators” and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP): Opening the Floodgates to Corporate Plunder

A new leak concerning the talks around the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) indicates that the floodgates could be opened even further for corporate influence. The leak has been analysed by the corporate watchdogs CEO and LobbyControl and shows that corporate influence on EU and US policies might dramatically increase via the chapter on so-called ‘regulatory cooperation’.

The leak of the EU draft negotiating proposal dated January 23rd makes unmistakably clear that the EU is seeking a very ambitious chapter that strengthens the role of business in future regulatory legislation possibly via a new institution, the Regulatory Cooperation Body (RCB). Its role would be to coordinate the process of regulatory coherence between the US and the EU and would effectively limit policy space and sideline the public and civil organisations.

The saddest thing in the world is not poverty; it's loss of dignity

In a much-awaited report released at the end of last year, UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon set out his vision for after the millennium development goals expire this year. At its heart, and in its title, is the word “dignity”.

It is not uncommon for “dignity” to be rolled out in the opening salvo of UN documents, but it is a concept seldom contemplated in depth. In this report, it is used as a title to gather the goals aimed at tackling poverty and inequality under one more manageable theme – those at the bottom of the economic ladder lack dignity, and it is the job of the rest of the world to help give it to them.

But that is actually a very limited interpretation of a word that, if understood properly, could mean fundamental changes to our ways of working, and the overall story we are trying to tell. The thing about dignity, and the reason it is a transformational concept, is that it knows no social, economic, gender or ethnic barriers.

New bill proposes a ban on body armor

A new bill has been introduced to the House which could make civilian ownership of body armor illegal.

The bill, called the Responsible Body Armor Possession Act, would strip the right of civilians to purchase or own body armor. The bill reads, “It shall be unlawful for a person to purchase, own or possess enhanced body armor.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

The United States Supreme Court ruled in United States vs Miller that the Second Amendment reserves to the American people the same arms as used by the military. That has to include defensive arms, i.e. body armor.

This law supposedly targets Type III body armor, but there is no clear definition of what that really means, and most body armor is not labeled as to type. Enforcement of the law becomes dependent on the mood of the arresting officer. Also, for those who already own body armor (I have some with "PRESS" on it) there should be a grandfather clause, but this bill does not include that, making such a ban an ex post facto law, which is prohibited by the Constitution.

FLASHBACK 2008 - Bush Signs Bill To Take All Newborns' DNA

President Bush last week signed into law a bill which will see the federal government begin to screen the DNA of all newborn babies in the U.S. within six months, a move critics have described as the first step towards the establishment of a national DNA database.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Even with all the computers the government can buy with your money, the reality is that they do not save all three billion pieces of your DNA. DNA taken from a person is distilled down to a much simpler form, using 13 "standard" STR loci selected by the FBI for CODIS, which is the National DNA database. This severe reduction leads to individuals having matching DNA profiles in the database! For a full and complete profile, each American is estimated to match 20 other Americans. For partial, or incomplete profiles, which are the norm for degraded DNA collected at a crime scene, the number of innocent matches jumps into the 100s! And if the crime scene DNA is actually a mixture of multiple individuals, the probability of a false conviction becomes large enough to be of concern.

But the propaganda is that DNA is infallible, and while that may be true for proving that a suspect was not at the scene of a crime, it is far from true for DNA results indicating guilt. This is over and above the well-documented history of the FBI crime lab falsifying their lab results.

Democrats who wrote Obamacare tell Supreme Court to reject lawsuit

The congressional Democrats involved in writing the Affordable Care Act told the Supreme Court on Wednesday that they intended for consumers in all states to be eligible for subsidies, and they argue that the law they drafted reflects that intention.

Opponents have challenged the Obama administration’s enforcement of the law, arguing that it only allows subsidies to be paid in states that set up their own exchanges, but not to customers in most of the country who use the federal exchange.

TSA Plans to Remove Social Media Screening From Airport Security Proposal

The US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that it was going to remove social media and purchase history screening from an updated amendment to the proposal concerning the security control at airports.

MOSCOW, January 27 (Sputnik), Anastasia Levchenko — The US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) told Sputnik on Tuesday that it plans to remove social media and purchase history screening from its proposal concerning the security control at airports.

"The line on social media and purchase history was inadvertently included in this request for proposal (RFP), and will be removed in an updated amendment to the solicitation. All proposals will be evaluated for privacy and civil liberties risks," a TSA press officer said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It will be interesting to see if the final wording includes - or does not include - this language about social media posts, and purchasing activity.

I have made no bones about what I think of the TSA (tourist suppression agency) here on this blog.

And for all the crotch groping and downright thievery from passengers, to date, this group of individuals has not caught one single baddie, determined to do us harm.

The agency exists NOT to protect Americans, but to badger the American people into unthinking acceptance of governmental authority.

And note just how quickly the American character has morphed from "the land of the free...and the home of the brave" to "the land of the cowed...and the home of the surveilled."

The spreading alchemy of central bank money-printing

Two years ago, I sat in the hushed fortress of the Bank of England, listening to one of its secretive boffins, a languid fellow named Paul Fisher, explain the creation and meaning of money.

He reached into his wallet and fished out a 10-pound note.

This note is worth 10 pounds, he said, because you and I and all the people walking around on the streets out there believe it's worth 10 pounds.

That's it. That's the only reason it has any value beyond the intrinsic value of the paper and ink itself. It's all about trust and belief.

Russian spies operating a cell in New York were trying to find ways to cause an economic meltdown, according to court documents.

So, if I understand this right, when the US economy collapses, which now seems inevitable, it won't be because of decades of Wall Street fraud and Washington DC corruption, it won't be the trillions in unregulated derivatives hanging over the top banks, it won't be the debt created by a ponzi-scheme private central bank issuing all of the public currency as a loan at interest; oh no, no, no, no, no, NO, it will be an eeeeeeevil plot by the Russians!

The FBI’s plan to collect everyone’s DNA just got a huge boost from Congress

In 2011, 1 in 25 Americans was arrested. In a few years, if the FBI has its way, the federal government will possess the DNA of all of those people and more. Under the radar of most lawmakers and journalists, the Bureau—with private industry and congress’ help—is pushing the most massive expansion of biometric state surveillance since the invention of the fingerprint.

Late last year, the FBI cut the ribbon on its one billion dollar biometrics database, called Next Generation Identification. Since NGI’s official launch, state and local law enforcement officials have been encouraged to submit face prints, fingerprints, retina scans, photos of tattoos and scars, and DNA collected from people nationwide to the FBI’s central database. Those state and local officials can also search against the FBI’s biometrics store, if they want to identify someone. With NGI in full operation, the scary future of Minority Report infamy takes a giant leap forward into the world of non-fiction.

Americans' satisfaction with the federal government is at an all-time low

If you have to deal with the federal government - be it the seemingly innocuous Social Security Administration or the eternally-despised Treasury Department, home to the IRS - prepare to be even more annoyed than in the past.

According to a report released Tuesday by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, our satisfaction with the federal government has hit an all-time low (at least since the company began collecting data for this index in 2007). The federal government now scores a 64.4 out of 100 in terms of satisfaction.

Super Bowl for the Rich: Upper-Class 91, Middle-Class 9

Just 10 percent of Americans own 91 percent of the nation’s stocks and mutual funds, according to economist Edward Wolff (Table 7). Most of the remainder is held by a “middle class” that is steadily losing ground. The bottom 60 percent is almost entirely shut out (Table 2).

Stock owners, some of whom made billions of dollars last year, can defer their income taxes indefinitely, pay a reduced capital gains tax when they decide to cash in, or pass on the capital gains tax-free to their heirs.

Making money is all a game to the super-rich — redistribution toward the top, trickle-down delusions, tax avoidance, and even, for some of them, dabbling in criminal activities. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) once said, “It’s really American to avoid paying taxes, legally…It’s a game we play…I see nothing wrong with playing the game because we set it up to be a game.”

Get Ready For Negative Interest Rates In The US

With Fed mouthpiece Jon Hilsenrath warning - in no lesser status-quo narrative-deliverer than The Wall Street Journal - that The ECB's actions (and pre-emptive collapse in the EUR) means the U.S. economy must deal with a rapidly strengthening dollar that will make American goods more expensive abroad, potentially slowing both U.S. growth and inflation; and Treasury Secretary Lew coming out his crypt to mention "unfair FX moves," it appears The Fed (and powers that be) are worrying about King Dollar. This suggests, as Mises Canada's Patrick Barron predicts, the Fed will start charging negative interest rates on bank reserve accounts as the final tool in the war on savings and wealth in order to spur the Keynesian goal of increasing “aggregate demand”. According to New York Times, Scorsese and Clinton are butting heads over their interviews Frost/Nixon style, with the Goodfellas director unwilling to relinquish control of the questions and their content.

CNY homeowners sued, told they can't park pickup truck in driveway

A homeowners' association has filed a lawsuit seeking to bar a resident in the town of Manlius from parking his own pickup truck in his driveway.

The Kimry Moor Homeowners Association has filed a lawsuit against residents David and Arna Orlando in Onondaga County Supreme Court because they are parking their 2014 black Ford 150 pickup in their driveway at 511 Kimry Moor, just outside the village of Fayetteville.

The association wants an injunction to stop the couple from parking their pickup in the driveway of their home.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This hits close to home as I am going through a similar headache with the homeowner's association where I live. Following a recent re-topping of the parking lot with the cheapest sealant they could find, all residents were told that they would be fined for oil spots on their parking stalls. As I have an older car (and did find and repair a leak) I am now parking on the street. BUT ... other people, including vehicles used by homeowner's association contractors, are using my stalls, and leaking more oil on the pavement.

The homeowner's association won't allow me to put down a permanent cover like plywood, and insist I am responsible for the costs of damage from oil leaking from vehicles that park in my stalls without my permission!

I think these homeowner's associations have become one of the biggest threats to personal freedom and common sense!
