Rand Paul attacks Clinton and names the enemy of the US – 'radical Islam'

Ron Paul should have his DNA checked against Rands'!

Speaking in Nashua, New Hampshire, at the Republican Leadership Summit – where most of the declared and potential GOP candidates for president were scheduled to speak on Friday and Saturday – the libertarian-tinged candidate largely focused on foreign policy, an area in which he has been vulnerable to attack over his supposedly isolationist stance.

He named radical Islam as the enemy of the US and focused again on the Benghazi attacks of 2012 and Clinton’s role in the US response.

How Oklahoma City Bombing Propaganda Effects Real Americans Decades Later

Mohammed Abdullah is a black American, U.S. Marine veteran, and convert to Islam who found something very wrong with his country's government. Abdullah, an armed guard, had come to disbelieve the U.S. government's official story regarding 9/11. He also felt a serious moral obligation to expose the lies, which blame Muslims for the attack. So he stood outside the local police dept. handing out DVDS & fliers. Soon after, the Police Dept. itself & the City Attorney filed a restraining order against him, in an attempt to ban him from all contact with hundreds of city employees. In shocking court testimony, one of the 'victims,' a female officer, justified her fear of Abdullah and his words with her beliefs about OKC and anti-government extremists. She referred to "my knowledge of incidents at Oklahoma City" and how "no one was able to do anything about it because of First Amendment rights."

CONGRESS IS ATTEMPTING TO REAUTHORIZE KEY PATRIOT ACT PROVISIONS BY SNEAKING IT INTO “USA FREEDOM ACT”

Yet with Section 215’s lifespan now stretching to a matter of weeks, supporters of broad surveillance powers have yet to put forth a bill for their preservation – evidence, opponents believe, that the votes for reauthorization do not exist, particularly not in the House of Representatives.

More likely, according to a multiple Hill sources, is a different option under consideration: making the major NSA reform bill of the last Congress the point of departure for reauthorizing 215 in the current one.

The bill would not abridge NSA collection of Americans’ international communications, nor prevent the NSA or the FBI from warrantlessly searching through its troves of them for Americans’ identifying information. Nor would it restrict a constellation of surveillance efforts authorized by a Reagan-era executive order. Even a recently disclosed bulk domestic phone records collection dragnet by the Drug Enforcement Agency would be untouched.

OK City - Why Did Bill Clinton's National Security Council Fund ATF "Experiments" in Building Home Made ANFO Truck Bombs in 1994?

According to the federal government, an Ammonia Nitrate-Fuel Oil (ANFO) truck bomb allegedly destroyed the Alfred P. Murrah building in downtown Oklahoma City on the morning of Wednesday, April 19, 1995. Also, according to recently released government documents, an individual experienced in loading large amounts of ammonia nitrate fertilizer into a vehicle for use as a terrorist truck bomb was present at the OKC scene and actually witnessed the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history. Records indicate that this ANFO explosives expert and his associates had constructed and destroyed at least eight vehicles in "test bombing experiments" out at a secret range in the New Mexico desert in the twelve months prior to the OKC bombing. He and his fellow explosives experts even photographed and videotaped these truck bombs as they detonated.

FLASHBACK - WACO - Who Shot First?

Contrary to the image of a dangerous gun nut put out in the media in an effort to justify the burning of the church, official BATF records prove that David Koresch was rather harmless, so much so that the BATF agents invited him to go shooting with them just 9 days before they raided the church. Koresch supplied the ammunition. The BATF agents allowed Koresch to try out their weapons.

Here is the official BATF report.

The Oklahoma City Bombing - The CNN Reports of additional bombs.

LEA: All right. We just saw, if you were watching there- there was a white pick-up truck backing a trailer into the scene here. They're trying to move people out of the way so they can get it in. It appears to be the Oklahoma County Bomb Squad. It's their bomb disposal unit, essentially, is what it is. And it is what they would use to- if- if the report that we gave you just a few moments ago turns out to be correct, that they have found a second explosive device of some kind inside this building, they'll back that trailer down there and the bomb squad folks will go in and they will use that- that trailer- you see the bucket on the back there. Sort of- this is how they would transport the explosive device away from this populated area to try to do something with it.

The Oklahoma City Bombing - What was the Army doing with a Ryder Truck just before the Murrah blast?

The pilot who took the photos wishes (for the obvious reasons) to remain anonymous, but these photos are purported to be of an area near Camp Gruber-Braggs, Oklahoma in early April of 1995. Needless to say, just days after this photo was taken, the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City was destroyed (along with internal cutter charges) by a Ryder truck full of explosives.

NEW! In a recently discovered news article written by the Washington Post on June 17th, 1997, the Oklahoma National Guard authenticates the following photos as being exactly what they appear to be, photos of a Ryder truck in a clandestine base at Camp Gruber-Braggs.

Canadian Wheat Board to be sold to Saudi-owned Global Grain Group

The federal government is privatizing the Canadian Wheat Board with a sale to a Saudi-owned company.

G3 Global Grain Group will get 50.1 per cent of the company in exchange for an investment of $250 million. The other 49.9 per cent will be kept in trust for farmers who deliver grain to the board.

Any farmer who does deliver will get $5 per tonne in equity in the organization. In seven years, G3 Global Grain Group has the option to buy back the shares from farmers at market value.

SOLD! Canadian Wheat Board no longer quite so Canadian

"Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz announced that G3, a joint venture owned by two foreign corporations, Bunge and the Saudi investment company SALIC, is the beneficiary of CWB privatization. With this, the Conservative government has accomplished the biggest transfer of wealth away from farmers in the history of Canada," said Jan Slomp, National Farmers Union (NFU) President.

"The CWB's physical assets, its commercial relationships, and its good name have all been given away. The 'buyers' of the CWB actually get to keep the $250 million pittance they are 'paying' for it. Bunge's 2014 sales totalled $58 billion and multi-billion dollar SALIC is a subsidiary of the Saudi sovereign wealth fund, PIF."

Can the courts liberate the Bank of Canada?

You know the old aphorism, "If a tree falls in the forest…?" Well, how about this one: if citizens win a significant victory in court against an autocratic government involving the fleecing of Canadians of billions of their hard-earned tax dollars and no one in the media actually covers it, did it really happen?

That might well be the question being asked over at the Committee for Monetary and Economic Reform (COMER), a very small and low-budget Toronto think-tank. With their lawyer Rocco Galati (of Supreme Court fame in the Nadon case) they have been steadily winning court battles initiated in 2011 that would oblige the Bank of Canada to return to its pre-1974 practice of lending the government money virtually interest-free. But the mainstream media has boycotted the story. Galati believes the Harper government has done some serious arm-twisting to keep the story buried.

One weapon about to make its debut is the “Z-Ro Retinal Obfuscation” gun. When fired, the gun allows an officer to temporarily blind his targeted subject for up to 15 minutes.

Republicans haven’t just rejected President Obama. They have adopted Benjamin Netanyahu as their leader.

Last month, at the unilateral invitation of Republicans, and against the will of a Democratic president, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed a joint session of Congress. Many people, including me, were taken aback by this overt alliance between the U.S. opposition party and the prime minister of another country. But a Bloomberg Politics poll released this week shows that the alliance is deeply rooted. Republicans haven’t just rejected Obama. They have adopted Netanyahu as their leader.

Oath Keepers Rally in Oregon to Prevent 139-Year-Old Gold Mines from Being Seized by BLM

Earlier this month, officials with the Bureau of Land Management sent a letter ordering local miners working at the Sugar Pine Mining Claim in the Galice Mining District near Merlin, OR to vacate the property that locals have mined for the past 139 years. Raw Story notes the fact that the owners of the claim subsequently contacted the Oath Keepers of Josephine County, an organization of ex-and-current military and law enforcement professionals who have sworn an oath to refuse orders that violate the US Constitution, who then called for militia members from around the country to gather at the mining claim in order to ensure that the Bureau of Land Management respects the miners’ Fifth Amendment right to due process.

Student Sues College After Campus Cops Demand He Get A Free Speech 'Permit' Before Handing Out Fliers

Cal Poly Pomona vows to respect your free speech rights, provided you inform the administration 10 days in advance, are granted permission to speak and are willing to wear a speech permit while remaining in the properly-designated area. That's just not how free speech works. Tomas is hoping his lawsuit will result in the school's policies being found unconstitutional. Even if Tomas can't get the constitutionality declaration and permanent injunction he's requesting (along with damages and costs), maybe his efforts will push the school to reconsider its policies.

Mother of Boston Bomber Breaks Silence: 'It was all fabricated by the CIA'

From their homes in Chechnya and Dagestan, two predominantly Muslim regions of Russia, some of his family members have tried to convince Tsarnaev to fire his court-appointed lawyer, Judy Clarke, who has taken a surprising approach to his defense.

In one of her first arguments before the jury after entering a not-guilty plea, Clarke said that her client is indeed responsible for the “senseless, horrific, misguided acts.” But in committing these crimes, she argued that he was acting under the direction of his older brother Tamerlan, who was killed in a shootout with authorities soon after the bombing.

This line of defense has outraged many of Tsarnaev’s relatives, who have tried to convince him to dismiss Clarke and ask for a lawyer who will argue his innocence. “Why do we even need defense attorneys if they just tell the jury he is guilty?” his aunt asks. “What’s the point?”

    Webmaster's Commentary:

Judy Clarke is the government's go-to gal to make sure the patsies get buried and the official story remains unchallenged. But even I, not an attorney, could have gotten Tsarnaev acquitted.

CHICAGO WILL PAY $5.5 MILLION IN "REPARATIONS" TO VICTIMS OF POLICE TORTURE

Whenever Chicago Police commander Jon Burge needed a confession, he would walk into the interrogation room and set down a little black box, his alleged victims would later tell prosecutors. The box had two wires and a crank. Burge, they alleged, would attach one wire to the suspect’s handcuffed ankles and the other to his manacled hands. Then, they said, Burge would place a plastic bag over the suspect’s head. Finally, he would crank his little black box and listen to the screams of pain as electricity coursed through the suspect’s body.

Mandatory Vaccines: SB277 CONTROVERSIAL COMMITTEE CHAIR STEALS VICTORY FROM CA PARENTS

Following hours of hearing several hundred parents voice their opposition to the controversial SB277, the bill that would remove the personal and religious exemptions and would require mandatory vaccines for children attending public or private schools, was going to fail the Senate Committee Hearing. The State Capitol was flooded with a line of parents that filled the halls and extended out the building doors and into the grounds surrounding the building. One by one people filed in and gave their name, city of residence, and stated their opposition to the proposed bill. The Senate Education Committee held it’s hearing concerning the portion of the bill that would exclude children whose parents have chosen not to vaccinate them from schooling.

Minnesota Senate Reaffirms Ban on Eye Contact

The Minnesota Senate, perhaps trying to make its chambers more like a first grade classroom, this week reaffirmed a rule that forbids lawmakers from looking at one another, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Instead, speakers engaged in a floor debate must gaze at the Senate president, currently Sandy Tappas, who’s certain to be the most popular girl in class.

That’s right. Lawmakers, presumably elected to office by constituents, voted to reaffirm a rule that demands “Eyes up front.”

US Government Planting Malicious Software On Your Phone, So It Can Bypass Encryption and “See What You’re Doing”

John McAfee invented commercial antivirus software. He may be a controversial and eccentric figure … but the man knows his technology.

Earlier this month, McAfee told security expert Paul Asadoorian that encryption is dead. Specifically, he said:

Every city in the country has 1 to 3 Stingray spy devices … Bigger cities like New York probably have 200 or 300

When you buy a Stingray, Harris Corporation makes you sign a contract keeping your Stingray secret (background here and here)

Stingray pushes automatic “updates” – really malicious software – onto your phone as soon as you come into range

The software – written by the largest software company in the world – allows people to turn on your phone, microphone and camera, and read everything you do and see everything on your screen
