The Trump Peace Plan: Israeli Forces Raid West Bank, Detain More Palestinians In The Early Hours Of New Year

Israeli forces carried out raids in several areas across the West Bank during the early hours of the New Year, arresting 26 Palestinians, including a member of Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC).

Israeli forces arrested Nasser Abd al-Jawad, a Hamas member of the PLC, after they stormed his home in Salfit City at dawn Monday, Safa news agency reported.

More than 10 youths were also arrested in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank.

Meanwhile, Israeli troops stormed a number of Palestinian houses, and deliberately caused damage to them.
***
The Palestinian ministry of public health in Gaza has also announced that the Israeli occupation forces use unknown gas bombs which caused cases of stress, convulsion, vomiting, coughing and rapid heartbeat among the Palestinian civilians. It stressed that the Zionist forces fire bullets directly on the Palestinian protestors.

The Israeli regime forces use brutal and excessive force against the civilians and the rescue teams as well as the medics, according to the Palestinian ministry which called for denouncing the racist actions of the Israeli authorities.

(*Time for a re-read:) WHO IS THE THREAT TO WORLD PEACE? CHRISTIANS, JEWS, OR MUSLIMS (The US, Israel, or Iran)!

By Michael Rivero

Since the 1979 Iranian revolution and the downfall of the US Puppet Ruler the Shah, Iran has been an Islamic state. In that interval of time, 1979 to the present, Iran has not invaded anyone. Not once. In fact Iran has not launched a war of aggression against another nation in 200 years. War is not their nature. People of all religions live in peace in Iran, even Jews, who find life so comfortable in Iran they refused an offer by the government of Israel to emigrate!

The Trump Peace Plan: IT'S IRAN'S FAULT!

It's Iran's Fault: Israel Points Fingers for Gaza Rockets

Israel’s Defense Minister blamed Iran Saturday for building and supplying missiles fired at Israel from Gaza on Friday, according to local media.

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that Avigdor Lieberman claimed Iran gave the missiles to the "Salafist terror groups" -- who adhere to an ultra-conservative interpretation of Islam -- in Gaza. On Friday, the Israeli army announced it had intercepted two rockets fired from Gaza, while a third had fallen to earth -- without causing damage -- in an Israeli community near the Gaza border.

Later on Friday, Israel struck targets in the blockaded Gaza Strip with warplanes and artillery fire after the missile was allegedly fired into Israeli territory from the coastal enclave, according to the Israeli army.

If You’re Wondering Why US, Israel and Saudi Arabia Cooperate Against Iran, Here’s the Answer

Long before this deal, the US and Israel had already established multiple organizations and teams of both US and Israeli spy agencies charged with targeting different aspects of Iran, from its civilian nuclear program (by assassinating its nuclear scientists and sabotage) to its defensive missile systems (by creating media hue and cry in the West and the United Nations).

Nor is that all. The US and Israeli regimes have been hopelessly trying to confront with Iran, potentially military confrontation, for many decades. This includes from backing Iraq’s dictator Saddam in his 8-year war in the 1980s to shooting down Iranian passenger planes over the Persian Gulf, targeting its oil tanks, imposing illegal sanctions and restrictions on Iranian people and government, supporting anti-Iran terror groups like MKO, ISIL and Al-Qaeda, and most recently targeting Iran’s allies in the region (Iraq, Syria and Yemen) through regime-change campaigns and via terror proxy groups, and of course doing everything they can to derail the 2015 nuclear deal signed between Iran and the P5+1 (US, UK, France, Russia, China, plus Germany).

So, it should be clear by now how the new “secret deal” won’t change any hostile US or Israeli policy towards Iran. In the near-term President Trump seems to be set with trying to sabotage the P5+1 nuclear deal, and Israel is perpetually beating the war drums on Iran, and indeed any other Shi’ites they come upon, so they have limited options for anything else they can do. Much of the focus is likely to be on planning and making joint speeches about how “aggressive” Iran is being, and how super ready for war the US and Israel are, though naturally there is always a risk that any such joint operations grow from another layer of desperation into launching a war outright.

In other words, the new deal to confront Iran isn’t something new –>>>

The Trump Peace Plan: Israeli Court Sentences 68-Year-Old Bedouin Citizen to 10 Months in Prison – for Trespassing His Own Land

The Bedouin village of Al Araqib in the southern Negev has been demolished for well over 100 times. Its ethnic cleansing follows a similar pattern and logic to that of other Bedouin villages such as Umm Al Hiran, which saw violent ethnic cleansing operations this year, also involving extrajudicial execution of an Israeli Bedouin citizen.

Now the state reaches new heights of Kafkaesque madness: Sheikh Saih Abu Madiam, 68, is sentenced to 10 months in prison, 5 additional months of conditional imprisonment, as well as a fine of 36,000 Shekels (over $10,000), as Haaretz reported (Hebrew).

The offense: Abu Madiam has supposedly trespassed state land – which he claims is his own.

Al Araqib is one of the nearly 40 “unrecognized” Bedouin villages in the Negev. They are unrecognized, because the state expropriated the lands, and refused to recognize the dwelling places of people who have been there long before the state was established>>>
