By the end of the summer of 2018, an unreported standoff between the US and Russia began over alleged biological and chemical weapon production facilities in Georgia and other states bordering on Russia.
Key to understanding the issue is understanding the mechanisms of enforcement, mechanisms of reporting, of accountability and of criminal punishment of the guilty and the utter lack thereof.
You see, if the world has gone mad, nuclear, biological and chemical weapon proliferation, as only high-level insiders seem to be aware, with occasional “bleed through” to the media, then we are faced with questions, with issues, with threats, none of which can be addressed with mechanisms in existence.
Today governments caught in wrongdoing simply deny. Buying politicians, rigging elections in the so-called democracies is simple. Controlling the world’s corrupt corporate press is even easier.
Killing off organizations such as the UNHRC, the OPCW or the ICC at The Hague was done by the US achieved with rants, decrees and threats.>>>>
The last statement rather perplexes me; I would like to ask Mike Griffin, if it is true that the US did the research, which had to be highly classified, how, please, did the Chinese and Russian arms makers get their hands on it?!?
Or, is it possible, that logic drove both countries to the conclusions as to how the science behind this technology works, without ever having seen the US research on it?
The withdrawal of the US from this arms treaty will be noted as a very sad day in the history of this planet; if there are any humans left from the last great war to mourn its happening, that is.
