The USA presence in Syria is illegal under international law, as the legitimate, internationally-recognised government of Syria has not only *not* invited the USA to help under the UN Charter but has in fact asked it repeatedly to remove the illegal presence that it already has there. This latest move is an aggressive *Act of War*.
