Heavy, wet snow, wintry mix hits Delaware, Lehigh Valleys | WHAT REALLY HAPPENED

Heavy, wet snow, wintry mix hits Delaware, Lehigh Valleys

Residents across the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys are dealing with another round of winter weather as we start the month of March.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for much of eastern Pennsylvania with heavy wet snow and sleet and accumulations of four to eight inches expected.

Before the snow started to stick, salt trucks were out coating the roads in Allentown.

"They're gonna be out there throughout the night. We'll have a full complement of drivers that are gonna be on the roadway. They do 12-hour shifts," said Sean Brown with PennDOT.
