Cats could lose $100m for Universal as audiences shun Judi Dench and Taylor Swift CGI flick

It comes after the much maligned star-studded CGI movie dropped to eighth place at the U.S. box office with $4.8million.

Internationally Tom Hooper's big-screen adaptation has taken just $38million after two weeks in theaters.

The dismal figure could result in $100 million in theatrical losses, rival studio executives told Variety.com.

Deadline reports that if Cats doesn't reach at least $100 million worldwide ($40 million domestic, $60 million abroad), which appears unlikely after the first two weeks, it will lose at least $71 million.

Those figures are based on the estimated $90 million budget plus a global publicity and advertising spend of roughly $115 million.

Variety estimates a $100 million budget and $95 million to $100 million for global marketing and distribution fees. Adding to damages, Universal issued new prints of the movie to exhibitors with improved visuals during opening weekend.

Trump Says He Can Ignore Medical Marijuana Protections Passed By Congress

Let's just hope this is just a;"If I want to, I can."

In a statement attached to a large-scale funding bill he signed into law on Friday, President Trump said in effect that he reserves the right to ignore a congressionally approved provision that seeks to protect state medical marijuana laws from federal interference.

It is the third time Trump has said in a signing statement that his administration doesn’t necessarily have to abide by the medical marijuana provision. He included similar language when signing off on annual appropriations bills last year and in 2017, though he did not do so in 2018.

In August, the president reiterated his support for letting states legalize cannabis without federal interference.

How Rothschild Inc. Saved Donald Trump

In the early 1980’s Donald Trump was an up and coming real estate developer in New York. There was no connection between the Trump name and casinos or gambling. The obvious nature of the name Trump and its definition related to gambling and card games foretold of the massive empire which would develop in the coming years.

In 1987 Donald Trump purchased his first casino interests when he acquired 93% of the shares in Resorts International. Resorts International has a sordid history which began in the early 1950’s when it evolved from a CIA and Mossad front company which had been established for the purpose of money laundering the profits from drug trafficking, gambling, and other illegal activities.

On October 30, 1978, The Spotlight newspaper reported that the principle investors of Resorts International were Meyer Lansky, Tibor Rosenbaum, William Mellon Hitchcock, David Rockefeller, and one Baron Edmond de Rothschild.

Box Office: ‘Rise of Skywalker’ Soars to $176 Million, ‘Cats’ Bombs

Despite mixed reviews and concerns of franchise fatigue, the force is still strong with “Star Wars.” “The Rise of Skywalker” turbocharged the box office this weekend as the ninth installment set in a galaxy far, far away generated a massive $176 million in U.S. theaters and $374 million globally.

Those domestic ticket sales didn’t come close to matching the opening weekend of its trilogy predecessors, 2015’s “The Force Awakens” ($248 million) and 2017’s “The Last Jedi” ($220 million). Still, “Rise of Skywalker” represents one of the biggest debuts of 2019, as well as the third-best start for a December release behind “Force Awakens” and “Last Jedi.”

“The Rise of Skywalker” made $44 million less than “The Last Jedi” and $72 million less than “The Force Awakens”

Sneer Campaign: 'Richard Jewell'

There's no post-credits scene at the end of director Clint Eastwood's Richard Jewell, a good-acting, bad-faith dramatization of the plight of a wrongfully accused security guard at the 1996 Olympic Games.

But if you stay put through all of them, patiently sheltering in place until minute 132, you'll strain your eyes to read this advisory: "The film is based on actual historical events. Dialogue and certain events and characters contained in the film were created for the purposes of dramatization." Jewell, a 33-year-old who'd been dismissed from jobs as a campus police officer and sheriff's deputy, discovered a bomb in Atlanta's Centennial Park. He was helping to evacuate the area when the device exploded, only to find himself publicly identified as the prime suspect. (Jewell was ultimately cleared of wrongdoing, after being put through the wringer of public scrutiny.)

'Your brain will never comprehend it': Cats is awarded a record ZERO stars as critics universally savage Tom Hooper's star-studded new film as 'an all time disaster'

The movie adaptation of popular stage musical Cats has been universally savaged by critics, even receiving one reviewer's first ever zero-star rating.

Director Tom Hooper's extravagant rendering - with an A-list ensemble cast featuring the talents of Taylor Swift, Dame Judi Dench, Idris Elba and Sir Ian McKellen - has received largely negative comments in early reviews.

Branded an 'all-time disaster' by one critic, the film was slammed as 'jarring', 'a huge failure', 'soulless' and just plain 'wrong' by movie buffs on both sides of the Atlantic.

Why a medieval peasant got more vacation time than you

The Lord only took 1/3 off the top, they worked only 150 days a year. Serfs drank beer all year round and also had entertainment. Other than a few plagues,The Black Death, the Vikings, a dozen Crusades and that 100 year war thing that lasted for 116 years,a better deal than what we get today.

Plowing and harvesting were backbreaking toil, but the peasant enjoyed anywhere from eight weeks to half the year off. The Church, mindful of how to keep a population from rebelling, enforced frequent mandatory holidays. Weddings, wakes and births might mean a week off quaffing ale to celebrate, and when wandering jugglers or sporting events came to town, the peasant expected time off for entertainment.

37 Years After His Death, John Wayne’s Family Makes Announcement That Changes Everything

37-years after his death, in light of the surprise election results John Wayne’s grandson, encouraged everyone who is upset, “My grandfather was a fighter. I think there would be a lot of things he’d be disappointed and saddened over. But I don’t think he would lose hope. I think he would look at the current time as a moment of faith. People are in crisis, and they’re looking for something more meaningful, more real.

“So, I think he would look at the situation and say, ‘Don’t get discouraged!’ I think he would say, ‘Get involved. Don’t go hiding in a shell and getting on the defensive from Hollywood. Get involved and be an agent for the good.’ I think he would do that. That’s what he did in his time.”

Research Traces Cannabis Plant Origins to the Tibetan Plateau 28 Million Years Ago

A fascinating new study published in the journal Vegetation History and Archaeobotany , on May 14, details the work of a team of researchers from the University of Vermont who present their evidence that the cannabis plant “evolved 28 million years ago at a specific area on the Tibetan plateau.”

Titled, “Cannabis in Asia: its center of origin and early cultivation, based on a synthesis of subfossil pollen and archaeobotanical studies”, the study aimed at establishing the oldest common ancestors of the cannabis plant . Harvey Weinstein Reaches $47 Million Settlement, Wiping The Civil Slate Clean

Money talks and sexual predators walk.

That appears to be the anticlimatic end of the #MeToo story arc, which started with Harvey Weinstein, and is set to conclude with a multi-million cash settlement ending effectively all civil cases against the former Hollywood mogul.

According to the WSJ, Harvey Weinstein, his former associates, insurers and accusers have all reached a nearly $47 million tentative settlement of virtually all the civil cases pending against him, about $25 million of which will compensate women who have accused the Hollywood producer of sexual misconduct.

Under the terms of the agreement, Weinstein and his former associates won't admit wrongdoing; the deal still needs to be approved by a bankruptcy judge and a judge overseeing a proposed class-action lawsuit. Even better for the "not guilty" Weinstein, the bulk of the settlement money will be paid not by him but by his insurance policies, including those held by his former studio.

Harvey Weinstein reaches $25m civil court deal with more than 30 sexual assault accusers but he WON'T have to admit wrongdoing nor pay out of his own pocket

Shamed Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein has reached a tentative $25million settlement with dozens of his alleged sexual misconduct victims – however the former mogul would not have to admit any wrongdoing or pay his accusers out of his own pocket.

Following a two year legal fight, the proposed civil settlement has obtained preliminary approval from all the major parties involved, including the board of Weinstein’s now-bankrupt film studio, the New York Times reported.

The claimants – which include more than 30 actresses and former Weinstein employees that have accused him of numerous sexual offenses including rape – would share the payout equally, along with any other accusers that should come forward in the months ahead.

Introduction to Terpenes

A wondrous Plant.

The cannabis plant consists of a wide variety of chemicals and compounds. About 140 of these belong to a large class of aromatic organic hydrocarbons known as terpenes (pronounced tur-peens).

Terpenes are common constituents of flavorings and fragrances. Terpenes, unlike cannabinoids, are responsible for the aroma of cannabis. The FDA and other agencies have generally recognized terpenes as “safe.”

Terpenes act on receptors and neurotransmitters; they are prone to combine with or dissolve in lipids or fats; they act as serotonin uptake inhibitors (similar to antidepressants like Prozac); they enhance norepinephrine activity (similar to tricyclic antidepressants like Elavil); they increase dopamine activity; and they augment GABA (the “downer” neurotransmitter that counters glutamate, the “upper”).

Can We Just Make It Illegal to Discipline Black Students? Black Congresswoman from Massachusetts Pushes $2.5 Billion Bill to Basically Abolish School Discipline in Public Schools Because Too Many Blacks Are Suspended/Expelled

In the current paradigm, the only tolerated answer for why so many black – and brown – pupils are disciplined at disproportionate rates than white students is due to white supremacy, structural inequalities, and racism deeply imbedded in the criminal justice system.

The simple, logical reason being black (and brown) students engage in the majority of anti-social behavior in public school classrooms across America, and are thus disciplined for their actions is verboten, an unforgivable sin by any who dares utter or write such blasphemy.[Ayanna Pressley Wants To Stop The School-To-Prison Pipeline: The congresswoman has a bill to combat the disproportionately punitive discipline of Black and brown students in school.,

Zoe Keating Offers More Evidence That Spotify Royalties Are Declining

She told her followers on the platform that, if they could only listen to another 48,000 streams of her music per month, she would be able to pay the $924 monthly health insurance premium required for her and her son.

While it does not appear as if Keating has reported streaming revenue from other platforms such as Apple Music, she did tell her followers about the paltry performance royalties she earns from Spotify. Because she publishes her own music, she received performance royalties as both an artist and a publisher. But together they amounted to a little more than $150 for the quarter, and she equated 200,000 streams to $47 in performance royalties.

Keating further mentioned what she earns in mechanical royalties. She says that, in the last five years, they totaled only $5,000.

Get to know the CIA’s “gentle-hearted torturer” who made the SF Peninsula his LSD testing ground Charles Russo

Met Kesey at a Merry Prankster reunion Acid Test. He was passing out window pane LSD at the door from a little paper bag. Jerry Garcia's wife Carolyn Adams was the quality control tester at Stanford for the various drugs the CIA was handing out. Tim Leary was also part of MK-ULTRA.

Gottlieb was also the driving force behind the CIA’s obsession with the hallucinogenic substance LSD. Here on the SF Peninsula, you may have caught snippets of that history as it ties back to the experiences of One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest author Ken Kesey or Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter (who passed away earlier this week). Both young men were unwitting (though that’s not to say unenthusiastic) volunteers for CIA-led LSD experiments at places like the Menlo Park VA and Stanford University.

ISRAELI GOVERNMENT TO EXPAND GLOBAL ARMS EXPORTS IN 2020

SOURCE: MIDDLE EAST MONITOR
The Israeli government is aiming to increase the volume of Israel’s defence exports, reported Globes, which has revealed the main points of the plan for the first time.

The project, being overseen by the Defence Ministry’s International Defence Cooperation Directorate (SIBAT) led by Brigadier General (Res.) Yair Kulas, will begin to be rolled out in early 2020.

According to Globes, the plan is based on “focused seminars for senior commanders in foreign armies”, Israeli military “assistance for promoting sales of Israeli weapons”, and “subsidising small and medium-sized defence companies seeking to sell arms around the world”.

Speaking this week, Kulas said that SIBAT favours a major expansion of agreements between countries, resulting in significant deals for the large defence companies, especially Elbit Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Rafael Advanced Defence Systems.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Color me unsurprised at this development; but one has to wonder how Israeli weaponry really stands up to that of China or Russia, at this point?!?

Nolte: ‘Charlie’s Angels’ Is Fifth Woketard Franchise to Die at Box Office

The 2019 reboot/sequel of Charlie’s Angels just opened to a catastrophic $8 million, making it the fifth man-hating, woketard franchise to get wiped out at the box office.

Angels, which was written and directed by Elizabeth Banks, is not only under-performing expectations by about 50 percent, it got run over by Ford v Ferrari, a movie about real men who throw punches and burn fossil fuels.

On top of being number one at the box office with a $30 million opening, Ford v Ferrari over-performed by about 50 percent.

Having seen and reviewed both, I can tell you that none of this has to do with gender.

Angels is a failure because it features unappealing actresses who are more interested in lecturing us than showing us a good time. The film’s trailers promised a pretentious feminist lecture full of man-hating… and the sexless movie delivered.

'Charlie's Angels' reboot bombs at the Box Office: Elizabeth Banks blames 'sexism', fans blame 'bad movie'

The new 'Charlie's Angels' movie starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska hasn't exactly been the smash-hit that its director Elizabeth Banks would have wanted it to be. Not only has the film bombed at the box office but it also hasn't been particularly well-received by critics either.

In an interview with WSJ that was published on November 14, just a day before the film's disastrous opening, Banks had addressed the criticism she's been facing for making the new 'Charlie's Angels' movie. Banks had then claimed that the only reason 'Charlie's Angels' is getting so much flak is because men don't like watching women in action films, pointing out that the 'Spider-Man' franchise is still successful even after multiple reboots and relaunches.

War is a Racket by Maj. General, Smedley Darlington Butler

War is a Racket is a book by Maj. General, Smedley Darlington Butler, the most decorated Marine in history, denouncing the military industrial complex. This reenactment video is a compilation of some of his speeches. The two-time Congressional Medal of Honor recipient exposes war profits that benefit the few at the expense of many. Throughout his distinguished career in the Marines, Smedley Darlington Butler demonstrated that true patriotism does not mean blind allegiance to government policies with which one does not agree. To Hell with war.

"The Kingdom of Heaven is Within you and It Begins where Your Feet Touch the Earth."

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

I know there are many people, especially in the organized religions, who imagine they are going to some Heaven, upon their departure from this plane of existence. The more and more pronounced materialism gets, the more backwards and upside down the general understanding and values trend. The body is the least important aspect of our being and that part most celebrated, in time of material darkness, which is why sybaritic and hedonistic behavior becomes so pervasive. When a culture reaches a certain stage, it begins to kill itself. It commits suicide. I've seen no exceptions to this. The way it usually kills itself, is through excess, dissipation, sexual perversity and chemical poisoning. Aberrant and undisciplined lifestyles result in epidemic health concerns and it is all round to be seen.

Reasons Marijuana Legalization Seems To Be Failing

When it was first proposed, the concept of marijuana legalization seemed solid enough. Take the world’s most popular illicit substance, establish a taxed and regulated marketplace and watch all of the evil associated with the herb – the criminal activity, the youth consumption –fade away into a footnote of American history. And by all accounts, it was a plan that should have worked. After all, we weren’t dealing with a new idea or anything.

And chickens. I think the chicken is unaffiliated politically. However the bird may have been drinking.

Police in Wisconsin arrested two men and a chicken last weekend. Earlier in the day, someone had called police after seeing a man driving recklessly with a bird or a hawk on his shoulder. Police found the car and that bird or hawk was actually a chicken

Momentum stalls in Congress for aid to ailing national parks

Our country is headed for 3rd world status. Mainly because of all the money the Defense Department and their Israeli masters suck out of our economy for their incessant wars.

DENVER, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Momentum in Congress has sputtered for bills that would help the U.S. National Park Service finance a $12 billion backlog in maintenance needs.

Even though it has wide bipartisan support, the Restore Our Parks legislation that would send $6.5 billion over five years to improve park infrastructure is lingering in legislative limbo. The money would come from offshore and onshore royalty revenues for oil and gas on public lands.

"This legislation represents one of the most significant investments in the 100-year history of the Park Service," co-lead author Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., said in an email. "The longer we kick the can on the deferred maintenance backlog, the more we'll hold back communities that rely on visitors to help generate economic activity."

When browsing cannabis strains or purchasing cannabis at a shop, you may notice strains are commonly broken up into three distinct groups: indica, sativa, and hybrid. Most consumers have used these two cannabis types as a touchstone for predicting effects:

Indica strains are believed to be physically sedating, perfect for relaxing with a movie or as a nightcap before bed.
Sativas are said to provide invigorating, uplifting cerebral effects that pair well with physical activity, social gatherings, and creative projects.
Hybrids are thought to fall somewhere in between, offering a balance of indica and sativa effects.

Bill Clinton: Epstein's Cause Of Death Depends On What Your Definition Of 'Suicide' Is

"Did Epstein commit suicide?" asked an attendee at the event.

A wide-eyed Clinton shrugged his shoulders. "I mean, it really depends on what your definition of suicide is, heh."

An awkward silence ensued. Bill turned to look at Hillary for support, but she just glared at him and ran her finger across her throat, a metaphor that means "death."

NYC Opens $500 Million Decoy Subway Station To Catch Turnstile Jumpers

NEW YORK—In a new effort by the MTA and law enforcement to crack down on fare evasion, New York City reportedly opened a $500 million decoy subway station this week to catch turnstile jumpers. “This sprawling, state-of-the-art station will have all the sights and sounds of a regular terminal, including turnstiles that will not accept MetroCards regardless of their available balance, increasing the likelihood of attempts to avoid payment,” said MTA project manager Greg Langdon, adding that the act of fare evasion would cause the floor to open up, sending the commuter down a chute connected to a windowless underground holding cell.

A 31yr Old Man Identifies Himself As A 10yr Old PeeWee Football Player, Smashes All Kinds Of Records.

Wichita Falls, TEXAS – A local 31yr old man is getting a lot of media attention in Wichita Falls, Texas. The reason is because the 31yr old has identifies himself as a 10yr old pee-wee football player. Marvin Burks first identified himself as a 10 year old last year and tried to enroll into Barwise Junior High.

After not being able to enroll into Barwise Junior High, Burks signed up for pee-wee football. His argument was that he identified as a 10yr old football player. After all, other sports were allowing it as well. A man recently identified as a woman bicyclist and smashed the all time record. So how was this any different?

Box Office Bomb: ‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ Could Lose Over $100 Million

“Terminator” might not be back any time soon. “Dark Fate,” the most recent installment in the sci-fi series, fell flat at the box office and stands to be a big money loser for Paramount, Skydance and Disney, the studios backing the big-budget tentpole.

The sixth “Terminator” entry debuted with a dismal $29 million in North America and $102 million overseas, disappointing figures for a movie that cost $185 million to produce, plus $80 million to $100 million in global marketing and distribution fees. Unless “Terminator: Dark Fate” sees an exceptionally strong hold in the coming weeks, sources at rival studios estimate the movie could lose $100 million theatrically. It will be able to earn back some of that money in television and streaming licensing deals, as well as through home entertainment sales and rentals.

DirecTV kept charging regional sports fee while channel was blacked out

DirecTV and Comcast are being investigated by Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, who objects to the TV providers continuing to charge regional sports network (RSN) fees despite not providing one of the major regional sports networks. While Comcast is giving customers partial bill credits, DirecTV apparently hasn't done so.

Weiser sent letters to the AT&T-owned DirecTV and Comcast on October 23, asking why the companies kept charging RSN fees after they stopped providing the Altitude Sports network.

Those Scary Russians?

We didn’t realize at first that we were working with a Russian “roof,” otherwise known as a Russian mafia. We didn’t even know what one was – – –

Think of someone as an enemy and you will treat them as an enemy. Reacting to your treatment, they will treat you likewise.

By the way it keeps treating Russia and Russians, it’s clear the Deep State desperately wants Russia as it’s enemy and essential villain.

Unabashed gun-rights activist and enthusiastic fan of America Maria Butina, for example. Although created into a promiscuous Russian spy by the lascivious presstitutes of our fully owned CIA subsidiary the MSM, the best the “Justice” Department branch could do was plea-blackmail her into an “Unregistered Lobbyist.”

Reinventing the fastest forgotten archery.

Faster than Legolas!
A historical technique much faster than the known.

The Danish archers Lars Andersen has rediscovered. an old and very fast way to shoot bows.

To compare speed
I have added 4 other good fast archers together !
to show the time it takes to shoot 10 arrows.

It is completely unscientific and not objectively
The 4 other archers can probably shoot faster than these video.

1: Lajos Kassai famous and fabulous Hungarian.
Fastest horseback shooting in the world !
He was the one who first inspired me to fast shooting.
Shoot and teach the horses and archery system
he has developed.
A system based on pre angerede arrows.
