DHS won't explain its order of 450 million hollow point bullets

After 9/11, the United States government created the Department of Homeland Security to prevent future acts of terrorism and deal with other domestic issues. Now in order to keep doing such, the agency is asking for 450 million hollow point bullets.

The DHS has signed off on an “indefinite delivery” from defense contractors ATK that will include, for some reason, nearly 500 million high-power ammunition for .40 caliber firearms. The department has yet to discuss why they are ordering such a massive bevy of bullets for an agency that has limited need domestically for doing harm, but they say they expect to continue receiving shipments from the manufacturer for the next five years, during which they plan to blow through enough ammunition to execute more people than there are in the entire United States.

Webmaster's Commentary:

For those who may not understand the name, a "hollow point" bullet has a cavity at the tip which causes the bullet to flatten out on impact, causing far more injury than a non-expanding full metal jacket round. Hollow points are illegal to use in war, I might add. So the DHS is not only buying enough bullets to shoot every living American they are buying ammunition that is illegal to use in combat against enemy troops, which is designed to inflict the maximum amount of damage and death.

Criminal Court in the Hague, Americans wanting to invoke an international convention banning the use of such vicious implements of war would find that because they are not a State, they have no standing !

TSAs are an offshoot of DHS. Significant ? Yes, because it proves (for me) that the purchase of 450,000,000 rounds of hollow point .40cals by DHS was already decided on even before the formation of the TSAs, as part of the overall plan to herd 200,000,000 Americans into killing centres. Why TSAs ? To humiliate, violate and degrade people, so that they lose some of that self worth that keeps us all going during adversity; meaning we will now allow ourselves to be led away unprotesting.

Let's not forget that the Communists between 1917 and 1960 murdered 66,000,000 innocent non Jews in Russia. Brother Nathaniel Kapner says 70,000,000. He's a former Jew.

Curious that two years ago the Victoria Police in Oz changed to .40cal ! Apparently the 9mm auto didn't knock `em dead quick enough, as they didn't like the public image of a fusilade of shots being rained down on some 17yo kid holding a knife (it happened here in Melbourne) who was only having a difficult time mentally.

So, in time to come i can forsee population commensurate quantities being bought at a mass production discount price from the US for Downunder.

About a year ago it was announced that body scanners will be set up in Australia too.

DUM-DUM BULLET: A British military bullet developed in India*s Dum- Dum Arsenal and used on India's North West Frontier and in the Sudan in 1897 and 1898. It was a jacketed .303 cal. British bullet with the jacket nose left open to expose the lead core in the hope of increasing effectiveness. Improvement was not pursued, for the Hague Convention of 1899 (not the Geneva Convention of 1925, which dealt largely with gas warfare) outlawed such bullets for warfare. Often "dum-dum" is misused as a term for any soft-nosed or hollow- pointed hunting bullet. [Rick Solomon, year 2000]

One justification

Because hollow points flatten out so much on impact, it is just about impossible for a bullet to pass through the intended target, and hit a bystander.

Not for practice!

I would think that any ammo to be used for training and practice would be full metal jacket AKA total metal jacket, FMJ, TMJ. Therefore it appears that this giant purchase is meant for real world, real people use. Even taking into account USCG use, it's a lot.

So, in "war" ( that doesn't include Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. does it? They are "missions" or "actions", not declared wars.) you can use bombs, mines, incendiary devices, .50 Cal machine guns, not to mention horrible secret weapons experimented on using the Iraquis; but not hollow point bullets? What a joke!

Blatant Attack on Second Amendment

The government and DHS know they can't take firearms away from the people, so they are taking the ammunition or making ammunition costs prohibitive.

Hollow Point

Hollow Point Rounds used to be known as "Dum Dum Bullets" after the ammunition factory at Dum Dum in British India that first produced these rounds that were later declared illegal.
