Oops! Jill Stein Cannot File Direct Request for Recount in Pennsylvania, Must Take It to Court

Oops. Jill Stein forgot to mention to her donors that she cannot file a direct request for a recount in Pennsylvania.

Stein would have to present a case showing voter fraud took place.

Webmaster's Commentary:

With only 22 days until the Electoral College meets, it may not be possible to get through a court case, then still have enough time to actually do the recount.

With Michigan having been won by Trump, he now has 306 electors to Hillary's 232. If Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania all flipped for Hillary, Trump would have 260 electors, and Hillary 278.

But...

Bagging all three states is a real long shot. If the recount fails in Wisconsin, Trump will have the 270 electors needed. If the recount fails in Michigan, Trump will have 276, Pennsylvania, 280.

Hillary's plan may be to simply throw these three states into "election limbo" and take their electors out of play. That would leave Hillary with 232 electors and Trump 260. The new minimum number of electors would be 247 instead of 270. That means just 15 of Hillary's bought-and-paid-for faithless electors can hand her the White House!

This is Florida 2000 all over again!
