THOUGHT FOR THE DAY!

"If the New World Order agenda is not realized by the terrorist attacks on America and if American's don't agree to give up their weapons and relinquish their sovereignty to the New World Order, the next attack will be the use of chemical, biological and/or atomic warfare against the American people. The architects of the New World Order will not hesitate to use as a last resort an atomic or hydrogen bomb in a major American city." -- Reference Op Ed page of the New York Times 9/24/01

German car giants formed cartel to secretly collude on diesel emissions: report

German carmakers Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, BMW and Daimler secretly worked together from the 1990s onwards on issues including polluting emissions from diesel vehicles, news magazine Der Spiegel reported Friday.

Volkswagen, facing tens of billions of dollars in compensation and fines after admitting to manipulating diesel emissions in 2015, reported the cartel to German competition authorities in a letter seen by the weekly, as did Mercedes-Benz maker Daimler.

"The German car industry agreed in secret working groups about technology in their vehicles, costs, suppliers, markets, strategies and even about the emissions treatment of their diesel vehicles," the magazine reported.

German media failed to objectively report refugee crisis, sided with govt agenda – study

Major German print publications have played to the tune of the German government in presenting the migrant crisis to the public, ignoring critical issues in their coverage of the biggest refugee flow into Europe since WWII, a new German study revealed.

After analysis of thousands of articles published in Germany between February 2015 and March 2016, researchers at the Hamburg Media School and the University of Leipzig found that major German publications failed to objectively cover the refugee crisis.

Hitler came within a whisker of making a nuke before the US captured his enriched uranium and used it to make the bomb that destroyed Hiroshima, new book claims

Hitler came close to making a nuke before the US captured his enriched uranium and used it to make the bomb that destroyed Hiroshima, a new book has claimed.

American forces forced the surrender of Nazi U-Boat 234 as it was heading for Japan on May 15, 1945 and found it was carrying high profile Nazis, including German general Ulrich Kessler as well as scientists and engineers.

It was also carrying the uranium Hitler failed to turn into a nuclear weapon in time to save his crumbling Reich.

FLASHBACK - Israel was prime force behind 9/11 attacks: American scholar

An American scholar and journalist in Wisconsin says not only was the Zionist regime the primary force behind the 9/11 attacks, it was Israeli spies working for Mossad – not Arab Muslims – who celebrated the burning Twin Towers on September 11, 2001.

Dr. Kevin Barrett, a founding member of the Scientific Panel for the Investigation of 9/11, made the remarks in an interview with Press TV on Monday, a day after an international Jewish organization based in the US denounced Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s claim that dozens of Arab Muslims cheered as the World Trade Center collapsed on September 11 as unsubstantiated.

Yellowstone supervolcano ready to blow? Rational analysis says it’s unlikely in your lifetime

There has been a lot of concern about the Yellowstone supervolcano over the past few weeks due to the nearly 1,000 small earthquakes recently detected in the region.

It is true that if the Yellowstone caldera blows, it would blanket much of North America with up to three feet of ash, devastating the ecosystem, collapsing the food supply and leading to mass famine. However, with Yellowstone erupting only once every 600,000 years or so, is it really rational to focus preparedness efforts on something that’s highly unlikely to happen in your lifetime?

Fukushima breakthrough as robot spots melted fuel 'lava rocks' inside damaged reactor for first time

Cameras mounted on the robot showed extensive damage caused by the core meltdown, with fuel debris mixed with broken reactor parts, suggesting the difficult challenges ahead in the decades-long decommissioning of the destroyed plant.

Experts have said the fuel melted and much of it fell to the chamber's bottom and is now covered by radioactive water as deep as 6 meters (20 feet).

The fuel, during meltdown, also likely melted its casing and other metal structures inside the reactor, forming rocks as it cooled.

Twitter comes under fire as it emerges paedophiles are using live streaming app Periscope to groom children as young as nine

Twitter has come under fire after it emerged that paedophiles are using its Periscope live streaming app to groom children as young as nine.

They are bombarding the youngsters with sexual questions and requests, asking them to lift up their shirts and take off their clothes.

The app – which has more than 10million users – allows people to film themselves on their mobile phones and broadcast to strangers over the internet.

People watching then can send the ‘broadcasters’ messages, which flash up on the screen for everyone to see.

It is supposed to be restricted to children over the age of 13, but users can simply state they are older.

Children as young as nine are broadcasting to strangers from their bedrooms and even from school, the BBC reported.

Acute antipsychotic-induced akathisia revisited

Akathisia was initially observed in patients with basal ganglia disorders, primarily Parkinson’s disease. Introduction of first-generation antipsychotic (FGA) agents drew attention to anti-psychotic-induced akathisia as it appeared to be one of the most frequent and distressing drug-induced movement disorders, occurring in around one in four FGA-treated patients. It is characterised by restless movements and a subjective sense of inner restlessness coupled with distress, and develops predominantly in patients treated with high-potency FGAs, at high doses and during rapid dose escalation. The identification of akathisia in a meaningful proportion of patients treated with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and its association with suicidal behaviour highlights its clinical significance.

What Is Akathisia?

Between 20 and 45% of people who take antipsychotic medications experience akathisia. The Barnes Akathisia-Rating Scale is used to diagnose the condition. If you suffer from akathisia, you may have restless movements of the arms and legs such as tapping, marching in place, rocking, crossing and uncrossing the legs. This is sometimes referred to as psychomotor agitation.

Your body may feel anxious at the thought of sitting down. Your body will always want to be on the move, almost to the point of fidgeting whenever stillness sets in.

There are four types of movement disorders associated with antipsychotic drugs. Sometimes akathisia can be grouped with these other movement disorders, or it may be isolated to only one:

  • Tardive dyskinesia (TD)
  • Parkinsonism
  • Akathisia, which we cover here
  • Tardive dystonia

Akathisia is generally underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed.

A spherical bunker in Russia was the most secure place in the entire Cold War

The Dead Hand system was the Soviet Union's last line of deterrence in the event of a crippling nuclear strike, a way to inflict millions of casualties on its enemies even if the Soviet chain of command were decapitated.

The system was set up in 1985, not long after the most serious war scare of the late Cold War period. It's been likened to a real-life doomsday machine, and it isn't decisively known if the Kremlin's dismantled it.

David Hoffman, a Washington Post contributing editor and author of a Pulitzer Prize-winning history of the Cold War nuclear arms race, recently described the mechanics of the Dead Hand system on arms control scholar Jeffrey Lewis's podcast. The Dead Hand or "perimeter," which Hoffman characterized as a "system of guaranteed retaliation," had a critical human safeguard, bunkered in an incredibly strange underground chamber.

Getting Trump Elected Was Not Enough – We Need A Thousand Liberty Candidates To Run For Office All Over The Nation

The last few weeks have shown us that getting Donald Trump elected is not enough.

This Congress is being called “the most unproductive in 164 years”, and thanks to all of the RINOs in the Republican Party Trump’s agenda is sitting dead in the water. Obamacare has not been repealed, taxes have not been cut, there is no funding for a border wall, and Planned Parenthood is still fully funded. It has become clear that simply getting the Republicans control of the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives is not going to get us where we want to go. Starting in 2018, we are going to have to work very hard to replace bad Republicans with liberty candidates that will fight relentlessly for our values.

Bahraini inmates seeking medical attention punished with torture, solitary confinement

A Bahraini human rights group says detainees being held at a detention center in the tiny Persian Gulf kingdom will be punished by solitary confinement and torture in case they seek medical attention from prison authorities.

Duraz Youth Movement announced on Friday that inmates at Dry Dock Detention Center will be locked up in solitary cells and subjected to torture should they demand treatment, Arabic-language Lualua television network reported.

The movement noted that the practice has been drawn up by one of the prison’s senior figures identified as Ahmad al-Amadi.

It also expressed deep concerns over the deteriorating health conditions of Ali Majed Rabea and Hussein Mahdi Qassem, stressing that the pair faces serious health risks after continuously being denied proper medical care.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

4 Palestinians killed during al-Aqsa Mosque rallies

At least four people have reportedly lost their lives during clashes in the occupied Palestinian lands as tensions (#SaveAlAqsa) remain high there in the wake of the Tel Aviv regime’s crackdown on Palestinian worshipers wishing to pray at the al-Aqsa Mosque compound.

Palestinian medical sources and witnesses, speaking on condition of anonymity, said a Palestinian teenager, identified as 17-year-old Muhammad Mahmoud Sharaf from the predominantly Palestinian neighborhood of Silwan on the outskirts of the Old City of Jerusalem al-Quds, was fatally shot in Ras al-Amud neighborhood of East Jerusalem al-Quds on Friday afternoon, Arabic-language Ma’an news agency reported.

Witnesses said Sharaf was shot in the neck by an Israeli settler, and later succumbed to his wounds.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

None of these people should have died; but the IDF uses demonstrations as the reason to "justify" more crackdowns against Palestinians, even when Palestinians are demonstrating peacefully.

And Israeli settlers assassinate young Palestinians, because they know they can get away with such actions with impunity.

I am almost willing to bet that neither of these perps will ever be caught and tried for these murders, and they know it.

Indian Police to Use Chilli Punch to Tame Hostile Crowds in Kashmir

Indian security forces will soon use capsicum gel-based tear gas shells instead of PAVA (Pelargonic Acid Vanillylamide) shells to disperse mobs in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

The new tear gas can be used either as a spray or as a shell against stone-pelters. Jammu and Kashmir has recently seen a large number of public protests and stone pelting incidents.

The new tear gas shells will be made at the Tear Smoke Unit of the Border Security Force at the Tekanpur, in the state of Madhya Pradesh, in collaboration with India’s premier defense research organisation, Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).

According to the DRDO, the tear gas will be made in two forms, shell form and spray can. The chilli ingredient for these new teargas will come from north-eastern states and Andhra Pradesh.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

That the Indian government is using this type of weaponry against its own people, just boggles the mind.

And particularly in the case of Kashmir, these protestors are angry because the long-promised referendum, in order for Kashmiris to decide to become independent; stay with India; or become part of Pakistan, has not been allowed to go forward.

To the Indian government; you are hailed as the most diverse, intense, and dramatic democracies on the face of this earth; please start acting like one, and hold the referendum!!

What sanctions? North Korea economy grows at fastest pace in 17 years

North Korea’s economy grew at its fastest pace in 17 years in 2016, South Korea’s central bank said on Friday, despite the isolated country facing international sanctions aimed at curbing its pursuit of nuclear weapons.

Gross domestic product (GDP) in North Korea last year rose 3.9% from the previous year when the economy contracted due to a drought and low commodity prices, the Bank of Korea said.

Government Think Tanks Admit U.S. Empire Is Collapsing – Their Solution Is More War And Tyranny

The average person doesn’t realize how close the American empire is to collapsing under its own weight. Hell, the average person’s mind is thoroughly riddled with propaganda and entertainment, that they don’t even realize that their country is an empire. They think it’s normal to live under an all powerful government that has hundreds of military bases all over the world, and is constantly at war.

But there’s no doubt that this state of affairs cannot continue. In fact, even the high ranking officials in our government know that their empire is on the ropes, and challenged on all fronts by nations that are no longer willing to bow down to Washington.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

I would like to politely remind the authors of this report that doing something in precisely the same way, again and again, yet expecting a different outcome, is a classic definition of insanity.

The Worst Ideological Enemy Of The US Is Now Europe

The vast majority of these European courts -- whether the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) or the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) -- in their attempt to be moral and just, have dismissed the sovereign laws of Italy as irrelevant, and trampled the rights of the Italian state and ordinary Italians to approve who enters their country.
In Europe, Amnesty International and the like are, it seems, a new source of law.
Those who gave the Statue of Liberty to America in 1886 "to commemorate the perseverance of freedom and democracy in the United States" are willingly trampling their own people's liberties today through courts of appointed, unelected, unaccountable ideologues. The danger is that, with the help of many doubtless well-intentioned, international NGOs, the EU will not stop at its shores.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

Sad; but very essentially, quite true.

Turkey Poised To Invade Syria's Idlib Province As Inter-Jihadist Violence Rages

Two Salafi-jihadi factions in Syria's Idlib province have been engaged in a brutal inter-"rebel" (or rather inter-jihadist) war this week, prompting Turkey to prepare a potential invasion to protect its favored factions on the ground. On Thursday, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS/Al-Qaeda) continued to capture towns in Idlib's countryside from rival Ahrar al-Sham and Turkish backed FSA groups after an uneasy truce between the rebel factions quickly collapsed days prior, causing the weaker Ahrar al-Sham to call in Turkish support.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

The tragedy which has been Syria the last half-decade, appears to show no signs of ending any time soon; hopefully, the Russians will hold sway here, and influence Turkey away from even the concept of this invasion.

Landmark Study Shows Legal Marijuana Sales Reduce Crime

“I reject the idea that America will be a better place if marijuana is sold in every corner store. And I am astonished to hear people suggest that we can solve our heroin crisis by legalizing marijuana—so people can trade one life-wrecking dependency for another that’s only slightly less awful,” President Donald Trump’s darling Attorney General, Jeff Sessions said earlier this year. “Our nation needs to say clearly once again that using drugs will destroy your life.”

While any sane person with half a brain can easily see how ignorant and outright irresponsible Sessions’ comments are, a new study on marijuana shops shows just how asinine this man’s policy actually is.

"Everything Will Collapse" German Judge Warns As Refugees Flood System With Appeals

Hundreds of thousands of migrants who’ve appealed decisions by Germany’s immigration courts have brought the country’s legal system to the brink of collapse, a German judge warned on Friday.

More than 1.3 million migrants have arrived in Germany since the beginning of 2015. Since then, the sheer number of cases filed has overwhelmed the civil courts of the country, said Robert Seegmuller, chairman of the Association of German Administrative Law Judges, speaking to the publishing house Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland.

“The situation is dramatic for administrative courts,” Seegmuller told RND. “We are now completely stretched to our limits.”

    Webmaster's Commentary:

This is the end result of unrestricted, unvetted immigration; clogged legal systems breaking down; crime going up; areas of various countries (like Sweden, France, and Germany) becoming no-go zones for their citizens; and the people immigrating feel no need to learn the language, or culture, or necessary business skills in order to survive.

US Urges All Nationals In North Korea To "Depart Immediately", Bans Tourists From Visiting

Dennis Rodman will be disappointed to learn that the US is set to ban all citizens from traveling to North Korea, according to two agencies that operate tours there. Koryo Tours and Young Pioneer Tours said the ban would be announced on 27 July to come into effect 30 days later, the BBC reported. "After the 30-day grace period any US national that travels to North Korea will have their passport invalidated by their government." The ban comes one month after US student Otto Warmbier died following his imprisonment by the Kim regime.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

When one has no relations with an allegedly "hostile" country (which the US does not with North Korea), this move looks like a prelude to military action against it.

Although South Korean President Moon's latest request to meet Kim Jung Un has been rebuffed, the South Korean government made it very clear that they don't think it was the North Korean government's position that talks could never happen, ultimately; just that a meeting for today would have been too rushed to be of positive benefit.

New Hawaii campaign to help residents plan for North Korea attack

The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency is kicking off an educational campaign aimed at helping residents and visitors figure out what to do if the state is the target of a nuclear missile attack from North Korea.

The agency said the threat to the islands from the rogue nation is "currently assessed to be low."

But officials added ongoing North Korean missile tests —and growing public concern — have prompted officials to work on preparedness and disaster management plans.

Vern Miyagi, administrator of the emergency management agency, stressed that the public shouldn't be alarmed by the planning.

Rather, he said, the public should see the preparation and education much like the work being done to prepare the public for hurricane and tsunami, which pose a greater risk to the state.

"We need to tell the public what the state is doing," Miyagi said. “We do not want to cause any undue stress for the public; however, we have a responsibility to plan for all hazards."

    Webmaster's Commentary:

IF the State of Hawaii handles a potential missile attack as "well" as it has handled the absolute fluster-cluck of its light rail program, then citizens of the State of Hawaii are truly on their own.

Get educated as to how to prepare yourself for such an event as much as possible; this means long-term storage food and water; extra medications for yourselves and your pets. Have a bugout plan, if you are separated from the family, and understand, tactically, where it will be the safest for you to ride out the attack in relative comfort.

Understand what potassium iodate is, and how to find it before such an emergency may take place.

If you have kids in school, learn what the policy is regarding the school's releasing them before the actual end of class time.

Because you absolutely, completely cannot rely on the State of Hawaii to take care of you in any meaningful way; it is too dysfunctional to be even the least bit effective in the case of such an attack by North Korea (or, potentially China).

Now, Hannity is being deprived of a prestigious award for his news commentary.

Dramatic Increase in Israel’s Arrest of Palestinian Children, Abused, Deprived of Food, Beatings, Denied Legal Council

Some 331 Palestinian minors were arrested by Israel between January and May this year, a 62 per cent increase on figures from 2012 to 2015, NGO Defence for Children International – Palestine (DCIP) revealed yesterday.

According to a report released by the human rights group, Israeli forces regularly abuse Palestinian children, depriving them of food, subjecting them to beatings and preventing them from accessing legal counsel.

Accountability Programme Director at DCIP, Ayed Abu Eqtaish, stated:

“For over a decade, ill-treatment of Palestinian children in the Israeli military detention system has been widespread and systematic.”

From the persistent and institutionalised ill-treatment and torture of Palestinian children, to the systematic denial of their due process rights, emerges a system of control far removed from justice.

    Geopolitical Turbulence in the Caucasus

To put it very simply, after Syria the Caucasus – barely 800 miles to the northeast – is literally Russia’s second line of defense, its “soft underbelly,” to use a worn but apposite phrase. Quite understandably, Russia is in Syria, among other reasons, precisely to make sure that it would not have to fall back to the aforementioned defense line. Its geopolitical opponents, however, are doing their utmost to see to it that it does. Hence the intense turbulence and maneuvering between Baku and Tbilisi, and beyond.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

A new US military base, right on Russia's border in Georgia?!? And ready for occupation and activity by the end of this year?!?

This gives me a sense of what a timeline might be for a NATO-led war with Russia; let's say, maybe 5 months out, give or take, from today?!?

The accompanying buildup of NATO'S troops right on Russia's doorstep is no accident, either.

Magnesium found to treat DEPRESSION better than antidepressant drugs: New science

A breakthrough nutritional study conducted at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont and published in PLoS ONE has found that just 248mg of magnesium per day leads to an astounding reversal of depression symptoms in study subjects.

“New clinical research results show magnesium is effective at addressing symptoms and is safer and easier on the wallet than prescription therapies,” reports Science Daily, echoing the reporting of Natural News from over a decade ago. Today, even mainstream science is now confirming that magnesium is a safe, affordable and effective treatment for depression.

Chemotherapy obsolete? “Ceramide nanoliposome” uses liposomal delivery to target and kill cancer cells without harming healthy cells

Ceramide has previously been shown to possess strong anti-cancer properties. Its delicate structure, however, has stopped other researchers from using it in clinical tests to treat cancer. The Penn researchers used nanotechnology to coat ceramide in a fatty lipid layer to improve its stability in the body. This new and improved compound targets tumor cells, penetrates the cellular lining, and deposes its chemotherapeutic cargo in the cancer cell.

“Ceramide is a bioactive lipid that selectively kills cancer cells. At equal dosing, normal cells go to sleep, cancer cells die,” explained Kester. “The problem is it precipitates. It falls out of solution. The only way to deliver it is to turn it into a nanoformulation, which is our intellectual property. Think of it as a very small FedEx truck that delivers on time, all the time but only to the cancer cells.”

Number of children attending gender identity clinics has quadrupled in the past five years

The number of children attending gender identity clinics has quadrupled in the past five years, statistics have revealed.

Figures have shown that 84 children aged between three and seven were referred to gender identity clinics last year, compared to just 20 in the year of 2012 to 2013.

Experts said the rise could be explained by the promotion of transgender issues in schools, which may have encouraged more children to think about their identity.

Some warned that teaching children about transgender issues could be 'sowing seeds of confusion' in the minds of young people, leading to more seeking gender identity therapies.

The Crisis of Trust in Government and Globalisation

The consequence to such an environment of suspicion is that people’s concerns over globalisation, the pace of innovation, employment prospects, immigration and eroding social values are turned into fear. And fear-factor politics has become endemic. The consequence is evidenced in the rise of political figures such as Donald Trump, the rise of extreme political parties across Europe, the collapse of establishment politics in France, the failure of the Italian referendum, Britain’s unexpected EU referendum result and then the Theresa May election debacle. All these events are inextricably linked because they were all decisions that were fundamentally driven by a lack of trust.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

This is a natural consequence of being lied to so frequently by one's government, one simply expects that everything the government and corporate media tell you is a lie; at least, in the Unhinged, Surveilled States of America, that is the truth.

    Ray McGovern’s Day in Court

Ray will be in Court Wednesday and Thursday in Syracuse to face the music. He and his Catholic Worker, Jewish mother, and other friends twice blocked the main entrance and exit to Hancock drone base to call attention to the push-of-the-computer-button cowardly killings done in our name. Those of you who, like our Quaker friends, are in the practice of holding Justice people in the Light, please do.

Here is a link to a piece Ray wrote a few years ago on the moral imperative of activism; even more necessary now.

Pasted in below are a couple of links. Ray is grateful to have fallen in with the very best people to be in trouble with, witnessing at Hancock Drone Base, Syracuse, New York

    Webmaster's Commentary:

I met this man in New York when he was a featured speaker at a conference where Mike was also present to present evidence on 9/11; he is a gentleman of great moral courage, and someone I respect for his peaceful protests against things like the drone bases.

Extrajudicial assassinations have absolutely no place in American law, nor should they, although President Obama loved to order these.

What they appear to ultimately accomplish is create more radicalisation in the countries where they are used, which translates to a permanent state of warfare, which always makes the US's military industrial complex happy.

This is the most current commentary I could find on the Mc Govern trial, and it is dated just one week ago:

Our Relationship with Saudi Arabia Is an Embarrassment

When he was 17, five years ago, Mujtaba al-Sweikat committed the “crime” of participating in a pro-democracy rally in Saudi Arabia.

Instead of attending Western Michigan University, as he had planned to do that fall, he was put in prison. Reports are now leaking out of Saudi Arabia that al-Sweikat will soon be beheaded for his transgression.

It’s just the latest reminder that Saudi Arabia is America’s worst best friend. The U.S. does get something out of its relationship with Saudi Arabia; there is real intelligence sharing, and the Kingdom has used its power over OPEC to drive oil prices down when we want to humiliate Russia or accomplish some other goal. That’s not nothing.

    Webmaster's Commentary:

As a citizen of a country colluding with Saudi Arabia in its commission of war crimes in Yemen, I am deeply troubled by the US's (and the President's) BFF relationship to the Saudi monarchy, and the Saudi government.

And I will warn you: all these images are very graphic, but as a Christian witness to the evil being visited upon Yemen by Saudi Arabia, I think it is very important for the readers of this site to understand what is being done with their tax dollars, and in their name, in Yemen.

The Saudi bombings are killing and maiming Yemeni children for life.

Images: Yemeni children killed and maimed for life.

By blockading the Yemeni ports with US military assistance, the Saudis are insuring the Yemeni children are now dying from malnutrition.

Images: Yemeni children dying from complications of malnutrition

And when you have a starved, bomb-ravaged population, is you do now in Yemen, disease is sure to follow; cholera is now well-established in Yemen, and the diagnosed cases are right around 300,00 as I type this.

Cholera cases in Yemen pass the 300,000 mark, and climbing.

Saudi Arabia's Prince Salman did pledge 66 million dollars to deal with the cholera epidemic, to appear "humanitarian", even as his government slaughters Yemen's people with bombs and bullets.

Saudis, at War in Yemen, Give Country $66.7 Million in Cholera Relief

But did he actually give it to an aid organisation which actually understand how to get the job done, like the Red Crescent, or Doctors Without Borders?!?

With an intense cynicism that almost boggles the mind, Prince Salman donated this money to the UN, which is dysfunctional, dystopic, and disorganised beyond belief. He clearly understood that by the time that aid ever reached its target, the relief effort would be way too little, and way too late.

Oh, and did I mention that the Saudis are using DU weapons in Yemen?!?

Images: Saudis using depleted uranium weapons in Yemen

And of course, these weapons are having the absolutely same effect on the people and children in Yemen as they did in Falluja Iraq; massive spikes in cancers, birth defects, and still births are being experienced now by the Yemeni people.

Images, courtesy of Ruptly, of infants with severe birth defects, due to Saudi use of depleted uranium in Yemen.

It is profoundly disturbing for me to understand just how completely morally comfortable our government, the Saudi government, and our and their military are with this genocide in Yemen.

As both a Christian and an American citizen, I very logically must ask about the moral cost of this relationship between the US and Saudi Arabia, and the dark, bitter fruit it may well bear in the future, where the US government may use Saudi Arabia as a proxy antagonist to Iran, in a potential war against that country.

    The Octopus of Global Control

The Octopus of Global Control is a controversial, nonfiction book detailing how those in positions of power are able to manipulate society for their benefit, why they believe that they are entitled to impose their warped world view of reality on mankind, and how we can break free from their grip.

The eight tentacles of control that are wrapped around humanity are the Military, Governmental, Covert, Physical, Financial, Media, Spiritual, and Scientific. The book tackles topics such as uncovering the Deep State, false flag terror events, the media’s role in manufacturing wars, the 9/11 deception, the fraud of central banking, our broken education system, the use of religion to shape society, and the corrupted medical industry.

New Scapegoat Emerges In Unmasking Scandal: Meet Obama's Former U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power

For months now, many have speculated that Obama's former National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, was the controversial figure behind all the unmaskings of Trump associates in the waning days of Obama's final term in the White House. That said, new details seem to suggest that Rice's successor as U.N. Ambassador, Samantha Power, may emerge as the administration's convenient scapegoat is this particular scandal.

As the Washington Free Beacon points out today (via some anonymous sources so take it with a grain of salt), Power appears to be central to efforts by top Obama administration officials to identify individuals named in classified intelligence community reports related to Trump and his presidential transition team. If true, Power's role in the unmasking efforts would be particularly questionable since it's nearly inconceivable that her position as the U.N. ambassador would require such sensitive unmasking activities.

Rare Earth Mania And China/US Trade Spat 2.0?

Unfortunately for the rest of the world, especially the US, China has a monopoly on the rare earths market with 85-90% of global production.

REEs are strategically important due to their (small but critical) applications in products used for the defense and technology sectors - including today’s mainstay of human existence, the mobile phone. China’s dominance arose from undercutting almost every other mining and processing player in the decades prior to its WTO entry.

The current story behind the higher prices is that China is getting serious (again) about the environmental impact of REE mining, and is making renewed efforts to curb significant levels of illegal production. On Monday, managing director of Australian-based rare earth producer, Lynas Corp (who just happened to note how her company is “highly leveraged to any increase in price for NdPr”) commented.

Chechnya’s Leader Claims “Russian Doomsday Device” Is Activated

Kadyrov said, “America is not really a strong enough state for us to regard it as an enemy of Russia. We have a strong government and are a nuclear state. Even if our government was completely destroyed, our nuclear missiles would be automatically deployed. We will put the whole world on its knees and screw it from behind.” That comment certainly puts the left’s insistence on a war with Russia in perspective. And Kadyrov is probably being more accurate than not in that statement.

According to The New York Times, Russia built a system in the 1980s that could do what Kadyrov described, known as the Perimeter System. Bruce Blair, the former US nuclear officer who broke the story of the Perimeter System for The New York Times in 1993, told Business Insider that the system works when it detects nuclear explosions. Only a small crew, deep in a bunker, has a hand in the otherwise automated system, according to Blair.

US INTEL: North Korea Is Prepping For Another Missile Test

With the success of the last missile test, North Korea is continuing the ramping up their weapons system. Their last hugely successful ICBM test showed they have the capability to strike Alaska.

United States intelligence is now saying the rogue North Korean regime is getting ready to launch yet another missile test. The frequency of these tests show a continued thumbing of Kim Jong Un’s nose in Donald Trump’s direction, and they increase the already heightened tensions between the two countries. U.S. intelligence is also suggesting that North Korea is making preparations for the test which could happen in about two weeks, according to CNN.

Amid fuel crisis, Gaza’s swimmers find themselves covered in sewage

Goalkeeper in a pick-up game in Gaza’s Sheikh Ejleen beach, Mohammed Abu Mahaadi, 27, feels sweaty. He rushes to the sea, diving for seconds into wavy black-gray spots at the end of a foamy break. Dozens of dead jellyfish and sea crabs are in view. When he emerges, Abu Mahaadi’s body is covered in a sludge, sewage water pumped into Gaza’s sea, an effect of the current fuel crisis where there is no longer power to generate the Strip’s waste treatment plant.

Gaza’s electricity crisis began last April when the Palestinian Authority (PA) told Israel that it will no longer pay for the electricity Tel Aviv supplies, which was about half of the power running Gaza. The PA had been covering those bills in part because Israel does not deal directly with Hamas who governs Gaza. Once the payments stopped at the end of April, long blackouts spread across Gaza.
