4 disciplined Cleveland police supervisors to get lost pay

An arbitrator has restored lost pay for four Cleveland police supervisors disciplined after a high-speed chase that ended with two unarmed suspects being killed in a 137-shot barrage of police gunfire.

The city safety director gave the supervisors unpaid suspensions ranging from 10 days to 30 days. The supervisors challenged those suspensions.

The arbitrator’s Friday ruling says the city didn’t prove its case. A city spokesman says an appeal is planned.
