Netanyahu: Israel rejects international "dictates"

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that Israel firmly rejects any attempts to impose international "dictates" on it regarding the Palestinian-Israeli dispute, arguing that his position is necessary to guarantee Israel's security and achieve peace.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This from the same nation that issues dictates to the rest of the world on an ongoing basis. Dictates that Iran not have nuclear weapons. Dictates that Syria surrender the Golan Heights. Dictates that Lebanon surrender the Litani River. Dictates that nobody bring food into Gaza. And so forth.

This is one of those major double-standards that discredit Israel's government.
