A recent maritime suicide bombing off the coast of the Yemen may have been a “dress rehearsal” for a comparable attack on US destroyers patrolling waterways in the Middle East.
Defense analysts believe that not only might the attack have been a practice round for bigger fish, like the Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyer USS Cole, but also that the attack was from a manned suicide vessel, as opposed to a missile or rocket strike. Multiple suicide ships may have caused the strike.
Notice that these alleged Pentagon "analysts" are not sourced.
So I have to wonder; is this "fake news", in order to "groom" the American people to accept a larger role in the horrific, US-enabled Saudi war on Yemen, should there be an "incident" where an American military ship is hit with a false flag, and the Houthi rebels are blamed?!?
The Saudis are consistently committing war crimes with almost unimaginable barbarity, as the following documentation shows; their military are killing children, and causing children to starve, courtesy of their naval blockade of Yemen.
The US government has been, and continues to be, under President Trump, proudly complicit in war crimes in Yemen; do you not believe that the US government would do anything to "speed up" the process of returning Yemen to the rule of a western-centric government, where resources are sold only in the US dollar?!?
I don't think such an analysis is far fetched at all, in terms of the US government's history of creating false flags, or in terms of what the American Deep State wants, in terms of reasserting its financial power over Yemen.
Additionally, such a false flag may give the US government and military the "excuse" to attack Iran, because Iran is suspected of providing some military assistance to the Houthi rebels.
Of course, this nearly, inevitably, will mean war with China and Russia, as they have flatly stated that an attack on Iran will be an attack on their countries as well.
Finally, please remember: to the American Deep State, killed or wounded American military service members are simply collateral damage, to be used toward strengthening private corporate profit, no matter the price in blood or money.
