Creepy Judge Reduces Pedophile’s Sentence, Suggests Little Girl Caused Her Own Rape

Kelly disgustingly argued in his written decision that Rojano never meant to harm the girl and claimed Rojano isn’t a pedophile. Kelly also seemed to blame the 3-year-old girl for causing her own rape.

“In looking at the facts of Mr. Rojano’s case, the manner in which this offense was committed is not typical of a predatory, violent brutal sodomy of a child case. Mr. Rojano did not seek out or stalk (the victim). He was playing video games and she wandered into the garage. He inexplicably became sexually aroused but did not appear to consciously intend to harm (the victim) when he sexually assaulted her.

Although serious and despicable, this does not compare to a situation where a pedophilic child predator preys on an innocent child. There was no violence or callous disregard for (the victim’s) well-being.”

Shocked by the judge’s decision, prosecutors are planning to file an appeal.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I think someone needs to check out the Judge's computer for child porn!

Growing volcano threat in Kamchatka jeopardizes air traffic

A Kamchatka volcano has posed a threat to air traffic because its volcanic activity has been gaining force, and the ashes discharged have spread to a distance of 319 kilometers east of the volcano, rising high into the air above a large area of the Pacific Ocean, a source from the Kamchatka branch of the Geophysics Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences told TASS on Monday. The information was received by virtue of photographs taken from space, it said.
The Shiveluch volcano, which is 3,283 meters high, has been assessed as posing an "orange" level of threat to aircraft. Any time the volcano might discharge ashes which might reach an altitude of 10,000 meters above the sea, experts said. It was not immediately known how far the volcanic tail might spread yet.

No humanitarian assistance to south-east Ukraine from West — senior Russian diplomat

"As regards the treatment of humanitarian aspects, 20 plus [humanitarian] convoys came from Russia, and there’ll be others," the Russian Foreign Ministry’s commissioner for human rights, democracy and rule of law, Konstantin Dolgov, said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

Hillary Clinton – the ‘Liberal’ Puppet for War

Hillary Clinton this week launched her bid for the US presidential elections in 2016. Among the copious coverage in Western media was the small but highly significant detail: her presidential campaign will have a war chest of $2.5 billion. The former US Senator and Secretary of State is said to have a personal net worth of between $50-100 million. However, if she is selected by the Democratic party to make a run for the White House most of her presidential campaign will be bankrolled by corporations and super-wealthy backers like financier George Soros through his Democracy Alliance foundation. That alone tells where her political loyalties and priorities lie.

He added that Clinton definitely hoped to win primaries but it was "still unclear what situation would be inside the Democratic Party."

Experts say persecution of NGOs in Ukraine's Odessa region is abuse of human rights

Mass detentions of human rights campaigners by the Ukrainian Security Service in the Odessa Region for the sole reason they have decided to unite into a Popular Rada (Assembly) of Bessarabia (a historical region in Eastern Europe, currently split up between Moldova and Ukraine) violate the rights of ethnic minorities and run counter to the country’s legislation, polled experts have told TASS.
On Monday, April 6, the ethnic minorities of the Odessa Region, in the south of Ukraine, set up a non-governmental organization calling itself the Popular Rada of Bessarabia with the aim to campaign for their interests. The founding conference brought together more than 100 delegates, including members of local elective bodies of government, politicians, public figures and journalists from seven ethnic communities of the Odessa Region - Bulgarians, Gagauzes, Russians, Ukrainians, Gypsies, Moldovans and Poles.

“Since 1976, Enron [and predecessor company] employees have been at the forefront of developing air credit trading policies for governments and businesses…. Since 1990, Enron has participated in over 80 SOx allowance transactions and has also been active in establishing policies for trading NOx in the United States and carbon [dioxide] world-wide.”

“If implemented, [the Kyoto Protocol] will do more to promote Enron’s business than will almost any other regulatory initiative…. The endorsement of [CO2] emissions trading was another victory for us…. This agreement will be good for Enron stock!”

Foodstamp Financiers: Wells Fargo Workers Protest Re-Emergence Of Predatory Practices

One of America’s biggest banks is going to be protested by an unlikely group today: its employees. As The Guardian reports, Wells Fargo bankers are protesting the bank’s alleged predatory practices – mainly the sales quotas imposed on some of its workers (which have led to at least 30 employees opening duplicate accounts, sometimes without customers’ knowledge, in order to inflate their sales numbers). One worker warns, “it is not in Wells Fargo’s best interest for customers to purchase products and services they don’t use or need.” Now where have we seen this kind of activity before? Wells Fargo bank workers are not the only ones struggling to make ends meet without breaking ethical standards as bank tellers have collected as much as $105m in food stamps.

Video: Islamic State group destroys ancient ruins of Nimrud

Islamic State militants hammered, bulldozed and ultimately blew up parts of the ancient Iraqi Assyrian city of Nimrud, destroying a site dating back to the 13th century BC, an online militant video purportedly shows.

Webmaster's Commentary:

A lot of people are probably wondering why ISIS, in the middle of war, is wasting time, money, and explosives demolishing ancient archaeological ruins.

One possible theory is that this destruction is a quid pro quo to ISIS supporters in Israel. Israel's entire claim to the lands of the Palestinians rests on biblical myths about the Kingdoms of David and Solomon and the First Temple, for which there is no hard archaeological evidence. The two best known claimed artifacts for the First Temple, the Pomegranate Temple Staff ornament and the Jehoash Tablet have been exposed as clever forgeries, and locations in Israel said to be connected with David and Solomon are so named out of tradition and "confirmation bias", with archaeologists admitting there is no actual hard data as to what they really were.

Contrast that with other nations such as Egypt, Iraq, Iran, etc. where one cannot take three steps without tripping over the evidence of their ancient histories. Such a plethora of archaeological evidence in other countries has proven to be a severe embarrassment to Israel as it underscores the paucity of such evidence for what Israel declares to be its historical origins. Much of the Torah is now known to have simply been copied from other sources. The story of the Exodus actually happened to the Hyksos, not the Hebrews, and the story of the great flood was copied almost verbatim from the Epic of Gilgamesh. People can be forgiven for asking if the stories of the First Temple are also likewise purloined from other places and peoples.

So Israel's governments, which justifies its theft on those stories, has a powerful motive to want the archaeological sites in other countries erased, to "level the playing field" by reducing the obvious contrast in the amount of such remains in other countries versus Israel itself. This may explain why, following the US invasion of Iraq in 2003, armed forces guarded the oil ministry while the Baghdad Museum was left wide open for looting and why American forces defaced the ancient city of UR, including building portions of a runway over the site.

Drone Victims Take Germany to Court for Abetting U.S. Murders

Their suit argues that it is illegal under German law for the German government to allow the U.S. air base at Ramstein to be used for drone murders abroad. The suit comes after the passage of a resolution in the European Parliament in February 2014 urging European nations to "oppose and ban the practice of extrajudicial targeted killings" and to "ensure that the Member States, in conformity with their legal obligations, do not perpetrate unlawful targeted killings or facilitate such killings by other states."

I've always thought of drone murders as illegal under the laws of the countries where the murders happen, as well as under the UN Charter and the Kellogg Briand Pact. I asked Schüller: Is your suit seeking prosecution for murder where (or in one of the places where) the act is committed from a distance?

Christopher Scott “Chris” Kyle, the subject of the flag-waving fluff film, American Sniper, was hardly a role model. The Young Turk movement, AKA Committee of Union and Progress, arose out of the Rothschilds’ oil interests in the Black Sea area of the Ottoman Empire in the late 1800s. ‘Creating stability’ in an incendiary realm was necessary for the Rothschilds’ new oil enterprise Baku Oil. The instability of the Armenian Christians’ financial and intellectual prominence in the area was not “good for business.” . . .

Of course I pointed out Hillary Clinton's role in wars in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, Ukraine, etc., her profiteering off Boeing while marketing Boeing weapons as Secretary of State, her transformation of the State Department into a fully owned subsidiary of the military, her foundations taking money from Chevron and Exxon-Mobil while she persuades Eastern European countries not to ban fracking. Hillary backs Israel's crimes, opposes the UN and international law. The corruption and nastiness in her hidden emails need hardly be seen to be estimated. How the GOP Became the Israel Party

Bill Kristol and John McCain have replaced Robert Novak and Pat Buchanan in Republican foreign policy influence.

When the unexpectedly detailed P5+1 framework agreement with Iran was announced last Thursday, Illinois Republican Mark Kirk made a bizarre comment. “We all know” said the senator, that this is going to end with “a mushroom cloud somewhere near Tehran”—a result of Israel having to go to war to “clean up the mess” made by American and European negotiators. A few days earlier John McCain had expressed the wish that Israel “go rogue” and attack Iran in order to upend the Iran negotiations.
