John McCain 'overjoyed' Israel has nuclear weapons

Republican Senator and former presidential hopeful John McCain said on Tuesday that he was "overjoyed" that Israel possesses nuclear weapons to guard against regional threats.

McCain, who is supporting the rejection of the nuclear deal with Iran penned in July, said that he was happy Israel had "nuclear weapons in light of Iran's aggressive stance".

Webmaster's Commentary:

Iran's aggressive stance? Is McCain on drugs?!?

Since the 1979 Iranian revolution and the downfall of the US Puppet Ruler the Shah, Iran has been an Islamic state. In that interval of time, 1979 to the present, Iran has not invaded anyone. Not once. In fact Iran has not launched a war of aggression against another nation in 200 years. War is not their nature. People of all religions live in peace in Iran, even Jews, who find life so comfortable in Iran they refused an offer by the government of Israel to emigrate!

In the same period of time, Israel, a self-declared Jewish state, attacked Iraq in 1981, bombing the power station at Osirik, claiming it was a clandestine weapons factory. Subsequent examination of the ruins following the 2003 invasion proved Israel had lied. In 1982, Israel invaded Lebanon. This led to the Massacres at Sabra and Shatilla. In February 2003 Israel staged incursions into Gaza and Nablus. In September 2007 Israel bombed Syria, again insisting they were destroying a clandestine weapons laboratory. Again there was no evidence to support Israel's claims. In 2006, Israel attacked Lebanon, killing 1200, mostly civilians, several UN observers, and littering the landscape with land mines on their way out. In February 2008 Israel again raided Gaza, killing over 100. HAMAS agreed to a cease fire and kept it for 6 months until November 4, when Israel again attacked without warning, killing 6 HAMAS members, and launching operation CAST LEAD. 1300 Gazans, mostly civilians, were killed. Israel lost 13 soldiers. Violations of international law included the use of White Phosphorus incendiary bombs against civilians and non-military targets. The United Nations investigated, but Israel refused to cooperate. In May 2010, Israel attacked an international aid flotilla bringing food and medical supplies to Gaza in international waters. 9 people were murdered including an American from New York. In June 2014, citing as their excuse the murder of three teenagers in the West Bank (which even the West Bank police said were not linked to HAMAS), Israel launched operation PROTECTIVE EDGE, bombing Gaza into rubble, again refusing to cooperate with UN investigators, and ultimately refusing to keep to the terms of the cease fire.

In the same period of time, the United States, officially a secular nation but predominantly Christian, attacked El Salvador (1980), Libya (1981), Sinai (1982), Lebanon (1982 1983), Egypt (1983), Grenada (1983), Honduras (1983), Chad (1983), Persian Gulf (1984), Libya (1986) , Bolivia (1986), Iran (1987), Persian Gulf (1987), Kuwait (1987), Iran (1988), Honduras (1988), Panama (1988), Libya (1989), Panama (1989), Colombia, Bolivia, and Peru (1989), Philippines (1989), Panama (1989-1990), Liberia (1990), Saudi Arabia (1990), Iraq (1991), Zaire (1991), Sierra Leone (1992), Somalia (1992), Bosnia-Herzegovina (1993 to present), Macedonia (1993), Haiti (1994), Macedonia (1994), Bosnia (1995), Liberia (1996), Central African Republic (1996), Albania (1997), Congo/Gabon (1997), Sierra Leon (1997), Cambodia (1997), Iraq (1998), Guinea/Bissau (1998), Kenya/Tanzania (1998 to 1999), Afghanistan/Sudan (1998), Liberia (1998), East Timor (1999), Serbia (1999), Sierra Leon (2000), Yemen (2000), East Timor (2000), Afghanistan (2001 to present), Yemen (2002), Philippines (2002) , Cote d'Ivoire (2002), Iraq (2003 to present), Liberia (2003), Georgia/Djibouti (2003), Haiti (2004), Georgia/Djibouti/Kenya/Ethiopia/Yemen/Eritrea War on Terror (2004), Pakistan drone attacks (2004 to present), Somalia (2007), South Ossetia/Georgia (2008), Syria (2008), Yemen (2009 and 2015), Haiti (2010), Libya (2011), Syria (2011), Ukraine (2014), Iraq (2015), etc. etc. etc. etc.

Bill Clinton’s Own Warning About Fissile Material Being Used in Capitol Truck Campaign

This truck and another like it are circling around the U.S. Capitol this afternoon as debate has begun on the Iran nuclear deal.

They’re sponsored by StandWithUs, an international Israel education organization, and intend to “represent how little nuclear material it takes to cause severe destruction, quoting former president Bill Clinton.”

And while today’s appearance coincides with a rally on the Capitol lawn, the trucks will continue to circle the White House and Capitol on Thursday and Friday, which is the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

Israel hiding killers who burned Palestinian family alive, minister reveals

Israel’s conduct turned out to be depressingly predictable.

Haaretz reports today that, according to Israel’s defense minister Moshe Yaalon, “Israel’s defense establishment knows who is responsible for the arson attack that killed three members of a Palestinian family two months ago, but has chosen to prevent legal recourse in order to protect the identity of their sources.”

Yaalon reportedly told a closed meeting of activists from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud Party that three Jewish suspects were put under administrative detention following the attack.

Witnesses had seen the attackers flee to the nearby Israeli settlement of Maaleh Efraim after the Dawabsha home was set on fire.

US claims Russia ’destabilizing Syria’ stand the truth on its head

US claims that Russia is ’destabilizing Syria."

[laughing] "That’s amazing to hear Josh Earnest talk about destabilization. The US is behind this proxy war of head-chopping fascist nutjobs, and they have the gall to say that Russia is interfering or destabilizing. What’s gettting them riled up is that they are being called on their game: They are being called to account, and someone is actually standing up to their efforts at regime change. It has nothing to do with ISIS, it has nothing to do with ’revolution.’ It’s just another coup.

House Plans 9/11 Iran Vote as GOP Looks to Undermine Nuclear Deal

While the announcement that 42 senators are now supporting the P5+1 nuclear deal means the Republican leadership has no chance of getting a vote against the deal through Congress, they have indicated that they still intend to hold a vote in the House, tentatively scheduled for 9/11.

Indications are that 11 hours of debate over three days are planned to culminate with this vote, and without the chance of a filibuster, as in the Senate, a resolution condemning the nuclear deal will almost certainly pass, though without the accompanying bill in the Senate, it will be wholly meaningless.

It will, however, set the stage for another round of pushes to undermine the deal, with Republican presidential candidates planning more speeches condemning the pact, and Congressional leaders trying to come up with legislation that might survive a veto that would make it harder for the US to implement its part of the deal.

The Parable of the Man Wearing a Suit, Covered In Blood, Holding a Bloody Knife, Before the Body of the Victim, Who is Declared Innocent of the Crime, And the Truth about the Official 911 Narrative

A man, dressed neatly in a suit and tie, is found splattered with blood from head to toe holding a bloody knife before the body of a stabbing victim. The man calmly explains that he is not the murderer and he only just discovered the body. In a calm voice he says that he's a trusted member of the Government and that terrorists were responsible.

During the investigation it is discovered that the only footprints (bloody ones) were found to be from the man in the suit. His fingerprints were on the knife and no others. Regardless of these facts other men in suits focus the investigation on an elaborate tale that centres on the activities of a group of known terrorists.

1yr, 6,700 airstrikes & $4bn after Obama vowed to ‘destroy’ ISIS, jihadists still on offensive

The US and its allies have carried out 6700 airstrikes at an expense of nearly $4 billion in the year since President Barack Obama ordered a campaign against Islamic State. Yet the terror group shows no sign of defeat and has even expanded its reach.

Webmaster's Commentary:

That is because the US created ISIS as a pretext to bomb Syria and take it away from the Syrian people, triggering the refugee crisis.

US reportedly plans to revamp Syrian rebel training program after early failure

The Pentagon is overhauling its plan to train and equip a fighting force of moderate Syrian rebels against ISIS after many of the program's first 54 graduates were attacked and a number of its fighters captured in late July, according to a published report.

The New York Times, citing four Defense Department and Obama administration officials briefed on the issue, reported late Sunday that the Pentagon is now considering several changes aimed at improving the program's effectiveness. Those proposals include enlarging the size of the groups sent into Syria, dropping them in places where they have local support, and improving the intelligence the fighters are given.

The $500 million train-and-equip initiative, run by U.S. Special Forces in Turkey, was announced by President Obama in June of last year. However, the program didn't actually begin until May of this year.

Webmaster's Commentary:

$500 million, 54 graduates, and total failure. Yep; that's the Pentagon for you!

New Zealand has no mandate to follow Australia into Syria, says Prime Minister John Key

Prime Minister John Key says New Zealand will not take part if other countries send troops into Syria and it would take a Security Council resolution for New Zealand to consider any involvement.

Mr Key met with Australia's Prime Minister Tony Abbott yesterday and discussed the response to Syria, including refugee intakes and Australia's decision to undertake air strikes on Islamic State targets within a week.

Mr Key said Australia could make its own calls on the issue, but he did not believe there was a mandate to get involved in Syria.

Mr Key said while New Zealand was in Iraq to train Iraqi soldiers, that was with the consent of the Iraq Government.

"We don't think we have a mandate in Syria, but we can understand Australia doing what they're doing."

A Security Council resolution would provide a mandate, although so far Russia has blocked attempts to secure strong action on Syria.

How Neocons Destabilized Europe

It will not be easy to rid the world of the grave dangers created by neocon policies.

The neocon prescription of endless “regime change” is spreading chaos across the Middle East and now into Europe, yet the neocons still control the mainstream U.S. narrative and thus have diagnosed the problem as not enough “regime change.”

The refugee chaos that is now pushing deep into Europe – dramatized by gut-wrenching photos of Syrian toddler Aylan Kurdi whose body washed up on a beach in Turkey – started with the cavalier ambitions of American neocons and their liberal-interventionist sidekicks who planned to remake the Middle East and other parts of the world through “regime change.”

Microsoft case: DoJ says it can demand every email from any US-based provider

The United States government has the right to demand the emails of anyone in the world from any email provider headquartered within US borders, Department of Justice (DoJ) lawyers told a federal appeals court on Wednesday.

The case being heard in the second circuit court of appeals is between the US and Microsoft and concerns a search warrant that the government argues should compel Microsoft to retrieve emails held on a Hotmail server in Ireland.

Microsoft contends that the DoJ has exceeded its authority with potentially dangerous consequences. Organizations including Apple, the government of Ireland, Fox News, NPR and the Guardian have filed amicus briefs with the court, arguing the case could set a precedent for governments around the world to seize information held in the cloud. Judges have ruled against the tech company twice.

House Republicans will move to stop Iran deal vote clock

But for that clock to begin, documents submitted to the Congress must include "any joint comprehensive plan of action entered into or made between Iran and any other parties, and any additional materials related thereto, including annexes, appendices, codicils, side agreements, implementing materials, documents, and guidance, technical or other understandings, and any related agreements."

The new Republican strategy is based on this provision, claiming that confidential agreements made between the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran— on which implementation of the JCPOA relies— constitute "side agreements" between "Iran and any other parties."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Read this carefully.

Boehner thought he had the House GOP vote locked and learned today this is just not so. So now he wants to stall for time to give Israel and AIPAC more time to bribe, blackmail, or otherwise coerce members of Congress to bow to Tel Aviv's will!

In this act of desperation to serve Israel, Boehner is taking the position that the sixty day clock has not started because Congress was not given confidential United Nations and IAEA documents that the US Government is not entitled to receive in the first place!

Boehner will eventually lose if this goes to the Supreme Court, but in the meantime, Israel has more time to prove to the world that they and not the American people, control the US Government.

Are you comfortable with that?

Me neither!

This Is EXACTLY What The Early Phases Of A Market Meltdown Look Like

There is so much confusion out there. On the days when the Dow goes down by several hundred points, lots of people pat me on the back and tell me that I “nailed” my call for the second half of this year. But on the days when the Dow goes up by several hundred points, I get lots of people contacting me and telling me that they are confused because they thought the stock market was supposed to go down. Well, the truth is that if there is going to be a full-blown market meltdown, we would expect for there to be wildly dramatic swings in the market both up and down. A perfect example of this is what we experienced during the financial crisis of 2008. 9 of the 20 largest single day declines in stock market history happened that year, but 9 of the 20 largest single day increases in stock market history also happened that year. If we are moving into another great financial crisis, there should be massive ups and massive downs, and that is precisely what we are witnessing right now.

Refugees — ‘Let them all into Europe!’ says Israeli Holocaust Survivor

An Israeli Holocaust Survivor thinks Europe is a suitable dumping ground for all the world’s refugees. This is because Europe is guilty of killing six million Jews. So this is a chance for Europe to redeem itself by accepting every single refugee in the Third World as a punishment for its past crimes.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Rather amazing that this Holocaust "survivor" wants Europe to take the refugees where Israel will not, as "punishment" for crimes committed by people who are all dead and gone. And Not all of Europe was on the side of the Nazis. Britain certainly was not. Neither was France! But this Israeli thinks they should be punished for something that supposedly happened long before the vast majority of people living in Europe were even born?

? Has Russia Been Right All Along About the ‘Arab Spring’?

? Nation contributing editor Stephen F. Cohen and John Batchelor continue their weekly discussions of the new US-Russian cold war. Heading this installment is the Obama administration’s vehement opposition to Moscow’s suggestion that it might deploy Russian air power to Syria against ISIS forces. Cohen argues that this is due to a number of irrational positions in Washington: the new American cold-war reflex of seeing every Russian proposal in a negative light; the Obama administration’s determination to fight a two-fight war in Syria—against ISIS and against Syrian President Assad, whom Moscow supports; and an unwillingness to consider Russian President Putin’s longstanding argument that the US policy of regime change in the Middle East invariably worsens conditions there, as already evidenced by events in Iraq, Egypt, and Libya.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It's rational when you realize that ISIS is a US-created proxy.

If there was ever any doubt that the US doesn’t have a good handle on who the ISIS leadership is, it should be exemplified by the new reports of US officials openly talking about, in their effort to “destroy ISIS,” assassinating people whose Twitter accounts are seen as too pro-ISIS.

Vote on Iran Postponed over House GOP Revolt

Divisions among House Republicans threw scheduled votes against the Iran nuclear accord into disarray Wednesday as other foes, including presidential contender Donald Trump, prepared a big rally outside the Capitol. Democratic front-runner Hillary Rodham Clinton praised the deal in a speech not far away.

The drama unfolded on a day when the presidential campaign was colliding head-on with the congressional debate on the Iran deal, which is strongly backed by the Obama administration and other world powers. It aims to curb Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for billions of dollars in relief from international economic sanctions.

House GOP leaders were forced to delay plans to open debate on a resolution of disapproval as some Republicans threatened to withhold their support. Frustrated that the disapproval resolution looked short of support in the Senate, these Republicans were demanding an alternate approach.

Latest word is the vote will take place on 9-11!

Three months after KFC reintroduced "Colonel Sanders," they have a new actor portraying him.

As of Sunday night, there was a new Colonel in town, portrayed by fellow "SNL" alum (and current "Last Comic Standing" judge) Norm MacDonald (no stranger to fast food ads, having been the voice of the Hardee's/Carl's Jr. "star" years ago).

Diplomat: Russia does not sign Arms Trade Treaty because it is unbalanced

Russia did not sign an international treaty on arms trade because of its unbalanced nature and superficial description of a number of issues, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Wednesday.
"Recently, new tools emerged in the global arms trade, in particular, the Arms Trade Treaty, which came into force last December. We did not sign this document and see no reason to move in this direction," Ryabkov said.
According to him, the document is unbalanced, with the issues of countering the illegal weapons trafficking represented superficially in it.
"Vague humanitarian criteria are documented in the treaty. They give rise to various interpretations, including unscrupulous ones," the Russian deputy foreign minister said.

Deputy FM: New US sanctions aimed at undermining capabilities of Russian defense industry

"There is nothing behind additional sanctions against Russian legal entities apart from the attempt to exert political pressure on Moscow, undermine capabilities of our defense industry, complicate resolution of security problems and fulfillment of export contracts. In other words, there is nothing in these actions apart from aggravating relations with Moscow," Ryabkov said.
"Of course, they will not reach the desired effect. It is regrettable that the United States still does not understand that truth," he added.
The United States explained that sanctions against such companies as Rosoboronexport and RSK MiG are in line with non-proliferation of nuclear weapons in Iran, North Korea and Syria.
"I categorically deny such links. There are malicious, deliberate and far-fetched," Ryabkov said. "Russia is very responsible about its commitments in the sphere of non-proliferation because it fully understands the whole range of issues connected with it," he added.

How Neocons Destabilized Europe

It will not be easy to rid the world of the grave dangers created by neocon policies.

The neocon prescription of endless “regime change” is spreading chaos across the Middle East and now into Europe, yet the neocons still control the mainstream U.S. narrative and thus have diagnosed the problem as not enough “regime change,”

Texas woman tortured puppies, kittens and produced animal 'snuff' videos

In a case of almost unspeakable cruelty, a suspect in a Texas courtroom on Friday admitted to torturing young animals for her homemade pornographic snuff videos. The female torturer is one of the first suspects in the U.S. to face federal charges as a result of the passage of the Animal Crush Video Prohibition Act of 2010.

Ashley Nicole Richards, a 24-year-old resident of Houston, admitted to four counts of creating animal crush videos and one count of illegal film distribution. According to the Justice Department, Animal Crush is a sexual fetish in which small animals, mostly pets such as puppies and kittens, are viciously tortured, maimed or killed for the sexual gratification of observers. Videos of such acts, sometimes described as rituals or sacrifices, have been marketed for sale and broadcast online.

Reham Dawabsheh, 27, has finally succumbed to the critical wounds she sustained when Jewish settlers torched her home at the village of Duma south of Nablus in the West Bank about five weeks ago.

Initially, her toddler, 18-month- old Ali, was burned to death. Two weeks ago, her husband Saad died of injuries sustained in the same incident. Reham, a school teacher, was laid to rest next to her husband and child at her home village Monday 7/9/2015.

Now, her only remaining child is fighting for his life. His overall conditions have been described as “stable and improving.”

The nefarious crime was carried out by ostensibly Messianic Jewish settlers seeking to establish a pure Talmudic Jewish state, which the terrorists believe would expedite and accelerate the appearance of the Redeemer or Jewish Messiah who would usher the age of salvation for Jews and enable them to build a worldwide empire.

By identifying with the label and accepting the power that illness has over them, patients are ceding control of their thoughts and emotions, allowing simple imbalances to take charge over them and persist.
