It’s official: Police were ordered to stand down and let the Baltimore riots rage out of control

Up until now, there had been some unconfirmed reports that police in Baltimore had been ordered to “stand down” during the riots, but nobody had been willing to come forward and go on the record. Now that has all changed. Michael Lewis is the Sheriff of Wicomico County, Maryland and what he has to say is absolutely jaw dropping. When he saw what was happening in Baltimore, he gathered up some of his fellow officers and drove down to the city to help. But when he got there, he says that all of the police were being ordered not to take any action and to let the rioters destroy property. Lewis made this astounding claim during a discussion on a Baltimore radio station…

Powerful report on sexual abuse in (Canadian) military calls for outside-chain-of-command solution

The report from former Supreme Court Justice Marie Deschamps on sexual misconduct and harassment in the Canadian Armed Forces is blistering and powerful.

It describes "a sexualized environment in the armed forces … characterized by the frequent use of swear words and highly degrading expressions that reference women's bodies, sexual jokes, innuendos, discriminatory comments with respect to the abilities of women, and unwelcome sexual touching..."

That would be bad enough.

But Deschamps goes on to say that this sexualized environment leads to the widespread "use of sex to enforce power relationships and to punish and ostracize a member of a unit."

REVEALED: Freddie Gray suffered fatal 'catastrophic injury when he fell head first in back of police van and broke neck as head hit bolt' - and police admit mystery secret stop on journey

An investigation has concluded Freddie Gray broke his neck after falling head-first into the back of the police van as it was moving, it was reported today.

Medical and law enforcement sources briefed on the police investigation told ABC News Gray's 'catastrophic' head injuries were consistent with hitting a bolt 'in the back door of the van'.

They claimed there was 'no evidence' Gray sustained a fatal spine injury during his arrest, which was caught on camera on a street side on April 12.

According to ABC's sources, Gray was standing in the van, bent over with his hand cuffed behind his back and his head pointing towards the back door.

It is believed he fell into the door, breaking his neck.

Cash on Lockdown: Bankers “Want Badly to Charge YOU Interest for Depositing YOUR Funds”

Cash is quickly becoming a liability.

SHTF has been closely following the recent calls from Wall Street to ban cash and implement a system that would force everyone to operate on the grid, even as interest rates have hit negative and customers are actually charged for keeping money in the bank.

Money Metals Exchange explains it well:

The Federal Reserve bank and its owners, the largest banks on Wall Street, want badly to be able to charge you interest for the privilege of depositing your funds. The problem is getting you to stand for it.

11 Examples Of How Evil Is Growing In America Like A Cancerous Tumor

Have you heard of “arterial tapping”, “flakka” or “cyberextortion”? In America today, just about every conceivable type of evil that you could possibly name is growing, and we are even inventing new kinds of evil that the world has never seen before. It is very easy for us to point to the looting and violence in Baltimore and call that evil, but there is far more to the social decay of America than just that. The foundations of our society are rotting and decaying in thousands of different ways, and our biggest problem as a nation is what is found inside our own hearts. We have rejected the values and principles that were handed down to us by previous generations of Americans because we believed that we knew better than they did. But now look at us. Our country is falling apart all around us, and we only have ourselves to blame.

The Messenger of fate: NASA spacecraft smashes into planet Mercury

Its fuel tanks empty and its options gone, NASA's Messenger spacecraft smashed into planet Mercury on Thursday afternoon after valiantly fighting off the inevitable.

Engineers calculated that the spacecraft, traveling a scorching 8,700 mph, bombed into the planet's heavily pockmarked surface at 3:26 p.m. ET Thursday. It was not a gentle goodbye: The impact was expected to pulverize the car-sized spaceship and gouge out a 50-foot crater -- big enough to accommodate a school bus -- near Mercury's north pole.

Engineers calculated that the spacecraft belly-flopped onto the cratered terrain on the far side of Mercury, when the ship was out of contact with Earth.

British Doctors Now Asking Elderly If They’re Ready to Die

Ever since the Affordable Care Act was passed, Americans have been asking themselves if our healthcare will ever resemble the UK’s socialized medical system. Some have greeted it with praise, while others have been concerned that our healthcare could turn to death panels to cut costs. Now the UK’s National Health Service has given us another unfortunate condition to look forward to. They recently told all doctors to ask every patient over 75 if they would like to establish a “do not resuscitate” order for future emergencies. In some cases, the doctors are ordering their nurses to cold-call every elderly patient, and everyone with a long-term condition, to see if they have “thought about resuscitation.”

Specifically, the Navy will henceforth accompany ships on concern that Iran’s Revolutionary Guard may seize them, CNN’s Jim Sciutto says in Twitter post, citing CNN’s Barbara Starr. It is unclear what happens if either the accompanied cargo ship, or the US Navy warship leaves international waters, and enters Iran territory, which as the Bab el-Mandeb Strait is virtually assured: a strait which as the following US Naval update map has become as busy for US traffic as the 405 Freeway during rush hour.

Especially in the Donbass region, Yanokovych had received 90%+ of the votes. In Odessa, he had received three-quarters of the votes. With Friends Like These: German Spy Agency 'Helped US Target France'

Germany’s national intelligence agency, the BND, spied on top French officials and the EU’s headquarters on behalf of US intelligence, German media report.
The leaks from a secret BND report suggest that its monitoring station at Bad Aibling spied on France’s presidential palace and foreign ministry, and the European Commission.
The US National Security Agency also allegedly spied on some European firms.
German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere denies claims of a cover-up.
The BND reportedly collected information on European firms at Washington’s behest to check if they were breaking trade embargos.
According to the reports, the BND did not target German or US officials in the surveillance, as they are protected by a BND-NSA agreement signed in 2002.
However, it has emerged that the German government knew about NSA spying on European arms businesses as early as 2008. The government found “shortcomings” in the BND’s operations, German TV reports.

Former CIA Analyst Details How Romania Has Become a US/CIA Torture Facility in the Heart of Europe

Former CIA analyst Raymond McGovern told Sputnik News Agency that former Romanian President Ion Iliescu allowed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to operate torture sites within his country because he was the leader of a puppet state whose marching orders came from Washington.
The fact that Romania, an EU member state, is running CIA torture sites is alarming, to say the least. In its present form, this law carries the risk that "we will not be able to achieve the intended objective, namely to 2018" to begin to sign contracts for orbital launches using the new American engine, which will be set instead of the RD-180, recognized James, speaking at the hearings before the Committee on armed services of the Senate of the Congress.
At the same time she stressed that the Pentagon agrees with the legislators: "We should (in the future) to abandon the use of Russian rocket engines RD-180.

40 years after Vietnam, the military industrial complex continues its rampage of war crimes

It was 40 years ago today that the last troops from America's criminal war against the people of Vietnam scurried ignominiously onto a helicopter on the roof of the US Embassy in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City) and fled the country where US forces had killed some 3-4 million people in the name of "fighting Communism."

Hacktivists post info pointing to security service’s hand in Ukraine journalist murder

Ukrainian hacktivists from Cyber Berkut, a group taking name from Ukraine’s special police force, put on the Web on Thursday materials, which they say prove involvement of the Ukrainian Security Service in the recent murder of opposition journalist Oles Buzina.
"We, Cyber Berkut, make available to the public materials confirming that physical liquidation of public and political activists in opposition to the Kiev junta, was sanctioned by the Ukrainian Security Service, supervised by Kharkiv political elites, while the very group of ‘assassins of free Ukraine’ territorially belongs to Kharkiv nationalist groups," runs a report on Cyber Berkut’s website.
Hacktivists say about a week ago they hacked a mail box of the acting deputy head of the Kharkiv region’s state administration, Vyacheslav Abbakumv, getting access to his service documents as well as his correspondence with an unidentified leader of a neo-Nazi group from the Kharkiv region.

Unidentified special forces fight against battalions of Ukrainian nationalists — Basurin

Unidentified special task forces are conducting a special operation in the area of the township of Avdeyevka in Donbas to render harmless a battalion of Ukrainian nationalists, Eduard Basurin, an official spokesman for the Defence Ministry of the self-proclaimed unrecognized Donetsk People’s Republic said on Thursday.
"About 5 a.m., our reconnaissance registered a brief exchange of fire at the positions of the Ukrainian armed units," he said. "Our reconnaissance officers said in their reports that an unknown unit of commandoes had stormed and seized a platoon-level fortified strongpoint set up by punitive expeditioners from a nationalistic battalion."
The case in hand might be precisely targeted elimination of the freewheeling warlords in charge of nationalistic Ukrainian battalions by foreign mercenaries dispatched to the zone of the conflict, Basurin said.

Russia to ban import of peanuts from US to Russia starting May 1

Russia's agriculture watchdog, Rosselkhoznadzor, will introduce a ban on import of peanuts from the United States starting May 1, 2015, the agency said on Thursday. The prohibition will be effective until the United States provides clarifications concerning the excessive content of cadmium in the US peanuts.
Peanuts from the United States prohibited for importation to Russia may be replaced by deliveries of such a commodity from India, Assistant Head of the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) Alexei Alexeenko said on Thursday.
"Quite a lot of countries are producing peanuts. Large volumes are in India and certain other nations. We may select different countries," Alexeenko added. http://tass.ru/en/economy/792629

'Wounded': 12-part WWP series is on Netflix & YouTube

Unlike the previous seven times he'd gotten the shot, the vaccine triggered an overreaction of Wolff's autoimmune system, causing his own defenses to attack his central nervous system, including his spinal cord and brain. He was in a coma for more than a month.

"[When I woke up] I was told I would never walk, breathe on my own, eat or talk ever again. If I had had the ability to do it, I would have committed suicide," Wolff says in a 20-minute episode of a series now available for download on Netflix, "Wounded: The Battle Back Home."

US army exercise on preventing civil unrest spread to Tennessee

New videos have been released over the "riot control teams" for the last few weeks. National Guard along with police and US military forces undertake training exercises across the United States. Training is based under riot control and martial-law scenarios.

According to the officials, the 134th Air Refueling Wing of the Tennessee Air National Guard and the Knoxville Police Department trainings take place once in a month. The troops take turns of being rioters, who throw objects and powder at each other.

"We use this training because we know that if we have to use it in the outside world or within a base then we're ready," National Guard official said.

The troops are to deal with civil unrest and domestic disorder.

The police officers are training the Guard troops, "in case they ever come in contact with a riot control situation," according to the official.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It is obvious the government knows that some huge financial correction is going to hit the US and world economy, which could well plunge some portions of this country into chaos.

And as a Christian pacifist, who never advocates violence, I am urging Mike's readers and listeners NOT to give this government the war they are prepared to fight and win against you, as these exercises demonstrate.

Be calm, prepare, the best you can, and have patience.

The next major change in government will not be won with weapons, but with computer keyboards, sharing what you know with whom you know.

CA SB277 ON VACCINES MOVES TOWARD DISASTROUS PASSAGE

California Senate Bill 277 has passed through the Judiciary Committee, and needs another Committee’s rubber stamp before it arrives on the Senate floor for debate—and what looks like a ride into law.

Governor Brown will sign the Bill. Brown has become a standard fool. He’s worn out. Whatever interesting ideas he may have entertained in his former “moonbeam” incarnation are gone in the wind.

Bill277 eliminates the personal belief and religious exemptions from vaccination. It also states that children cannot attend public or private school unless they are vaccinated according to the State’s schedule.

Medical exemptions are still allowed, but these won’t be easy to come by, because physicians who grant them will be scrutinized and harassed.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I wonder if this is going to cause a huge explosion in home schooling in California, and potentially other states, if unvaccinated kids cannot attend either public or private schools.

America’s Police Will Fight the Next Riot With These Stink Bombs

As protesters and police officers clash on the streets of divided cities such as Baltimore, Maryland, and Ferguson, Missouri, some police departments are stockpiling a highly controversial weapon to control civil unrest.

It’s called Skunk, a type of “malodorant,” or in plainer language, a foul-smelling liquid. Technically nontoxic but incredibly disgusting, it has been described as a cross between “dead animal and human excrement.” Untreated, the smell lingers for weeks.

The Israeli Defense Forces developed Skunk in 2008 as a crowd-control weapon for use against Palestinians. Now Mistral, a company out of Bethesda, Maryland, is providing it to police departments in the United States, including the Ferguson PD.

Webmaster's Commentary:

JUST great: instead of dealing with the situations which led to the protests in first place (like police brutality, which is a national embarrassment here in the US), police departments are going to control crowds with stink bombs developed to be used by Israelis against Palestinians; and then to address any issues the Palestinian people have with them constructively.
