Hardened Vet Troops to patrol Chicago, No Guns allowed city?

Lawmakers Call for Troops on the Streets of Chicago
Kurt Nimmo
April 26, 2010
“As we speak, National Guard members are working side-by-side with our troops to fight a war halfway around the world,” Fritchey said in a Sunday release. “The unfortunate reality is that we have another war that is just as deadly taking place right in our back yard. Is this a drastic call to action? Of course it is. But is it warranted when we are losing residents to gun violence at such an alarming rate? Without question.”
"Fritchey said guard members have been trained in civil law enforcement as part of their nation-building assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan."
It is illegal to own a handgun in Chicago.

Israel’s big and small apartheids: the meaning of a Jewish state

Jonathan Cook analyses the pillars that prop up Israeli apartheid in pre- and post-1967 Palestine, from the unique and racist nature of Israeli citizenship law, to Jewish control of land, to defining Israeli Arabs as a security threat.

In a talk delivered to the fifth Bilin international conference for Palestinian popular resistance, held in the West Bank village of Bilin on 21 April, he argues that the fight against Israeli apartheid wherever it is found – in Jaffa or Jerusalem, in Nazareth or Nablus, in Beersheva or Bilin – is integral to the struggle for justice for the Palestinians.

Syria’s scuds, “Israel’s” security and one big smokescreen

In the self-sensationalising world of modern media, some truths are better witnessed than told. Over the past fortnight, major media outlets have converged on Syria’s alleged delivery of scud missiles to the Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah. By examining how the story first came to limelight, as well as the manner in which media sources have uncritically covered the story, one can begin to notice the vastly degenerated state of today’s media and its deeply polarising effects.

Chinese report documents human rights disaster in the United States

The United States is the only country in the world that claims to be superior in every aspect, especially in human rights, and that lie is again exposed, this time by a report from China on the United States, all from US sources. The US is in fact a backward cesspool, the most backward country in the industrialized world.

Can the US beat Israel at their game?

Americans can now see the light at the end of a long dark tunnel—if only they will look.

We entered this tunnel in 1948 when an enclave of religious fanatics induced President Harry Truman to portray them as a “state” meriting recognition, aid and protection.

We were warned not to do so.

These extremists had just inflicted on the Palestinians an ethnic cleansing that rivaled in its savagery the fascist abuse of ethnic groups during WWII. In December 1948, Albert Einstein and 27 other concerned Jews urged us “not to support this latest manifestation of fascism.”

Our failure to heed that warning led to the current morass in which we find ourselves.

Obama needs your support

Forget your opinion of Barack Obama. Love him or loathe him, the reality remains unchanged: we have but one president at a time. And but one commander-in-chief.

U.S. national security is endangered—perhaps now more than at any time in history. Both the president and our military leaders are bound by an oath to defend this nation from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Recent events suggest that, in cooperation with senior military officers, President Obama is battling a cunning and committed adversary. To prevail, he needs public support.

Be clear on this point: we were deceived to wage war in Iraq on fabricated intelligence. Only one nation had the means, motive, opportunity and stable nation state intelligence to succeed with such an operation inside the U.S.

33 Conspiracy Theories That Turned Out To Be True, What Every Person Should Know

Conspiracy theory is a term that originally was a neutral descriptor for any claim of civil, criminal or political conspiracy. However, it has come almost exclusively to refer to any fringe theory which explains a historical or current event as the result of a secret plot by conspirators of almost superhuman power and cunning. To conspire means “to join in a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act or to use such means to accomplish a lawful end. “The term “conspiracy theory” is frequently used by scholars and in popular culture to identify secret military, banking, or political actions aimed at stealing power, money, or freedom, from “the people”.

Mexicans Riot in Wake of Arizona Immigration Crackdown

Webmaster's Commentary:

I want you to watch this video very carefully, because it clearly shows violent rioting taking place inside the United States. This puts Obama in a very awkward position because if he proceeds to try to undermine the Arizona immigrant law, it will send a clear message to all Americans that rioting is the way to get what they want. We will see riots against high taxes, riots against Wall Street criminals and bailouts, riots against the wars, riots against politicians sending our money to Israel, etc. I do not think that is a message Obama wants to put out there, but that is the message that will be received if the law is rescinded at this point.

Israel’s ‘guardian,’ Sen. Schumer says Gazans are suffering but they deserve it

Ben Smith picks up a disturbing radio interview of Chuck Schumer by Nachum Segal, who is apparently to the right of Schumer and of course has influence, in which Schumer repeatedly sides with Israel over Obama and says the collective punishment of the Palestinian people in Gaza is tough luck. Notice Schumer's claim that all Americans share his feeling, but the contradictory statement that it's "Jewish members" of Congress who will be meeting Obama to stand up for Israel. Oh my. Amy Goodman, please run for Congress. Notice that Schumer has Obama's ear and brags of spending lots of time with Netanyahu.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I seem to recall the Nazis saying that the people in those slave labor camps "deserved it."

Rabbis Condemn Israel for War Crimes Committed in Gaza: Open Letter to Judge Goldstone

We are deeply saddened by the controversy around the report. We affirm your findings and believe you set up an impeccable standard that presents strong evidence that during the war in Gaza Israel engaged in war crimes that revealed a pattern of continuous and systematic assault against Palestinian people and land that has very little to do with Israel’s claim of security. Your report made clear the intentional targeting of civilian infrastructures such as hospitals, schools, agricultural properties, water and sewage treatment centers and civilians themselves with deadly weapons that are illegal when used in civilian centers.

This is the ugly truth that is so hard for many Jewish people to face. Anyone who spends a day in Palestinian territories sees this truth immediately.

American military creating an environmental disaster in Afghan countryside

The American military presence in Afghanistan consists of fleets of aircraft, helicopters, armored vehicles, weapons, equipment, troops and facilities. Since 2001, they have generated millions of kilograms of hazardous, toxic and radioactive wastes. The Kabul Press asks the simple question:

More American Expatriates Give Up Citizenship

Amid mounting frustration over taxation and banking problems, small but growing numbers of overseas Americans are taking the weighty step of renouncing their citizenship.

One Swiss-based business executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of sensitive family issues, said she weighed the decision for 10 years. She had lived abroad for years but had pleasant memories of service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Swedish bishop quits after office bashing

The controversial Church of Sweden bishop has found himself swept up in a conflict of biblical proportions in recent months as the diocese has battled with internal strife, including accusations of threats and counter-accusations of physical assault.

US intervenes in Iraq election row as feared militia waits in wings

Fearful of growing political turmoil that would make it difficult or embarrassing to withdraw its remaining combat troops by August this year, as President Barack Obama has pledged, Washington has arranged talks about a joint government. The proposal is for Mr Maliki and Mr Allawi to split the four-year prime ministerial term, according to Dr Mahmoud Othman, who is a veteran member of the Baghdad parliament.

This weekend's threat by the anti-American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr to send his much-feared Mehdi Army militia back onto the streets in the wake of Friday's bomb attacks has only served to underline the growing crisis in Iraq since the inconclusive general election last month.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Afghans May Block NATO Offensive in Kandahar Over Civilian Deaths

An official for the Afghan government today reiterated the threat to block the NATO offensive against the major southern city of Kandahar, warning that the alliance would have to guarantee that civilians would be protected in the offensive.

Whether or not the Afghan government will have any actual say of the matter is unclear, however, and US forces seem to be stepping up attacks in the area in anticipation of the June offensive.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There will be a moment when the US and NATO will have to declare victory, and come home, no matter whether any true "victory" can said to have been won (except for the drug lords, and the companies providing mercenaries and supplies).

The invasion and occupation of Afghanistan, nearly 9 years on, is no closer to achieving the goal of installing the pipelines with which to control Eurasian oil - for private profit - than it was when the war started.

At the end of the day, the West is going to have to leave, and negotiate with whatever Afghan government is left standing for the pipeline rights, just as the Bush administration was attempting to do as late as August of 2001.

Let us hope, this time, however, that the cost in blood and money from this obscene and immoral military fiasco will have taught the US government that negotiation is always a better option than war.

Rumors of an upcoming terror attack to be blamed on Iran are moving around the world, “backchannel chatter.” The primary suspect is Israel who is said to have a number of small “suitcase” type nuclear weapons, some primarily “dirty bombs,” possibly supplied secretly by a previous US administration. These devices are in the “40 ton” range, highly radioactive, extremely small and can be engineered to leave the signature of a primitive device. They were originally designed for use against Soviet armor and troop concentrations in Europe if a massed attack on NATO were to occur. Current conventional systems have made this type of weapon obsolete.

Sex scandal could cost Steven Seagal his fake badge

Here in New Orleans, one nagging question hangs over the suspended A&E series "Steven Seagal Lawman": How did a nice Hollywood action star wind up carrying a sheriff's deputy badge in the New Orleans suburbs in the first place?

Webmaster's Commentary:

Normally I would not run a story like this, but the tale of just how Seagal came to wear that badge illustrates how "things get done" inside the government structure!

Clinton, Lavrov discuss Iran nuclear tensions: Russia

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has spoken by telephone to her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov about the Iranian nuclear standoff, the Russian foreign ministry said Sunday.

The two "discussed in detail the current situation with the Iranian nuclear programme, establishing that further steps should be taken on the agreed basis, taking into account the opinions of each of the six powers," it said.

UN orders staff in Afghan city to stay indoors

The United Nations has ordered its staff in Kandahar to stay indoors, a UN official said Monday, due to the rapidly deteriorating security situation in the volatile city in southern Afghanistan.

Foreign UN staff working in Kandahar, which has been hit by a recent wave of targeted killings claimed by Taliban militants, have already been relocated to Kabul, said UN spokesman Dan McNortan.

90,000 Protest U.S. Base on Okinawa

More than 90,000 Okinawans rallied Sunday to oppose the relocation of an American air base on their island, adding to the pressure on Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama to resolve an issue that has divided Tokyo and Washington.

On Sunday, local leaders told the demonstrators that they rejected any plan that kept the air base on Okinawa. Toshio Shimabukuro, the mayor of Uruma, said he opposed the construction of the island, which he said would turn his city in “a major military site,” according to Japan’s Kyodo News.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

But it is obvious that the Okinawans want the American forces off their island.

CLIMATEGATE - America's Impending Master Class Dictatorship

“Cap and Trade” is a multi-trillion dollar tax scam being foisted onto the American public without a legitimate debate or popular referendum. You might be surprised to learn that “Climate Revenues” are already included in the federal budget, starting with $79,000,000,000.00 ($79 billion) in fiscal year 2012, which begins only 20 months from now. During fiscal years 2012 through 2019, the government expects to collect $646,000,000,000.00 ($646 billion) in “Climate Revenues,” a completely new tax category. Have any of your elected traitors told you that they have enacted $646,000,000,000.00 ($646 billion) in “Climate” taxes beginning twenty months from now and continuing forever?

Mockingbird Reloaded...More scary "muslims"!

2001 South Park Episode "Super Best Friends"
South Park ran an unedited image of Muhammad in 2001 in an episode called “Super Best Friends“… and nothing happened.
In fact, the episode had been on the South Park website for viewing at any time for the past few years (they just removed it)… and nothing happened.

For 4 seasons they had that image in their opening segment for every single show… and nothing happened.

So for years on end no Muslim group, “radical” or otherwise, has threatened Matt and Trey or Comedy Central about the image of Muhammad that has been available for all to see every single day.

In what is being described as the first ever and most comprehensive study of the effects of genetically modified foods on mammalian health, researchers have linked organ damage with consumption of Monsanto’s GM maize.

The documentary was aired by Imedi TV and it caused widespread panic in the country, drew international condemnation for using clips of various figureheads which were over-dubbed with false transcripts in Georgian.

The airing of the documentary also contributed to the deaths of three people.

"Climate Change" World Tax for Life

Global Warming scam to cost undefined Americans trillions.
This proposed global warming tax-and-spend scam would be one of the biggest financial assaults ever perpetrated against a free people.

Forgetting for a moment that the whole anthropogenic global warming myth is the biggest fraud ever sold to a free people, the plans the Obama Administration has to lighten the pockets of the American people is truly staggering.

President Obama started out claiming the cap-and-trade tax was going to cost $646 billion, and that they'd stick the evil companies primarily the power industry with the cost. Never mind that those costs will be passed on to the consumer in the form of an electric bill which is more than 40% higher; a little shallow class envy greases the wheels of socialism, right?

BBC lectures us incessantly on climate change. So why did their bosses make 68,000 domestic flights in two years?

Its viewers are frequently subjected to warnings about climate change. Yet the BBC has spent nearly £5million on tens of thousands of short-haul flights across Britain for its executives, staff and guests.

At a time when programmes regularly highlight the environmental impact of air travel, licence-fee payers have funded more than 68,000 internal trips over the past two years – an average of nearly 100 flights a day.

The BBC’s daily carbon footprint generated by the UK air trips is the equivalent of that produced by the average person in a year, say environmental experts.
