The journalist who forced the State Department to release thousands of Hillary Clinton’s emails is opposing the government’s efforts to delay the final release by one month, warning the extension would cause “irrevocable harm.”

On Monday, lawyers for Vice News reporter Jason Leopold filed a motion seeking to block the department from extending the amount of time that it has to release emails from the former secretary of State’s personal server.

Former cop pleads guilty to killing teen, ditching body in suitcase

MILWAUKEE (AP) - A former suburban Milwaukee police officer pleaded guilty to Monday to killing an Oregon woman and ditching her body in a suitcase along the same Wisconsin highway where he also is accused of dumping another woman's body.

Steven Zelich pleaded guilty in the death of 19-year-old Jenny Gamez, of Cottage Grove, Oregon, whose body was found in 2014, though authorities believe she died in 2012. The plea deal was announced on the same day Zelich's trial was set to begin.

Now Hillary faces claims her team cut and paste classified information from secure network to her secret server

A new report this week says the FBI is looking into whether Hillary Clinton's top aides at the State Department may have violated protocol by 'cutting and pasting' top-secret information from one computer network to another.

The technique would have been used to allow highly secure intelligence could be routed to her private, home-based email server, agents said in the report by the New York Post.

According to the report, Clinton's senior aides may have used the technique to send information from a classified computer network administered by the Pentagon to a completely separate system used for higher-grade, Top-Secret communications.

Obama Administration Doesn’t Want Anyone Seeing the Guantánamo Force-Feeding Videos

By Derrick Broze

On Thursday the Obama administration announced its intention to appeal a federal judge’s order to release video tapes from the Guantanamo Bay detention camp. The videos show a former detainee being forcibly removed from his cell and force-fed.

In October 2014, U.S. District Judge Gladys Kessler ruled the Obama administration had to unseal video tapes related to the force-feeding of Abu Wa’el Dhiab, who was still being held without charge at the military prison in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba...

From January 20-23, the global elite met in Davos, Switzerland for the annual World Economic Forum. The themes this year were the dangers of inequality and terrorism to the current world order, an order those present have benefited the most from and have charged themselves with maintaining. The founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, framed the issues as a problem of managing a so-called “Fourth Industrial Revolution” that was exacerbating inequality and allowing terrorists to use digital communication systems to coordinate attacks. The Fourth Industrial Revolution, as defined by Schwab, is “characterized by a fusion of technologies that is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres.”

Trudeau’s Canadian honeymoon cut short by oil crash, economic woes

TORONTO: With growth fading, oil prices in freefall and a currency having touched a 12-year low, Canada's new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau faces an early end to his political honeymoon, confronted by an economic slump with no easy exit.

While voracious demand from China for its commodities helped Canada escape the worst of the 2008 financial crisis, the communist-run country's diminished appetite and a global oil glut have turned into a massive headwind for Canada.

The parallel decline of oil prices and the Canadian dollar, which the central bank governor describes as following each other like "railroad tracks", is bringing both economic and political pain.

Central banks also serve financial markets through the implementation of bailout programs designed to save banks and financial institutions when markets fail, as well as through the management of monetary policy with its primary objectives of achieving ‘price stability’ (low and stable inflation), which generally favours creditors at the expense of debtors. The prevailing orthodoxy of central bankers is closely aligned with the interests and objectives of private financial institutions, and Governors Carstens and Rajan are no exceptions.

How Hillary Got Classified Information Onto Her Private Email

Hillary Clinton’s acolytes are racing to dismiss the latest allegations that classified material was cut and pasted into her emails, but this isn’t some mere oversight that can be hand-waved away with a shrug and a sad trombone honk. One doesn’t spill classified material into an unclassified system accidentally or through mere negligence. What these new revelations show—if they are true—is conduct that was conscious, intentional, and felonious as all get-out.

Clinton Foundation took massive payoffs, promised Hammond Ranch and other publicly owned lands to Russians along with one-fifth of our uranium ore

As it turns out there’s a lot more to the story behind the Malheur Wildlife Refuge–a whole lot more–and this article is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

As you may or may not know, Intellihub reported on Jan. 4, that the Hammond’s ranch and other ranch-lands surrounding the refuge sit atop a vast swath of precious metals, minerals, and uranium that’s heavily desired by not only the federal government, but foreign entities as well.

However, at the time of the article’s publication the federal government’s full motive to seize the land was not yet known other than the fact that these elements do exist in the vicinity and are invaluable.

Now, after further investigation, more pieces of the puzzle have been put in place and you’re not going to believe what characters are involved.

Who Poisoned Flint, Michigan?

By the fall of 2015, news began coming out of Flint about undrinkable water, kids getting sick and a stonewalling state government. I headed back to Flint for a week. I saw orange water running from a hydrant. I read FOIA'd e-mails that prove the city and state decided not to chemically treat Flint's water, something required in every town, village and city in America. There was the woman whose water tested for lead at a toxic-waste level. This was after officials told her she was nuts, even though her daughter lost chunks of her hair in the shower, while her four-year-old son remained dangerously underweight and his skin became covered in red splotches any time it was exposed to the water. And I met a pediatrician who discovered that the lead levels of kids under five in Flint were dangerously elevated. She became physically ill when a state official called her deluded.

Leaked Emails: Gov Officials Mocked Flint Residents Who Complained About Water

Once the truth was impossible to ignore, Governor Rick Snyder was quick to apologize and asked FEMA to distribute clean water to Flint. In an effort to provide transparency, the governor released 295 pages of emails related to the crisis, (some of them redacted) which don’t paint a pretty for the state government.

The emails reveal that government officials were completely dismissive of the countless complaints that were made against the tap water. Members of Snyder’s administration mocked residents who complained, saying that they were merely whining about the “aesthetics” of the water and played off their concerns as “initial hiccups.” The governor’s chief of staff said in one email “I can’t figure out why the state is responsible except that [State Treasurer] Dillon did make the ultimate decision so we’re not able to avoid the subject.”

Headwinds for Hillary—she’s toast

This week, the Intelligence Community Inspector General sent a letter to lawmakers disclosing Mrs. Clinton’s private server contained 24 “special access program” (SAP) emails. Those emails are so secret that only a handful of high-ranking officials, including the president, are allowed to view them. The emails in question are so secret it even required the Obama-appointed Inspector General (IG) Charles McCullough to obtain special security clearances to review them. In a January 14 letter to the Senate Intelligence and Foreign Relations committees, the IG said he found a number of those top, top secret SAPs.

Title 50 of the US Code Section 435, entitled War and National Defense, mandates "... (establishment of) a specific class of classified information that imposes safeguarding and access requirements that exceed those normally required for information at the same classification level.”

Hillary Clinton’s Email Contained Intelligence From Human Spying

At least one email from Hillary Clinton’s private, unsecured email account that she used during her tenure as secretary of State contained information gathered from human spying, Fox News reported.

It’s not yet clear whether the information contained in Clinton’s email exposed personally identifiable information about the sources.

Police departments have long used devices called Cellebrites to extract the contents of smartphones, a once straightforward process made complicated by Apple’s decision in 2014 to encrypt by default all iPhones running iOS 8 or later. (Cellebrite’s website boasts that it can unlock many devices running iOS 8, but doesn’t say it can break into the latest hardware models of the iPhone.) As long as those devices are protected by a password, law enforcement cannot decrypt information on the phones unless they can brute force hack them open. The NIJ grant asking for “innovative means for collecting digital evidence from mobile devices” may be oriented toward making brute force solutions available to police departments that don’t have the code-cracking resources of say, the NSA.

Instead of getting Rainey the help that he obviously needed, guards took it upon themselves to inflict torturous punishment for hours. When guards finally checked on prisoner 060954, he was on his back and dead. FLASHBACK WSJ - Clinton’s Emails: A Criminal Charge Is Justified

Hillary’s explanations look increasingly contrived as evidence of malfeasance mounts day by day.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Back in 1996, when Bill Clinton was running for re-election, he authorized the transfer of highly sensitive technology to China. This technology had military applications and allowed China to close the gap in missile performance with the United States. The transfers were opposed and severely criticized by the Defense Department.

At the same time Bill Clinton was transferring this technology to China, huge donations began to pour into his re-election campaign from the US companies allowed to sell the technology to China, and from American citizens of Chinese descent. The fact that they were US citizens allowed them to donate to political campaigns, but it later emerged that they were acting as conduits for cash coming in from Asian sources, including Chinese Intelligence Agencies! The scandal became known as China-gate!

This establishes a history of the Clintons treating US secrets as their own personal property, selling them to raise money for campaigns.

Now then, let us consider a private email server with weak security, at least one known totally open access point, no encryption, and outside the control and monitoring systems of the US government, on which are parked many of the nation's most closely guarded secrets! Security experts agree that Hillary's server had worse security than the Ashley Madison website!

Now, consider a charitable foundation owned by the Clintons (which actually does very little charitable work). Being a charitable foundation, it is allowed to accept "donations" from foreign sources, and roughly 40% of the cash that has poured into the Clinton Foundation has come from foreign sources. Many of those foreign sources received preferential treatment from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, sufficient for attorney Larry Klayman to file a RICO lawsuit against the foundation (which as of last report was thrown out of court by a Clinton-appointed judge who refused to recuse himself over the obvious conflict of interest)!

Easy means of delivering secrets. Easy means of accepting payment! And now there is confirmation that Hillary did have a private "off the books" spy network, centered on Sidney Blumenthal, while she was secretary of state!

This is a perfect setup to repeat the 1996 selling of secrets for cash. In other words, a perfect espionage operation, running out the US State Department, with the weak email server providing the secrets and a charitable foundation to accept and launder the payments! Hillary doesn't have to physically steal the files, the way Jonathan Pollard did. Hillary doesn't have to scratch an X on a mailbox, the way Aldrich Ames did. Hillary doesn't have to tape bundles of stolen documents underneath a park bridge, like Robert Hannsen did!

It is time to look past the small scandal of the private email server at what may be a far larger scandal hidden behind it!

And the longer the government and corporate media avoids this question, the more complicit they look!

Ted Cruz’s claim that sexual assaults rate ‘went up significantly’ after Australian gun control laws: Four Pinocchios

We’ve heard politicians make all sorts of conclusions about the 1996 gun buyback program in Australia: that it worked, that it didn’t work, that it brought crime rates down, that it made no difference on crime rates. Criminologists are still debating the impact of the buyback program and the overall 1996-97 gun law reform in Australia. But that hasn’t stopped American politicians from either heralding the legislative changes as models for America to curb violence, or dismissing it as ineffective.

Hillary’s team copied intel off top-secret server to email

Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.

The two systems — the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) — are not connected to the unclassified system, known as the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). You cannot email from one system to the other, though you can use NIPRNet to send emails outside the government.

Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton’s home emails — including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI.

The issue covered many topics, including NSA spying, whether vaccines caused autism, the Sandy Hook controversy, and many other issues. I briefly flipped through the issue and found a section on 9/11. They presented a chart describing 5 or so theories regarding 9/11. The top was that the U.S. government had advance knowledge of the 9/11 attacks and did nothing to prevent it. They last theory listed was that Israel did 9/11 to justify wars and Israel's agenda. I do not recall their exact words, but I was very shocked that such a publication would even mention this! They did not present it in a disparaging manner.

Careful Young Entrepreneurs, the Police State is Cracking Down on Unauthorized Snow Shoveling

By John Vibes

The most hyped-up winter storm in recent memory is headed for the East Coast, and everyone is doing their best to prepare for the predicted weather. Many entrepreneurs are also preparing to help dig their neighbors out in exchange for some spare cash. However, it is important to note that in many towns across the country, it is actually illegal to shovel a neighbor’s snow for money if you do not have a license to do so...

The Porter Ranch Gas Leak: Blame Gov. Jerry Brown

snip: So why is Brown essentially sitting this one out, even though the Porter Ranch leak is by far the worst environmental disaster California has experienced in years? The answer may have a lot to do with his cozy ties to the oil and gas industry. Brown has pocketed over $2,014,570.22 from the oil and gas cartel since his 2006 race for California Attorney General. The industry has also poured lavish amounts of cash, nearly $1.2 million, into the coffers of Brown’s favorite ballot initiatives, such as Prop 30, which passed a temporary tax in 2012 to fund state schools. It’s pay-to-play politics, and the California’s governor knows the game well.

Freemason 'Judge' Steve Grasty Changes All Public Town Hall Meetings In Oregon Standoff To 'Invitation Only,' Bans Guns

As JFK so wisely said, "The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings." broke the story last week that Harney County, Oregon Commissioner Steve Grasty, who claims he is charging the militia $75,000 per day while they occupy the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, is an admitted Freemason. Local TV news pointed out the fact that Grasty is not even a real 'judge,'; the title of 'judge' is merely the term that some rural counties use for commissioner. Grasty made an absurd and desperate proclamation on Jan. 22nd declaring that only those he approves of will be allowed at public town hall meetings. Ironically, he added that he "respects the rule of law." He also gave a second emotional rant, pleading "those of us who live and work here, are not the unsophisticated rubes that are being portrayed in national media reports."

Taxpayers Left High and Dry After Rams Move to Los Angeles: "The problem is that Missouri taxpayers aren’t off the hook because they will be paying $12 million until 2022 on the Edward Jones Dome."

With a great deal of fanfare from the National Football League (NFL) and the owner of the St. Louis Rams, the announcement was made on January 14 that the St. Louis Rams would be moving to Los Angeles. What was left out of that announcement was that taxpayers would still be on the hook paying for the Edward Jones Dome in. St. Louis.

Clinton super PAC offered Vermont newspaper 'off the record' anti-Sanders 'tips': Report

A spokesperson or, to put it into industry jargon, a flack is someone responsible for interacting with the public and the media. If a story out of Vermont is true, it seems a super PAC's flack might need a refresher course on best practices.

Flint Residents Told That Their Children Could Be Taken Away If They Don’t Pay For City’s Poison Water

By John Vibes

As the water crisis in Flint deepens, it is becoming apparent that the effects of the lead-infested water are not just a health hazard, but the situation has the potential of ruining many more lives outside of the poison issue. There is no denying that the water in Flint is undrinkable and that it is contaminated with lead and other substances, and it is clear that the government of Flint is responsible for the problem.

However, the city’s government continues to charge people for the poison water and then threatening to foreclose their home or take their children if they refuse to pay...

Florida leads U.S. in new HIV cases after years of cuts in public health

Florida leads the nation in new HIV infections, but it’s not being treated as a crisis by Gov. Rick Scott or the state’s top health officer, Dr. John Armstrong.
As the disease has spread, Scott and Armstrong have imposed four years of personnel cuts in the Department of Health that have shrunk the size of county health departments.

Targeted Individuals: testimony of current government covert torture & control experiments

*hyperlinks live at source*

We’ve documented US government use of harmful and deadly experiments upon the public (here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here for just a few, and that the US tortures people in Orwellian violation of six binding areas of law). This is the story of a reader who contacted us. Another reader with similar testimony submitted the following image: “Here is an X-ray showing what I've deduced is telemetry wire. It's activated several times a day, and is only one of the devices in me. They have 'triangulated' devices in me to cause severe internal burning, and once a three-week bout of radiation enteritis.”

The New X-Files Is One Long Gulp of Clinton-Era Conspiracy Theories

BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX! * BEX!
Conspiracy theories have changed fundamentally as they've made their way from obscure bookstores to your extended family's Facebook posts. They've lost their mythological aspects and become more darkly existential, as well as drifted further and further toward the political right. It's no longer dreaming about hidden alien technology–it's about seeing the grieving families of shooting victims on TV and thinking they're hired actors.

The phrases "crisis actor," "creeping sharia," and "white genocide" didn't exist when the X-Files first aired, and they don't really exist for the new series either. Thanks to social media and fake news sites, we're awash in conspiracy theories—from Obama's plans for a military invasion of the American Southwest to subliminal messages about interracial sex encoded in the new Star Wars movie—that the show's creators have decided, reasonably, to ignore in favor of almost quaintly old-fashioned stuff like Roswell and gravitational warp drives. It seems like real life has finally gotten too weird for The X-Files.
