Horowitz has stalled for around 15 months and now it looks like he's going to release some chicken feed to the public by giving the RussiaGate conspirators a stern talking down to while exonerating them of all criminal wrongdoing.

Iran’s Barter Trade Deals with China, By-Passing the US-Dollar, “Dedollarizing” Her Economy

According to a PressTV Report of 24 November, 2019, Iran and China are working on a trade or barter deal that would circumvent US sanctions. It would bypass US-dollar denominated transactions, exchanging Iranian oil for Chinese goods and services and investments. The head of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA), Masoud Khansari told Teheran’s Tasnim news agency, on 19 November 2019 that “The mechanism, aiming to increase economic exchanges between Iran and China, is in the process of being finalized and implemented.” He meant indeed, a barter deal between the two countries, avoiding a monetary exchange, is being worked out.

Tehran Wants to Sue US $130bln for Civil Unrest in Iran - Court Authorities

Protests erupted in several of Iran's provinces in November, following the government’s decision to increase the price of gasoline, with some of the rallies turning violent.

Tehran wants to sue the US for $130bln for civil unrest in the country, according to Iranian judicial spokesman Golyamkhosein Esmaily.

Golyamkhosein Esmaily said that the lawsuits and complaints were filed by Iranian citizens who directly suffered damage from "US actions."

"To date, more than 360 cases and claims of citizens against the US government have been considered," Esmaily said, noting that one court had demanded $130 billion from the United States.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Frankly, I would not hold my breath, were I an Iranian solicitor, about collecting on such claims.

Parties Hold Talks on a New PM as Protests; Continue Talks began in the lead-up to Abdul-Mahdi's resignation

Last week’s resignation of Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi didn’t take anyone by surprise in Iraq, least of all parliament. Officials say that talks on his replacement had already begun days before he resigned, and are now actively going on in earnest.

Which isn’t to say that finding a new premier is going to be easy. Agreeing on Abdul-Mahdi as a compromise candidate took awhile, and there are even more obstacles in the way of anyone being a long-term success now.

Large protests continue to rage, demanding wholesale reforms. The Shi’ite coalition that controls Iraq’s parliament will need to satisfy them with an appointment, but also satisfy the US and Iran, two nations that traditionally hold massive sway on Iraqi politics.

With the protesters demanding an end to foreign influence, it’s tough to imagine anyone that passes the requirements set by the US and Iran would still be palatable to the protest movement, and if he’s not, he’s probably going to have a very short tenure.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It is obvious that "business as usual" will not proceed in Iraq until the reasonable demands of its people are satisfied; and that may take a very long time to get sorted, courtesy of the US invasion and occupation.

Lisa Page Is Not A Victim: Her Actions Damaged The FBI And Our Nation

Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page surfaced on Sunday in a rare interview with the Daily Beast stating emphatically that she committed ‘no crime’ during her participation of bureau’s investigation into President Donald Trump and instead, she portrays herself as a victim of the president.

Ironically, what comes across in the interview is her desire to shift the narrative from the mountain of evidence that exposed her anti-Trump hate during the bureau’s Russia investigation. Page, along with other former senior Obama officials, are doing everything in their power to shift the narrative before DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report goes public on Dec. 9.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is simply the exposure of an effort to take down a sitting President before another election could have him win again, hands down; Carter wanted this to go as nastily for President Trump as it could possibly go, and yet; these little tricks have collectively blown up in the faces of the Clintonistas who tried to make this impeachment happen.

Have I loved what President Trump has done, so far?!? Anyone who reads my posts on this blog has to know that the short answer to that question is, "HELL, NO!!"

But attempting impeach the guy for something he never did?!? This is as rotten as it gets folks, period, end of discussion.

Barr Disputes Major Horowitz Finding Based On Durham, CIA Evidence

Attorney General William Barr will dispute a fundamental finding in the upcoming Inspector General report - namely that the FBI was justified in launching an operation Crossfire Hurricane, the agency's official covert counterintelligence investigation into links between the Trump campaign and Russian officials, according to the Washington Post.

While IG Michael Horowitz is said to have concluded that the agency had enough information to launch the probe on July 31, 2016 after Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos repeated a rumor that Russia had dirt on Hillary Clinton, Barr has reportedly told associates that Horowitz does not know about - or did not include - potentially exculpatory evidence held by other US agencies such as the CIA, which could alter his report's conclusion.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This development is absolutely major, in this case, coupled with the following "bit" of information:

Who is Josef Mifsud?!?

Joseph Mifsud
Description: Joseph Mifsud is a Maltese academic. In 2016, he became involved with George Papadopoulos, an advisor to the Donald Trump presidential campaign, and was later accused of being a link between that campaign and Russia. In 2018, he was described as missing, and an Italian court listed his location as "residence unknown". Wikipedia
Born: 1960 (age 59 years), Malta.

Nationality: Maltese
Disappeared: 6 November 2017 (aged 56–57); Rome, Italy
Education: Queen's University Belfast (1995), University of Padua, University of Malta

One has to wonder; it this "missing" guy still with us on planet earth?!? Or was he made "unavailable", because "he knew too much", whether or not he spoke with Papadopolous, which Papadopolous has rigorously denied?!?

Because having been pronounced "disappeared" by Italian authorities, we will never know.

Red Flag Laws, a State of Nature and the Right to Shoot Back

White-bread Americans are in for a rude awakening as they find themselves at the end of a barrel and being told to disarm under the guise of “Red Flag” gun confiscation laws.

The enforcement of Red Flag gun confiscation laws that are currently in place in 14 states now, will statistically impact everyone. In upcoming years as confrontations with law enforcement grows, everyone reading this article will know people impacted by gun confiscation and gun confrontations.

Dr. Chuck Baldwin accurately described these laws recently in a column entitled An Open Letter To Our Legislators, Judges And Lawmen, an article I beg everyone to pass along, especially to their law enforcement friends. He writes,

Get to know the CIA’s “gentle-hearted torturer” who made the SF Peninsula his LSD testing ground Charles Russo

Met Kesey at a Merry Prankster reunion Acid Test. He was passing out window pane LSD at the door from a little paper bag. Jerry Garcia's wife Carolyn Adams was the quality control tester at Stanford for the various drugs the CIA was handing out. Tim Leary was also part of MK-ULTRA.

Gottlieb was also the driving force behind the CIA’s obsession with the hallucinogenic substance LSD. Here on the SF Peninsula, you may have caught snippets of that history as it ties back to the experiences of One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest author Ken Kesey or Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter (who passed away earlier this week). Both young men were unwitting (though that’s not to say unenthusiastic) volunteers for CIA-led LSD experiments at places like the Menlo Park VA and Stanford University.

Film Reveals Never-Before-Seen Information About the Silk Road Case

By Jamie Redman

On November 26, a new Silk Road video was published that reveals underreported and never-before-seen information. The film called the Silk Road Case: The Real, Untold Story contains over 400 references to direct evidence from a wide range of sources. The organization Freeross.org published the video on YouTube and called it “the most comprehensive, researched narrative about Silk Road and Ross Ulbricht’s case.”...

Habeas Corpus? Trump Administration Uses Patriot Act Provision 412 To Indefinitely Detain Man

By Aaron Kesel

The Trump administration has enacted Section 412 of the PATRIOT Act to keep a Palestinian man behind bars. The provision of the act allows for the indefinite detention of resident aliens under national security grounds. Of course, not to be confused with the indefinite detention of American citizens under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Adham Amin Hassoun has spent nearly the entire “war on terror” behind two cement walls. Hassoun was first charged on immigration violation in June 2002. But Hassoun was never accused of any act or plot of violence. His crime was signing checks to extremist-tied Muslim charities operating in places like Kosovo and Chechnya that Congress outlawed following the 9/11 attacks. Hassoun wrote all but one of those checks before 9/11, the Daily Beast reported...

India Test Fires Nuke-Capable Missile Amid "Israeli Model" For Kashmir Controversy

Following a major row over controversial comments from a senior Indian diplomat who in a recent televised speech called for the adoption of the "Israeli model" in Indian-administered Kashmir, New Delhi has added fresh fuel to the fire by another successful test launch of an intermediate-range ballistic missile, the Agni-III, on Saturday. This comes after a series prior short-range nuke capable missile tests over the past two weeks.

It was the first night trial of the nuclear capable Agni-III surface-to-surface ballistic missile, fired from an island off India's east coast into the Bengal Sea. Indian defense sources have touted that the nuke-capable ballistic missile possesses a range of over 1,862 miles, and has successfully hit its targets in the latest tests.

Webmaster's Commentary:

What the Indian diplomat stated, in a private gathering gone viral, was that Israeli-like apartheid should become the rule of law in Kashmir, where Muslim Kashmiris would only be granted what would be tantamount to an second, or third-class citizenship.

It is quite obvious that the person uttering those words, has never been to Gaza; East Jerusalem, or the West bank.

I would like to hope that some adults in the Bowels of Power in New Dehli; DC; Moscow; Beijing; will talk India and Pakistan about cooling down, and the creation of confidence-building measures between these two nuclear-armed countries. Otherwise, we may well be looking at World War III.

During this weekend, India and the US concluded two defense pacts;

And back in May, Pakistan signed a Memorandum of Agreements defense pact with Russia: Russia's looming arms sales to Palistan sets up a dangerous game

We need to understand that prior to World War I, alliances were formed to create a balance of power: The Major Alliances of World War I this article goes on to state: "By 1914, Europe's six major powers were split into two alliances that would form the warring sides in World War I. Britain, France, and Russia formed the Triple Entente, while Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy joined in the Triple Alliance. These alliances weren't the sole cause of World War I, as some historians have contended, but they did play an important role in hastening Europe's rush to conflict.

So if India and Pakistan "go at it", militarily, there will be the US government's, contractual obligation to assist India against Pakistan; and Pakistan will be looking to Russia for more military support.

How this might unfold, is anyone's guess; but it certainly has the potential of moving in a terrible direction, and very quickly.

Ukraine: Land Privatization Demanded by IMF, Links to Biden Graft Scandal. Engineered Bankruptcy of National Economy

The point here is that the former Minister of Ecology of Ukraine Nikolay Zlochevsky, an owner of “Burisma” gas company, in 2014 introduced a number of Western politicians to the board of directors of his company, which helped him to avoid accusations of corruption. Hunter Biden, son of former US Vice President Joe Biden, received monthly large payments for his “consultancy services”. As a result Ukraine’s General prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the corruption schemes of the company, was forced – under pressure – to resign by Joe Biden, who even boasted about it in the US media.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would like to hope that someone in the DNC is connecting these dots to get Biden out of the running for President; Tom Perez, DNC Chair; people are reading this... and it will destroy Biden, and potentially the Democratic Party itself, if you allow his candidacy to move forward.

A Pennsylvania County’s Election Day Nightmare Underscores Voting Machine Concerns

Vote totals in a Northampton County judge’s race showed one candidate, Abe Kassis, a Democrat, had just 164 votes out of 55,000 ballots across more than 100 precincts. Some machines reported zero votes for him. In a county with the ability to vote for a straight-party ticket, one candidate’s zero votes was a near statistical impossibility. Something had gone quite wrong.

Lee Snover, the chairwoman of the county Republicans, said her anxiety began to pick up at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 5. She had trouble getting someone from the election office on the phone. When she eventually got through, she said: “I’m coming down there and you better let me in.”

With clearly faulty results in at least the judge’s election, officials began counting the paper backup ballots generated by the same machines. The paper ballots showed Mr. Kassis winning narrowly, 26,142 to 25,137, over his opponent, the Republican Victor Scomillio.
