Supreme Court Blocks Native Hawaiians' Attempt To Form Own Government

The high court on Wednesday extended a temporary stay issued by Justice Anthony Kennedy on Friday, granting an injunction requested by a group of Native Hawaiians and non-Hawaiians challenging the election.
