Saudi Aramco’s Trillion Dollar Mystery

It’s finally a go.

After years of delays, Saudi Arabia’s oil giant Aramco—the world’s largest oil producer and the world’s most profitable company in any sector— announced on Sunday its intention to proceed with an initial public offering on the Saudi stock market. But Aramco still needs to clear one very important hurdle—its valuation.

Saudi Aramco IPO Will Not Save Kingdom

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) has staked his country’s future on selling a 5% stake in Saudi Aramco, the most valuable asset it has.

And it is his hope that this IPO will help finance the country’s turnaround making it less dependent on oil revenue.

It’s been trying to do this for three years and was ready to pull the trigger when the Houthi rebels in North Yemen pulled theirs and damaged major Aramco facilities at Ab Qaiq in August.

Freight Railroad Traffic Plunged 8% At The End Of October

US freight railroads, which along with Class 8 trucking have long been used as a gauge of the country's economic health, continue to show declines in traffic.

Freight railroads logged 513,147 carloads and intermodal units during the week ending October 26, according to data from the Association of American Railroads reported on by Progressive Railroading. This marks an 8.8% decline compared to the same week last year.

Hedge Funds Invested In PG&E Lose $4.1 Billion In Just Four Trading Days

California isn't the only thing that's burning: hedge funds invested in PG&E are slowly watching their cash go up in smoke.

Investors in the company lost roughly $4.1 billion in the four days after the current blaze in Sonoma County broke out on October 23, according to the Wall Street Journal. Shares rebounded late last week, but are still about 85% lower than their 52 week highs, poking around the mid single digits while hedge funds and equity investors try to analyze numerous bankruptcy outcomes that the company might face.

The company's market cap has been cut to about $3.4 billion from highs of $37 billion in 2017.

Rebuilding Syria... Without Syria's Oil?

Compare US pillaging with Russia-Iran-Turkey’s active involvement in a political solution to normalize Syria..

What happened in Geneva this Wednesday, in terms of finally bringing peace to Syria, could not be more significant: the first session of the Syrian Constitutional Committee.

The Syrian Constitutional Committee sprang out of a resolution passed in January 2018 in Sochi, Russia, by a body called the Syrian National Dialogue Congress.

The 150-strong committee breaks down as 50 members of the Syrian opposition, 50 representing the government in Damascus and 50 representatives of civil society. Each group named 15 experts for the meetings in Geneva, held behind closed doors.

This development is a direct consequence of the laborious Astana process – articulated by Russia, Iran and Turkey. Essential initial input came from former UN Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura. Now UN Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen is working as a sort of mediator.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This development has been conveniently left out of nearly all accounts in the West of what is going on in Syria, and yet, is one of the most significant developments of the last year.

Pentagon Expands Permanent Africa Presence With $110M Drone Base In Niger

Signaling what will be a major uptick in US drone activity across western Africa, US African Command (AFRICOM) announced Friday its airbase Agadez, Niger has gone operational, not just flying surveillance drones as was originally expected, but also armed combat drones.

Flights from the base, called Air Base 201, began last week and the patrols are to aid US-Nigerien military patrols in rooting out regional ISIS militants and other Islamist factions which have been threatening the area. Specifically US officials say the armed drone program is badly needed due to prior ISIS ambushes on US-Nigerien troops.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Oh, you mean the US backed, trained, and funded ISIS the US has been throwing about to create chaos from which only the US military can possibly save the population of that country affected by that same chaos?!?

Just doing a reality check here.

It's all about the resources, folks.

First, go in and either regime that country's government which is not to your liking, or scare them into giving permission for the US to establish military bases in that country, to "save them from the evil ISIS" (as has been done here); expropriate the resources to which the US has absolutely no moral right, then insure that those resources are only sold in US dollars.

Anyone who cannot see the pattern here, is just not flipping looking!!

Will Uber Food Delivery Drones Be As Problematic As Their Self-Driving Vehicles?

By B.N. Frank

It wasn’t that long ago that a self-driving Uber killed an Arizona pedestrian. More recently a whistleblower reported that the company’s automated vehicles still weren’t safe – despite Uber’s claims that they were.

Drones have been associated with some high-profile catastrophes too. A quick search on YouTube renders an extensive collection of scary videos. Unfortunately, this hasn’t deterred companies like Walgreens and CVS from using them for deliveries. Apparently, untrustworthy Uber isn’t deterred either. Good Luck, San Diego...

Save your anger for PG&E’s big-wigs. Leave rank-and-file workers alone

Shot at with pellet guns. Run off the road. Threatened with death.

This is what some of Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s rank-and-file employees have faced as public outrage over power outages and fires have swept the state.

Most of PG&E’s 24,000 employees have nothing to do with the systemic problems and bad corporate decisions that led to these debacles. Many of them have also suffered due to power outages and wildfires.

Yet, as the most visible and accessible members of the company, they often become targets of unjustified scorn and harassment – “frontline emblems of their employer’s failings,” according to a story in The San Francisco Chronicle.

US troops back at military bases in northeast Syria

US troops are reportedly back in military bases in northeastern Syria which they had previously evacuated ahead of Turkey's military action against Kurdish forces in the area.

Turkey's Anadolu Agency has reported that American forces arrived in the west of Syria’s northern province of Raqqa on Saturday to rebuild their military base.

A US military convoy, including a personnel carrier armored vehicle, a mine flail and a utility vehicle, arrived in Jazira base located west of Raqqa via Syria's northeastern province of Hasakah.

The Middle East's New Post-Regime-Change Future

Authored by Matthew Ehret via The Strategic Culture Foundation,

With the transformation of the rules of the “Great Game” in the Middle East emerging out of President Trump’s recent Syrian surprise pullout and Putin’s brilliant manoeuvres since 2015, a sweeping set of development/reconstruction programs led by China now have a chance to become hegemonic across the formerly hopeless, terrorist-infested region.

The fact that the Arab states of the Middle East were targeted for destruction by western geopoliticians over the last 40 years is not un-connected to the region’s historic role as “cross-roads of civilizations” which were once the bridge between East and West along the ancient Silk Road (c. 250 BC). Today’s New Silk Road has brought 150 countries into a multipolar model of cooperation and civilization-building which necessitates a stabilized Middle East in order to function.

(Sigh) the Unhinged, Surveilled State of Amerika makes war to attempt to achieve what it wants, geopolitically; China makes deals, to achieve what it wants, geopolitically; so what's wrong with this picture?!?

Chaos in Brooklyn as 1,000 anti-cop protesters storm subway stations yelling after a spate of violent arrests and the city's vow to add even MORE officers

Nearly a thousand protesters took to the streets of Brooklyn to demonstrate against the NYPD after a spate of violent arrests on the subway and over its plans to put more officers on the beat to catch anyone who skips paying the fare.

The protesters started gathering in Downtown Brooklyn near Barclays Center at about 7pm Friday, with their signs reflecting the dual nature of the march.

While flashier banners bore slogans such as 'Don't let these pigs touch us,' 'F**k the police,' 'Punch that cop' and 'NYPD out of MTA,' other signs read 'Free transit,' 'Poverty is not a crime' and 'Our subways need more $ for elevators, not for cops.'

Their grievances stem from two issues. One, alleged police brutality against New Yorkers including a group of teenagers who officers were seen fighting with in a recent viral video.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Other than in New York tabloids, and the Daily Mail, I didn't see a word about this, in the US press; I have to wonder why?!?

I can venture a couple of guesses.

First, it demonstrates an absolute unraveling of the thread of civility, in US society; and I have to tell you; I am very grateful that Mike and I are no longer in, or reasonably near, a really major city right now, because that is where, unfortunately, I think, you may find demonstrations like this spreading.

And a lot of our kids may well die, because of having participated in such demonstrations.

After the Rodney King riots in LA, Post Rodney King Police Acquitted in Trial for Brutality, LA sees massive riots two very popular actors, Edward James Olmos, and Arsenio Hall, raced from soundstage to soundstage at the various TV stations, telling particularly the young people to go home, and stay there; these gentlemen will always be my heroes for trying to ratchet down the genuine, and legitimate, anger and upset during these times.

But the Guardian goes on to state very clearly what the triggers here were: "From the aerial shots of Los Angeles provided by news helicopters, the city looks like a war zone. The flames devouring sections of this sprawling southern California metropolis were started by arsonists and fuelled by righteous anger over the not guilty verdict in the Rodney King police brutality case.

The casualty figures are also those of a war zone. Murderous mobs howling "No justice, no peace!" have left more than 10 people dead and 140 wounded in less than 24 hours. As I write the entire south central section of Los Angeles is under a state of emergency as 2,000 national guardsmen armed with military weaponry converge on the area.

To those familiar with police-community relations in Los Angeles all of this was predictable. It is the inevitable explosion that will result when unanswered cases are allowed to fester until they become social dynamite.

For years now there has been a steady stream of complaints against the Los Angeles police department and its chief, Daryll Gates, alleging a policy of excessive use of force when arresting criminal suspects. These complaints generally came to nothing when brought before a police review board dominated by officials from the police hierarchy.

Repeated calls for an expanded review board that would include civilians have gone unheeded. Most complainants in a police brutality case have not been able to provide sufficient evidence to support criminal charges against officers."

I would like to hope that both religious, police, and civil leadership, will work together to cobble out some understanding with these Brooklyn youth; if not, we may be looking at a wave of unrest here at home, that may eclipse anything we have seen so far in other countries in a very unprecedented way.

Keystone Pipeline Does as Experts Predicted, Spills 383,000 Gallons of Oil in North Dakota

Yesterday, the Keystone pipeline leaked an estimated 383,000 gallons (9,120 barrels) of oil into wetlands in North Dakota. The leak is already the eighth-largest pipeline oil spill of the last decade. The tar sands oil transported through the Keystone pipeline is particularly hard to clean up because, unlike crude oil, it sinks in water.

Keystone operator TC Energy’s (formerly TransCanada) alarming spill and safety record has come under scrutiny as it attempts to build the controversial and much larger Keystone XL pipeline through the midwestern United States and Indigenous treaty lands.

In response, Greenpeace USA Senior Research Specialist Tim Donaghy said:

Webmaster's Commentary:

Wow! I didn't know that the numbers here were so staggering; but in terms of donations to state, and national candidates, oil companies have them.... how can I say this delicately... by a VERY sensitive part of the human anatomy, not to mention their campaign wallets.

And let's remember the very disturbing legislation which has been passed in a number of states, as noted by the following article from theguardian.com:

Wave of new laws aim to stifle anti-pipeline protests, activists say.

Our indigenous First Peoples tried to tell us, from the get-go, that Keystone Pipeline would create massive problems, as have other pipeline projects, due to cavalier, as-cheap-as-possible, adherence to safety standards; this accident has absolutely proven them right.

No Ceasefire/Ceasefire in Northern Syria. The Pentagon Will Use Overwhelming Force to Maintain US Control over Syrian Oil

rom one or more illegally established airbases in Syria, as well as other other regional ones, Pentagon warplanes, attack helicopters, and drones continue terror-bombing Syrian sites at the discretion of its commanders.

US troops still occupy large parts of northern and southern Syrian territory indefinitely, including oil producing areas — looting them for private and CIA profiteering, as well as wanting Damascus denied revenues from its own resources. That’s what grand theft is all about.

All of the above are war crimes as defined under the UN Charter and other international law. The US and its imperial partners remain unaccountable for crimes of war and against humanity in all their war theaters.

The same goes for US economic terrorism against Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, Cuba, and other countries — high crimes gone unpunished.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There are moments when I absolutely do not recognise the country of my birth; it appears that every ethical, reasonable, and moral qualities which made the US a good place to live, and a good neighbor to have, internationally, have been abandoned by this Government, and for quite some time now.

The American people are no longer in any kind of even symbolic control of their government; their government has morphed into some kind of a hydra-headed monster, feeding the unending, death-and bearing appetites of its military industrial complex, while telling what is left of Middle Class America, that they must do with less, so the government can have more.

Laughter Over the Left Shoulder at Russia’s TragedyThe West is trying to undermine Russia’s historic achievements by demeaning and vilifying its people, culture, religion, and way of life. Why?

But the real irritant is that Russia will not bow down to Western dictates. The very fact that Western sanctions have not crippled and destroyed Russia makes Western leaders irate. In a surprising, though understandable way, the sanctions have helped the Russian home-grown production of goods to flourish. After all, Russia must make its own decisions for the survival of its people. It is the West’s growing irrelevance to Russia, which it itself caused, that enrages its governments.

It Isn’t Just the Rohingya. Myanmar Is Now Attacking Buddhists in Rakhine State, Too.This latest battle could be the army’s undoing.

MRAUK U, Myanmar—Here in the town of Mrauk U, in Myanmar’s troubled Rakhine state, there has been little to celebrate during this October’s Thadingyut, the second-most important annual festival of the Buddhist calendar. Normally, the auspicious full moon would be hailed with a floating armada of delicate candlelit paper lanterns and song, theater, and dance.

Yet this year, there are no celebrations.

Instead, at 9 p.m. sharp, a curfew falls as soldiers from the Myanmar Army, known as the Tatmadaw, emerge from their posts to pull barbed wire and steel barricades across roads. Shops and businesses shutter, the streets empty and lights flickering out.

Webmaster's Commentary:

With the persecution of Rohingya Muslims by their militant Buddhist overlords, Myanmar has become one hell of a mess, and one which, apparently, Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Aung San Suu Kyi, is impotent to stop.

But Buddhists militarily clashing with their brother and sister Buddhists?!? One has to wonder if one group is planning a coup, and "regime change" for this country.

I never thought, in my life, that I would have to say, "Watch out for the Buddhists!" unfortunately, these acts of the existing Myanmar government, may it impossible NOT to mention this.

Israeli guards fire tear gas into prisoner’s hospital room

An Israeli prison guard deployed to watch a hospitalized Palestinian prisoner reportedly fired tear gas into the intensive care unit room where the man was convalescing after treatment for injuries sustained during interrogation.

The Hebrew newspaper Maariv reported that an Israel Prison Service guard “accidentally” emitted tear gas in Samer Arbeed’s room at the Hadassah hospital in Jerusalem earlier this month, requiring doctors to intervene.

Maariv said the incident was never reported to the prison service.

Arbeed was hospitalized on 27 September following his interrogation by Israel’s domestic intelligence agency, the Shin Bet.

But being hospitalized has not stopped his ordeal and Israeli prison authorities have continued to question Arbeed even while in the ICU.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So torturing prisoners desperately attempting to recover from injuries the IDF has already caused by previous torture, is now standard practice in Israeli jails?!?

People who do this, and get pleasure from inflicting this kind of pain, cannot possibly be humans; and Mengele would be so proud of the louthead who did this!!!

And incidents like this, of which, I am sure there are many, simply create an even stronger argument for BDS to be applied to all Israeli-made goods, internationally; most Israelis speak Hebrew, but they are all bi-lingual when it comes to income, or the lack of it.

RUSSIA CLAIMS U.S. WILL SMUGGLE $30 MILLION OF OIL OUT OF SYRIA EVERY MONTH UNDER TRUMP'S 'CRIMINAL' PLAN

Russia's foreign ministry spokesperson has accused the U.S. of "criminal activity" with regards to President Donald Trump's plan to deploy troops to guard oil fields in eastern Syria.

Maria Zakharova said Friday that the Trump administration was engaging in illegal smuggling, and estimated Washington stands to make tens of millions of dollars every month from the oil extracted in the region.

According to state news agency Tass, Zakharova said the U.S. was "bypassing its own sanctions" to take the oil—"worth over $30 million per month"—from Syria. She also suggested the U.S. forces deployed "are not going to leave these areas in the near future."

Webmaster's Commentary:

I frankly think that the Russian estimate, may be just a little too conservative.

But the on-going question, and one which I hope is keeping at least a few of our people in power in Foggy Bottom is, just how long is Russia going to allow this to continue, before it uncorks with its own military response to kick the US out of Syria?!?

We have invaded a sovereign country, into which we were not invited; funded and trained its enemy jihadists toward the goal of regime change in Damascus, and now... we're processing its oil?!?

What is wrong with this picture?!?

BLOODY EVERYTHING!!

The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestinian Christians That Nobody Is Talking About

Palestine’s Christian population is dwindling at an alarming rate. The world’s most ancient Christian community is moving elsewhere. And the reason for this is Israel.

Christian leaders from Palestine and South Africa sounded the alarm at a conference in Johannesburg on October 15. Their gathering was titled: "The Holy Land: A Palestinian Christian Perspective".

One major issue that highlighted itself at the meetings is the rapidly declining number of Palestinian Christians in Palestine.

Increasingly beleaguered, Palestinian Christians in Bethlehem have been driven out from their historic city in large numbers. According to the city’s mayor, Vera Baboun, as of 2016, the Christian population of Bethlehem has dropped to 12 percent, merely 11,000 people.

The most optimistic estimates place the overall number of Palestinian Christians in the whole of Occupied Palestine at less than two percent.

Webmaster's Commentary:

To those Evangelical Christians who support Israel so intensely, they had better take a look at these numbers, and figure out for themselves if this country, suppressing both Christian and Muslim Palestinians, is really worth the aggravation.

I don't know what the Hebrew translation of "useful idiots" may be, but I can nearly bet you, that this phrase comes up very frequently, in conversations in the Bowels of Power in Tel Aviv, and if Evangelical, Israel-supporting Christians really knew what most Israelis think about them, it would truly break their hearts.

US Drone Base in Niger Now Operational, Armed Flights Being Carried Out

AFRICOM says flights started this week, refuses to say which sort of drones are being used.

US African Command (AFRICOM) announced on Friday that the controversial Nigerien Air Base 201, meant to house US surveillance and combat drones, is now open and operational, and flights began earlier this week.

After an ambush by ISIS against a joint US-Nigerien military patrol, the US began pushing Niger for permission to fly not just surveillance drones, but also armed drones. In the panic after the attack, they got permission, starting the long road to constructing this large base.

And while AFRICOM is championing this as expanding US interests in the region, they are refusing to provide any indication what sort of US drones will be based out of the site, saying there are “security concerns” about that.

Webmaster's Commentary:

You may well wonder, what the hell is the US military doing in Niger?!?

Pretty much the same thing it does other places, and most likely for the following reasons: Niger: natural resources

The article goes on to say:

"Niger is a nation on the western part of the African continent, and it spans an area of about 490,000 square miles, making it West Africa’s largest country. The Sahara Desert covers more than 80% of the country, and the country’s population stands at 21 million people. Despite the country's vast natural resources, it is considered a developing nation. In 2018, its GDP was ranked as the 136th highest in the world at $9.869 billion. Niger's GDP per capita, on the other hand, was ranked as the 179th highest at $510. Some of Niger's most important natural resources include arable land, oil, and forests among others."

One has to wonder, with so much formerly arable US farming land having gone gone "mammary glands vertical" due to punishing floods, and tariffs which have destroyed many of America's farmers, if some kind of food production in Niger is being contemplated by the US, in light of the fact that we are headed into one brutal winter, and soon may not be able to feed our own citizens adequately?!?

But this follows the usual pattern to a T;

Either regime change a country, or get a government stark raving, crazily convinced that some foreign power ( in this case, ISIS - the US trained and funded operatives here) is trying to upstage it and regime change it, so that government gives the US military "carte blanche" to do what it will.

Then, expropriate those resources, to which the US government has no moral right, and sell them for only US dollars.

Put down those who protest against this arrangement, even thoroughly peacefully, "with extreme prejudice", and "pacify them".

Wash; rinse; repeat. Is it not obvious to you what is going on here?!?

The Lynching of the Charismatic Geek

The original sin of Julian Assange was the same as that of Galileo Galilei. Galileo sinned by revealing to the people things the elite already knew or at least surmised, but wished to keep secret from the masses, in order not to shake the people’s faith in the official truth. Assange did the same thing with the formation of WikiLeaks The official version of reality was challenged. All lies should be exposed. By far the most sensitive targets of his wide-ranging reality revelations were the lies, the hypocrisy, the inhuman brutality of the United States in its wars of global hegemony. To Assange, these things were simply wrong.

At first, WikiLeaks attracted a great deal of popular attention and even acclaim. Julian Assange became famous. He was a geek, but he didn’t look like a geek. Tall, handsome, striking with his nearly white hair, Julian was something strange: a charismatic geek.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I am very concerned that when the man gets back to the US for his "Show Trial/Star Chamber Treatment, that he will die very soon after that from one of a plethora of US-weaponized diseases, as have, most probably, other truth tellers to society.

Assad Calls Trump "Best US President" Ever For "Transparency" Of Real US Motives

Assad's commentary on the latest White House policy to "secure the oil" in Syria, for which US troops have already been redeployed to some of the largest oil fields in the Deir Ezzor region, was the biggest pressing question. The Syrian president's response was unexpected and is now driving headlines, given what he said directly about Trump, calling him the "best American president" ever – because he’s the "most transparent."

“When it comes to Trump you may ask me a question and I’ll give you an answer which might seem strange. I tell you he’s the best American president,” Assad said, according to a translation provided by NBC.

“All American presidents commit crimes and end up taking the Nobel Prize and appear as a defender of human rights and the ‘unique’ and ‘brilliant’ American or Western principles. But all they are is a group of criminals who only represent the interests of the American lobbies of large corporations in weapons, oil and others,” he added.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Al Assad gets how power politics get played in this country better, unfortunately, than many of its citizens do.

Trump Freezes Lebanon Military Aid After Israel Voiced Concerns

Amid recent statements by both Iranian and Hezbollah leaders accusing the United States of hijacking the massive anti-corruption protests which have gridlocked Lebanon for over the past two weeks, the White House has made the dramatic and unexpected move of freezing US military aid to the Lebanese Army.

The money, part of a military aid package totaling $105 million, had been approved by Congress and the State Department, and requested by the Pentagon. Interestingly, proponents of the package argued that it would allow the Lebanese Army to grow more independent, making it less cooperative with Hezbollah.

According to Reuters the aid was frozen two days following Tuesday's resignation of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri, who in a parting speech admitted he'd "reached a dead end" amid the protests which have reportedly involved one million people, or up to 25% of Lebanon's total population, and further called on "all Lebanese to protect civil peace".

Webmaster's Commentary:

Ultimately, it was Winston Churchill who originally made the statement, "Never let a good crisis go to waste", echoed many years later by Rahm Emanuel, during the Clinton years.

The crisis, has been the corruption by Lebanon's government, leading to the resignation of Al-Hariri, last Tuesday.

Israel's government, and military, have collectively been itching for a reason to invade, and do a decap strike against Hezbollah, and Beirut simultaneously, creating a "regime change" to their liking.

All that is needed now, is some kind of "justification" to make this happen, and I would suggest that the timing may well be sooner rather than later; after all, the Litani River is only 5 kilometers away from the Israeli border, and the Israelis have had their eye on this resource for quite some time now.

With the current Lebanese government now in very visible meltdown from this resignation, Tel Aviv may well believe that they have their chance now to invade, and this is most probably the reason the military aid from the US was to the Lebanese military was gutted.

Why Women Destroy Nations/Civilizations and other uncomfortable truths

Women do not on an instinctual level care very much about her tribe nation or civilization. It's in their nature not to. Women are biological creatures like all others and they seek to maximize their chances of having viable offspring. This half century long experiment of women's liberation and political enfranchisement has ended in disaster for the West. And the damage done to the West may be irreparable. And the only solution would be a return to a more patriarchal society and this seems highly unlikely. I want you to hold on to this key thought as the meaning will become clear as this video progresses.

Apple to Ship 80 Million 5G Phones by 2020 Despite Lawsuits Against Other Smartphone Models and 5G Causing Phones to Overheat

By B.N. Frank

Apple is being sued because some of their current phone models exceed federal RF safety limits. Regardless, the company seems to be confident that people will still want to buy their new 5G phones even though the telecom industry has provided NO scientific evidence that 5G is safe and many doctors and scientists say it isn’t.

Another bummer – 5G has also been reported as making phones, modems, and base stations overheat. When the phones overheat, they switch back to 4G. Phone users have been told to apply ice packs and crank a/c in order to operate 5G again. Popular tech enthusiasts are not impressed. Regardless, none of this has obviously deterred Apple...

HOW CONTROLLING SYRIA’S OIL SERVES WASHINGTON’S STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES?

SOURCE: NAUMAN SADIQ, BLACKLISTED NEWS

Although Donald Trump claimed credit for expropriating Syria’s oil wealth, it bears mentioning that “scorched earth” policy is not a business strategy, it is the institutional logic of the deep state. President Trump is known to be a businessman and at least ostensibly follows a non-interventionist ideology; being a novice in the craft of international diplomacy, however, he has time and again been misled by the Pentagon and Washington’s national security establishment.

TRUMP-UKRAINE WHISTLEBLOWER SUDDENLY WON'T TESTIFY; LAWYERS BREAK OFF NEGOTIATIONS AMID NEW REVELATIONS

SOURCE: ZERO HEDGE
A CIA officer who filed a second-hand whistleblower complaint against President Trump has gotten cold feet about testifying after revelations emerged that he worked with Joe Biden, former CIA Director John Brennan, and a DNC operative who sought dirt on President Trump from officials in Ukraine's former government.

According to the Washington Examiner, discussions with the whistleblower - revealed by RealClearInvestigations as 33-year-old Eric Ciaramella have been halted, "and there is no discussion of testimony from a second whistleblower, who supported the first's claims."

Ciaramella complained that President Trump abused his office when he asked Ukraine to investigate corruption allegations against Joe Biden and his son Hunter, as well as claims related to pro-Clinton election interference and DNC hacking in 2016.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This thing is falling apart faster than does a badly wounded souffle!!!

The only thing that the Dementocrats will have accomplished with this badly out of tune theme-song of Presidential corruption, is to energize Trump's base, to the point where they will get clobbered - and hard (metaphorically speaking, of course)- come the 2020 election.

At 70, I have come to the conclusion that most politicians (and religious leaders) are frustrated actors, and church, or government, becomes their stage, where they hold a segment of the population in their thrall.

But I would strongly caution all of this country's alleged representatives, that when they ignore We the People, and our real needs and concerns, in order to play "Gotcha/Gutter politics", they do so at their own, professional peril.

This is precisely where Madame Pelosi, Herr Marshall Schiff, and the Dementocrats are going, right now; and Tom Perez, the top-knot on this collective head of madness which has become the DNC, seems to be perfectly content to allow this to play out, no matter the consequences to his party in 2020.

Apparently, no one in the bowels of power at the DNC really thought this scenario through, to an absolutely logical conclusion which did not favor their desired outcome.

FIVE YEARS ON, SAUDI ATTACKS ON YEMEN'S FARMERS ARE PUSHING THE WHOLE COUNTRY INTO FAMINE

SOURCE: MINT PRESS

HODEIDA, YEMEN — The country of Yemen, known in the medieval period as “Green Yemen,” is one of the most extensively terraced areas of the world. There, Yemeni farmers transformed rugged mountain slopes into terraces and built dams like the Great Marib, a structure whose history spans long enough that it was mentioned in the Quran. During the medieval period, Yemen had one of the widest ranges of agricultural crops in all of the Middle East.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would like to politely remind Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, that a collective punishment of a people, by denying them food and causing them to starve and die, is a war crime.

And yes, I do understand that America's Merchant of Death in Chief, President Trump, has been aiding and abetting your cause militarily in Yemen, making my government complicit in war crimes as well, the moral rightness of so doing utterly never occuring to the man, because "it makes money" for the US's military/industrial complex, and of course, that makes it right, in Trump's eyes.

And sir, I really don't know what goes on in that royal head of yours, but there is one thing of which I am absolutely, thoroughly convinced; in spite of your billions, history will not remember you or your minions kindly at all.

In fact, they will have a name for you, and this is how you will be remembered; The Butcher of Yemen.

Not quite what you had imagined, is it, as your "legacy"?!? Then stop killing, poisoning, and sickening the Yemeni people!!

Anyone with just two brain cells to rub together, understands that the only way out of this mess, initiated by your government almost 5 years ago, is through intelligent, hard-won, and ethical negotiations with the Houthi rebels; God knows, you have tried everything else, and the military conflict still comes to a draw, and we have seen how capable the Houthis have become at effectively fighting back, and hitting Saudi targets.

IMPEACHMENT THEATER

SOURCE: MOON OF ALABAMA
Ukrainegate is the new Russiagate. The 'whistleblower complain' is the new 'dirty dossier'. The 'former' MI6 spy Christopher Steele wrote the dossier. The current CIA spy Eric Ciaramella wrote the 'complain':

Federal documents reveal that the 33-year-old Ciaramella, a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House, previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of Trump who helped initiate the Russia “collusion” investigation of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.
Further, Ciaramella (pronounced char-a-MEL-ah) left his National Security Council posting in the White House’s West Wing in mid-2017 amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. He has since returned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

“He was accused of working against Trump and leaking against Trump,” said a former NSC official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters.

Webmaster's Commentary:

If this whole thing does not horrifically reek of "set-up", I do not know what will.

Six Graphs Showing Just How Much the Government Has Grown

By Ryan McMaken

Federal spending and federal taxation in the United States set new records in 2019. And the federal budget deficit swelled to more than a trillion dollars. Europe is in the middle of an enormous spending binge. But apparently hard-core laissez-faire libertarian purists have taken over the world’s governments.

At least, that’s the case in the minds of many leftists and conservatives who have convinced themselves that “market fundamentalists” have conquered the world’s institutions, and have enacted a global regime of near-zero taxation, free trade, and almost totally unregulated markets...

Rising Up Against The Oligarchs Does Not Equal Socialism

By Jon Rappoport

There are “people’s” groups all over the world who advocate the overthrow of the men at the top —the Oligarchs—who control nations.

These people’s groups want to install socialism as the answer to Oligarchy.

That’s preposterous.

The Oligarchs—bankers, mega-corporate CEOs, financiers, government leaders, intelligence agencies—collude to cut out competition so they can stand alone at the summit of the mountain. And they call this arrangement SOCIALISM. They PROMOTE socialism. They’ve staked out OWNERSHIP of socialism worldwide...

Pig Plague Starts Rippling Through American Meat Markets

U.S. meat markets had so far been shielded from the effects of a deadly pig disease wiping out Asian herds. That’s starting to change.

As pork supplies plummet in China, the world’s top consumer is desperate for meat and is ramping up imports. As a result, it’s becoming harder to set longer-term protein contracts amid concerns over market volatility and changing trade flows, according to Jayson Penn, chief executive officer of Pilgrim’s Pride Corp., the No. 2 U.S. chicken producer.

“The contracting season is moving somewhat slower this year” for chicken, Penn said on a conference call with analysts following the release of third-quarter earnings. While major fast food restaurant chains are looking for beef contracts, “there are not many sellers willing to forward price,” he said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would like to politely suggest, that if our readers/listeners do not currently have a freezer, you might want to think about getting one right now, possibly splitting the cost with a friend or family member.

Because of illnesses, and non-planting in those states ravaged by rain and/or fires, food prices next year, will be very intense; the time to plan for this contingency, is right the heck now. I would almost be willing to bet this will be a really saving grace for people as spring comes up in 2020.

Five Years On, Saudi Attacks on Yemen’s Farmers Are Pushing the Whole Country into Famine

Trump and his friends in the Pentagon and Riyadh are responsible for this.

Farhan Mohammed is one of the richest farmers in Qama’el, a rural village in the region of Baqim in northwestern Yemen. He owns 50 hectares of land which he uses to cultivate corn, pomegranates, and apples. Now, Farhan is struggling to keep his farm afloat after Saudi airstrikes targeted his fields, burning his crops and rendering the soil so toxic that it’s no longer able to sustain life.

Oil Tumbles As Trade War Hopes Fade

Nov 01 07:18

Trump Slides an American Foot in the Door in Syria: In a shocking reversal in Syria, President Trump has ordered the US military to occupy the oil field at Deir Ez Zor, in eastern Syria.

The US occupation of the oil production facility at Deir Ez Zor is strategic for the US, and EU foreign policy on Syria, which depends on sanctions to keep the Syrian civilians and government from importing any necessary supplies to repair and re-build Syria, now that the war is over. Syrians are prevented from importing oil due to the sanctions, and without oil, the country cannot re-build. If the Syrian oil production facilities were to be in the hands of the legal owners, the Syrian Ministry of Oil, then repairs could be carried out and Syria would no longer need to import oil, and they could go back to being energy sufficient, as they were before 2011.

Russian Defense Ministry, Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov spoke about satellite images in Syria which show the extent of past US involvement in the oil smuggling business, which was conducted with the Kurds using a US company “Sadcab”, and the profits were funneled through US private military contractors.

Hezbollah Fires Anti-Aircraft Missile At Israeli Drone Over Lebanese Airspace

A major incident has unfolded along Lebanon's southern border with Israel on Thursday involving an Israeli drone. Hours ago Lebanese media reported that Hezbollah operatives shot down an Israeli aircraft, identified as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), likely with an anti aircraft missile, specifically a MANPAD (or man-portable air-defense system).

Webmaster's Commentary:

Remember when I commented last week that nature abhors a vacuum, particularly where geopolitics are involved, and made the observation that with Harriri retiring, Israel might just hawl off and attack Lebanon?!?

This could have been a real incident, but my gut tells me that this stinks of a false flag, to be blamed on Hezbollah, as the "justification" for Israel starting a military attack against Lebanon.

Televangelist Paula White joins White House staff

Televangelist Paula White, President Trump’s spiritual adviser, is reportedly joining the White House staff.

White, who has known Trump since 2002 and who has visited the White House several times, will work in the Office of Public Liaison, which oversees outreach to groups that help organize parts of the president’s base, The New York Times reports.

Her specific role will reportedly be advising the Trump administration’s Faith and Opportunity Initiative that aims to boost the voice of religious groups in certain government programs, The Times notes.

The Times notes that the move comes as Trump looks to maintain support from religious conservatives in the months leading up to the 2020 presidential election.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I just had a palm to forehead moment, upon reading that last paragraph, which came at warp speed.

The following article, from theguardian.com, on this lady, sheds at least a little light on this appointment.

Paula White: the pastor who helps Trump hear 'what God has to say'

I then had this sickening lurch in my stomach; is she telling President Trump to go to war with Iran, because "Israel wants it, and God says, Make it so!!"?!?

About as closely as I can come to any documentation on this, is the following, which comes to us via the National Catholic Reporter back in March of this year:

How the White House is Courting Evangelicals on its Israeli/Palestinian Peace Plan The article states:

"A few of Trump's evangelical supporters tweeted about the March 7 meeting, including pastors Paula White, who has attended many meetings and events at the White House and has been called the president's spiritual adviser, and John Hagee, the head of Christians United for Israel, which Rosenberg described as the "Christian AIPAC."

White characterized the meeting as a "listening session."

"As in so many circumstances on so many issues, the White House wanted to hear directly from Christian leaders," she told Religion News Service.

"In this case, they brought together leaders who have a great deal of experience as it relates to Israel," she said. "Many of these leaders almost consider the country a second home, and they know it inside and out. The White House wanted to hear their thoughts, and field their questions in order to make sure they fully understood their point of view on the prospect of peace."

OK, well, in looking at the leaked text of the accord, there sure is one group to whom this administration has pointedly not listened at all; and that group happens to be the leadership ...of the Palestinian People;

So there is no wonder that it became an "echo chamber meeting" rather than an authentic listening meeting.

But there is another, very disturbing article out of thedailybeast.com, from last year, and kind of spells out the following:

Why Evangelicals Love Israel This article goes on to state:

"Ever since it was announced, the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem has been fraught with controversy. Its opening this week prompted a wave of violence in which at least 50 Palestinian protesters were killed by Israeli soldiers. So it might be surprising to learn that some evangelical Christians are not only supporting, they are celebrating, this event.

Robert Jeffress, the Baptist pastor chosen to pray during the blessing of the embassy on Monday, praised President Trump as someone who “stands on the right side of you, O God, when it comes to Israel.” And the man known for his discriminatory views of Mormons and Muslims described Israel as blessing the world by pointing it to God “through the message of her prophets, the Scriptures, and the Messiah.”

I don't know if these people scare the stuffing out of you as much as they do me, a person who defines herself as a Christian, but very differently than these people do. I see my job here on earth as a combination of loving... and telling the truth the best as I can see it.

IF Reverend White believes that horrific wars need to come before a triumphant return of Jesus, I just cannot buy it; I would, however, think that the wars, known and unknown, present and coming, may well be a part of White's influence over President Trump.

And THAT should be of great concern over all thinking Christians.
